본고는 주요 댐호수의 휴양가치를 댐호수의 특성별로 도출하고자 실제로 댐호수를 선택한 행위를 분석하고, 아울러 선택실험을 통해 가상적으로 설정된 특성을 가진 댐을 방문할지를 선택하도록 하여 그 결과를 분석하기도 하였다. 또한 현시선호된 선택과 진술선호선택을 모두 결합하여 분석하는 기법도 사용하였다. 분석결과 진술선호자료와 현시선호자료간의 이질성이 상당한 것으로 나타났으나 두 자료를 결합함으로써 모든 특성변수들이 만족도에 미치는 영향이 직관과 부합되도록 도출되었다. 댐호수의 수량과 수질 모두가 레크리에이션 가치에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 특히 수질개선의 편익 증가효과가 매우 크다는 것이 확인되었다. 그 외에도 홍보관, 주변 숙박시설 및 음식점, 인근 휴양지와의 연계성 등도 휴양가치 증가에 영향을 미치는 주요 변수로 파악되었다.

The purpose of this study is to estimate the benefits associated with the opportunities of multiple destination trips using a mixed logit model. The opportunities that affect the destination choice can be one of the external environments of recreational sites. The data for this study were taken from a survey conducted to the multiple destination trip participants at Seorak National Park in Korea. The results of the research show the specific values of complementary opportunities in the study area.

There are a lot of interest and research on practical area of marine leisure but few research on fundamental area. We need to suggest the theoretical basis on the merit of marine leisure. The author analyzed in visual and audio informations of seashore environment based on psychology of emotion aesthetically and musically. As a results, Peoples could get affirmative emotion through participating in seashore relaxation and changed their negative emotion into affirmative.

Recreational forests are catching on as places for personal development through recreation, association with people, education about nature, mind relaxation and spiritual peace. However, the value and significance of recreational forests with various functions are easily overlooked. Whoever pays fees for admission to facilities are able to enjoy fresh air, a comfortable environment, and space for rest. It should be taken into consideration whether the fee which customers pay is appropriate for the value of nature they are enjoying. This study is involved in giving the right recognition to the value of recreation and environment by estimating economically the value of the environment in which visitors stay, and presenting the appropriate price. The most efficient way to achieve this goal is through an economic approach, which suggests following established research skills and yielding suitable and accurate amounts of money. The environmental value of a recreational forests is estimated through contingent valuation method(CVM), which is chosen among several methods to estimate public facilities because the value of recreational forests has strong characteristics as public facilities which are not traded in the market. The annual recreation value per person of surveyed recreational forests is Willingness To Pay(WTP) with a mean between about 16,000 won and 25,400 won. The recreation value of one recreational forest surveyed is annually between approximately 1.7 billions won and 2.7 billions won. The annual recreation value of 85 national and public recreational forests is presumed to be between about 140 billions won and 230 billions won. The presumed amount of money is the environment in which visitors can enjoy whenever they invest some money and time. Indeed, it is more than that; it provides visitors with a greater sense of satisfaction and the recognition of the preciousness of nature and the environment.

Because of various societal changes, such as the recent improvement in income levels and extension of the flexible work system, the demand for forest recreation activities and their use patterns are undergoing a change. Accordingly, it is necessary to identify the characteristics of each type through the segmentation of the overall forest recreation and welfare markets and to plan differentiated policies for each market type. This study classifies the forest recreation and welfare activities according to four types of users (i.e., passive usage type, ordinary type, active lover type, and indifferent type) using the Latent Class Analysis and examines their demographic and socioeconomic characteristics to explain the differences between the groups. Three policy implications were derived from the results obtained: 1) the group experiencing forest recreation welfare is subdivided; 2) the socioeconomic characteristics that distinguish the groups undertaking forest recreation activities were identified; and 3) the policy targets and characteristics that can increase the experience of forest recreation welfare were identified. This study is insightful as it suggests differentiated policies for each group and proposes policy measures to move to the desirable group.

국민연금관리공단에서는 연금가입자 및 수급권자의 복지증진과 제도에 대한 홍보효과를 제고하고 대국민사회보장제도의 능률적 수행 등을 목적으로 지난 11월 30일, 국민연금종합휴양시설 건립 현상설계공모를 마감, 발표했다. 이번 설계경기에서 당선작으로는 창우정종합건축안이 선정되었고, 우수작으로는 동인ㆍ우양건축안과 선한건축안이 각각 선정됐다. 본지에서는 당선작과 우수작중 동인ㆍ우양건축안을 싣는다.

고령화로 인해 어촌마을은 소멸위기에 직면해 있으며, 어업인구의 감소로 인한 소득감소, 기반시설 부재와 일자리 부족으로 인한 인구유출 등은 위기를 가속화 시키고 있다. 어촌마을이 자생력을 확보하기 위해 지역자원을 활용한 활성화 계획이 수반되어야 하며, 특히 오늘날 급증하고 있는 국민여가시장과 연계가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 지속성에 대한 위기의식을 갖고 있는 어촌마을을 활성화 할 수있는 마스터플랜을 제안함으로써 지속가능한 어촌마을의 가능성을 제안하였다.
