This study aims to identify the employment path of vocational instructors using sequential analysis. By grasping the employment path in detail, the study presents implications for implementing support measures for systematic preparation for employment. In particular, the study presents the relationship of the vocational instructor's employment path in stages through frequency analysis, conversion probability analysis, significance test, and conversion status diagram of each employment path. For the analysis, the survey results of the vocational instructors working at private vocational training institutions were used. In conclusion, (i) as for the frequency of past experience for employment as a vocational instructor, the share of work experience, teaching training, and teaching experience was large. (ii) In the employment path stage, work experience, teaching training, and teaching experience had the greatest influence on the transition to the later stage. (iii) The prominent employment path for vocational instructors was "work experience-teaching experience-teaching training." Based on the conclusions, the study proposes a plan for systematic employment of vocational instructors.

사이버위협의 증가로 사이버보안 역량을 강화할 수 있는 사이버훈련에 대한 요구가 점점 증가하고 있다. 사이버훈련이란 개인의 사이버보안 역량 강화 및 사이버공격에 대한 조직적 대응을 단련하는 일련의 행위를 가리킨다. 최근 IT 영역에서 실생활과 밀접한 관계가 있는 OT 영역으로 사이버공격 범위가 늘어나 그 피해는 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 이들 사이버공격에 대비한 사이버훈련이 필요하며, IT 위주에서 OT를 포함한 사이버훈련으로 확장할 필요가 있다. 본고에서는 IT와 함께 OT 영역까지 사이버훈련을 수행할 수 있는 사이버훈련장 구축 연구를 소개한다. 본고에서는 OT 영역을 11개의 국가기반시설로 분류하였고, OT 사이버환경을 SW 기반으로 구축할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다. 제안된 사이버훈련장을 통해 IT와 OT 대상 사이버공격에 대한 사이버훈련을 수행할 수 있으며 사이버보안 역량을 강화할 수 있다.

The ROK Navy is seeking to secure an aircraft carrier(CVX) to take responsibility for the maritime security of the Republic of Korea. In order for the CVX to complete the mission given to it, the crew must be able to operate the CVX perfectly, and for this purpose, the operating skills of the CVX crew result from constant training. Therefore, this paper proposes an On-board Training System(OBTS) so that the best training can always be performed even on ship. CVX OBTS should be built in the form of a thorough simulator based on a Synthetic Training Environment(STE) so that it can be optimally applied to ship and provide the best training environment to the crew. In order to satisfy the various training requirements and implementation conditions of the CVX, this paper proposes a plan to consist of Embedded Training System(ETS), VR training system, AR maintenance system, MR training system, MR metaverse training system, and realistic simulator training system.

Locally and abroad, people's anxiety is now at a high due to CBRNE accidents. The accidents occur by various causes, and the scale of disaster could be enlarged. In this study, we focused on CBRNE education training program as a way of reducting damage of CBRNE accidents which could harm unspecified individuals and drew a parallel by a comparative analysis about CBRNE educational programs of domestic institutions.

In response to changes in Fourth Industrial Revolution in recent years, the field of education has focused on development of the human resources in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI: Artificial Intelligence) and industrial robot. Due to particular interest in these areas, the importance of developing integrated human resources equipped with artificial intelligence technology is emphasized in higher education and vocational competence development. In regards to rapid changing environment, this study created a program "Fostering personalized AI integrated human resource" and established an operational model correspond to latest personalized education trend. The established operational model was conducted twice using Delphi survey with experts in AI and innovative education in order to verify the suitability of program's basic structure, training process, and the sub-components of the operational strategy. The final training model was applied to the online vocational training platform (STEP) and a plan was proposed to establish a personalized training model to foster an AI integrated competent individual.

The goal of education and training in military is to foster strong combatants who can fight and defeat enemies. The Korean military is deeply aware of the importance of education & training, and has been introducing various advanced training systems so far. Despite these efforts, however, the military environment to maintain and strengthen the level of training is becoming increasingly difficult. In this study, it was conducted on the effectiveness analysis and utilization of the game system for military education & training through literature review. As a result of literature analysis, the introduction of the game system could be expected to have various effects throughout the cognitive and behavioral areas. Based on this effect analysis, the concept and shape of game system operation for each purpose were derived, and an improved plan using the game system was proposed.

우리나라는 매년 반복되는 가뭄으로 사회·경제적 피해가 발생하고 있다. 정부에서는 가뭄에 대응하기 위한 대응방안을 마련하고, 지방자치단체 및 유관기관을 중심으로 용수배분 등을 위한 가뭄 대비 훈련을 시행하고 있다. 그러나 가뭄 훈련을 준비하고, 계획하기 위한 가뭄 특성을 반영한 훈련 기준이 미비한 실정으로 가뭄 훈련을 위한 기준의 필요성이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 미국의 가뭄 훈련 현황을 조사·분석하여 시사점을 검토하고, 국내 가뭄 훈련을 위한 절차를 제시하였다. 미국은 가뭄 시나리오를 기반으로 가뭄 훈련을 할 수 있도록 제시하고 있다. 가뭄 피해 및 가뭄 대비를 위한 사항을 제시하고 있으며, 워크숍, 게임, 도상훈련, 기능 훈련 등의 훈련 종류를 제시하고 있다. 또한, 훈련을 시행하는 데 필요한 고려사항을 제시하고 있어, 체계적인 훈련 계획의 수립이 가능하도록 하고 있다. 미국의 사례를 검토한 결과 가뭄 훈련 계획 수립을 위한 기초지식부터, 훈련의 종류, 훈련시 고려사항, 훈련계획 수립 절차를 체계적으로 제시하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라는 모든 재난 유형에 대한 범용적인 훈련 지침을 제시하고 있어, 가뭄으로 인한 피해 대응의 특수성을 반영하지 못한 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 연구에는 미국 사례 분석 결과를 바탕으로 훈련 계획을 수립하기 위한 절차를 제시하였으며, 가뭄이라는 재난의 특수성을 반영하고, 훈련을 좀 더 내실있고, 체계적으로 추진하기 위한 가뭄 훈련 지침이 필요한 것을 확인 할 수 있었다.

According to the dictionary definition Augmented Reality Technology is "an enhanced version of reality where live direct or indirect views of physical real-world environments are augmented with superimposed computer-generated images over a user's view of the real-world, thus enhancing one's current perception of reality". Since civilian property damages, noise and accidents during the field exercise by military or drills so that AR technology are indispensible with small units drills in Army. However because AR technology which Army has adopted are usually use for special units or need separate spaces which costs lots of budgets, those are not fit for small unit drills or tactics in regular Army. In this regards this paper suggests the AR technology which can apply small unit drill field and the efficiency and legal concerns thereof as well.

The Radiation Emergency Plan (REP) can be divided into a technical and an administrative responses. The domestic NPP's REPs are reviewed from the viewpoint of the administrative response and improvement methods are also suggested in this treatise. The fields of the reviews are the composition of the emergency response organizations, the activation criteria of the organizations, the selection of the staffings and the reasonableness of the REP's volume. In addition, the limitations of the current radiation exercises are reviewed and the improvement method of the exercise is presented. It is expected that the suggested recommendations will be helpful in establishing useful REPs and making practical radiation exercises in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to propose a method of designing a systematic panel survey at the institutional level to lay the foundation for data-based decision-making using vocational training teachers and instructors as the population. In this study, the target population and sampling frame, which are the main elements necessary for planning a panel survey, are proposed. Also based on expert advice and empirical data analysis, the sampling unit and sampling method taking into account the outer and inner variables are presented, comprehensively considering the representativeness of data, the efficiency and sustainability of data collection. As a result of the study, with the unit of the panel as a vocational training institution, a two-stage stratified proportional sampling plan is proposed so that the institution selected as the panel and the vocational training teachers and instructors belonging to the institution can participate in the survey. Based on this, implications for the panel survey sample design are presented.
