이 연구의 목적은 ASMR(autonomous sensory meridian response)이 고등학생의 심리적 안정에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 1학년 학생들(341명)을 대상으로 ASMR에 관한 인식을 설문 조사하였으며, 설문 응답(279명)을 분석한 결과, 약 75%의 학생들이 ASMR에 대해 경험을 했으며, 68%의 학생들이 ASMR이 도움이 된다고 응답하였다. 또한 ASMR이 편안함, 집중력 강화, 수면에 도움 등의 순으로 도움이 된다고 응답하였으며, 빗소리(39%), 먹방 (23%), 목소리(15%) 순으로 ASMR 유형을 선호하였다. H고등학교 학생들을 대상(20명)으로 사전 심장박동수를 측정하고 대표적인 4개 ASMR(먹방, 슬라임, 펜촉, 빗소리)를 1분 동안 들려준 후, 사후 심장박동수를 측정하였다. 분석 결과, 4가지 종류 ASMR(먹방, 슬라임, 펜촉, 빗소리) 중, 먹방 ASMR이 고등학생의 심리적 안정에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

We studied the inhibitory effect of solvent fractions from doenjang on mutagenicity using Salmonella typhimurium TA100 in Ames test. We also investigated the effect of solvent fractions from doenjang on the growth of tumor cells and the production of interleukin-2 (IL-2). The treatment of dichlorormethane and ethylacetate fractions (2.5 mg/assay) from doenjang to Ames test system inhibited aflatoxin B$_1$ (AFB$_1$) induced mutagenicity by 96% and 97%, respectively, and showed a higher antimutagenic effect than other solvent fractions. In case of N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguamidine (MNNG) induced mutagenicity, the ethylacetate fraction showed the highest inhibitory effect (by 75%) among the other sol-vent fractions, although the inhibitory effect was not stronger compared to AFB$_1$ induced mutagenicity. The treatment of dichloromethane and ethylacetate fractions markedly inhibited the growth of Yac-1 (by 80% and 94%, respectively) and sacroma-180 cancer cells (by 60% and 96%, respectively) after 4 days of incubation at 37${\circ}$C. To elucidate the immunological mechanism of antitumor activity of doenjang, spleen cells of Balb/c mouse were exposed to the dichloromethane and ethyl-acetate fractions for 24 hours at 37${\circ}$C . The culture supernatants following the treatment of djchloromethane and ethylacetate factions to spleen cells increased the production of IL-2. These results indicated that the anticarcinogenic effect of doenjang was mediated by the production of IL-2.

This research was conducted to see the effect of color combination and layout in the design of web sites. Eight color combination samples and four basic layouts were selected and web pages designed from their combinations were used in the experiment. The main sensibility effects were found in the 'light, soft, and rich' color combination and in the 'light, dear, simple, warm, neat, and soft layout, respectively. Among the combinations of two factors, the combination of 'dark, hard, and simple' color combination and 'cold, somber, hard, and urban' layout had the sensibility effect. The results showing sensibility word with the sensibility of color combinations in themselves appeared first implies that much of the sensibility effects were caused by the color combinations. In case of layout, as it went from layout A to layout B, to layout C, and to layout D, that is, as the layout got more complicated, it had a 'rich and urban' impression. As a result, the sensibility effect caused by color combination was bigger than the sensibility effect caused by layout. However, layout is crucial in color combinations, it is also important in the design of web sites.

Pilot scale study was carried out to produce Volatile Fatty Acids with primary sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plant. An acid fermenter was operated at pH 9, $35^{\circ}C$, SRT of 3.5-4.25d, using a final effluent as elutriating water(Mode-I) and pH 9, SRT 5d, temperature of $35^{\circ}C$(Mode-II), $55^{\circ}C$(Mode-III), using a primarily treated water as elutriating water. Although solubilization rate was enhanced with the increase of temperature, the VFAs production rate was decreased. The VS reduction was shown approximately 56%, and the sludge volume reduction was 93%. The optimal conditions for solubilization was obtained at pH 9, $35^{\circ}C$ and SRT of 5d.

The concept of customer utility, which affects customer's adoption, is important to understand the process of technology diffusion and substitution regarding multiple generation technology. This research defined the concept of attribute-based customer utility and developed a model for measuring attribute-based customer utility. Based on the literature review and modeling, we provided the definition and a model regarding customer utility and the accuracy of the model is verified through a case study of the semiconductor industry. Customer utility for a multiple generation technology needs to consider changes by generation, or time within the same generation, and is defined as the summation of both technological and economic utilities. In addition, we can model the measurement of customer utility after converting technological and economical attributes into utilities. This research is valuable in understanding not only customer utility as a driver of customer adoption, but also for establishing technological strategy after forecasting diffusion and substitution paths based on customer utility.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the elderly image in the relationship of HYO consciousness and job satisfaction in care worker. In this study, the HYO consciousness of care workers is the consciousness of taking good care of the elderly. The research subjects were selected by 10 long-term care institutions belonging to Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and a total of 450 nursing care providers were selected for the survey using a questionnaire. The final 429 questionnaire was used for the analysis. The analysis shows that first, HYO consciousness and the elderly image have a defining effect on job satisfaction. Second, HYO consciousness were found to have a positive influence on the elderly image. Finally, the elderly image played a role in the relationship between HYO consciousness and job satisfaction. The government should seek ways to foster a sense of HYO consciousness and a positive image of the elderly by utilizing educational opportunities for care worker in the future.

The filial piety culture represented by Cao-e was regarded as moral rule mechanism in order to maintain patriarchal system and property relations in ancient China as an agricultural society. Exactly, In the process of Cao-e's story spreading, oral inheritance and literature processing have a relation of learning and penetration each other in order to beautify, deify, systematic stories. This is expression of human being's thought method of pursuing perfection. For instance, The traditional piety culture is increasingly weakened, that is why it is important to recognize the fundamental connotation behind the cultural identity in the modern society, to create the social foundation of Cao-e' filial piety cultural contents root, and to explore the core values of piety culture contains. Looking Cao-e' filial piety Culture and culture archetypes as study object, this article analyzes the spreading of Cao-e's story texts for understand the connection between literature processing and image formation from aspect of Cao-e deification.

The radical scavenging activity of the methanol extracts was in the order of doenjang〉 meju〉 soybean. The metha-nol extracts were further fractionated with dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, butanol and water in sequence. Among the solvent fractions of the methanol extracts, the ethyl acetate fraction demonstrated high levels of radical scave-nging activity. On the other hands, the nitrite scavenging activity of the methanol extrats was in the order of doen-jang〉soybean〉meju. All fractions from doenjang were exhibited the strong nitrite scavenging effect. Especially, $H_2O$, EtOAc and BuOH fractions with 6gmg/10$m\ell$ concentration exhibited much stronger nitrite scavenging effect than that of L-ascorbic acid. The ethyl acetate fraction showed remarkable antioxidant and nitrite scavenging effects compared with the other fractions obtained from soybean, meju and doenjang. The ethyl acetate fraction of doenjang was fur-ther purified by repeated chromoatograpic methods and isolated three compounds. There are identified as genistin, dai-dzein and genistein on the basis of spectral data.
