Semiotics approach to one-person Creative Company (1인 창조기업의 기호학적 분석)

  • This study analyzed the features and problems of one-person creative company development policy by using the image of brand identity of one-person creative company and the model of the symbol square. In order to solve the youth unemployment and to induce youth foundation, Korean government particularly Small and Medium Business Administration (SBA) paid great attention to 'One-Person Company' followed by One-Person Knowledge Company policy in 2008. Finally, this policy became One-Person Creative Company in 2009 when SBA faced criticism. However, according to semiotics analysis, symbolic conflicts were found in the policy given that this policy was not considered the role of the co-founder in venture ecosystem. This study provides practical implications for new directions of the one-person creative company policy of government; (1) one-person knowledge company ${\rightarrow}$ (2) one-person creative company ${\rightarrow}$ (3) 1+1 creative company.

Effect of single-person beauty company's managerial capabilities on management performance -Focusing on the moderating effects of beauty education institutions- (1인 미용기업 경영자 역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 -미용교육기관의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • This study checks how the managerial competency of a single beauty company affects management performance, and the managerial competency of a single beauty company has a moderating effect of a beauty education institution between management performance and presents related implications. As for the survey for the study, direct surveys and online surveys were conducted from May 1 to May 31, 2021, and a total of 218 copies were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, the managerial competence of a single beauty company was divided into three factors: psychological characteristics, technical characteristics, and management ability, and all factors influenced management performance. In addition, it was analyzed that the managerial competency of a single beauty company in beauty education institutions has a moderating effect in the relationship between management performance. Therefore, managers of single-person beauty companies should make various efforts to improve managerial capabilities that affect management performance, and above all, it is important to select educational institutions necessary for each reverse direction.

  • 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 기업(企業)의 소유구조(所有構造)와 기업가치(企業價値) 사이의 관계를 분석하여 횡단면(橫斷面) 요인(要因)과 시계열(時系列) 요인(要因)을 결합하는 이론적(理論的) 모형(模型)을 제시하며, 또한 제시된 모형(模型)을 한국증권시장(韓國證券市場)의 자료(資料)를 이용하여 실증적(實證的)으로 분석하여 절충가설이 우리나라 기업에 적용될 수 있는지를 검토하였다. 본(本) 연구(硏究)에서는 기업가치(企業價値)를 나타내는 대용변수(代用變數)로 시장가치 대 장부가치비율을, 독립변수(獨立變數)로는 대주주 1인 지분율을 그리고 통제변수(統制變數)로는 광고비 정도, 기업규모, 재무레버리지, 30대 재벌 비재벌의 가변수(假變數)를 사용하였다. 실증분석 결과 본(本) 연구(硏究)에서 제시된 모형이 상당한 의미를 가지나, 모형(模型)의 설명력(說明力)은 비교적 낮아 본(本) 연구(硏究)에서 제시된 설명변수(說明變數)들이 자본구조(資本構造)의 변동(變動)을 8%정도 설명하고 있다. 또한 본(本) 연구(硏究)에서 제시된 독립변수 대주주 1인의 지분율과 이를 제곱한 것은 통계적으로 의미가 있는 변수가 되고 있다. 이는 대주주 1인의 지분율과 기업가치(企業價値) 사이에는 곡선관계(曲線關係)가 존재한다는 절충가설(折衷假說)을 지지하는 강력한 증거이다. 그리고 본(本) 연구(硏究)에서 제시된 통제변수(統制變數)인 광고비 정도, 기업규모, 재무레버리지 그리고 30대 재벌 비재벌 가변수(假變數) 등은 기업가치(機業價値)를 결정하는 통계적인 의미를 갖는 변수로 밝혀졌으며 회귀계수(回歸係數)의 부호도 기대하였던 바와 일치하고 있다.

  • Currency crisis, in order to solve the problem of the polarization of economic and serious youth unemployment rate, to prepare for the smart new economic era, and like to support and nurture the one-persion creating company of mobile app industry of central and local government people policies are underway. To be able to contribute to the establishment of the success of mobile app One-person creating company, to target the mobile app One-person creating company int the Busan region, we conducted an empirical study of success factors, and thus, support these solutions, more effective and efficient in an attempt to try to seek the support measures, was carried out this research. In this study, results derive a research three hypotheses about the success factors of One-person creating company through literature discussion, were investigated on the basis of empirical data of the mobile app one-persion creative company of Busan region of 51 individual, establishment of company period is longer, the number of organizations employee is large and attract a lot of external funds, and was able to find the tendency of more entrepreneurs receives an education, may increase an outcome of business. In this study, it is possible to obtain the policy implications as follows. First, to attract investment funds and attract government funding to support the funding of One-person creating company, it is necessary to pay attention more. Second, policy founder to an education about the management on an ongoing basis is needed than the education of marketing and technology for human resources development. Future, you will be able to expand across the country study company, we have established a policy of mobile app industry of national dimension, in this foundation, will be expanded to all industries.

Management Efficiency Analysis of Construction Firms Using a Combined ANP and DEA Model (ANP와 DEA 결합모델을 이용한 건설회사의 경영효율성 분석)

  • 최근 건설경기의 난국 속에서 많은 건설기업들이 경영상의 어려움에 처해 있다. 본 연구에서는 코스피 코스닥 상장 건설기업들을 대상으로 ANP와 DEA 결합 모델을 이용하여 기업의 경영 효율성 분석을 실시한다. DEA 모형에 쓰이는 투입 및 산출 요소의 결정은 ANP 모형의 중요도 분석을 통하여 결정함으로써 기존의 방법보다 효율성 분석 결과의 신뢰도를 제고하였는데, 효율성 분석결과 비효율적 그룹에 대해서는 효율적 그룹으로의 이동을 위한 벤치마킹 대상과 개선을 위한 효율성 수치를 제공한다. 또한 연구의 결과로 나온 기업별 효율성과 주가와의 상관관계를 분석한다. 본 연구에서는 코스피 상장 건설기업 36곳과 코스닥에 상장된 건설기업 21곳인 총57개 기업을 대상으로 기업의 효율성을 평가하였는데, 효율성 분석결과 CCR 효율성이 1인 기업은 4개 기업, BCC 효율성이 1인 기업은 7개 기업, 규모의 효율성이 1인 기업은 4개 기업 이었으며 각각의 효율적 그룹군 기업과 주가와의 상관관계는 CCR, BCC 모형 모두에서 0.7 이상의 강한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to evaluate strategies for the attraction of Korean finns into EU Objective 1 (less prosperous region).2(regions facing structural difficulties or conversion) on the basis of Korean foreign direct investment in the European Union(EU) in the past 10 years (the late 1980s-late 1990s). Of such strategies the most important was incentive packages for Korean finns by those regions. Nonetheless, these packages did not contribute to the development of the finns and regions because of limits to the finns' competitiveness(cost competitiveness) and the regions' competitiveness(low productivity and skills). Consequently, these strategies of EU Objective 1.2 regions did not provide an opportunity for pathways to successful development because the incentive packages provided to the finns and regions without the consideration of their internal and external circumstances.

  • 본 논문의 목적은 안전성과와 경영성과의 영향관계를 체계적으로 설명할 수 있는 모형을 개발하고, 근로자수 300인 이상인 기업 43개와 300인 미만인 30개 기업을 구분해서 개발한 모형을 실증적으로 분석함으로써 모델의 타당성을 분석하는데 있다. 안전성과에 대한 변수는 노동부산하의 한국산업안전공단에서 집계한 재해자 수와 근로손실일 수를 선정하였으며, 경영성과에 대한 자료는 (주)한국신용정보와 (주)매일경제에서 출간하는 상장기업분석자료를 근거로 하여 1인당매출액을 선정하고 조절변수로 사용된 노무비, 경비, 부채비율, 수출비중을 업계평균에 비해 상대적으로 높고 낮은 정도를 높은 기업은 1, 낮은 기업은 0의 값을 지정하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통하여 기업의 특성요인들에 따라 안전성과가 경영성과에 미치는 영향이 다르다는 본 연구의 이론적 모델은 근로자 수가 300인 이상인 국내 대기업의 경우에는 그 타당성을 지닌다고 볼 수 있었다.

A study on Management Efficiency of Semiconductor Industry (반도체 산업의 경영효율성에 관한 연구)

  • The Korean semiconductor industry is the top export item, and its technological prowess is also higher than that of its competitors. However, the technology gap with rivals will narrow. And the semiconductor industry is facing difficulties due to trade friction. Therefore, semiconductor firms should be more efficient in their production. we study analyzes the efficiency semiconductor firms using DEA model. We evaluate the CCR, BBC efficiency and RTS(return to scale) of 30 Korean semiconductor firms. There are a total of 13 efficient DMUs with a BCC of 1. There are a total of 6 efficient DMUs with a CCR of 1. A total of 10 DMUs were IRS in Scale Efficiency and a total of 9 DMUs were CRS in Scale Efficiency and a total of 11 DMUs were DRS in Scale Efficiency. We also suggest the semiconductor firms which can be benchmarked based on analyzed information.

  • The high-technological in the electric and electronic industries is recognized in overseas markets as well. However, the competition for technologies in these industries is increasing. Therefore, electric and electronic firms should be more efficient in their production. so, This paper analyzes the efficiency of High-growth Electrical and Electronics firms using DEA model.
