트랙터 8단 자동변속기 기어 열 설계 (Gear Train Design of 8-Speed Automatic Transmission for Tractor)

  • Tractor is a farm vehicle that is designed to provide a high tractive effort at low speed. It is used for versatile agricultural tasks such as hauling a trailer, tillage, mowing and construction work. Most older tractors use a manual transmission. However, as the intensity of work increases, tractors equipped with automatic transmission become popular due to the work convenience. In order to give the operator a large degree of control in field work, 24 gears with automatic 8-speed and manual 3-speed are arranged in transmission. This paper deals with the gear train that is designed for 8-speed automatic transmission by the engagement of multi-disk clutches. The gear ratio for each speed as well as power transmission mechanism is analyzed through velocity analysis. In addition, constraints of mesh gear ratio are derived by investigating the power flow path in velocity diagram for the given 8-speed gear ratio.

2단변속기를 사용한 전기차의 가속성능 향상 분석 (Analysis of Acceleration Performance Improvement for Electric Vehicle Using 2-Speed Transmission)

  • In this study, the acceleration performance improvement was analyzed for a 2-speed transmission applied EV. An EV simulator was developed to analyze the EV acceleration performance. The EV simulator includes a load transfer model between the front and rear. Thus, the EV simulator can analyze the acceleration performance difference between the front-and rear-wheel drive EVs. From the simulation results, it is deduced that the acceleration performance can be improved by 7.96% for the front-wheel drive EV and 16.10% for the rear-wheel drive EV. The 2-speed transmission can improve the acceleration performance without decreasing its maximum velocity. Moreover, the 2-speed transmission can improve the acceleration performance of the rear wheel drive more than that of the front-wheel drive EV.

A New Fast P2P Video Transmission Method Applied in Asymmetrical Speed Channel Environment

  • In an asymmetrical speed channel environment like asymmetric digital subscriber line, the up-link bandwidth is normally smaller than the down-link bandwidth, which will lead to extremely low utilization of down-link bandwidth when current P2P video transmission is applied. To overcome this, a new fast P2P video transmission method applied in an asymmetrical speed channel environment is proposed in this paper. On the basis of the many-to-one concept, the proposed method uses a new multipeer aggregation technique to enhance the utilization of down-link bandwidth. In addition, an adaptive peer assignment algorithm is also introduced in order to minimize the overall transmission time. Experimental results show that by using our proposed method, the utilization of down-link bandwidth is significantly improved, and the overall transmission time is greatly reduced.

Dynamic response of an overhead transmission tower-line system to high-speed train-induced wind

  • The current work numerically investigates the transient force and dynamic response of an overhead transmission tower-line structure caused by the passage of a high-speed train (HST). Taking the CRH2C HST and an overhead transmission tower-line structure as the research objects, both an HST-transmission line fluid numerical model and a transmission tower-line structure finite element model are established and validated through comparison with experimental and theoretical data. The transient force and typical dynamic response of the overhead transmission tower-line structure due to HST-induced wind are analyzed. The results show that when the train passes through the overhead transmission tower-line structure, the extreme force on the transmission line is related to the train speed with a significant quadratic function relationship. Once the relative distance from the track is more than 15 m, the train-induced force is small enough to be ignored. The extreme value of the mid-span dynamic response of the transmission line is related to the train speed and span length with a significant linear functional relationship.

  • Recently, the global automobile industry is aiming for a transition from internal combustion locomotives to zero-emission vehicles. Electric vehicles powered by battery energy can operate at peak performance and improve fuel economy by applying multiple motors or multi-speed transmissions. In order to design a two-speed transmission, it is necessary to evaluate and analyze the application system and performance of electric vehicles. In this study, control performance optimization of a twostage battery electric vehicle equipped with an AMT-based automatic transmission was performed and performance according to control pattern changes was analyzed. In order to improve the operating efficiency of the motor, the shift control that sets the optimal operating point according to the vehicle speed and required torque was derived from the motor efficiency map. The performance of battery energy consumption and transmission loss energy according to the hysteresis interval was analyzed and optimized. The hysteresis interval applied to the optimal shift map acted as a factor in reducing the frequency and loss of shifts. It has been shown that keeping the hysteresis interval at about 4 km/h can reduce energy consumption while reducing the number of shifts.

인터넷 상거래 처리속도의 경제적 가치분석 모형에 관한 탐색적 연구 (A Study on a Model of Economic Value of Transmission Speed of Internet Commerce)

  • This paper is a study on a model of economic value of transmission speed of Internet Commerce. For this research, this paper searches the factors that influence the transmission speed of Internet and suggests the model for measurement of economic value. The model adopted in this research is CVM(contingent valuation method) using in environment economics and the research area in this paper is concentrated on Internet-based Electronic Commerce. For this purpose, this paper suggests econometrics model that measures customer's payment intention for transmission speed of Internet. This model can be used as the basic tool of feasibility of investment analysis and reasonable pricing on Internet service. For the more, it will be followed empirical study and more careful comprehension for objective validity of this study.

트랙터용 토로이달식 무단변속기 개발(2): 제어 시스템 (Development of Toroidal Type Continuously Variable-Speed Transmission for Agricultural Tractor(2): Control System)

  • This paper describes the control system of the toroidal traction driver continuously variable-speed transmission(CVT) fur a tractor. The instrumentation system, the hydraulic power control system and the principle control scheme were introduced. Experimental tests in the bench and the tractor were conducted to validate the performance of the CVT utilizing the proposed controller. The speed of the vehicle was continuously changed to follow the speed set by driver under various operating conditions. Given the reduction ratio of the variator from 2.0 to 1.0, the settling time was about just 0.52 seconds which was satisfactory value for working with the tractor. It was also proved that the tractor could work with continuously variable speed under heavy load disturbances.

비직교 다중변조 방식을 이용한 고속 가시광통신 시스템에 대한 연구 (A Study on High Speed Visible Light Communication System Using Non-orthogonal Multiple Modulation Scheme)

  • 본 논문에서는 가시광 통신시스템에서 고속 전송을 위한 변조 기법에 대해서 분석하고, 최적의 비직교 다중 전송을 위한 Dimming level 및 송신 전력 비율에 대해서 연구하였다. 기존의 가시광 통신은 전송 속도를 높이기 위한 멀티전송이 어렵다는 단점이 있다. 송신단에서 고속 전송을 위해서는 반드시 다중 전송기법이 필요한데, 일반적인 가시광 통신은 다중 전송에 한계가 있기 때문에 고속 전송을 위한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 최근에는 이미지 센서인 Optical Camera Communication(OCC)을 가시광 통신에 적용한 VLC-OCC가 연구되어 기존 가시광 통신이 가지는 다중 전송의 한계를 극복하였다. 그러나 VLC-OCC 방식은 외부 조도의 영향을 더 많이 받고, 수신단에서 검출이 어렵다는 단점이 있다. 또한, 다중 전송을 위한 LED 매트릭스의 위치 인식과 딥러닝을 위한 데이터 셋 신호처리를 위한 Processing-time이 필요하기 때문에 시스템의 복잡도가 증가하게 된다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 비직교 다중 전송 방식을 적용한 고속 가시광 통신을 위한 다중 변조 방식과 그에 따른 향후 연구 방향을 제안하였다.

초고속 초장거리 광전송 기술 (Optical transmission technology of Ultra high-speed and Ultra long distance)

  • 지난 20여년간 광섬유전송방식의 고속화는 괄목할만한 성장을 이룩했다. 최근에는 어븀첨가광섬유증폭기의 개발로 인하여 10Gb/s의 초고속 광기간통신전송방식도 실용화를 앞두고 있다. 한편, 가입자에게도 광섬유가 포설되어 화상을 주체로 한 서비스가 제공되는 향후의 B-SIDN망에서는 전송로는 물론 노드까지도 초고속의 신호전송 처리가 필수이다. 그러나, 전기적인 처리를 기반으로 한 종래의 전송 처리기술로는 속도의 한계에 도달할 가능성이 많아서 이를 대체 할 수 있는 광소자개발 및 새로운 기술구축이 요구된다. 또한, 광솔리톤은 광섬유의 분산에 의해서 광펄스폭이 널어지지 않고 안정적으로 광섬유를 전파해가는 성질을 충분히 잘 활용한 기술로써 장거리 통신기술로 적합하게 개발되었다. 이와 같은 배경으로부터 본고에서는 차세대기간통신을 위한 초고속 초장거리 광전송기술 즉, 향후에 Tb/s 전송의 주역이 될 광주파수 다중기술 및 무중계 장거리 전송이 가능한 광솔리톤기술의 연구현황을 살펴보고 기술적인 문제점 해결을 위한 향후의 연구동향을 소개한다.

초고속 광전송 시스템용 전송로 부호의 성능 분석 (The Performance Analysis of Transmission Line Codes for the Very-High Speed Optical Transmission System.)

  • 정보신호계열을 초고속으로 전송하기 위한 디지틀 광전송 시스템이 대용량화, 경 제화됨에 따라, 효율적으로 순수 정보신호계열을 신뢰성있게 전송할 수 있는 초고속 광전송 시스템용 전송로 부호의 선택이 현시점에서 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지금 까지 제안된 2치 unipolar 전송로 부호들 중 고속(100Mb/s 이상의 전송속도) 광전송 시스템으로 적합한 전송로 부호들을 우선 선택하여, 선택한 전송로 부호들 간의 성능 평가를 전송로 부호의 요구조건들, 즉 최대 동부호 연속수, 전송지연시간, 클럭 상승률, 마크율, 회로규모, 전송로 에러 감시 및 전력 스펙트럼에 따라 상호 비교 분석 한 결과, mBIZ부호가 최적의 초고속 광전송 시스템용 전송로 부 호임을 밝혔다.
