  • 정보화의 가속에 따라서, 막대한 정보를 저장하고 처리하기 위한 대용량 정보 저장 장치가 요구되어 지면서, 여러 대응 방법들이 제안되었고, 그중 하나가 HDDS (Holographic Digital Data Storage) 이다. 이는 2차원 페이지 정보를 3차원의 공간상에 저장함으로써 고밀도 저장 능력과 빠른 전송 속도를 실현할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. HDDS는 2차원의 고밀도 이진 영상을 기록하고 재생하는 과정에서 인접 신호의 영향(ISI)과 가우시안 잡음(AWGN) 등이 포함되어지기 때문에 정보 복원 시 에러가 발생할 수 있다. (중략)

  • Gas turbine engine simulation program has been developed. In compressor and turbine, 2-D NS implicit code is used with k-$\omega$ SST turbulent model. In combustor, 0-D lumped method chemical equilibrium code is adopted under the limitations, the products are only 10 species of molecular and air-fuel is perfectly mixed state with 100% combustion efficiency at constant pressure. Fluid properties are shared on interfaces between engine components. The outlet conditions of compressor have been used as the inlet condition of combustor. The inlet condition of turbine comes from the compressor The back pressure in compressor outlet is transferred by the inlet pressure of turbine. Unsteady phenomena at rotor-stator in compressor and turbine is covered by mixing-plane method. The state of engine can be determined only by given inlet condition of compressor, outlet condition of turbine, equivalence ratio and rotating speed.

A Morphology Technique-Based Boundary Detection in a Two-Dimensional QR Code (2차원 QR코드에서 모폴로지 기반의 경계선 검출 방법)

  • The two-dimensional QR code has advantages such as directional nature, enough data storage capacity, ability of error correction, and ability of data restoration. There are two major issues like speed and correctiveness of recognition in the two-dimensional QR code. Therefore, this paper proposes a morphology-based algorithm of detecting the interest region of a barcode. Our research contents can be summarized as follows. First, the interest region of a barcode image was detected by close operations in morphology. Second, after that, the boundary of the barcode are detected by intersecting four cross line outside in a code. Three, the projected image is then rectified into a two-dimensional barcode in a square shape by the reverse-perspective transform. In result, it shows that our detection and recognition rates for the barcode image is also 97.20% and 94.80%, respectively and that outperforms than previous methods in various illumination and distorted image environments.

  • These days, many kinds of graphical methods have been developed, and it is possible to get information directly from data. Especially, R-code (Cook and Weisberg, 1994) make it possible to draw various kinds of two and three dimensional plots, and to rotate the axis of the plots. But the maximum dimensional of the plot is three, so we can not draw plot of one response variable with more than three explanatory variables. Li(1991, 1992) has developed a method to reduce the dimension of the explanatory variables, so it is possible to draw lower dimensional plots to get information of the full explanatory variables. One of the dimension reduction method developed by Li is pHd. In this paper, we have tried to apply the pHd method for the model with multivariate response.
