Daejeon metropolitan city is rich with opportunity factors for the growth of the design industry in the 4th Industrial Revolution and aims at completing the '4th Industrial Revolution Special City'. As design is located at the center of convergence and the concept of design is closely related to the industrial structure, its importance is being emphasized in the 4th Industrial Revolution. Meanwhile, there was a limit to the development of the design industry in Daejeon metropolitan city due to the absence of the Regional Design Center(RDC), but Daejeon started constructing the Daejeon design center in June 2018 and aims to complete the construction by the end of 2019. This study analyzed and compared the 2018 Design Specialists Reeducation of KIDP and each RDC with the present conditions of industrial structure, design industry and reeducation of Daejeon to derive and suggest the plan of reeducation by the establishment of Daejeon Regional Design Center(RDC).

This study aims to analyze various discussions for influences on employment by the technologies related to the frequently mentioned Fourth Industrial Revolution and to conduct an exploratory research. For this aim, this paper analyzes and extends the survey related to realization possibility for managements and professionals of ICT sector in Global Agenda Council of World Economic Forum (WEF) in September 2015. Based upon these results, this study further conducts an empirical survey not only over realization possibility but also over its employment impact. For each 23 item of realization possibility, all the respondents (n=169) responded positively to each item to be actualized in 2025. In addition, for each 23 item of the strength of employment impact, most items were responded as decrease of employment but a few items were predicted as expansion of employment. This research has a meaning in providing a clue of empirical survey for employment impact by the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the future.

The fourth industrial revolution is the first topic thrown by Klaus Schwab at the Davos World Economic Forum in January 2016, meaning the next industrial revolution led by the Internet of Things (IOT), artificial intelligence (AI), robot technology and life sciences. In addition, in our lives, humans, computers and machines are connected organically, and organic relationships are evolving and developing at a furious rate in all areas of life. Since the 1953 armistice agreement, South Korea has remained in a state of confrontation with North Korea, and there have been continued fighting by the North, including naval skirmishes in the West Sea, artillery attacks on Yeonpyeong Island, the sinking of the Cheonan warship, and unmanned aerial vehicles and ankle mines. To prepare for such a local initiative, our military is constantly preparing and will have to strengthen its combat capabilities by developing and introducing advanced military equipment. After all, the military drone industry linked to the Fourth Industrial Revolution following the development of new war should continue its research on military drones in line with accurate diagnosis and the rapid development of future science and technology and IT technologies.

It is true that Blockchain has been known as a core technology for cryptocurrency like bitcoin (BTC). It is caused by its rapid value rises. Now, one BTC is trading around 10,000 US dollars while it bought just less than one dollar at its first trading in May, 2010. Blockchain makes on-line transactions possible by the safe cryptocurrency swiftly based on P2P network and distributed public ledger while its on-line traffic is rapidly increasing. However, this technology has bigger potential in the fourth industrial revolution era and its application areas will be varied. The evolving intelligent information society needs to make new added value through utilizing, sharing and processing of useful digital information. Obstacles such as hacking and fraud often exist when transactions of digital properties, right transfers, etc. are done through digital network specialized with anonymity. It is expected that blockchain will be a definite solution in this regard. This paper addresses useful development directions and countermeasures for blokchain in the digital economy by analysis of its current status and issues.

해저지진, 해저붕괴 및 해저화산분출 등에 발생되는 지진해일은 파장이 수십에서 수백 km에 이르는 장파로서 에너지 손실없이 먼 거리를 전파할 수 있으며, 수심이 상대적으로 얕은 해안가에 도달하면 범람에 의해 인명 및 재산피해를 야기시킬 수 있다. 예를 들어, 2004년 12월 26일에 발생한 수마트라 지진해일은 약 30만명의 인명피해와 약 10조원의 재산피해를 가져왔으며, 2011년 3월 11일에 발생한 동일본 지진해일은 약 2만명의 인명피해와 약 330조의 재산피해를 유발시켰다. 더욱이, 지진해일에 의해 폭발한 후쿠시마 원자력발전소에서의 방사능 유출은 10년이 지난 현재도 생태계 교란, 방사능 피폭 등의 피해를 일으키고 있다. 우리나라도 1983년 5월 26일 발생한 동해 중부지진해일에 의해 삼척시 임원항 및 인근에서 인명피해(1명 사망, 2명 실종)와 약 2억원의 재산피해가 발생하였다. 최근, 4차 산업혁명으로서 빅데이터를 기반으로 한 다양한 인공지능기술이 개발되고 있으며, 많은 분야에서 이 기술을 적용하고자 노력하고 있다. 특히, 과학 및 공학분야에서도 이를 융합하는 연구 및 활용하는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 1983년 발생한 중부지진해일에 의해 인명 및 재산피해가 발생한 임원항을 대상으로 지진해일 수치모형실험을 수행하며, 수치모형실험 결과를 토대로 인공지능 모델 중 합성신경망 (Convolution Neural Network)을 활용하여 인공지능을 통한 지진해일 범람구역을 산정 및 평가하고자 한다.

This is a case study of corporate culture marketing to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the death of Steve Jobs on October 5, 2021. Corporate culture marketing seeks to derive cultural consumer values through Steve Jobs' fandom, and to increase corporate brand image and achieve profits. According to Big Data, Steve Jobs' brand image was derived from 'Innovation', 'First', 'Creativity', 'Change', and 'Design'. So, the relationship between Spigen convergence culture space 'SpigenHall', which is highly related to Steve Jobs' brand image, and the opera , which is made of the material of former Apple CEO Steve Jobs, is analyzed with big data and culture. We investigated the opinions of content experts. SpigenKorea and the digital opera are designed to provide Steve Jobs' story of joy and sorrow, offer VIP members' premium services, press publicity is 'the first in Korea', GangNam's suitable for famous celebrity performance venues and cultural and artistic venues 'SpigenHall', the revenue of the performance ticket was selected as a donation. This study is suitable for researching the life story of male CEOs and planning a cultural city. The limitations of the study need to analyze various works by genre and attempt to analyze consumer values according to the industry.

The purpose of this study is to compare the expert group's recognition with general people's recognition about the image of the future on geo-technoloies. The survey targeting to 215 experts and to 598 people had been completed from July to August, 2017 by a research firm. The research result showed that energy was selected as the first priority by expert group and climate environment, geologic environment, mineral resources and material, living place, space-earth research, and the fourth industrial revolution were sequence ranked by experts. Also, it was analyzed that climate environment was recognized as the first priority and geologic environment, energy, mineral resources and material, living place, space-earth research, the fourth industrial revolution were ranked in sequence by general people group.
