The premise of this research is the recent advancement of Building Information Modeling(BIM) Technology and Laser Scanning Technology(3D Scanning). The purpose of the paper is to amplify the potential offered by the combination of BIM and Point Cloud Data (PCD) for structural analysis. Today, enormous amounts of construction site data can be potentially categorized and quantified through BIM software. One of the extraordinary strengths of BIM software comes from its collaborative feature, which can combine different sources of data and knowledge. There are vastly different ways to obtain multiple construction site data, and 3D scanning is one of the effective ways to collect close-to-reality construction site data. The objective of this paper is to emphasize the prospects of pre-scanning and post-scanning automation algorithms. The research aims to stimulate the recent development of 3D scanning and BIM technology to develop Scan-to-BIM. The paper will review the current issues of Scan-to-BIM tasks to achieve As-Built BIM and suggest how it can be improved. This paper will propose a method of coordinating and utilizing PCD for construction and structural analysis during construction.

A case study is conducted by between using 3D integrated automatic design software(ABeamDeck, AAbutPier) and using autocad without program to validate the method. As a result, there are many profits introducing the 3D design in the construction, especially, to make up for defect of existing design method. 3D design will enhance the efficiency of construction tasks by supporting a system of sharing and exchanging information throughout all the stages of construction, from design, production and installation to maintenance.

Due to the construction of high-rise and long axis etc, UHPC(Ultra High Performance Concrete) has attracted attention as a material that will replace the existing concrete. In order to improve the structural performance of each member joints, after demolding the concrete, method for surface treatment of the contact surface or by modifying the mold to create a shear key will be applied. In this study, to improve the conventional shear key manufacturing process, utilizing a 3d printer to produce a shear key plate. 3D printers have advantage it is inexpensively manufactured as compared with other production methods. Therefore, this study utilizes a 3D printer, we propose the shear key-shaped mold and plate shear key production measures.

3D printing technology can be applied to various industries, and is trapped by major technologies that change existing manufacturing processes. 3D printing materials must satisfy designability, economy and productivity, and building materials are required to have strength and economy secured technology. 3D printing technology of construction field can be divided into structural materials and internal and external materials, and is mainly done by extruding and adapting. Particularly when it is applied as an exterior materials, it is mainly applied to an unstructured exterior materials and high accuracy is required. The exterior materials can be used as a cement composite materials, it is suitable also for a lamination type, and the role of a cement base composite material is important. In this research, we developed a cementitious base binder applicable as a 3D printing exterior materials, confirmed high temperature strength characteristics for application as an exterior materials of buildings and confirmed its possibility.

Recently, it is easy to find cases of 3D printing product, equipment, and materials in the architecture field. However, there is a lack of distribution environment where 3D printing products can be traded on an online platform or to access on-demand services in the architecture field. Therefore, in this study, a distribution platform development plan was proposed in consideration of the maturity level of the 3D printing distribution market in the domestic architecture field. For this purpose, the research was carried out as follows. First, by analyzing the case of the 3D printing distribution platform, the development stage of the distribution platform was set as three stages from the perspective of market maturity, platform development level, and sales/purchase experience level of suppliers and consumers. Second, the market maturity of the current domestic architecture field was evaluated as the first stage, and a distribution platform that could be implemented in the first stage was presented as a pilot. Third, we presented the first stage pilot, collected practical opinions on future construction plans through in-depth interviews, and presented detailed implementation plans for each stage necessary to achieve the second and third stage market maturity goals. Based on the roadmap derived from this study, it is expected that the domestic distribution platform market will grow step by step in the future and be utilized for business model development.

The number of buildings is increasing day by day. The next logical footstep is tackling challenges regarding scarcity of resources and sustainability, as well as shifting focus on existing building structures to renovate and retrofit. Many existing old and heritage buildings lack documentation, such as building models, despite their necessity. Technological advances allow us to use virtual reality, augmented reality, and mixed reality on mobile platforms in various aspects of the construction industry. For these purposes, having a BIM model or high detail 3D model is not always necessary, as a simpler model can serve the purpose within many mobile platforms. This paper streamlines a framework for generating a lightweight 3D model for mobile platforms. In doing so, we use an existing structure's site survey data for the foundation data, followed by mobile VR implementation. This research conducted a pilot study on an existing building. The study provides a process of swiftly generating a lightweight 3D model of a building with relative accuracy and cost savings.

If is become complicated and jumbo a construction project. therefore, is increased complication the management by enormous information. In addition, According IT technology develops, it is the course taking in IT technology for Construction project and information of construction technology in an object positively, It introduces a IT technique in construction project get out of personal experiences and knowledge that the expert and information joint ownership and collection and accumulation gets possible to advantage managed to advantage of Construction project. Also The information joint ownership and project progress situation grasp of construction project participation wild for being smooth, it is become accomplished, This research introduces the necessity and meaning of the PMIS or similar solution which is information-oriented structure and a information system of Construction industry of present. It applies the PMIS and 3D Simulation System from site and analyzes to expectative effect of information system construction

3D scan technology can utilize real spatial information as it is in virtual space, so it can be usefully used in various fields such as reverse engineering of buildings and process management. Recently, with the development of ICT technology, more precise scan data can be obtained, and scan processing time has also been greatly reduced. In addition, the combination of software and scanning equipment used in 3D scanning technology is very diverse, and results are very different depending on which technology is used. Accordingly, there is a problem that it is difficult for a user who has no experience in 3D scanning technology to determine which technology and equipment should be used to obtain good results. In this study, 3D scan technologies mainly used at home and abroad are investigated, classified, and tested at actual construction sites to suggest considerations and suitable 3D scan methods when using 3D scans in construction sites. The test results were analyzed to evaluate the time it takes to scan, the final quality, and the user's convenience according to each technology method.
Until recently, GIS technology was mainly based on 2D for disaster management. Necessity of 3D spatial information came to the fore with a speedy and accurate response system in disaster management. However, most fire-fighting facilities presently use CAD with 2D formation, Image drawings, and conception of construction data's formation. It is not about the drawings in map production. It's about varieties of construction ways or contents. In this study, we are proposing the ways on analyzing the existing disaster management targets for 2D technology drawings, designing the 3D spatial information data model, and transforming the effective 3D spatial information into algorithm and dimension spatial information construction for easily building on mass 2D architectural drawings to 3D spatial information effectively in disaster management. We can maxim ize efficient construction time and expenses. Then what is proposed in this study about constructing 3D spatial information for manual work, and it's significance for improving decisive decisions and utilizing the tasks to prevent, prepare, respond and restore steps in disaster management.

Efficient communication of construction information has been critical for successful project performance. Building Information Modeling (BIM) has appeared as a tool for efficient communication. Through 3D CAD objects, it is possible to check interception and collisions of each object in advance. In addition, 4D simulation based on 3D objects integrated with time information makes it realize to go over scheduling and to perceive potential errors in scheduling. However, current scheduling simulation is still at a stage of animation due to manual integration of 3D objects and scheduling data. Accordingly, this study aims to develop an integrated model of 3D CAD objects that automatically creates scheduling information.
