This study aims to examine the effect of employees' CSR perception on creativity via compassion along with the moderating effect of CSR authenticity. For the research procedure, frequency analysis and CFA analysis were performed after sample collection, hypothesis verification and moderating effect verification were performed. We conducted an empirical analysis using 360 employees from large-sized companies in Korea. First, the results showed that CSR perception was positively related to employees' compassion. Second, compassion was also positively related to creativity. Third, the positive relationship between CSR perception and creativity was mediated by compassion, and the aforementioned mediated relationship was moderated by CSR authenticity. Therefore, our study findings imply that, when employees perceive CSR, they will not only form compassion emotions but also will display more creativity especially when they perceive the authenticity of CSR.

This study was to identify the mediating effect of hope between stress coping and psychological wellbeing of women immigrants. The data for the study were collected from 592 women immigrants in 10 cities and provinces of Korea. First, it was found that the women immigrants used approach coping more than avoidance coping, and the level of hope and positive wellbeing scored above the middle point. Second, approach coping was positively correlated with hope and positive wellbeing, but avoidance coping was positively correlated with negative wellbeing. Third, the mediating effect of hope between approach coping and positive wellbeing was testified. Finally, the mediating effect of hope between approach coping and negative wellbeing was also testified.

It is important to verify the validity of indicators assessing PMIS(Public Management Information System) effectiveness in academic research as well as practical affairs. As people invest in the field of Information Technology(IT) or IT system, private corporations are interested in investment in IT and it's business value. Moreover, the need of evaluating effectiveness on the investment in IT with the limited national budget are on the increase in public sector. Therefore, it is necessary to define the construct of PMIS(Public Management Information System) effectiveness so that we systematically compare and measure performance of public informatization project processed by each public organizations. It needs to develop indicators and verify the construct validity of them. we verified the construct validity of indicators assessing PMIS(Public Management Information System) effectiveness on the Administration DB Construction Projects.

환경오염을 유발하는 산업에 대한 환경규제의 효과는 모순되는 두 가지 측면이 있다. 즉, 환경규제는 기업의 생산성 증가를 감소시킬 것이라는 생산성에 대한 부정적인 효과와 환경규제가 효율성 증대와 기술혁신을 유발시켜 생산성을 증가시킨다는 것이다. 최근 한국은 소득이 증가함에 따라 환경에 대한 인식이 점점 높아지고 있으나 철강산업의 생산성 증가율은 감소하고 있다. 이러한 경제구조에서 환경규제가 한국철강산업의 생산성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 1967년부터 1996년까지의 한국 철강산업의 시계열 자료를 사용하여 환경규제의 총요소생산성에 대한 직 간접적인 효과를 검증하였다. 검증결과 환경규제는 한국 철강산업의 총요소생산성 감소의 31~36%를 차지하는 것으로 나타났다.

수요증가 지속과 에너지 산업 구조개편에 따른 발전용 수요의 수급조절역할의 축소로 인해 도시가스 수요 관리에 대한 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도시가스 수료관리를 몇가지 유형으로 분류하고 각 유형별로 가스부문투자(LNG 저장설비소요)에 미치는 영향을 분석할 수 있는 모델을 제시하고 그 검증을 통해 향후 도시가스 수요 관리 시행전략의 수립방향을 제시하고자 한다. 수요관리별 개별효과를 비교하면 동일한 목표율일 경우 최대수요억제가 가장 효과적인 것으로 검증되었으며, 적은 수요물량조정으로 큰 효과를 나타내는 수요관리 유형은 기저부하증대였다. 또한 수요관리전략을 복합하여 시행할 경우, 기저부하증대는 다른 수요관리수단과 같이 실시하여 더 큰 감축효과를 가져왔으나, 전략적 부하창출과 최대수요억제를 동시에 시행하면 그 효과가 상쇄되는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 기저부하증대를 기본으로 하여 전략적 부하창출과 최대수여억제 조치를 시간적인 차이를 두고 시행하는 것이 좀더 효과적일 것으로 검증되었다.

Significant research has been conducted in the financial sector on the behavior of investors in the stock market. In this paper, we directly measure the degree of interest using the ranking of the frequency mentioned in the stock message board operated by Daum Communications Corp. and test the fact that the higher ranking of the frequency results in the higher stock returns in order to investigate the attention effect on the stock returns in the Korean stock market. We also propose and apply the likelihood ratio test procedure for order restricted hypotheses in order to test the attention effect. The test results shows that the higher rank in the frequency mentioned in the message board is related to stock returns (p-value < $10^{-6}$). Therefore, we conclude that an investors' attention effects exist in the Korean stock market.

This study attempted to verify the relationship between job burnout and organizational citizenship behavior among South Korean soldiers in the Navy force by applying the Job Demands-Resource Model and Conservation of Resource Theory, and the moderated mediating effect of social capital through the work engagement and smartphone use. The mediating effect of work engagement and the moderating effect of social capital via smartphone use were examined in the relation between job burnout and organizational citizenship behavior. We combine the mediation effect model and the moderation effect model and tested the moderated mediation effect. To perform this study, the survey was conducted on the navy soldier on duty, and total of 324 data were analyzed. The results of this study were as follows: the complete mediation effect of work engagement in the relation of job burnout and organizational citizenship behavior was verified, social capital via smartphone use moderated the relation between job burnout and work engagement, and the moderated mediation effect of social capital via smartphone use in the relation between job burnout and organizational citizenship behavior through work engagement was identified. Based on the results, implications, limitations, and future research directions of the current study were discussed.

본 연구의 목적은 (1) 인터넷환경하에서 인터넷광고에 대한 태도와 인터넷광고의 효과성 간의 효과를 검증하고, (2) 인터넷광고에 대한 태도와 인터넷광고의 효과성간의 관계에 대 한 인터넷사용자의 라이프스타일의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 광고에 대한 태도연구와 효과성에 관한 선행연구를 통해 두 번수간외 관계성올 알아보았으며, 이는 인터넷 환경하에서도 적용되는지를 알아보기 위한 가설을 설정하였다. 실증분석을 통한 결과는 인터넷광고에 대한 태도는 권유의도, 고려의도, 재방문의도, 구 매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 인터넷시장에서 인터넷광고에 대한 태 도와 인터넷광고의 효과성은 전통적인 시장에서와 같이 동일하게 작용되었다. 두 번째로 인터넷사용자들의 라이프스타일에 따라 차이가 있을 것이라는 연구가설을 여섯 개의 유형 으로 나누어 연구한 결과 인터넷광고에 대한 태도와 구매의도간에는 인터넷사용자들의 라 이프스타일 유형에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 날씨가 좋은 날의 주식수익률이 날씨가 나쁜 날의 주식수익률보다 높다는 이른 바 날씨효과가 우리나라 주식시장에 존재하는 지의 여부를 검증하였다. 본 논문에서 발견된 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같이 요약될 수 있다. 첫째, 날씨가 좋은 날과 날씨가 궂은 날의 주식수익률의 차이분석에서는 전체표본기간동안 날씨효과가 존재하였다. 그러나, 주식시장 장세별로 보면 날씨효과는 주가변동성이 높은 상승기와 침체기에 나타났을 뿐, 주가변동이 낮은 안정기와 회복기에는 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 비동시거래효과, 계절효과, 그리고 요일효과 등을 통제하고 순수하게 날씨 효과만을 검증한 회귀분석에서도 차이분석에서 보다 미약하지만 날씨효과가 존재하였으며, 이는 상승기에 집중되었다. 본 논문에서 발견된 실증분석 결과는 우리나라 주식시장의 정보적 효율성을 기각하는 새로운 증거로 해석될 수 있으며, 주식투자자들의 효율적 투자전략 수립에 의미있는 시사점을 제공할 수 있다.

본 논문은 육각 탐색에 기반한 고속 블록 정합 알고리즘의 성능 개선에 관한 것으로, 육각 탐색과정에서 추출한 정합점에 대해 정합 검증 패턴을 이용하여 정합도를 검증함으로써 국부 최소 문제를 효과적으로 개선한 고속 움직임 벡터 추정 기법에 관한 것이다. 제안된 방법은 우선, 적응형 육감 탐색에 있어서 차순위 국부 정합점을 이용하여 탐색 패턴을 확장한다. 이후 이렇게 확장된 탐색 패턴에서 추출한 임시 전역 정합점을 대상으로 정합 검증 패턴을 이용하여 정합도의 비교우위를 재차 검증한다. 이 검증 결과에 따라 추가 탐색 과정을 계속적으로 진행할 것인지 또는 현 임시 전역 정합점을 최종 전역 정합점으로 확정할 것인지 여부를 결정하는 과정을 반복적으로 수행함으로써 움직임 보상화질을 개선한 것이다. 제안된 방법에 따르면, 정합 검증 패턴을 적용한 검증 과정에서 추가적인 연산량 증가가 초래되지만 이를 상호타협적으로 보상할 수 있는 화질 측면에서의 성능 개선 효과를 기대 할 수 있다.
