Women and Children's Health Care in Korea: Status and Strategies (한국의 여성과 어린이 건강 - 실태와 전략 -)

  • 여성건강은 개인 뿐만 아니라 가족, 사회, 국가적으로 대단히 중요하다. 왜냐하면 미래사회의 자원인 인간을 출산하고 양육하는 것과 직접적으로 관련이 있기 때문이다. 여성은 스스로 자신의 몸을 지키고 건강행위를 위한 결정을 할 수 있어야 한다. 특히 출산과 관련하여 여성은 자신의 건강을 유지 증진 할 수 있는 능력이 있어야 한다. 한나라의 발전수준은 모자보건의 수준으로 결정하며 영아 사망률과 모성사망률은 국가 발전의 수준을 대표한다. 본 연구는 한국의 여성과 어린이 건강 실태를 살펴보았다. 모성사망률과 영아사망률은 여성의 산전간호 수진률의 증가와 영아 예방접종률의 증가로 점차 감소하고 있다. 그러나 모유수유률의 감소와 영아의 사고발생률이 증가하는 것은 자라나는 어린이의 건강을 위협한다. 어린이 사고는 환경과 돌보는 어른들의 부주의에 의해서 발생되는 경우가 대부분이므로 어린이 사고를 방지하고 모유수유률을 증가시키는 예방전략이 필요하다. 여성의 흡연, 음주, 약물의 사용이 증가하는 것과 여성폭력이 증가하는 것은 여성건강을 위협하는 중요한 요인이다. 또한 식습관 장애와 같은 잘못된 건강행위는 여성의 건강을 위협할 뿐 아니라 자녀출산에도 부정적인 영향을 미친다. 여성과 어린이의 건강을 유지 증진하기 위해서는 여성이 여성으로서의 인식을 가지고 건강관리기관을 찾고 건강관리를 할 수 있는 능력을 가져야 한다. 그러므로 간호사를 비롯한 의료인은 여성이 스스로 판단하고 결정하고 자가간호 할 수 있는 힘과 의지와 정보를 제공해야 한다. 이를 위해 여성건강전문간호사가 필요하다. 또한 국가와 사회단체(NGO)가 함께 여성건강이 국가적인 사업임을 인식하고 지원과 관심을 기울여야 한다.

A Change of U.S. Ballistic Missile Defense Strategy (미국 탄도미사일방어 전략의 변화)

  • The United States has built a missile defense system from the Cold War era, but since the end of the Cold War era, there have been many changes in international situation and threats. The forces of power divided between the United States and the Soviet Union have become increasingly threatened by China's willingness to expand its external influence, declaration of strong Russia and North Korea and Iran's nuclear armament and advanced ballistic missile technology. In response to this threat change, the Missile Defense Agency(MDA) has established strategies and policies, but its parent law has not been revised. United States changed to the FY2017 National Defense Authorization Act (FY2017 NDAA) including changed missile defense strategy. In this paper, I check US ballistic missile defense strategies included in the FY2017 NDAA and compare what changes have been made in existing strategies.

  • Bergson's second work, matter and memory, shows a considerable change in his understanding of time's nature. There, time is no more something indivisible, the distinction of past and present being taken as it's essential feature. Bergson asserts that the past, by it's nature, is something that never ceases to be. His assertion of this immortality of the past leads many people to think that, for him, it's by virtue of the past that duration is possible. Deleuze, an excellent commentator of Bergson's thinking, constructs a really sophisticated argumentation to explain how this immortal ontological past makes possible the passage of time. But we think that the past, as well as the present, tends only to be spatialized, if it is left alone without the help of the future: the ontological past can not make possible time. We try to show how the future can save past and present from their inherent tendency of spatialization : it is by virtue of the future that time(duration) is possible.

  • 본 연구에서는 사람의 턱 운동과 턱 사이에 작용하는 힘(혹은 압력)을 그대로 나타낼 수 있는 저작로봇을 개발하는 것을 궁극적인 목표로 한다. 이러한 저작로봇이 개발되면, 치과의사가 환자의 턱운동에 나타나는 병변을 진단하고 치료하는데 큰 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. 또한 , 본 연구에 채택한 병렬기구(parallel mechanism)에대한 순기구학적( forward kinematics)분석은 일반적인 병렬기구의 실계에도 응용될 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구진이 1차적으로 설계한 모델은 베이스와 플랫폼(platform), 그리고 이 둘을 연결하는 3개의 다리로 구성되어 있다. 다리와 플랫폼은 3자유도의 관절로 다리와 베이스는 1자유도의 경첩 관절로 연결되어 있으며, 이 3개의 경첩 관절은 베이스 위의 수평면에서 직선을 따라 움직인다. 경첩 관절의 수평 변위와 세 다리의 길이가 주어졌을 때 플랫폼의 위치와 오리엔테이션을 구하는 순기구학의 해( 解)를 계산해내는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 이 알고리즘의 특징은 매 순간 오차를 계산하여 이 오차가 줄어드는 방향으로 나아가도록 시간간격(time step)을 조절하는 것이다. 본 알고리즘은 현재 가장 보편적으로 사용되고 있는 뉴튼-렙슨 방법에 비하여 3가지 장점을 나타내고 있다. 우선 , 초기치(initial guess)에 관계없이 수렴한다는 것이다. 또한, 본 알고리즘은 뉴튼-렙슨 방법에 비하여 수렴속도가 훨씬 빠르며, 연산 시간이 매우 짧아져 실제적인 실시간 적용에 적합하다. 마지막으로, 뉴튼-렙슨 방법에서는 여러 개의 해 가운데 어느 곳으로 수렴할 지 예측 할수 없으나 본 알고리즘에서는 초기치에 가장 가까운 해로 수렴한다. 이러한 순기구학의 다중성(multiplicity)문제를 해결하기 위하여 두 개의 조건을 제시하였으며, 이를 적용한 시뮬레이션 결과에 의하면 항상 원하는 해(true solution)에 수렴할 수 있었다.발생량의 감소를 기대 할 수 있는 친환경기술로 유지관리비를 최소화할 수 있는 장점이 있었다. 않은 사람들 중 미래의 검진실행의지에 건강소식지가 영향을 미친 경우는 48.7%였다. 보건교육을 받은 후 유방암 자가검진 실천율은 사업군에서 53.9%로 받기 전의 27.3%보다 증가하였으나 대조군의 경우는 별 차이가 없었다. 연령별로는 60대가 가장 높았고 사업군에서 검진율의 증가분은 30대가 가장 컸다. 교육수준별로는 사업군은 고졸이, 대조군은 전문대졸이 가장 높았고 사업군에서 검진율의 증가분은 고졸에서 가장 컸다. 보건교육 후 유방암과 관련된 건강지식의 정도는 사업군이 3.7점으로 대조군보다 유의하게 높았으며, 유방암 자가검진법을 실천하는 사람들의 동기는 ‘일반 대중매체의 영향’이 가장 많았으며 건강소식지가 동기인 경우도 20.4%였다. 사업군에서 건강소식지가 유방암 자가검진법 실천에 영향을 미친 경우가 79.6%였으며 유방암 자가검진법에 관한 보건교육을 받고 실천하지 않은 사람들 중 미래의 실천의지에 건강소식지가 영향을 미친 경우는 43.6%였다. 이상의 소견에서 지역주민을 대상으로 인쇄매체를 통한 보건교육은 인쇄물만으로도 쉽게 실천 할 수 있는 유방암 자가검진법이 가장 효과적이었으며, 자궁암검진에 관해서도 검진을 받을 수 있도록 지역사회의 보건의료의 하부구조를 정비하여 제도적 장치를 마련하고 정보를 제공한다면 자궁암검진 실천율도 증가할 것이다.고 12.9% 의 발달율을 보여 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이상의 결과로 보아 핵이식 수정란을 효율적으로 생산하기 위하여 수핵난자의 세포질에 ionomycin 과 DMAP 의 혼합처리로 탈핵난자의 활성화를 유도하는 것이 효율을 증진시킬 수 있었다고 본다. 또한 공핵수정란을 수정 후 90시간과 114시간 개별 배양하여 할구를 공핵체로 핵이식에 이용하였을 때도 그룹배양에 비하여 효율이 떨어지지 않음을 알 수 있었으며, 수정란의 할구

Development of Ankle Power Assistive Robot using Pneumatic Muscle (공압근육을 사용한 발목근력보조로봇의 개발)

  • This paper describes the development of a wearable robot to assist ankle power for the elderly. Previously developed wearable robots have generally used motors and gears to assist muscle power during walking. However, the combination of motor and reduction gear is heavy and has limitations on the simultaneous control of stiffness and torque due to the friction of the gear reducer unlike human muscles. Therefore, in this study, Mckibben pneumatic muscle, which is lighter, safer, and more powerful than an electric motor with gear, was used to assist ankle joint. Antagonistic actuation using a pair of pneumatic muscles assisted the power of the soleus muscles and tibialis anterior muscles used for the pitching motion of the ankle joint, and the model parameters of the antagonistic actuator were experimentally derived using a muscle test platform. To recognize the wearer's walking intention, foot load and ankle torque were calculated by measuring the pressure and the center of pressure of the foot using force and linear displacement sensors, and the stiffness and the torque of the pneumatic muscle joint were then controlled by the calculated ankle torque and foot load. Finally, the performance of the developed ankle power assistive robot was experimentally verified by measuring EMG signals during walking experiments on a treadmill.

  • I try to elucidate the essence of cinematic art in terms of Nietzsche's physiological philosophy of art. According to Nietzsche, the mise-en-$sc{\grave{e}}nes$ in the film are expressions of willingness to the power of the author, the director. These are not re-imitations of the imitations with Platonic measure, sinker, number, but framing the elan vital Erde, die $urspr{\ddot{u}}ngliche$ Vorstellung with the director's body-camera. In this context, the film is essentially die Kunst des Lebens, in which the body and the earth are mediated by cameras. Therefore, it is not the eyes or the head, but the body that is necessary to appreciate film art. But the body at this time does not mean the heavy body of Hollywood standard audiences manipulated, controlled, or transformed by capital. We should stand in front of the film work with body shaking between trauma and Rausch, a dancing body, and a light and fresh body. Only by watching film with the body, can we achieve the small revolutions in everyday life. For example, if we watch $B{\acute{e}}la$ Tarr's film The Turin Horse in such a way, we can no longer be the dwarfed human beings, der Herde-Mensch. Also, $B{\acute{e}}la$ Tarr's mise-en-scene will make us realize why Nietzsche had said that there is art to us not to be destroyed by the platonic truth.

Nietzsches anthropologische Methodologie (니체의 인간학적 방법론)

  • Nietzsche stellt in seiner Philosophie den "${\ddot{U}}bermensch$" als existenziales Ideal des Menschen sowie als Menschentyp der Zukunft und "die ${\ddot{u}}bermenschliche$ Zukunft" als Zukunft des gesunden Menschen vor. Der ${\ddot{U}}bermensch$ und die ${\ddot{u}}bermenschliche$ Zukunft beinhalten in Nietzsches Philosophie den Sinn des gesunden Menschen und seiner gesunden Zukunft. Nach Nietzsche kann dieses gesunde Ideal durch die aktive Praxis des Menschen endlich verwirklicht werden. Nietzsche unterscheidet das aktive und das passive Verhalten des Menschen und leitet daraus die zwei $gegens{\ddot{a}}tzlichen$ Menschentypen her, also den aktiven Menschen (Herr der Moral des Lebens - geistig Starker) und den passiven Menschen (Sklave der Moral des Lebens - geistig Schwacher). Aber die Typologie dieser anthropologischen Differenz zielt nicht auf die Dualisierung der absoluten Differenz, sondern auf seine relativistisch-relationale ${\ddot{U}}berwindung$. Auf diese Weise setzt die philosophische Anthropologie Nietzsches im Grunde seine eigene praktische Philosophie voraus. Ferner bestimmt Nietzsche den Menschen als Zwischenwesen, das $hei{\ss}t$, dass der Mensch in Also sprach Zarathustra an der existenzialen Grenze zwischen Tier und ${\ddot{U}}bermensch$ und in seiner anthropologischen ${\ddot{A}}sthetik$ an der ${\ddot{a}}sthetischen$ Grenze zwischen $Versch{\ddot{o}}nerung$ und $Verh{\ddot{a}}sslichung$ des Lebens steht, sowie als $M{\ddot{o}}glichkeitswesen$, das an dieser Grenze durch die existenziale $Selbst{\ddot{u}}berwindung$ und die ${\ddot{a}}sthetische$ Selbstgestaltung in jedem Moment seine $Ver{\ddot{a}}nderungsm{\ddot{o}}glichkeit$ $sch{\ddot{o}}pferisch$ verwirklichen kann. A study of Hwaseo's "Chosun as a little China" theory - Compare with Japanese latter period Mito study (화서(華西) 이항로(李恒老)의 조선중화의지(朝鮮中華意識) 연구(硏究) - 일본 후기 미토학과의 대비 -)

  • 19C was a chaotic time of Chosun dynasty, in order to make society stable, the scholas of Chosun wanted to define themselves as a little China on the east", to understand themselves as part of China and somehow they thought it will help for Koreans to understand who they really are. This "Chosun as a little China" idea is their spritual foundation and also the to understand who they are. From 16 C, Chosun had idea of "being a little China, so when Hwaseo talked about this idea, it was not new to the people and scholars in Chosun, however in Hwaseo's theory, the idea was more defined and realistic. In 19 C Chosun dynasty, the chaos caused by absece of fundimental principle was great, the scholars agreed Hwaseo's "Chosun as a little China" theory should be the foundational principle. Therefore, the problem of understanding and communicating about the west has to be reconcidered, because that was what they wanted to have as foundation before the comunication with west. Scholas of Chosun wanted to set their foundation before they often up their country to the west so they needed time to discuss this. In 19 C Japan on the other hand, they faced same chaos that Chosun experienced, however they went totally different way, because Japan unerstood the reallity and accepted western civilization. Specially, the latter period Mito study influenced to make that decision by changing the west from what they have to defeat to what they have to respect and copy. Both Chosun and Japan focused on making thier countries stronger, but Chosun found the answer in focusing on orthodox confucianism and Japan found the answer in making the military stronger. That is why these two countries went totally different ways in the history of 19-20 C North-east Asia.

Study on Chinese poems written by Gusadang Kim, Nak-Haeng (구사당(九思堂) 김낙행(金樂行)의 한시(漢詩) 연구(硏究))

  • Gusadang Kim, Nak-Haeng is a scholar of 18th century in Yeongnam region who wrote about 130 Chinese poems. In this study, I searched Gusadang's inner world by interpreting his Chinese poems. His life is closely related to his father Jesan Kim, Seong-Tak who was exiled. The fact that he devoted himself to his father for 10 years shows he had strong standards in making decisions in life. In short, Gusadang was a person who looked gentle but was tough inside and he remained firm in his faith even with outside pressure. He could not achieve glory because he spent time serving his father in his thirties. Although he heard compliments from others that he was talented enough to succeed as a scholar, he lacked time and mental energy to study. Also, he was a moralist and wrote some poems about impressive events in his life even though he did not fully devote himself to writing poems. In this study, I searched his inner world focusing on how he felt and thought about outside world by analyzing his poems. In conclusion, I found three characteristics from his poems. Firstly, depressed feelings are shown based on excessive self-consciousness in the poems related to his father. Secondly, his will to keep balance in life is shown because he wanted a harmonious life as a seeker after truth. Thirdly, a sense of isolation is shown because he had to keep a distance from outside world.

A Study on the Lived Experiences of Health-Related Students on Academic Probation (보건계열 대학생들의 학사경고 경험에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the experience of academic probation in health-related college students. The participants who had the experience of academic probation among health-related college students were joined by the snowball method, and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi's method which is one of the phenomenological research methods. As a result, 96 meaningful statements were derived, and 39 themes, 15 theme clusters, and 6 categories were extracted from the meaningful statements. The six categories consisted of 'My life which was pushed from others', 'Clothes which don't fit me', 'I who was getting smaller' 'Trusting me', 'The force that holds me', and 'Indomitable will'. As results of this study, it is important to prepare and develop programs to support the health-related college students who have experienced academic probation, and special care could prevent to drop those students from colleges.
