무조건적인 체중감량은 우리 몸에 어떤 악영향을 끼칠까. 다이어트가 끝난 후에 피로와 우울감을 느끼거나 체력이 저하되고 변비가 심해지는 등 대사성 후유증을 겪었다는 여성들이 많다. 잘못된 다이어트 후 나타날 수 있는 후유증을 알아보자.

Objective : The main purpose of this study was to analyze factors affecting a health related quality of life(HRQOL) in the elderly stroke patients with(Group 1) or without(Group 2) sequela. Methods : This survey performed secondary analysis with 'the fifth korea national health and nutrition examination survey', and investigated 91 elderly stroke patients over 65 years. Results : The results were as followed: HRQOL and self rated health had a significantly lower in Group 1(p<.05). In all groups, HRQOL was affected by self rated health(${\beta}=0.39$), mental health, and medical health significantly(p<.05). In group 1, HRQOL was affected by mental health(${\beta}=0.45$), self rated health significantly(p<.05). In group 2, HRQOL was affected by medical health(${\beta}=0.45$), functional health, mental health significantly(p<.05). Conclusion : In order to improve the HRQOL of stroke patients during rehabilitative therapy, it is important that early detection and early intervention of depression and suicide, which affect mental health status, are important in the case of severe aftereffects. If the patient continues to support his/her current status regardless of aftereffects, he/she can improve the HRQOL with functional recovery of the stroke patient, and finally have a positive effect on the independence of the stroke patients.

Objectives: This study is reported to evaluate the effect of oriental medical treatment in 1 caseof HNP patient with sequela of epidural block. Methods : We treated the patient by oriental medical conservative treatment, Who was diagnosed as the sequela of epidural block and admitted Daejeon University Cheonan oriental hospital from 9th November 2002 to 17th December 2002. Results & Conclusions: 1. It may occur headache, tinnitus, dizziness, neck stiffness from sequela of epidural block. 2. Sequela of epidural block can be demonstrated as deficiency of yin(陰虛). 3. After oriental medical conservative treatment, nothing symptom of sequela of epidural block(lumbago, leg pain) was improved but symptom of sequela of epidural block(headache, tinnitus, dizziness, neck stiffness) was disappeared and we consider that the oriental medical treatment baced on the concept of 'deficiency of yin(陰虛)' is effective in the caseof HNP patient with sequela of epidural block.

5월은 일 년 중 교통사고가 가장 많은 달이다. 나들이하기 좋은 날씨로 야외활동이 많아지면서 교통량이 증가하고 음주운전, 졸음운전 등도 늘어나기 때문이다. 교통사고가 무서운 것은 후유증 때문이다. 사고 당시엔 별다른 부상이 없는데 시간이 지나면서 생각지 못한 통증에 고통을 호소하는 경우가 많다. '교통사고 후유증은 평생 간다'라는 말이 과정은 아니다. 때문에 교통사고는 미연에 방지하는 것이 가장 좋다. 그리고 만약 교통사고를 당했다면, 아무리 작은 부상이라도 반드시 병원을 찾아 정확한 검사를 받고 꾸준히 치료를 받아야지 교통사고 후유증을 예방할 수 있다.

즐거운 휴가를 보내고 돌아온 일상. 깨진 생활리듬 때문에 피로는 더 쌓였고 체력은 바닥났다. 온몸이 욱신욱신 나른나른하다. 여기저기 쑤시고 아프다. 거칠어진 피부는 왠말인가, 일이 손에 잡히지 않고 무기력할 뿐이다. 아무리 편안한 휴가를 취했다 해도 후유증이 만만치 않다. 휴가 후유증을 극복하고 건강하게 일상생활로 복귀하는 방법을 알아보자.

국내의 질환별 사망률에 대한 보고를 참조하면, 뇌졸중은 암에 이어서 높은 사망률을 보이는 질환이며, 단일 질환으로는 가장 높은 사망률을 보인다. 뇌졸중은 높은 사망률을 나타내는 문제 외에도 후유증으로 심한 장애를 남길 수 있다. 그러므로 고령화 사회로 접어들고 있는 우리나라의 상황을 고려할때 뇌졸중은 치매와 더불어서 주요한 노인 질환일 뿐만 아니라, 뇌졸중이 발생하게 되면 후유증으로 장애가 남는 경우가 많으므로 지속적으로 환자의 가족과 주변에 대한 사회적 부담을 가중 시키는 문제를 불러온다.

This paper studies how 2006 German World cup game gave World cup-aftermath to Korean people living in Korea. In order to study, the time exposure to soccer matches like Korea vs. Togo, Korea vs. Swiss, and Korea vs. France respectively was analyzed. Additionally, in order to evaluate media effect, respondents' demographics, and preference toward sports were controlled using a hierarchial regression method. Based on the results, exposure to radio was statistically significant to Koreans' indirect aftermath.
