2008년 현재 우리나라는 10%의 인구가 60세 이상인 이른바 고령사회에 접어들었다. 노인 인구의 증가로 인해 노인이 여가생활 또는 일반생활을 보조하기 위한 보행 보조기에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 대부분 동력이 없는 보행보조기를 사용하고 있으며 이러한 기구는 경사로 공간 또는 힘이 약한 노인들에게 취약성을 가지고 있다. 이에 동력형 보행보조로봇에 관심이 증가하고 있다. 동력형 보행보조로봇 역시 경사로에 있어서 편리성과 안전성을 높이기 위한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 보행보조로봇이 경사로에 진입 하였을 경우 기울어진 경사로의 정도를 인식하여 모터를 제어 한다. TILT 센서를 이용하여 기울이짐 정도를 측정 하였고, 또한 로봇의 전류 실시간으로 체크하여 로봇의 안전성을 향상 하였다. 제어 시스템 구성은 사용자의 보행의지를 파악하기위해 FSR 센서를 부착하여 조향장치로 사용하였으며, 경사로를 인식하기 위해 Liquid 타입의 TILT 센서를 사용하였으며, 모션 제어를 위해 DSP를 사용하였다. 본 제어 시스템을 보조보행로봇에 적용하였을 때, 보행보조로봇이 오르막 경사로에 진입시 기존보다 힘을 적게 사용하여 경사로를 진행하였으며, 경사로에서 브레이크 작동속도가 향상 되었다. 또한 내리막 경사로에서는 모터의 힘을 적게 사용하고 중력의 힘을 사용하여 이를 통해 전류의 소비량을 개선 하였다.

This study suggests new perspective of interorganizational communication. The importance of communication quality is increasing because it affects performance of marketing channels. In perspective of information exchange, communication quality consists of accuracy, availability, timing, and credibility. In research model, the antecedents of communication quality adopt willingness of information sharing and capability of efficient communication. To examine effects of communication quality on channel performance, research model includes relation of communication quality and conflicts. For empirical test, relation of PC makers and their dealers is decided as a focal dyad. Findings indicate that overall hypotheses are supported except the relation of willingness of information sharing and communication quality.

본 연구는 기업의 행동범위를 결정해주는 주인과 대리인간의 계약을 통한 통제 메커니즘이 실제 기업의 의사결정에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 알아본다. 소유주와 경영자의 양자관계를 통제 이론의 관점에서 시스템 다이내믹스로 구축하여 경영자 윤리적 또는 자율 의지적 의사결정의 동태성에 대해서 고찰한다. 특히 시스템 다이내믹스의 특징이라고 할 수 있는 피드백 구조와 시뮬레이션을 통해서 계약이라는 통제 메커니즘과 소유주와 경영자의 양 행위자간의 힘의 대립관계를 동태적으로 분석한다. 연구결과 계약과 같은 통제의 정도에 따라 경영자의 의사결정에 있어서 의도하지 않은 결과가 나타나는 패러독스 현상을 찾아내었으며 이와 더불어 경영자의 의사결정이 지속가능하고 효율적으로 이루어지기 위한 통제 메커니즘에 대해서 논의한다.

Recently, the interest on walking assistances in order to assist aged people has increased due to the increase of the aged. However, most walking aid systems have a weakness for a slope because they don't have power. So, they have a weak point which makes users difficult to move when they are weak in the legs. That is why the interest on walking assistances with power has increased. The use of the walking aid systems should be easy because most users are old people. Thus, we produce module to grasp walking intent of users by using various sensors such as potentiometer, FSR(Force Sensing Resistance) Sensor and Stretch Sensor and calculate the response time to the module. Firstly, the response time of handlebar which is a kind of potentiometer is 420ms and Resilience of it is 140ms. Secondly, the response time of handlebar which use FSR Sensor is 320ms and Resilience of it is 220ms. Finally, the response time of the Stretch Sensor is 160ms and Resilience of it is 140ms. The performance of Stretch Sensor is the best among the three kind of sensors.

It is widely recognized that human beings have moral responsibility for their actions because they have free will to choose and control their acts. Unlike natural phenomena, however, human acts cannot be interpreted with simple, visible ones. Human acts are quite different from natural phenomena because they come about through a number of complicated, invisible phases taking place in our mind. In addition, human actions are under the influence of internal and external factors. Those various internal and external factors are divided into four sectors as follows; (1) the factors that can fall under control of our free will, (2) the factors in the interim phase that could come under our control, (3) the factors that are partially determined that we cannot choose or control over, and (4) the factors that completely determined, and can't be chosen or controlled. we have to pay attention to the fact that we can choose or control the internal and external factors that influence human action. However, there are still factors that are impossible to choose or control with our will. So it is highly unreasonable to hold accountable for actors by means of the factors that can't be chosen or controlled. Hence, the society should be also accountable for the acts of actors influenced by heredity and environment. For this, Politics should affect the external, undesirable, and uncontrollable factors beyond actors power. Education has to exert its influence over the internal and genetic factors by instilling sound values in human mind, too. It is because happy and desirable future will be possible by giving equal opportunities to us including the youth.

In the philosophy of Louis Labelle, the subject of "good and evil", which is rarely discussed in modern philosophy, emerges as a very important concept. In his reasoning, the notion of evil starts from a passive stipulation of the Scholastic philosophy of "the lack of being", but he defined the evil, which actually exists in the world with more positive sense as a willing force destroying "life and values". In his reasoning that defines "the presence of evil" as "le scandale du monde", all humans have the possibility of evil as an attitude of will, and the presence of evil in the world and in human society is inevitable. On the other hand, because the outcome of evil appears as physical and mental "pain", the human's attitude toward pain, which attempts to deny suffering, induces a moral will to overcome this evil. The moral anguish, which is the "internal suffering" that we have in front of the presence of evil, makes us conscious of becoming a "moral being", and people become self-satisfied here. Although painful, self-satisfaction and happiness about becoming a moral being is the only occasion and motive for man to overcome this by opposing the presence of evil. In other words, Lavelle's thoughts for good and evil are based on "moral psychologism", and the "coherence of psychological horizons and ethical horizons" between rejection of suffering and moral agony enables "ethical optimism" that man constantly overcomes evil and produces good. This is clearly an advanced modern application of scholasticism on the concept of evil.

In this paper, we have proposed to show the change of player character's status visually in character graphics. We have chosen strength and dexterity as basic character status out of strength, constitution, willness, intelligence, and dexterity to express the transition of character graphics. The length of each bone can be reflecting the numerical value of dexterity, and the thickness can show that of strength. This kind of visual representation of character status helps player to reveal his/her character identity. We are expecting this visual representation for direction of fostering characters and character's experience would be applied to various entertainment areas widely.

This paper aims to reconstruct the theme of the crisis of modernity and its overcoming possibility as one of the most intense implications of Nietzsche philosophy on the theme of "love". It analyses Nietzsche's statements about love, from the onset of physical desire for the opposite sex, through the forms of religiously distorted love, such as compassion and charity, to the amor fati as the positive affirmation of life. For Nietzsche, love is basically an urge to grow out of the possessive craving for power. The impulse of love is part of life, because it is willpower that makes man. Christianity, which linked sexual impulses to sin, made eros immoral. Nietzsche says we must overcome Christian love, which intends to deny human nature and reality and superimpose other ideals, and learn to love beyond itself. In the Nietzsche philosophy, it is the love of one's fate.

전자상거래의 과세문제 중 상당부분은 국제조세와 관련되어 있다. 그러나 국제조세체계는 우리의 의지만으로 되는 것이 아니며, 기존의 상거래 분야에서의 강국이었던 미국이 전 세계경제질서에 막대한 영향을 미쳤듯이 전자상거래 분야에서도 마찬가지이다. 세계경제질서를 실질적으로 주도하고 있는 미국은 힘의 우위를 바탕으로 on-line 거래는 물론 off-line 거래 분야에서도 점진적으로 무관세를 주장하는 입장이다. 자본의 순수출국과 순수입국의 중간자적 입장에 있는 우리가 대처할 방안으로는 미국만이 내세우는 분야가 있으면, 이를 전략적으로 OECD회원국들과 공동적인 보조를 맞춰 나가고, 반대로 우리의 국익에 도움이 되는 분야는 이를 적극 주장하여 다른 회원국들의 이해를 구하는 협상력이 필요할 것이다. 전자상거래와 관련한 조세문제에 대하여 가장 핵심적인 전제는, 전자기술의 진보 국제적인 합의 및 납세자의 협력이라고 할 수 있다. 제반 분야가 조성될 수 있도록 정부당국은 세심한 검토와 지원이 있어야 할 것이다. 그리고 국내 전자상거래 시장이 비약적으로 확대 발전하고 있으므로 과세제도 측면에서 보완해야 할 점을 찾아내어 과세누락을 최소화하여야 하며, 다른 한편으로는 전자상거래를 활성화시키고 촉진시키기 위해 세제 및 세정상 지원방안도 강구해야 할 것이다.

1962년 당시 중공업 불모지였던 이 땅에 본격적인 중공업 시대를 개막한 효성은 반세기를 훌쩍 넘긴 오늘에 이르기까지 끊임없는 변화와 개혁을 통해 세계적인 기업으로 발전해 왔다. 중전기기 신제품 개발에 힘을 기울여온 효성의 발자취는 우리나라 전력산업의 발전과 궤를 같이 하고 있다고 할 정도로 효성은 국내 전력산업사(史)에 있어 빼놓을 수 없는 존재이다. 154kV 환상망 구축사업의 중추적 역할 수행, 345kV 전력기자재 최초 납품, 765kV 초고압 변압기 국내 최초 개발 및 수출, 800kV급 2점절 초고압 차단기(GIS, Gas Insulated Switchgear) 세계 최초 개발, 1,100kV 극초고압 GIS 국내 최초 순수 독자 개발 등 효성의 초고압 분야는 화려한 역사를 자랑한다. 그러나 최근 들어 세계 초고압 분야의 시장 성장세가 둔화되고 있다. 이에 비단 효성 뿐 아니라 국내 초고압 관련 기업들의 움직임도 주춤한 상태다. 문제는 이러한 난관을 어떻게 빨리 헤쳐 나가느냐에 있는데, 효성이 선택한 방법은 '고객제일주의'와 '신기술 개발'이다. 이는 기본 중의 기본이지만, 이 기본을 준수하기가 얼마나 어려운지는 모두 알 것이다. 즉 50여년 전 아무 것도 없는 중공업 분야에서 새로운 역사를 창조하겠다던 '초심'으로 돌아가 지금부터 다시 새 역사를 써나가겠다는 의지를 불태우고 있는 것이다. 그 중심에 우뚝 서 효성의 초고압 전력 분야를 책임지고 있는 전력 퍼포먼스유니트를 소개한다.
