  • RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) which is emerging from a change in digital convergence paradigm and recently rapidly advancing throughout the overall society is the core technology based on Ubiquitous network. In other words, This is a technology to identify the information of the object and recognize the situation by attaching electrical tag to an object and using Reader that can read the information of the object. With the emergence of the technology, it has turned the existing maintenance of the product into the network and intelligence of the product control by using the bar cord to maintain the product and will lead a revolution throughout overall society by affecting the fields of distribution and product maintenance as well as those of medicines, chemicals and food which the electrical tag can be attached to. his paper shows that utilizing the Bluetooth which is a local wireless telecommunication in the standalone imbedded system can implement the piconet configuration among the Readers and the data telecommunication with the main server.

  • This paper is intended to trace and management of drug based on RFID Technology at a circulation market, from manufacturer to end user, of drug. To avoid counterfeit and generic drug and establish of order in the circulation of drug, at the moment of manufacturing, tags for each bottle and each box are tagged. and then from factory to hospital, through whole logistics, e-pedigree for the drug is made and monitored. Using inventory information, it is easy to manage and control stock of drug. In addition to, RFID System enables storing and delivery to be simple, process time to be shortened. As this research is to study of applying RFID to drug, in this paper, standard RFID code for drug is suggested and tried to apply domestic middle win. Finally, the result of tag pattern design and how to tag for the drug based on 90Mhz is proposed

  • 글로벌 시장환경체제에서 유통구조가 복잡해짐에 따라 제조사에서 유통업체 및 소비자까지 아우르는 전체 공급망에서 제품에 대한 이력추적관리는 투명한 유통구조를 형성시킬 뿐만 아니라 더 나아가 소비자들의 안전에 지대한 영향을 미친다. 세계보건기구(WHO)에 따르면 선진국에서 부정 전문의약품의 유통비중은 전체 의약품의 1% 정도이며 이를 미국에 적용할 경우(2006년 기준), 미국에서 유통된 34억 개 전문의약품 중 3,400만 개의 전문의약품이 가짜일 가능성이 있는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 이로 인해 미국 캘리포니아주에서는 유통망의 투명성과 소비자의 안전을 보고하기 위하여 2D 바코드나 RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)를 통해 의약품 제조에서 약국까지의 유통과정 계보를 추적할 수 있도록 제약기업에 2015년부터 제품에 시리얼번호를 부착한 이력장치(serialized e-pedigree)를 시행할 예정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 외적으로 물류/유통과정에서 제품의 위 변조를 예방하기 위한 e-pedigree에 현황 및 동태를 파악하고 국내 e-pedigree에 대한 방향성을 고찰하는데 그 목적이 있다.

New record of an alien plant, Desmodium paniculatum (Fabaceae), in Korea based on a morphological examination and DNA barcoding (형태와 DNA 바코드에 근거한 한국 미기록 외래식물의 보고, 미국잔디갈고리(콩과))

  • Desmodium paniculatum (Fabaceae), native to North America and an alien plant in Japan, was newly found in Hwaseong-si and Daejeon-si, Korea. This species is distinguished from Korean-related taxa based on certain morphological features. Specifically, it is a perennial herb, with a 4-5 jointed loment, and with the basal suture moderately incised between the articles. In the field, D. paniculatum grows around rivers and roadsides, suggesting that it is likely to have been introduced through river improvement work and road construction. On the phylogenetic tree based on an internal transcribed spacer, Korean individuals forms a clade with a Japanese individual. Here, we report a morphological description, photographs, an illustration, and the locality of D. paniculatum.

Genetic Identification and Phylogenic Analysis of New Varieties and 149 Korean Cultivars using 27 InDel Markers Selected from Dense Variation Blocks in Soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) (변이밀집영역 유래 27개 InDel 마커를 이용한 콩(Glycine max (L.) Merrill) 신품종 판별 및 국내 149 품종과 유연관계 분석)

  • Twenty soybean cultivars developed recently were assessed using 27 insertion and deletion (InDel) markers derived from dense variation blocks (dVBs) of soybean genome. The objective of this study is to identify the distinctness and genetic relationships among a total of 169 soybean accessions including new cultivars. The genetic homology between 149 accessions in the soybean barcode system and 20 new cultivars was 61.3% on average with the range from 25.9% to 96.3%, demonstrating the versatile application of these markers for cultivars identification. The phylogenic analysis revealed four subgroups related to their usage. The 80% of cultivars for vegetable and early maturity and the 65.9% of cultivars for bean sprouts were clustered in subgroup I-2 and II-2, respectively, indicating of the limited gene pools of their crossing parents in breeding. On the other hands, the cultivars for soy sauce and tofu with considerable gene flow by genome reshuffling were distributed evenly to several subgroups, I-1 (44.4%), I-2 (26.4%) and II-2 (23.6%). We believe that the 27 InDel markers specific to dVBs can be used not only for cultivar identification and genetic diversity, but also in breeding purposes such as introduction of genetic resources and selection of breeding lines with target traits.

Camera Tracking Method based on Model with Multiple Planes (다수의 평면을 가지는 모델기반 카메라 추적방법)

  • This paper presents a novel camera tracking method based on model with multiple planes. The proposed algorithm detects QR code that is one of the most popular types of two-dimensional barcodes. A 3D model is imported from the detected QR code for augmented reality application. Based on the geometric property of the model, the vertices are detected and tracked using optical flow. A clipping algorithm is applied to identify each plane from model surfaces. The proposed method estimates the homography from coplanar feature correspondences, which is used to obtain the initial camera motion parameters. After deriving a linear equation from many feature points on the model and their 3D information, we employ DLT(Direct Linear Transform) to compute camera information. In the final step, the error of camera poses in every frame are minimized with local Bundle Adjustment algorithm in real-time.

Identification and Chromosomal Reshuffling Patterns of Soybean Cultivars Bred in Gangwon-do using 202 InDel Markers Specific to Variation Blocks (변이영역 특이 202개 InDel 마커를 이용한 강원도 육성 콩 품종의 판별 및 염색체 재조합 양상 구명)

  • The areas of soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) cultivation in Gangwon-do have increased due to the growing demand for well-being foods. The soybean barcode system is a useful tool for cultivar identification and diversity analysis, which could be used in the seed production system for soybean cultivars. We genotyped cultivars using 202 insertion and deletion (InDel) markers specific to dense variation blocks (dVBs), and examined their ability to identify cultivars and analyze diversity by comparison to the database in the soybean barcode system. The genetic homology of "Cheonga," "Gichan," "Daewang," "Haesal," and "Gangil" to the 147 accessions was lower than 81.2%, demonstrating that these barcodes have potentiality in cultivar identification. Diversity analysis of one hundred and fifty-three soybean cultivars revealed four subgroups and one admixture (major allele frequency <0.6). Among the accessions, "Heugcheong," "Hoban," and "Cheonga" were included in subgroup 1 and "Gichan," "Daewang," "Haesal," and "Gangil" in the admixture. The genetic regions of subgroups 3 and 4 in the admixture were reshuffled for early maturity and environmental tolerance, respectively, suggesting that soybean accessions with new dVB types should be developed to improve the value of soybean products to the end user. These results indicated that the two-dimensional barcodes of soybean cultivars enable not only genetic identification, but also management of genetic resources through diversity analysis.

Positioning Method Using a Vehicular Black-Box Camera and a 2D Barcode in an Indoor Parking Lot (스마트폰 카메라와 2차원 바코드를 이용한 실내 주차장 내 측위 방법)

  • GPS is not able to be used for indoor positioning and currently most of techniques emerging to overcome the limit of GPS utilize private wireless networks. However, these methods require high costs for installation and maintenance, and they are inappropriate to be used in the place where precise positioning is needed as in indoor parking lots. This paper proposes a vehicular indoor positioning method based on QR-code recognition. The method gets an absolute coordinate through QR-code scanning, and obtain the location (an relative coordinate) of a black-box camera using the tilt and roll angle correction through affine transformation, scale transformation, and trigonometric function. Using these information of an absolute coordinate and an relative one, the precise position of a car is estimated. As a result, average error of 13.79cm is achieved and it corresponds to just 27.6% error rate in contrast to 50cm error of the recent technique based on wireless networks.
