This paper investigate the impact of insolvency cause(internal insolvency cause, external insolvency cause) on firms' turnaround strategies(strategy of improving efficiency, strategy of creating revenue) and examines the impact of firms' turnaround strategies on firms' turnaround performance(debt ratio, sales growth ratio). For this study, a survey was conducted among administrative assistants and four hypotheses were verified. The findings of this research are summarized as follows: First, internal insolvency cause had a positive effect on strategy of Improving efficiency(expense reduction, asset reduction), but external insolvency cause had a positive effect on strategy of creating revenue(product/service reduction, product/service expansion). Second, strategy of improving efficiency positively effect on decreasing debt ratio, but strategy of creating revenue positively effect on the sales growth ratio. These results show that turnaround strategies different across the corporate insolvent cause, and turnaround performance also different across the corporate turnaround strategy.

급속하게 변화하는 현대적 경영 환경속에서 Web 기반 정보기술은 시장에 용이한 접근을 제공하고, 상품의 차별화를 창출하며, 비용 효율성을 제고하고, 또한 너무 비용이 많이 들어 엄두를 내지 못할 정도의 전환 비용 때문에 동업자나 고객들 간의 의존성을 증가 시킴으로써 기업의 경쟁우위를 성취하는데 적극 활용되고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 그러나 기존 정보시스템의 전략적 활용에 관한 연구는 기업 내부 프로세스의 통합을 통한 경영력 제고에 치중되는 경향을 보여왔으며 협력사간의 조직간 정보교류를 위한 정보인프라의 구축과 같은 조직간 정보시스템의 전략적 활용에 관한 연구는 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는(1)포터91985)의 가치체인과 가치시스템 개념을 정보기술의 가치활동에서의 연계강도와 형태에 따라 분류하여 분석모형을 설정하고, (2) 경영전략의 운용과 혁신사이에서 다리를 놓아주는 학습도구로써 정보시스템 역할을 조직내 /외적인 정보 공유의 형태와 프로세스의 통합유형에 따라 정보시스템을 분류함으로써 (3) 각 부류에 속한 Web 기반 정보시스템의 전략적 의미를 사례연구를 통하여 재조명하는데 그 목적을 두었다.

전자정부 로드맵에 발맞추어 교육인적자원부의 정보화 추진전략을 가시화하고, 지식 기반 업무혁신 포탈을 구축하여 업무 효율성을 제고한 사례를 소개한다. 조직 특유의 전문성을 강화하고, 개인의 업무수행능력 제고를 통한 조직역량 강화를 위해 최적의 지식관리 체계를 구축하고, 정보화 전략체계 추진의 1단계로 행정 업무의 편의를 높일 뿐 아니라 대외 업무와의 효율적인 연계를 이끌어내고자 업무혁신을 위한 포탈 시스템을 구축하였다. 이에 시스템 도입 후 부내 혁신 마인드 제고를 위한 노력과 국민의 참여 반영 현황을 서술하고, 향후 기간 정보시스템 통합 방안과 추진 애로사항을 결론으로 제시한다.

현재 우리나라의 GDP 대비 R&D 투자 규모는 세계최고의 수준에 이르렀다. 이러한 연구개발 예산의 양적인 확대 및 성장과 함께 상대적으로 연구개발 예산의 효율적 활용이 중요한 과학기술정책 이슈로 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 정부 R&D사업 유사영역의 효율성 제고를 위한 정책, 전략의 수립 및 실행의 의사결정을 돕는 데이터 기반의 객관적인 지표들을 제시하였다. 그 후 본 연구에서 제시한 효율성 지표들을 NTIS에서 추출한 2015년 정부출연연구기관 R&D 사업 데이터와 연계하여 실질적으로 측정과 사용이 가능한 정량적 지표들만을 따로 선별하였다. 또한 정부 R&D사업 효율성 지표들의 가중치를 측정하기 위하여 계층분석기법(analytic hierarchy process)을 수행하였으며 계층분석기법의 결과로 나온 가중치를 효율성 지표들에 적용하여 과제 우선순위를 도출하였다. 이를 통해 정책의 수립, 실행 및 조정 시 고려해야 할 지표의 우선순위를 설정하여 유사연구영역 관련 정부 R&D 정책수립에서 실행까지의 연계를 강화시키고 국가적으로 한정된 자원의 효율적 사용을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

Korea has increased R&D investment continuously for the improvement of global technological competencies. Korea ranked first in the world with 4.15 percent in the ratio of R&D investment to GDP. In particular, the private sector occupies a crucial position of technological innovations in Korea, constituting 78.5% of total R&D investment. However, quantitative growth strategy is no longer effective, so efforts to enhance efficiency by upgrading qualitative level are badly needed. This paper studied methods for improving firms' business performance. For this, it tried to empirically verify technology strategy and technology planning capability's influence factors on the improvement of business performance. The study showed that technology strategy and technology planning activities have positive effects on the improvement of business performance. And it was revealed that coordination flexibility contributes to the enhancement of business performance by positively controlling technology planning activities. The study performed sample survey on the companies with R&D centers and multiple regression analysis and quantile regression were used for the analysis.

Due to the development of treatments due to COVID-19, the Firm-value of the pharmaceutical industry has increased. However, the development of treatments has been delayed, and the development of overseas markets has become difficult due to COVID-19. Therefore, this study aims to present an efficient management plan for each firm by analyzing the management efficiency of these firms. As for the research method, DEA analysis was conducted for the pharmaceutical industry. Through this method, we propose values of input variables that inefficient companies can benchmark. As a result of the analysis, there was no significant difference in management efficiency before and after COVID-19, but it was confirmed that the management efficiency of certain Firm decreased. Through this study, it is possible to judge a Firm's survival competitiveness and management strategy, and furthermore, a plan to continuously grow and enhance competitiveness was suggested.

본 연구에서는 자원에의 접근성 측면에서 성인 학습자들의 학습 효율성을 제고하기 위하여 학습자들의 교수-학습 방법, 학습속도, 학습능력, 학습여건 등 개인차가 다른 학습자들에게 다양한 학습선택권을 충분히 보장할 수 있는 e-learning 환경에 대한 고찰과 성인학습이론을 기반으로 성인학습자의 특성에 적합한 교수-학습 전략을 제안 하고자 한다.
