Prediction for Bicycle Demand using Spatial-Temporal Graph Models (시-공간 그래프 모델을 이용한 자전거 대여 예측)

  • There is a lot of research on using a combination of graph neural networks and recurrent neural networks as a way to account for both temporal and spatial dependencies. In particular, graph neural networks are an emerging area of research. Seoul's bicycle rental service (aka Daereungi) has rental stations all over the city of Seoul, and the rental information at each station is a time series that is faithfully recorded. The rental information of each rental station has temporal characteristics that show periodicity over time, and regional characteristics are also thought to have important effects on the rental status. Regional correlations can be well understood using graph neural networks. In this study, we reconstructed the time series data of Seoul's bicycle rental service into a graph and developed a rental prediction model that combines a graph neural network and a recurrent neural network. We considered temporal characteristics such as periodicity over time, regional characteristics, and the degree importance of each rental station.

  • Seoul public bike program facilitates access to bicycles and offers potential for greater mobility and health for users. Furthermore, it would have positive impacts on transport congestion, energy use, and the environment. Hence, it is important to find future rental locations by taking to account both bike-demand and regional imbalance. This paper first finds eligible candidates of rental locations with the required spatial conditions such as a sufficient sidewalk width and accessibility of bike pick-up vehicles. And then, estimates public bike daily usage for each selected location via random forest based on Seoul public bike historical usage, Seoul geographical features, regional characteristics, and populations. This study contributes to a better comprehension of the Seoul public bike program, and would be useful in determining new public bike rental locations.

  • Modern society has a tendency to raise fewer children. As a result, parents became more interested in their children's creative ways of thinking and began to look for new ways of teaching. The child care support center expects a positive effect by lending various toys and books to improve the physical, emotional and social characteristics of children and to help reduce household burden on parents. In this paper, we design and implement a rental return system to effectively utilize a toy library operated by the child care support center. The proposed system makes it easy for any user to search for items in any branch operated by the Child Care Support Center and to manage loan return records. The administrator can manage data such as loans, returns, and past due from the rental return processing system, and effectively operate the child care support center through statistics of data generated. Children are expected to be given a variety of entertainment cultures and cultural benefits to their families to ease the burden of parenting.

  • 건설업 등록증 불법 대여와 무등록 건설업자 및 입찰담합 제재가 강화된 건설산업기본법 개정안이 공포됐다. 특히 불법 대여 건설업체와 공모하여 건설공사를 시공한 건축주도 처벌토록 했으며, 등록말소 처분을 받은 자의 건설업 재등록 가능연수를 10년으로 상향하는 등 불법행위 근절에 나섰다. 한편 공공기관이 현장에서 직적시공이 준수되고 있는지를 의무적으로 확인토록 하며 부실업체의 난립과 무분별한 하도급을 방지하기 위한 '직접 시공 제도'의 실효성을 확보한 것이 특징이다.

  • 경찰청에 따르면 도로교통법이 개정된 이후 3개월단 개인형 이동장치(PM)를 단속한 결과 무면허 운전이 3199건에 달하는 것으로 나타났다. 공유 킥보드 서비스의 경우 회원가입을 할 때 운전면허증 취득 여부를 확인하긴 하지만 서비스를 이용할 때는 별도의 확인 절차 없이 대여할 수 있기 때문에 운전면허증을 취득하지 않았어도 대여하는 경우가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 공유 킥보드 서비스의 보안 취약점을 보완하기 위해 오토인코더와 변이형 오토인코더를 사용한 딥러닝 기반의 공유 킥보드 대리 대여 방지 시스템을 제안한다. 오토인코더는 지문 데이터로부터 특징만을 추출할 수 있어, 사용자의 지문 원본을 서버에게 노출시키지 않을 수 있다. 변이형 오토인코더는 생성형 모델로써, 사용자의 지문 데이터를 증폭 시켜 합성곱 신경망의 성능을 높이는데 도움을 준다. 이러한 오토인코더와 변이형 오토인코더의 특징을 이용해 사용자의 지문을 서버에 노출시키지 않으면서 적은 데이터로 신뢰성 높은 사용자 인증이 가능한 전동 킥보드 대여 시스템을 제안한다.

  • This study of 50's women using the Automatic Micro-needle Therapy System(AMTS) aging skin to evaluate the impact. In addition, AMTS is supplied to the EGF since the 50's women increased moisture and elasticity, pigmentation and wrinkles around the eyes to get a positive effect on the reduction of viewing purposes. In this study, 35 people who are middle-aged women October 7, 2013 from December 15, 2013 made a total of 70 days. AMTS study only the use of increased moisture(<.01) and elasticity(<.001), pigmentation(<.01) and wrinkles(<.001) were decreased. In addition, when applying active ingredients EGF better results. Thus to facilitate the regeneration of the active component, such as EGF, if used together to further increase the positive effect considered.

An Economic Analysis of a Low-Voltage Residential Electricity Consumer at a Detached House When Renting a Photovoltaic Generator (단독주택 저압 주택용 전기 소비자가 태양광 발전기 대여시 경제성 분석)

  • Residential electricity consumer can rent a photovoltaic power generator, whose profit can be exist if the decreased electric fee is larger than the rent fee. But the exact function of the profit have not expressed until now, which is shown in this paper. Two assumptions are supposed. The first assumption is that the generated electric power by the renting photovoltaic generator is 300kWh per month. The second assumption is that the rent fee 362300 won is paid once when the photovoltaic generator is installed. The earings rate, the payback time and the sensitivity of a low-voltage residential electricity consumer's profit consuming 401~1000kWh per month at a detached house for the initial 7 years is calculated by the induced exact function.

  • 카 하이어링 서비스는 개개인간의 차를 공유할 수 있는 환경을 제공해주는 서비스 플랫폼이다. 카 하이어링 서비스에서는 일반적으로 웹 서버를 구축하여 자차의 대여를 원하는 개인이 해당 차량의 지역 정보, 등록 정보 등을 기입 저장한다. 이후 웹 서버를 통해 일련의 인증과정을 거친 사용자가 해당 지역에 등록되어 있는 차량의 이용을 원할 때, 서버로 본인의 유저 정보를 송신하여 차량을 대여할 수 있도록 서비스를 운영한다. 우리는 본 연구에서 비콘 기술과 영상처리를 통한 PSNR 검출을 사용하여 개인 간의 차량 대여에서 발생하는 보안성과 신뢰성 문제를 보완 향상시켜 카 하이어링 서비스를 활성화 할 수 있는 기반을 구축하고자 한다. 이를 위해 웹 서비스 구현, 인증된 사용자만이 차량을 이용할 수 있는 인증키 생성 및 암호화 알고리즘, 라즈베리파이를 비콘 스캐너로 활용한 인증키 검증 절차, 카메라 영상처리를 이용한 차량 동작 감지 방법의 구현으로 보안성을 강화한 시스템을 구축하였다.

The Impact of Public Transit Accessibility on the Car-sharing Use Demand (대중교통 접근성이 카셰어링 이용수요에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of public transit accessibility on the Carsharing use demand. By utilizing the rental historical DB of Greencar which is operated in Suwon city and public transit GIS DB, the use demand models for Carsharing by rental offices are built and analyzed in accordance with public transit accessibility. The result indicates 73% of walking as a majority, 3% cycling, and 20% using buses and urban railways to access Carsharing rental offices. The goodness of fit of Carsharing use models reflecting accessibility to buses and railways is verified as 0.818 which proves that public transit accessibility is a significant variable. Therefore, it is verified that installing Carsharing rental offices where public transit transfer is convenient can possibly increase the use demand. Especially, while accessibility to buses is verified as a significant variable out of other public transit means, the accessibility to urban railways is verified as not significant. This suggests that a variety of complementary policies such as transfer discount policy and one-way transfer return policy are necessary in between urban railways and Carsharing in order to promote mutual use demand in accordance with the other public transit means. This study result is yet the basic research on Carsharing, however it is expected to contribute to improvement of transfer demand in between different public transit means.

Study on Location Decisions for Cloud Transportation System Rental Station (이동수요 대응형 클라우드 교통시스템 공유차량 대여소 입지선정)

  • Recently, traffic congestion has become serious due to increase of private car usages. Carsharing or other innovative public transportation systems were developed to alleviate traffic congestion and carbon emissions. These measures can make the traffic environment more comfortable, and efficient. Cloud Transportation System (CTS) is a recent carsharing model. User can rent an electronic vehicles with various traffic information through the CTS. In this study, a concept, vision and scenarios of CTS are introduced. And, authors analyzed the location of CTS rental stations and estimated CTS demands. Firstly, we analyze the number of the population, employees, students and traffic volume in study areas. Secondly, the frequency and utilization time are examined. Demand for CTS in each traffic zone was estimated. Lastly, the CTS rental station location is determined based on the analyzed data of the study areas. Evaluation standard of the determined location includes accessibility and density of population. And, the number of vehicles and that of parking zone at the rental station are estimated. The result suggests that Haewoondae Square parking lot would be assigned 11 vehicles and 14.23 parking spaces and that Dongbac parking lot be assigned 7.9 vehicles and 10.29 parking spaces. Further study requires additional real-time data for CTS to increase accuracy of the demand estimation. And network design would be developed for redistribution of vehicles.
