Development of OMM Module for PC-NC System (PC-NC 를 위한 기상측정 모듈 개발)

  • The purpose of this paper is to establish an effective inspection system by using OMM (On-Machine Measurement) system based PC-NC. This system can reduce manufacturing lead time because part is inspected each process. Inspection process planning is accomplished by determining the number of measuring points, their location, measuring path using fuzzy logic, Hammersley method, traveling salesperson problem. Inspection with contacted sensor improve quality as inspection feature is developed to based machining feature. This method is tested by simulation and experiment, then analyzed measuring data and geometry tolerance.

  • A study on the indoor positioning system has been active recently, and TDOA technique using acoustic signal has been used generally. The drawback of the TDOA is very weak against signal distortion due to multipath effect. Especially to estimate the smartphone position, the sound distortion is very severe, and the generated radio signal jitter when using WLAN or Bluetooth as a time reference signal makes the receiver difficult to estimate the position. In this paper, acoustic trigger signal for the receiver preparing the positioning signal reception is proposed, and the mitigation of the multipath effect is shown.

  • 본 논문은 인공지능형맞춤 신발제작을 위하여 맞춤형 신발에 필요한 화형제작용 데이터를 위한 3차원 측정장치를 통해 획득한 발의 형상을 이용하여 인공지능 기법을 기반으로 하는 특징 추출 및 적합한 화형을 얻어내는 방법을 제시하고, 화형 데이터를 네트워크를 통해 실시간적으로 확인하는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문의 연구배경은 인터넷의 보편화된 보급으로 생산자 위주에서 소비자 위주와 소비자 참여의 생산시스템으로 변화에 있다. 이는 많은 회사들이 If시스템과 다양한 웹 솔루션을 도입하여 생산, 판매, 유통 등을 하나로 묶는 온라인 오프라인의 결합형으로 발전시키고자 하는 현상에서 찾아 볼 수 있다. 신발의 경우 개개인의 신체조건이 다르고 유행과 개성을 추구하고자 하기 때문에 기존의 생산체계로는 한계가 있다. 측정데이타를 기반으로 하는 맞춤 신발은 기존의 전통적인 수제화 방식과 대량생산 방식의 장점만을 취하여 저렴하고 편리하게 제작된다. 또한 3차원 측정기를 이용한 인터넷쇼핑에 적합한 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 제시한다.

  • The axial height-dependent transverse buckling is derived from 3-dimensional depletion file in steadystate conditions. For transient conditions a physical correlation is developed based on the linear relationship existing between the responses of in-core and ex-core detectors. The use of this model greatly improves the reliability of a 1-dimensional diffusion theory program in Predicting the axial power transients accompanying large variations of control rod positions.

  • In the semiconductor and optical industry, a new transport system which can replace the conventional transport systems is required. The transport systems are driven by the magnetic field and conveyer belts. The magnetic field may damage semiconductor and the contact force may scratch the optical lens. The ultrasonic wave driven system can solve these problems. In this semiconductor and optical industry, the non-contact system is required fur reducing the damages. The ultrasonic transportation is the solution of the problem. In this paper, the ultrasonic levitation system fur levitating object are proposed. The 3D vibration profiles of the beam are measured by Laser scanning Vibrometer fur verifying the vibration characteristics of the system and the amplitudes of the beam and the levitation heights of object are measured for evaluating the performance.

  • We try to extract three-dimensional information, such as the distance from a camera and the actual width and height of an object, from still photographs by a multilens smartphone camera, by means of parallax error. To obtain this information, we develop several formulas and design a method for experimental instrumentation. If the results from this paper were included in algorithms of multilens smartphone cameras, there would be various kinds of applications, such as in the workplace of architectural and civil engineering to obtain an actual dimension, or on a golf course to measure how far away a pin flag is. We expect many more applications of this study, because the multilens smartphone camera is already an important necessity of life.

  • Based on the cable-extension transducers, a new technique for two dimensional position measurement is developed in this paper. This new technique includes the use of two such transducers and the planar position is determined through triangulation. This paper also presents uncertainty analysis results for establishing sensor design specifications. An actual prototyped sensor system is built and its accuracy is verified through h\both experiments with coordinate measurement machines and its application to the real-time control of a high load wheeled mobile robot. This new type of position sensor can be easily used in a wide variety of automation applications in industry for two dimensional position measurements with high accuracy over a relatively large range, and it is both cast effective and robust against hostile environments.

Study of back surface field for orientation on Crystalline Silicon solar cell (결정방향에 따른 결정질 실리콘 태양전지 후면전계 특성 연구)

  • 최근 태양전지 제조비용 절감을 위해 초박형 실리콘 태양전지 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이에 따라 후면전계(Back Surface Field, BSF) 특성에 대한 관심이 높아지는 추세이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 후면의 결정방향 및 표면구조에 따라 형성되는 후면전계(BSF)의 특성에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 후면이 절삭손상층 식각(Saw damage etching) 후 (100)면이 드러난 실리콘 기판과 텍스쳐링(Texturing) 후 (111)면이 드러난 실리콘 기판에 후면 전극을 스크린 인쇄 후 Ramp up rate을 달리 하여 소성 공정(RTP system)을 통해 후면전계(BSF)를 형성하여 비교하였다. 후면전계(BSF)의 형상과 특성만을 평가하기 위하여 염산을 이용하여 후면 전극층을 제거하였다. 후면 전극 제거 후 주사전자현미경(Scanning Electron Microscopy)과 3차원 미세형상측정기(Non-contacting optical profiler)로 후면전계(BSF)의 형상을 비교하였다. 또한 후면전계(BSF)의 특성을 평가하고자 Quasi-Steady-State Photo Conductance(QSSPC)를 사용하여 포화전류(Saturation current, $J_0$)을 측정하였고, 면저항 측정기(4-point probe)로 면저항을 측정하여 비교하였다. 후면 전계(BSF)는 (100)면과 (111)면에서 모두 Ramp up rate이 빠를수록 향상된 특성을 보였고, (111)면에서 더 큰 차이를 보였다.
