광 CVD법으로 제작한 ZnO박막의 특성 (Characteristics of ZnO Thin Films Prepared by Photo-CVD)

  • Zinc oxide thin films were obtained from zinc acetate-2-water and oxygen by photo-CVD method. (1) The formation of ZnO films sarts from 100[$^{\circ}C$] and the deposition rate increases with increasing substrate temperature. (2) The rate of deposition was also affected by flow rates of O$_2$(reaction gas) and N$_2$(Carrier gas). (3) The deposition rate decreases with increasing O$_2$mole rate. (4) The transmission of the films was independent of oxygen mole rate and it was largely affected substrate temperature. (5) The electric resistivity of th films was largely varied at oxygen mole rate 10[%] and above 20[%], a plateau was encountered. Also, it increases with increasing substrate temperature. As the results, at substrate temperature: 200[$^{\circ}C$]; O$_2$gas mole rate:10[%]; reation time:10[min] pressure: 10$\^$-2/[atm], deposition rate; transmittance; resistivity were 780[A$\^$0/; 94[%]; 7${\times}$10$\^$-2/[$\Omega$$.$cm] respectively.

수열합성 Ba-Ferrite분말의 조성과 자성에 미치는 열처리 효과 (Effects of Heat Treatment on the Composition and Magnetic Properties of the Hydrothermal-Synthesized Ba-Ferrite Powder)

  • After Ba-ferrite powders synthesized hydrothermally and its heated powders were dissolved partially with HCl treatment time, the BaO/Fe2O3 mole ratio of dissolved solutions and powders were measured by AAS, also, lattice constants, particle morphology and magnetic properties in HCl treated, heated and no-heated Ba-ferrite powders were abtained by means of XRD, SEM and VSM, respectively. From above analysis results, the effect of Ba/Fe mole ration in suspension(as starting material) on the BaO/Fe2O3 composition and particle characteristics of products were investigated, and the effect of heat treatment on magnetic properties of products examined. The composition, lattice constant and crystal phase of products depend on the Ba/Fe mole ratio in suspension. Ba content in surface or outer part of Ba-ferrite powder is higher than inner and heterogeneous, and the excess Ba ions in the inner part of particle move into the outer by heating, so that the mole ratio of BaO/Fe2O3 in the more jinner approaches more to the stoichiometric composition 1 : 6. The crystallinity, coercivity and saturation magnetization of products are increased by heat treatment, and the heat-treated samples synthesized hydrothermally in lower temperature are appreciated to have better powder characteristics.

3CaO.$SiO_2$의 구조전이에 미치는 $BaSO_4$의 영향 (The Effect of Barium Sulfate on the Structural Transformations in Tricalcium Silicate)

  • Miscibility of barium sulfate in tricalcium silicate was investigated by firing 3CaCO3·SiO2 mixture containing barium sulfate at 1530℃. Added amount of barium sulfate to the mixture was zero to 5 mole % with intervals of 1 mole %. Lattice parametres were also calculated. Results were as follow; 1) Dissolution of barium sulfate in tricalcium silicate does not alter the symmetry in room temperature, but influences it's polymorphic transition forms, temperatures and thermal effects; modification triclinic Ⅱ is stabilized in room temperature. 2) Barium sulfate dissolves about up to 2 mole % in tricalcium silicate and more than this amount, tricalcium silicate formation is inhibited. 3) Unit cell volume of tricalcium silicate is slightly decreased with dissolution of barium sulfate, mainly because of contraction in c axis.

  • Emerald (3BeO.Al2O3.6SiO2 : Cr3+) single crystals were crystals were grown by reflux method of temperature gradient in the flux solution of Li2O-MoO3-V2O5 system. The composition of flux materials were 3 mole ratio of MoO3-V2O5/Li2O, subtituted 0.2 mole% of K2O, Na2O, Nb2O5 etc to Li2O content, solved 10-15% of beryl to flux quantity and doped 1% of Cr2O3 to emerald amount. Those of mixing were melted at 110$0^{\circ}C$ in Pt containers of the 3 zone furnace of melt-growth-return to circulate continniously, specially it has been grown large emerald single crystal when thermal fluctuation was treated for 2hrs of once time a day at 1050-95$0^{\circ}C$ in growth zone, substitutional solid solution effect of Cr+3 ion for Al+3 to the growth of emerald single crystal was good. Emerald single crystals were c(0001) hexagonal crystal face of preferencial growth direction and m(1010) post side. When it had been durated for 5 months emerald single crystals of the firet size of 0.6mm thickness of seed crystal were grown 32$\times$65mm(c x m) of maximum size and 6.2mm thickness.

강유전체 Fresnoite 결정을 갖는 유리의 제조 및 결정화 거동 (Preparation and Crystallization Kinetics of Glasses with Ferroelectric Fresnoite Crystal)

  • Fresnoite($Ba_2TiSi_2O_8$)결정을 갖는 $xK_2O-(33.3-x)BaO-16.7TiO_2-50SiO_2(mole\%)$ 유리조성에서 BaO를 $K_2O$로 대체함에 따른 유리화, 열적특성 및 결정화 거풍에 관하여 관찰하였다. x(0$\le$x$\le$20)의 함량이 증가함에 따라 유리화가 용이하였으며, 유리 전이온도 및 결정화 온도가 저온부로 이동하였다. $Ba_2TiSi_2O_8$결정상의 생성을 XRD분석을 통하여 확인하였으며, x의 함량증가가 이질상의 생성과는 무관함을 보였다. 결정화 거동을 DTA를 이용한 비등온법에 의하여 조사하였으며, x의 함량증가에 따라 avrami 지수(n)가 $2.26 {\pm}0.1,\;2.03 {\pm}0.1,\;1.93{\pm}0.15$로, 활성화 에너지는 약 $279 {\pm}12kJ/mole,\;302{\pm}7kJ/ mole,\;319{\pm}1kJ/mole$ 로 변화하였으며, SEM분석결과 x의 함량 증가 시 결정의 방향성이 두드러짐이 관찰되었다.

졸-겔 침지법에 의한 $SiO_2.ZrO_2$계 다공질 저반사 코팅막 제조 및 특성 (Preparation and Characterization of Porous Low Reflective Coating Films for $SiO_2.ZrO_2$ System by Sol-Gel Dip-Coating Method)

  • Porous low reflective coating films of SiO2.ZrO2 system were prepared from the mixed alkoxide solutions of Zr(O-nC3H7)4 and partially prehydrolyzed TEOS by the sol-gel method using the dip-coating technique. In the case of 90SiO2.10ZrO2 porous coating films with HCl and H2O content was 0.3 mole and 4 mole, 378 m2/g of the specific surface area, 0.254 cm3/g of total pore volume, 30-50$\AA$ of average pore diameter. The transmittance of 90SiO2.10ZrO2 porous coated films was 95.38% at the wavelength of 550 nm, compared with the parent glass, the transmittance was increased with 4.38%.

FED용 $(Y,Gd)_2O_2S$ : Eu 형광체 합성 및 발광특성에 관하여 (The luminescent characteristics of $(Y,Gd)_2O_2S$: Eu for FED)

  • FED용 적색형광체인 $(Y,Gd)_2O_2$S : Eu 분말의 합성과 부활성제로서의 $Gd^{3+}$ 의 영향과 이에 따른 미세조직의 변화및 저전압 발광특성등이 다양한 소결온도에서 조사되었다. 311 nm의 여기파장을 이용시 발광은 627nm에서 $^{5}D_0 \$\longrightarrow$ $$^7F_2$ 천이에 의해 일어남이 관찰되었고 $Gd^{3+}$ 5 mole%, $950^{\circ}C$ 소결에서 가장 높은 발광휘도를 나타냈으며 $Gd^{3+}$ 5 mole% 이상에서는 농도소광현상이 일어났다. 소결 후의 평균입자크기는 약 1 $\mu$m이었으며 $(Y,Gd)_2O_2$S : Eu의 발광효율이 $Y_2O_2$S : Eu 보다우수한 것으로 나타났다.

  • ${Ti}_{5}{Si}_{3}$${Ti}_{5}{Si}_{3}-{ZrO}_{2}$ 복합재료의 연소합성에 미치는 전기장의 영향에 관하여 연구하였다. 45mole% 이상 첨가한 ${Ti}_{5}{Si}_{3}-{ZrO}_{2}$ 복합재료는 전기장하에서만 연소합성할 수 있었다. ${Ti}_{5}{Si}_{3}$-45mole% ${ZrO}_{2}$와 Ti5Si3-60mole% ${ZrO}_{2}$ 복합재료는 전기장을 가하지 않은 상태에서는 불안정한 연소파가 전파되었지만 반응은 완전히 일어나지 않았다 즉, 불안정한 연소파는 시편의 중앙 부근까지 전파 된 후 멈추었다. ${Ti}_{5}{Si}_{3}$-ZrO2 복합재료의 연소파 속도는 시편에 가해준 전기장에 의해 약간 증가하였다.

  • We have investigated the influence of Ti/Ba mole ratio in the characteristics of the modified BaTiO$_3$systems with Ca addition. The specimens were fabricated with variations in Ti/Ba mole ratio between 0.995 and 1.01, and sintered in the temperature range between 13$25^{\circ}C$ and 1375$^{\circ}C$. The room temperature resistivity, PTCR effect and ac complex impedence characteristics were studied. It shows that the room temperature resistivity was increased with the increasing Ti/Ba mole ratio and sintering temperature. It was suggested that this result was mainly attributed to its grain-boundary properties

  • 고효율 가스흡수식 냉방기를 위한 신 작동매체로 기존의 $LiBr-H_2O$ 용액에 $LiNO_3$, LiCl, LiI 성분을 첨가하여 4성분 용액을 제조하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 제조된 4성분계의 작동매체에 대한 용해도와 증기압을 측정하여 기존의 $LiBr-H_2O$계와 비교 분석하였으며, 이들에 대한 최적혼합 몰비를 각각 구하였다. 용해도 측면에서 $LiBr-LiNO_3-LiCl$계는 5:1:1~2, $LiBr-LiNO_3-LiCl$계는 5:1:1, LiBr-LiI-LiCl계의 경우 5:1:0.5~1로 나타났다. 한편 $LiBr-LiNO_3-LiCl-H_2O$계를 제외하고 모두 증기압이 $LiBr-H_2O$계에 비해 높게 나타났다. $LiBr-LiNO_3-LiCl-H_2O$계를 이용한 흡수성능 실험시 $LiBr-H_2O$계 보다 우수한 특성을 지녔다.
