현대 환경 문제에 대한 태도 및 지식수준 평가 도구의 개발과 적용 (Development and Implementation of an Instrument to Assess Attitude and Knowledge of Modern Environmental Issues)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument for assessing the attitude and the knowledge level of elementary school in-service and pre-service teachers' on the modem environmental issues, and to implement it. The results of this study could be summarized as following. First, the instrument for attitude was developed as a Likert-type scale, it was constituted of 30 items through the item-chosen processes to improve the validity and reliability. The Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of the attitude instrument was .899. Second, The instrument for knowledge was developed as a multiple-choice form with 와 distracts, and the final version was constituted of 35 items. The average discrimination, difficulty, and Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of the items were .367, .629, .899, respectively. Third, in-service elementary teachers have been thinking about the modern environmental problems more seriously than pre-service teachers. However, in-service teachers 'knowledge level was lower than pre-service teachers'. Fourth, women have been thinking about the modern environmental problems more seriously than men. However, there was no difference significantly between men and women on knowledge level. Fifth, This process of developing the instrument could be provided as a model for future research which will try to develop instruments for assessing attitude or knowledge of any new areas with constructs.

근로복지공단 사례관리자의 업무 효율 및 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Impacting the Work Efficiency and Stress of Case Managers with the Korea Worker's Compensation & Welfare Service)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to objectify the level of case management performance and the factors influencing performance, to improve the case management performance at the Korea Worker's Compensation & Welfare Service (KWCWS) on the basis of the recognition of the objective realities of case management by job coordinators at the KWCWS, to develop a model of case management fit for the KWCWS, and to provide a basis for establishing guidelines for standardized case management. Methods: A total of 156 questionnaires were distributed to job coordinators at the KWCWS's headquarters, six regional headquarters, and 55 branches. One hundred forty-one questionnaires were collected and 126 were analyzed statistically using SPSS 21.0. Factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted to verify the validity and reliability of the main measurement items in the research model. Frequency analysis was conducted for general characteristics of survey subjects. Frequency analysis or descriptive statistics were conducted to identify the level of independent variables (case manager's individual variables, job variables, institutional and organizational variables). Dependent variables (case management performance) and the degree of correlation were analyzed through correlation analysis between research variables. Multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted to examine the effect of independent variables on case management performance. Results: The results of the study showed that the level of overall performance in the five stages of case management was ordinary, with an average level of 3.45 on a 5-point scale. Levels of performance by step were institutional approach and intake (3.69), assessment (3.63), goal setting and intervention planning (3.46), implementation of intervention plan (3.32), and evaluation and termination (3.20), in that order. The explanatory power of case management performance (overall) by case managers with the KWCWS was case manager's institutional and organizational variables, job variables, and individual variables, in that order. At each stage of case management, the explanatory power of a case manager's institutional and organizational variables was found to be the greatest. The model changes at each stage of case management assume similar aspects statistically. In hierarchical regression analysis, it was institutional support that had a significant effect on case management performance (overall), and institutional support had the greatest effect. The results of multiple regression analysis in which all variables are input simultaneously showed that institutional support and expertise as well as self-efficacy had a positive effect. However, case management work experience, expertise (technology), and autonomy were found to have a negative effect during the stage of case management performance. Conclusions: As a result of the study, it was confirmed that raising the case manager's expertise and support from the institution and organization are important factors to improve the level of case management performance. The research also derived practical ways of reinforcement of case manager capacity, institutional and organizational support, operation of rehabilitation-case management teams, and occupational health-related aspects.

농촌형 노인 주간보호시설 모형개발 (Development of a Model of a Day Care Center for Rural Elderly People)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a day care center model focused on public health institutions for the elderly residing in their homes. Method: Research design for this study was a mult-level research, which consisted of a related literature review, an Internet search for knowledge of the current situation at home and abroad, on-site interviews, questionnaires collected from a sample of residents in a rural area, and a key-informants approach. Results: 1) The subjects of service - Generalized service should be provided to the elderly, 65 years and older, regardless of their assets. 2) The contents of service - Providing pre-health oriented and post-social welfare service that can integrate and satisfy a wide variety of public health and welfare needs of the elderly would strengthen the health care service of a day care center for the elderly. 3) Delivery system - Basic-level local self-governments should become a central operating body, and establishing a properly adjusted delivery system to a rural area after considering the efficiency and the access of vulnerable rural areas is needed based on modification of 'a Special Law for Agricultural and Fishery Areas' (rural public health center>rural health sub-center ${\rightarrow}$ unified health sub-center ${\rightarrow}$ public health hospital (public health center) ${\rightarrow}$ public welfare office). 4) Facility - Public health facilities such as public health centers and sub-centers should be located in areas that can easily access the facilities. 5) Funding - For day care center for the elderly in local self-government, the central government should modify a relevant implementation of subsidy in and provide some facilities and service regardless of the degree of self reliance of local self-government. 6) Human resources - It is needed to guarantee the period of workers of a day care center for the elderly, at least 3 to 5 years, with considering their specialty on aged care and avoiding circulation based positions. Furthermore, appropriate specially trained personnel such as medical workers and social workers should be placed to take care of both health service and welfare through strengthening of 'rules of law of elderly welfare,' Conclusion: future research is needed to test the model through a demonstration study using a model which may be developed in the future and to standardize the appraisal criteria of people hoping to enter a day care center for the elderly.

시스템다이내믹스를 이용한 혈액투석실 간호인력 산정 연구 (A Model for Nursing Workforce in Hemodialysis Room Using System Dynamics Approach)

  • Purpose: The objective of this study was to determine the cause-effect and dynamic change mechanism among factors that affect calculation of the nursing workforce in the hemodialysis room and to establish a system dynamics model and create a strategic simulation to be used to increase efficiency in the clinical situation. Method: The system dynamics approach was adapted to build a simulation model for calculating the nursing workforce. The model was built using Vensim 5.0b DSS. Results: The results were as follows for Scenario A: The highest level of nursing service quality, patient satisfaction, and nurse satisfaction, and the lowest level of turnover intention is maintained when the ratio of patients to nurse is 3.5:1 compared to all other situations. Scenario B: At the ratio of patients to nurse 4.0:1 nursing service quality, patient satisfaction, and nurse satisfaction dropped slightly, and turnover intention also rose slightly. However with time the results showed improvement. Conclusion: In terms of economic efficiency in the hemodialysis room, the ratio of patients to nurse for the best nursing workforce should not exceed 4.0:1.

외식산업에 있어서 서비스 리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 - 패밀리레스토랑을 중심으로 - (Effects of Service Leadership on Job Satisfaction in Family Restaurant)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 패밀리 레스토랑 업체를 대상으로 변혁적 리더십과 서비스리더십에 대한 선호도를 조사하고, 서비스 리더십의 수준에 따른 종업원의 만족도를 살펴보고 효과적인 리더십의 유형을 모색하고자 하였다. 본 연구 결과에 의하면 리더십의 선호도에 있어서는 변혁적 리더십의 선호도$(25\%)$보다 서비스리더십에 대한 선호도$(75\%)$가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 가설 2의 검증에 있어서 서비스 리더십 수준이 높은 집단의 종업원 만족도가 서비스 리더십 수준이 낮은 집단의 종업원 만족도보다 높을 것이라는 가설이 채택되었다. 이는 직무만족의 3가지 구성요소에 있어서, 그리고 종합적인 만족점수에 있어서도 유의적(p<0.001)인 차이를 나타내 서비스리더십의 수준이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단보다 직무만족이 높음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 서비스리더십의 구성 요소인 서비스 신념, 태도, 능력, 통찰력이 종업원의 만족도에 양의 상관관계가 있을 것이라는 가설이 지지되었다. 또한 서비스리더십의 선호집단과 변혁적 리더십의 선호집단에 있어서 종업원의 만족도가 차이가 있을 것이라는 가설은 채택되지 않았는데, 이는 리더십의 선호도에 있어서 $75\%$의 패밀리 레스토랑의 종사원이 서비스 리더십을 선호한다고 응답하여 높게 나타났고, 선호하는 리더십과 실제로 수행되고 있는 리더십에 있어서는 차이가 있기 때문일 것이라고 추정된다. 본 연구는 현재 서비스 기업의 엄청난 부가가치의 생산과 더불어 그 중요성이 부각되고 있는데, 무형적인 가치의 제공과 고객과의 접점에서 즉각적으로 제공되는 서비스의 특성을 고려한 서비스리더십에 대한 이론을 고찰하고, 이것이 패밀리레스토랑에 적용가능성 타진해 봄으로써 효과적인 리더십을 돌출했다는 것에 의의를 둘 수 있다. 그러나 서비스리더십의 이론에 대한 심층적인 연구가 부족하고, 실제로 검증해본 연구들이 양적으로 적어서 일반화의 과정에 있어서는 아직 한계를 가지고 있다. 따라서 앞으로의 후속 연구에 있어서 이론의 논리적 구성에 대한 검증과 외식업체에서 다양한 직무를 수행하고 있는 종사원을 대상으로 적용해보는 실증 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Development of an IGVM Integrated Navigation System for Vehicular Lane-Level Guidance Services

  • This paper presents an integrated navigation system for accurate navigation solution-based safety and convenience services in the vehicular augmented reality (AR)-head up display (HUD) system. For lane-level guidance service, especially, an accurate navigation system is essential. To achieve this, an inertial navigation system (INS)/global positioning system (GPS)/vision/digital map (IGVM) integrated navigation system has been developing. In this paper, the concept of the integrated navigation system is introduced and is implemented based on a multi-model switching filter and vehicle status decided by using the GPS data and inertial measurement unit (IMU) measurements. The performance of the implemented navigation system is verified experimentally.

경기도 공공도서관 협력형 전자정보 서비스에 관한 연구 (A Study on Collaborative Digital Information Service for Gyeonggi-Do Public Libraries)

  • 공공도서관에서 전자정보 서비스를 시작된 지 10여년이 지났지만 효율적인 서비스 운영을 위한 전문성 부족과 저작권 문제의 제약으로 활용 면에서 두드러진 성과를 얻지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 협력형 전자정보 서비스 운영 사례와 경기도 및 경기도 내 31개 시군의 도서관 전자정보 서비스 현황 분석을 통해 광역자치단체 차원의 지역 내 공공도서관 간 상호 협력형 서비스 모델을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 협력형 전자정보 서비스를 운영하고 있는 국내외 기관의 웹서비스 현황을 파악하고, 설문 조사를 통해 경기도 내 시군 기관별 전자정보 서비스 현황을 조사하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 성공적인 협력형 정보서비스 모델 구현을 위한 기능요건으로 소장 전자정보 통합검색, 웹DB, 지역 기록물 원문DB, 온라인 참고봉사, 모바일 플랫폼 지원을 제시하고 시스템 관리 체계는 참여기관의 독립적 특성을 고려하여 집중형과 분산형 모델의 장점을 결합한 절충형 모델을 제안하였다.

데이터마이닝을 이용한 융복합 입원 의료서비스 환자경험 관리모형 개발 (Development of a convergence inpatient medical service patient experience management model using data mining)

  • 본 연구는 환자중심성 의료문화 조성을 위한 의료기관 경영전략에 도움이 될 수 있는 융복합 입원 의료서비스 환자경험 관리모형을 개발하고자 하였다. '2018 의료서비스경험조사' 원시자료를 이용하여 만 15세 이상 입원 의료서비스 경험이 있는 593명을 분석하였다. 의사결정나무 모형을 활용하여 입원 의료서비스 경험에 대한 전반적 만족도와 환자 경험 추천 의사 예측모형을 개발하였으며 유형은 4개, 7개로 각각 분류되었다. 모형의 정확도는 68.9%, 78.3%였다. 입원 의료서비스 환자경험 전반적 만족도 결정요인은 간호사 영역과 병실 소음관리 영역이었으며 추천 의사 결정요인은 간호사 영역이었다. 입원 의료서비스 환자경험 관리모형을 제시하고 간호사 영역과 병실 소음관리 영역이 입원환자 경험에 중요한 요인임을 확인한 점이 의의가 있다. 입원 의료서비스 환자경험 관리모형의 일반화를 위한 추가 연구가 필요하다 생각된다.

조직특성과 관계교환특성이 ASP 서비스 성과에 미치는 상호작용효과 분석 (The Moderating Effects of Organizational Characteristics on the Relationship between Relational Characteristics and Performance in ASP Services)

  • The primary purpose of this study is to examine the interaction effects of organizational characteristics as contextual variables on the relationship between relational exchange characteristics and ASP service performance. The effect of relational exchange characteristics on ASP service performance has been also investigated. For this purposes, we developed a research model based on the literature reviews of ASP services, relational exchange theory, and contingency theory. A total of 106 usable survey responses from companies using ASP services has been analyzed in the study. The findings indicate that (1) flexibility and partnership had a positive influence upon noneconomic profit, (2) information sharing had a positive influence upon economic profit, (3) organizational size and IS maturity had a partial moderating effect on the relationship between relational exchange characteristics and ASP service performance, and (4) the subgroup analysis, conducted to determine the exact nature of interaction effect, reveals that the relationship between relational exchange characteristics and noneconomic profit is significantly stronger with a high level of organizational size than with a low level, and that the relationship between relational exchange characteristics and economic profit is significantly stronger with a low level of IS maturity than with a high level.

공공 웹사이트의 정보서비스 및 커뮤니티 요소 평가 -한국 관공서, 군, 경찰 홈페이지를 중심으로- (The Evaluation of the Information Service and Community Factors in Korean Public Websites)

  • This paper proposes that we need a simpler method for developing the Website strategy for public institutions. The research objectives are threefold: (1) A model that relates to the monitoring of Website strategy in the public sector is proposed. The model includes basic dimensions and a $2{\times}3$ matrix that is a simplified version of the Mohammed et dl.s Marketspace Matrix. (2) The model is tested empirically with a sample of 56 Websites selected from govemment agencies, military organizations and police stations in Korea. (3) The effect of dimension/factors on the innovation level is tested. A special attention is paid to online attracting that is important for public institutions which usually do not use offline advertising aggressively. Results from regression analyses show that main dimensions (Marketing Drivers and relationship Stages) and three factors (Basic Information, Support Information, and Participation) in the matrix are all significantly influential on the innovation level, but the Attracting is not. Colorful designs and attracting features of a homepage have not necessarily anything to do with innovation. This message can offer a good piece of advice for managers of Websites.
