국제표준화기구 (International Organization for Standardization, ISO)의 기술위원회의 하나인 ISO/TC 112 (진공기술위원회)에서는 진공펌프, 진공장치, 진공부품 분야의 진공기술의 표준화를 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국제표준화기구에 대한 간략한 소개와 함께 진공기술위원회 ISO/TC 112의 조직과 표준화 규격제정절차나 방법 등을 요약하였으며, 또한 국내에서 최근에 제안한 "열음극 진공게이지 사양"과 "진공밸브시험절차" 핵심내용도 간략히 소개하였다. 국제표준화에 대한이해를 돕고 최근 상황을 소개함으로서 한국에서 더 활발히 진공기술이 발전하고 국제표준화를 선도하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.

Last year in this department 100 cases of open heart surgery were done annually. This year 200 cases of open heart surgery were scheduled. During the first 6 months of this year 112 open heart surgery cases were done with 13 deaths [11.6%]. There were 72 cases of cougenital malformation with 9 operative deaths [12.5%], consisting of 23 acyanotic cases with one death [4.5%] and 49 cases of cyanotic cases with 8 deaths [16.3%]. Out of 40 tetralogy of Fallot, 6 cases expired [15%]. For 39 cases of acquired valvular heart disease and one Ebstein anomaly valves were replaced with 4 operative deaths [10%]. Single valve replacement in 33 with 3 operative deaths and double valve replacement in 7 cases with one death were noted. Two patients expired among 28 mitral valve replacement cases [7.1%]. Among 7 double valve replacement patients, consisting of 3 mitral and aortic and 4 mitral and tricuspid valve replacement one case expired. In a case of Ebstein anomaly, tricuspid valve was replaced with plication of atrialized right ventricle successfully. The operative result was excellent.

내가 누구인지 말할수 있는 자는 누구인가. 문학에서는 내가 누구인지 스스로 말할수 없어도 큰 문제가 되지 않지만 브랜드에서는 아니다. 내가 누구인지 스스로 말할 수 없다면 아무도 말할 수 없게 된다. 그렇다. 우선 내가 말해야 한다. 내가 누구인지는 내가 무슨 일을 하는가(I am what I do)에 달려 있다. 내가 하는 일이 무엇인지, 어떤 고유한 존재의 의미를 가지는지 미션으로 말하라. 이는 모든 브랜드와 브랜드를 둘러싼 모든 활동의 출발점이다.

본 연구는 경찰의 112 신고와 해양경찰의 122 신고를 중심으로 경찰 관련 긴급신고의 실태를 분석하고, 이를 기초로 경찰 관련 긴급신고에 대한 개선방안을 모색해 보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2013년 국정감사요구자료의 경찰 관련 긴급신고 통계자료 중심으로 신고유형별 접수 현황, 출동 현황, 5분내 현장도착률 및 평균도착시간 등의 측면에서 실태를 분석하였다. 경찰 관련 긴급신고 실태분석의 주요한 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 경찰 관련 신고 전체 접수 건수에서 경찰의 112 신고는 증가하는 경향을, 해양경찰 122 신고는 증감을 반복하는 경향을 나타냈으며, 둘째, 접수 건수 중 비출동신고, 민원, 안내 등 비긴급신고의 접수 건수가 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며, 셋째, 해양경찰의 122 신고에 있어 장난신고의 비율이 높았으며, 타기관 이첩($122{\rightarrow}112$)의 비율도 적지 않은 것으로 나타났으며, 넷째, 경찰의 112신고와 관련해서 신고 접수 후 출동 건수와 평균 도착 시간이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 경찰 관련 긴급신고를 개선해 나가기 위해서는 경찰 관련 신고를 이원적으로 운용하는 것, 허위 거짓 경찰 관련 긴급신고에 대한 홍보와 엄중한 대응, 그리고 경찰 관련 긴급 신고 시스템을 지속적으로 개선하는 것이 요구된다.

Objectives: This study is to report the effect of oriental medicine on a cervical incompetence patient. Methods: The effectiveness of surgical cerclage in the cervical incompetence have had prolonged controversy. Herbal medicine was given to a cervical incompetence patient whom was suggested surgical cerclage. The patient was a 40-year-old female and treated with Dojeukgangki-tang gagambang. Results: After oriental herbal treatment, the clinical symptom of a cervical incompetence was improved and maintained, the patient was delivered in 38 weeks through cesarian section. Conclusions: Oriental herbal medicine and treatment have possibility to be a useful alternative to the surgical cerclage on cervical incompetence on the basis of more persistent study.

90 kDa-heat shock protein (HSP90)은 여러 가지 스트레스에 의해서 유도되는 주요 스트레스단백질 가운데 하나이다. HSP90은 스트레스가 없는 정상적인 상황에서도 일정량 합성되는 단백질로, 세포 내에서 kinases나 스테로이드호르몬 수용체와 같은 여러 조절단백질 및 구조 단백질과 결합하는 것으로 알려져 있다.본 연구에서는 HSP90의 생화학적인 특성을 조사하는데 사용할 목적으로DEAE- cellulose chromatography, hydroxyapatite chromatography, Sephacryl S-300 gel filtration의 방법으로 닭근육조직으로부터 HSP90을 순수 분리하고, 이에 대한 단일클론항체를 murine hybridoma technique을 이용하여 생성하였다. 생성된 클론들에 대해서 ELISA와 Western blot을 실시한 결과 HSP90을 인지하는 A204, C112, C302, C410의 4가지 단클론을 얻었다. 특히 C112는 Western blot과 native immunoprecipitation 실험에서 인간, 토끼, 닭, 쥐, 어류의 HSP90을 인지하지만 초파리, E. coli의 HSP90은 인지하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

Feeding gastrostomy is widely used for children with feeding impairment. The replacement of gastrostomy tube is known as an easy and safe procedure. However, various complications associated with replacement of gastrostomy tube were reported, including fistula disruption and colo-cutaneous fistula. For replacement of gastrostomy tube in small children with small stomach, special cautions are needed. Here, we report a rare case of duodenal perforation as an acute complication after the replacement of gastrostomy tube for a 33-month-old girl.

The intra-arterial administration of nimodipine (IAN) is commonly used for cerebral vasospasm refractory to medical treatments. We report two cases of vasogenic edema after IAN. Our patients with aneurismal subarachnoid hemorrhage presented with vasospasm, which was treated by IAN. Consequently, vasogenic edema developed in the basal ganglia. Reperfusion following IAN for vasospasm may have the potential for inciting vasogenic edema in the ischemic brain.

Purpose : To observe effects of TKM (Traditional Korean Medicine) treatment for 2 patients who had verruca plana after having laser epilation of leg hair. Methods : We did retrospective chart review for 2 verucca plana patients who had been treated by TKM. TKM treatment included herbal treatment, herbal acupuncture and herbal ointment. Results : After TKM treatment, the patients' verucca plana remarkably disappeared and there was no recurrence. Conclusion : This study suggest that TKM may be an effective treatment for verucca plana.

Twenty Penicillium isolates were recovered during the investigation of fungal community in the soil samples collected from Wando (Jeonnam Province, Korea). Among them, one species was identified and described as P. cainii based on phylogentic analysis of internal transcribed spacer and ${\beta}$-tubulin (BT2) genes and morphological characteristics. This is a first report of P. cainii in Korea.
