In BTL project, the operation cost covering upcoming 20 years is usually alloted more than construction cost although its plan is made in short time. Therefore, it is a key issue to forecast and to analyze operation risks in the process of making contract in order to successfully finish the BTL project and to ensure the profitability of business. However, only a few domestic professional management companies are capable to carry out funding and facility management. To manage the potential risks efficiently in BLT project, it's essential to prioritize the risk factors by means of considering economical risk level, non-economical risk level and occurrence frequency. Thus, this study suggests risk analysis model for improving efficiency of BTL project from operation company's perspective by means of survey. The suggested risk analysis model is expected to establish a risk management strategy which can improve the efficiency of management affairs in BTL project.

The purpose of this study is to provide a rational management strategy to improve the management performance of companies through intellectual property activities. Through this study, we aim to explore countermeasures to strengthen competitiveness in a changing global environment. A survey of 200 companies was conducted from September 1 to October 30, 2023. Statistical analysis was conducted using frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and difference analysis. The conclusions are as follows. First, the impact of intellectual property activities on management performance was found to be creation and utilization. Second, the impact of management strategies on management performance was found to be differentiation strategy, cost advantage strategy, and concentration strategy. Third, cost advantage strategy has a partial mediation effect on the relationship between creation activities and managerial performance of intellectual property activities. Fourth, the differentiation strategy has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between the creation of intellectual property activities and managerial performance. In addition, differentiation strategy has a full mediating effect on the relationship between the utilization of intellectual property activities and performance. Fifth, concentration strategy has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between intellectual property activity utilization and management performance. Sixth, there is a difference between creation activities, protection activities, utilization activities, cost advantage strategy, differentiation strategy, financial performance, and non-financial performance based on venture certification status. As the importance of intellectual property is increasing in the era of technological hegemony, IoT companies will need to improve their management performance through venture certification and strategies utilizing intellectual property in order to secure future competitiveness. Based on this study, we hope that IoT companies will maximize their performance by implementing efficient strategies that consider IP activities.

The digital content industry is growing rapidly with the popularity of online content and mobile devices. This study estimates the technical efficiency of the online digital content industry, and identifies factors that could be causing inefficiency. Unlike most previous studies, which adopted input-oriented or output-oriented DEA model, this study employs non-oriented DEA model in order to deal with both input surpluses and output shortfalls. The input variables for the empirical analysis are number of companies and number of workers. The total sales is used as the output variables. The empirical results show that the technical efficiency of the online digital content industry is relatively low mainly due to the scale efficiency rather than the pure technical efficiency. This implies that industry-specific policies should be implemented in order to improve technical efficiency as well as to strengthen technological innovation capability. Therefore, it is expected that the results obtained in this study can be used as a good reference for helping the online digital content industry enhance their competitiveness.

국가 성장동력의 밑거름이 되는 R&D의 중요성이 높아짐에 따라 정부의 R&D 투자는 해마다 큰 폭으로 증가하고 있다. 정부 R&D 투자가 급증함에 따라 동시에 R&D의 효율성에 대한 문제가 제기되어 그 동안 R&D 효율성을 향상시키기 위한 많은 연구가 이루어졌다. 하지만 R&D 전주기 Plan-Do-See 관점에서 살펴보면 대부분의 연구가 기획(Plan)과 성과확산 및 사업화(See)의 문제해결을 통한 생산성 향상 전략 마련에 국한되어 온 것이 사실이다. 국가연구개발사업은 그 사업의 목표, 추진방법, 추진주체, 연구성과, 사업규모, 사업기간 등 다양한 특성에 따라 성공적인 사업운영을 위해 차별화된 관리 지원 시스템(Do)이 필요함에도 불구하고, R&D 효율성을 향상시키기 위한 R&D 지원시스템 관련 논의는 활발하게 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 특성을 보유한 국가연구개발사업의 효율성을 향상시키기 위해 국가연구개발사업을 연구기간과 연구비에 따라 크게 4가지로 분류하여 각각의 R&D 특성을 고려한 R&D 지원시스템을 도출하고 그 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.

This study estimated and decomposed the productivity changes into technological change and efficiency change components for the photonics industry and examined ways of imporving the productive efficiency. Unlike most previous studies, this study employed a non-oriented Malmquist productivity index, which is a non-radial method and deals directly with the input surpluses and output shortfalls. The empirical results show that the productivity of the photonics industry has increased. The main reason for this is the increase in technical efficiency. In addition, there was a statistically significant difference in the productivity changes according to the firm's geographic location and participation in government support programs. These findings suggest that the government's regional strategic industry promotion policy has contributed to improvements in the productive efficiency of photonics industry. The approach presented in this study could be used as a practical reference guide to help enhance the competitiveness of the photonics industry.

본 연구는 영상정합의 주요 과정에 라이다데이터를 적용하여 자동정합의 효율성 및 결과의 신뢰도를 제고하기 위한 전략 및 방법을 개발하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 라이다데이터를 이용하여 영역기반정합에서 검색초기값의 결정과 정합결과에 대한 신뢰도 평가를 개선하였다. 제안된 방법은 중해상도 항공 디지털 영상과 동시에 관측된 라이다데이터에 적용하여 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 현존하는 상업용 디지틸영상정합자동화 프로그램의 정합성능을 개선하는 것에 기여하며, 향후 실시간공간정보제계 구축의 밑거름을 마련한다.

현재 세계 각국마다 국가차원에서 전략적으로 추진하고 있는 정보통신기반 구축에 있어서 표준화는 무엇보다도 중요한 절대적 요소로서 인식하고 있다. 선진국과 마찬가지로 유럽도 유럽연합을 중심으로 유럽지역의 산업체 경쟁력을 제고하고 신규 고용창출을 증대하기 위해 새로운 정보기반구조(EII:European Information Infrastructure)를 구축하고 있으며, 유럽전기통신표준협회의 전략검토위원회가 EII와 관련된 표준화를 위해 우선적으로 검토해야 할 사항들을 연구.분석하여 필요한 권고사항들을 제시함으로써 표준화 기반을 마련해 나가고 있다. 본 고에서는 국내의 초고속정보통신 표준화를 효율적으로 추진하는데 도움을 주고자 제22차 ETSI 기술총회에 제출한 EII 관련 전략검토위원회의 최종보고서 가운데 권고사항들의 요약부분만을 조사분석하였다. 그리고 이 권고사항들은 EII의 특성, 개념 모델, 표준화 영역, 표준화 관리, EII 서비스, 상호운용성, 법 및 규제사항 등 7개 분야에 31개로 구성되어 있다.

세계적인 무역의 흐름은 전자문서교환(EDI), 인터넷 등 정보기술의 빠른 확산에 힘입어 기존 무역거래 형태에서 새로운 형태인 전자무역으로 발전하고 있다 이는 전자무역이 기존 무역거래 방식의 단순한 전자화 수준을 넘어 무역구조와 무역프로세스를 혁신하고 무역부대비용 절감, 시간단축 등을 통해 국제경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 세계화 정보화 시대에서의 국가와 기업의 생존전략으로 인식되고 있기 때문이다. 선진국들과 주요경쟁국들은 전자무역을 통해 무역거래에 소요되는 시간과 비용 절감을 도모하고 업무 효율성을 증진시켜 나가고 있다. 이에 우리나라도 전자무역 활성화를 통해 국제무역거래에서의 경쟁력을 높이기 위해 노력을 경주하고 있다. 정부와 무역유관기관의 경우 전자무역 활성화를 위한 인프라 구축 및 법적, 제도적 기반 조성을 위해 다양한 지원정책과 제도를 시행하고 있다. 국내 기업들도 기존의 전형적인 무역거래 형태에서 벗어나 전자무역을 구현하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 대부분의 중소기업의 경우 전자무역의 활용은 초보적 단계이다. 우리나라 국가경제에서 중소기업이 차지하는 비중을 고려해보면 중소기업의 전자무역 활용도 제고를 통한 경쟁력 강화는 궁극적으로 국가경쟁력을 높이는 핵심이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 중소기업의 전자무역 활용도 제고를 위해 무엇보다 정부, 무역유관기관, 중소기업 등 3대 주체간에 전자무역구현 필요성에 대한 공감대 형성과 효율적인 인프라 구축 및 전자무역 친화적 환경조성을 위해 노력해야 한다.

The GIS has grown in its quantity as local authorities established the urban information system for better city administration, civilian services and decision-making support services. Recently, local authorities have expressed much interest on the introduction of ubiquitous technology to improve citizens' safety and convenience. This has become the drive behind the construction of ubiquitous city(u-City). Construction of a u-City requires the multitude of information and telecommunication networks and digital contents; the existing information resources need to be put to use in entirety for that end. In that regard, the integration of GIS established and currently operated by local authorities needs to be strategically promoted. This study intends to propose GIS integration strategies in various aspects for the future u-City and directions for the development of urban information systems in the coming of the Ubiquitous Age.
