연구개발투자의 산업간 파급효과

  • 본 연구는 기술에 대한 대용개념으로 사용되고 있는 연구개발투자의 효과가 산업의 생산성 향상에 얼마만큼 기여하고 있는가에 관한 실증연구로, 그 효 과를 자체 연구개발효과와 파급효과로 나누어 측정하는 데 목적이 있다. 파 급효과의 경우, 중간재의 거래를 통한 체화된 파급효과와 산업간의 기술거리 로 인한 비체화된 파급효과로 나누어 한국 제조산업을 18개로 분류한 후 각 산업의 연구개발스톡을 측정하였으며, 연구개발투자의 체화된 파급효과 측정 을 위하여 산업 연관표를 이용하여 가중치를 계산하였다. 그리고, 비체화된 파급효과 측정을 위하여는 각 산업에서 고용하고 있는 전공별 연구원 수의 자료를 이용 기술거리를 구하였다. 본 연구에서는 각각의 가중치로 구한 연 구개발스톡, 체화된 연구개발 스톡, 그리고 비체화된 연구개발 스톡을 이용 하여 각 독립변수들에 대한 한계생산성을 구하였으며, 분석 방법으로는 단순 회귀분석과 함께 시계열의 효과와 산업간 효과를 고려하는 패널데이터 분석 을 시도하였다. 체화된 파급효과와 비체화된 파급효과 중 하나만을 변수로 포함하는 경우에는 추정치가 유의한 결과를 나타내고 있지만, 두 가지의 변 수를 모두 포함하는 경우에는 보호도 일정하지 않으며 비유의적인 결과를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 다중공선성에 의한 것으로 보인다. 두 가지 파급효과 에 대한 한계생산성 추정치는 기술과 연구개발투자가 외부성을 가지고 있으 며, 기술과 관련된 변수의 도입이 필요함을 시사한다. 또한 이러한 파급효과 의 추정치는 거시차원에서 연구개발 지원의 정당성에 대한 근거를 제시하고 있으며, 기술혁신을 위한 투자의 타당성을 실증적으로 보여주고 있다.사하였다. 이 사례 연구들의 결과는 각 계열사들의 상황에 따라 제시된 외주위탁 전략과 현재의 외주위 탁 전략이 일치할 때 정보 시스템에 대한 사용자 만족도가 보다 높은 것으 로 나타났다. 할 수 있는 효율적인 distributed system를 개발하는 것을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 데이타베이스론의 입장에서 아직 정립되어 있지 않은 분산 환경하에서의 관계형 데이타베이스의 데이타관리의 분류체계를 나름대로 정립하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. 또한 이것의 응용은 현재 분산데이타베이스 구축에 있어 나타나는 기술적인 문제점들을 어느정도 보완할 수 있다는 점에서 그 중요성이 있다.ence of a small(IxEpc),hot(Tex> SOK) core which contains two tempegatlue peaks at -15" east and north of MDS. The franchisee system of esthetic shows that while the domestic market is opened, the appearance of foreign famous brand-centered is increasing rapidly. According to this kind of trend, every kind of mediums will not stop the classified ad of franchisee and it will be recognized as the promising sector. Especially, the situation of franchisee is that franchisors and franchisees in the limited relationship and just plan the growth, so the success possibly can be very high. The diffusion of franchisee system and the study about the franchisee are developed on the diverse view points. But still now, the study is just formed from the enterprise's success and the franchisors view point, the study about the franchisees dimension is very small. But it is also very important to exam the decision factors of franchisees success because the franchisors result of franchisee system will come out with franchisee performance totally. In this paper, it will actually proof if the decisive factors that exert influence on the franchisee performance in the franchisee dimension, exert influence on the franchisee performance in substance; and exam what kind of relationship the franchisee performance have with the franchisors and recontract intention. According to this, we can draw out the rest decision factors of improving the franchisee performance, and also show the strategic implication of franchisee efficient marketing.

  • The development in information technology allowed most of the information around us into digital information, in other words, a database. The innovation increased the accessibility and helped this society change into an informational age. However, there is a shortcoming of this open source as the users have difficulty in assorting the information that s/he needs and realizing if the information provided is important. Therefore, the need for search engine has risen in such a way to increase the accessibility and facilitation of information provided to the users through searching the necessary information in the database by an easy and accurate way. This aim of study should propose the important design attribute to increase the utilization of search engine through relationship analysis between purpose of user and interface design factors of search engine. In other words, these attributes, as design guideline, could apply to the search engine interface design considering of user's search goal. For this, the purpose in using the search engine and types of search engine interfaces were categorized and correlated the relationships. The search engine interface suggested from the result provides interface that allows efficient search for desired information and embrace a variety in users, eventually increasing the usability in search engine.

Analysis on Yarding Productivity and Cost of Tower-Yarder Based on Excavator Using Radio-Controlled Double Clamp Carriage (2중 무선 클램프 반송기를 이용한 굴삭기 기반 타워야더의 생산성 및 비용 분석)

  • This study was conducted in clear cutting stands. For the whole-tree yarding operation, a tower-yarder based on excavator with a radio-controlled double clamp carriage was applied to analyze yarding productivity and cost. The productivity and cost of yarding operation was $6.2m^3/SMH$(machine utilization rate, 80.4%) and $13,705won/m^3$, respectively. Although the maximum yarding distance was longer than the previous studies, the setting up time of the tower-yarder was decreased as used straw line. The application of the radio-controlled double clamp carriage improved productivity and reduced costs. Based on the fuel log and growing stock($137.0m^3/ha$), the minimum production($m^3$) and area(ha) were $558.3m^3$ and 4.1 ha for Pinus rigida stands and $433.7m^3$ and 3.2 ha for Quercus mongolica stands, respectively. Based on the this study, it will be possible to select an efficient yarding machine by accumulation of data on minimum production and area for many machines in various harvesting sites.

This study explicates the critical properties in designing each search engine interface according to the purpose of the users in using them. Also, this study proposes recommendations for appropriate design guidelines for search engine interface and effective advertisement use through properties of interface and their importance. The search engine interface suggested from the result provides interface that allows efficient search for desired information and embrace a variety in users, eventually increasing the usability in search engine.

  • Small and medium Enterprises (SMEs), which have a manufacturing method of small quantity batch production produce goods using a general-purpose equipment and attached auxiliary tools. Many previous studies have focused on finding the effective resource allocations for improving the firms' productivity. It is very important for SMEs to keep costs low in assigning jobs to each resource, because they should meet the future uncertain demand of consumers under the limited budget. Using the concept of salvage cost, this paper proposes how to effectively allocate the tasks to main resources in the production process. The salvage cost is defined that purchasing cost minus decrease in value by workload, the method considering this is expected to reduce total purchasing costs during business period. To validate the effect of the proposed method, we proceed the real case study targeting on S company, PCB manufacturer to compare purchase amounts and its costs between the allocation proposed based salvage cost and current allocation method of current S company. As a results, In short-term (3 year) business period, salvage allocation have remarkable superior outcome to existing method, but gradually have cancelled out the effects in long-term (8 year) plans. Unlike the cycle allocation method, there exists the idle-equipments in allocation based salvage value. we additionally analyze the profits with respect to rental strategy of them during business period.

The Effects of 'Airplane' Science Program for the Gifted Elementary Students' Self-Directed Learning Attitude, Attitude toward Laboratory Work and Creative Personality ('비행기' 주제의 과학영재프로그램이 초등영재의 자기주도적 학습 태도, 실험활동에 대한 태도, 창의적 성향에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the 'airplane' science program based on Renzulli's Enrichment Triad Model for the gifted elementary students and investigate the effects of the program on attitude toward self-directed learning attitude, attitude toward laboratory work, and creative personality. Participants were 37 gifted students of local elementary school gifted classrooms. The results of this study were as follows: First, self-directed learning attitude was improved significantly including all sub-areas. Second, the attitude toward laboratory work was improved significantly including all sub-areas. Third, creative personality was improved significantly including all sub-areas. Finally, students' satisfaction about program had an average of 4.52 out of 5 points. Boys showed higher satisfaction on 'program management' and 'teacher's activities' than girls.

Antioxidative and Antimicrobial Activities of Sargassum muticum Extracts (경단구슬모자반(Sargassum muticum) 추출물의 항산화 및 항균활성)

  • The solvent extracts of Sargassum muticum, which were extracted by using several solvents with different polarities, were prepared for use as natural preservatives. The S. muticum extract with 80% ethanol was sequentially fractionated with n.hexane, dichloromethane, ethylacetate, and butanol. In order to effectively screen for natural preservatives agents, we first investigated the antioxidant activities such as DPPH radical scavenging capacity, superoxide radical scavenging capacity, and xanthine oxidase inhibitory activity of the S. muticum extracts. Through the screening system, we found that dichloromethane and ethylacetate fraction had high antioxidant activity with increments of the extract concentration. The antimicrobial activities and cell growth inhibition were investigated for each strain with the different concentrations of S. muticum extracts. Antimicrobial activities were shown in ethanol, dichloromethane, and n.hexane fractions of S. muticum. However, butanol, ethylacetate and water fractions showed weak antimicrobial activity against the tested microorganisms. Among the five fractions, dichloromethane fraction showed the highest antimicrobial activities against microorganisms tested, such as Bacillus sublitis, Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella Enteritidis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The polyphenolic compounds from ethanol, n.hexane, dichloromethane, ethylacetate, butanol, and water fractions were 63.96 mg/g, 8.49 mg/g, 28.11 mg/g, 172.64 mg/g, 114.56 mg/g, and 34.91 mg/g, respectively. The dichloromethane fraction could be suitable for development as a food preservative.

R-plane 사파이어의 경사각에 따른 비극성 a-plane GaN 성장 거동 고찰

  • 극성 [0001] 방향으로 성장 된 질화물 기반의 LEDs (light emitting diodes) 는 분극현상에 의해 발생하는 강한 내부 전기장의 영향을 받게 된다. 이러한 내부 전기장은 양자우물 내의 전자와 정공의 공간적 분리를 야기하고 quantum confined Stark effect (QCSE) 에 의한 발광 파장의 적색 편이가 발생하며 양자효율의 저하를 가져오게 된다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 양자 우물구조를 GaN 의 m-plane (100) 이나 a-plane (110) 등 비극성면 위에 성장하려는 시도를 하고 있다. 그러나 비극성면의 비등방성 (anisotropy) 으로 인하여 결정성이 높은 비극성 GaN을 성장하는 데에는 많은 어려움이 있다. 비극성 a-plane GaN 의 결정성과 표면 거칠기의 향상을 위해 경사각을 가지는 r-plane 사파이어를 기판으로 이용하는 연구들이 많이 진행되어 있다 [1-4]. 그러나 r-plane 사파이어 기판의 경사각과 표면의 pit 형성에 관한 상관관계의 체계적인 연구는 상대적으로 많이 진행되지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 경사각을 가진 r-plane 사파이어 기판에 유기금속화학증착법을 (MOCVD) 이용하여 a-plane GaN 을 성장하였으며, 성장 시 기판의 경사각이 a-plane GaN의 성장 거동 및 표면형상에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 실험에서는r-plane에서 m-axis방향으로 0도에서 -0.65도의 경사각을 가지는 r-plane 사파이어 기판을 이용하였다. a-plane GaN 성장에는 고온 GaN 핵 형성층을 (nucleation layer) 이용하는 2단계 성장 법이 사용되었다 [5]. -0.37도 보다 크기가 큰 경사각을 가진 r-plane 사파이어에 성장된 a-plane GaN의 표면에는 수 ${\mu}m$ 크기의 삼각형 형태의 pit이 형성되었다. 사파이어의 경사각이 -0.37도에서 -0.65도로 증가하였을 경우에, GaN의 m방향 X-ray 록킹커브 반치폭은1763 arcsec에서 1515 arcsec로 감소하였으나 표면에 삼각형 pit의 밀도는 103 cm-2 이하에서 $2{\times}106$ cm-2으로 증가하였다. 이러한 r -plane 사파이어 기판의 경사각의 차이로 표면에 pit이 발생과 결정성변화의 원인을 확인하기 위해서, 여러가지 다른 경사각을 가진 사파이어 기판의 표면에 성장된 핵 형성층의 표면 양상을 확인하였다. 발표에서는 경사각의 차이에 따른 기판 표면에서의 원자 step 구조와 GaN 의 핵 형성 간의 상관관계에 대하여 구체적으로 논의할 것이다.

Characterization and Gene Co-expression Network Analysis of a Salt Tolerance-related Gene, BrSSR, in Brassica rapa (배추에서 염 저항성 관련 유전자, BrSSR의 기능 검정 및 발현 네트워크 분석)

  • Among various abiotic stress factors, soil salinity decreases the photosynthetic rate, growth, and yield of plants. Recently, many genes have been reported to enhance salt tolerance. The objective of this study was to characterize the Brassica rapa Salt Stress Resistance (BrSSR) gene, of which the function was unclear, although the full-length sequence was known. To characterize the role of BrSSR, a B. rapa Chinese cabbage inbred line ('CT001') was transformed with pSL94 vector containing the full length BrSSR cDNA. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) analysis showed that the expression of BrSSR in the transgenic line was 2.59-fold higher than that in the wild type. Analysis of phenotypic characteristics showed that plants overexpressing BrSSR were resistant to salinity stress and showed normal growth. Microarray analysis of BrSSR over-expressing plants confirmed that BrSSR was strongly associated with ERD15 (AT2G41430), a gene encoding a protein containing a PAM2 motif (AT4G14270), and GABA-T (AT3G22200), all of which have been associated with salt tolerance, in the co-expression network of genes related to salt stress. The results of this study indicate that BrSSR plays an important role in plant growth and tolerance to salinity.
