This study was conducted to explore whether an automatic evaluation effect (i.e.,congruency effect and positive priming effect) of emotional properties which have been found in the racial prejudice study can be applied to the gender properties. Experiment 1 employing a short SOA (150ms-250ms) naming task showed a priming effect was larger in the positive prime-positive target condition than negative prime-negative target condition but not congruent effect. Experiment 2 employing a long SOA (500ms-1000ms) naming task didn't yield either positive priming effect or congruency effect. The congruency effect and the positive priming effect which is ubiquitous phenomenon in the generic cognitive concepts network were not found in the gender properties. Therefore, it was suggested that the social information including prejudice or stereotype can be differently processed according to the value of emotionality.

Dam and embankment are very important civil structures. Grouting is widely used to repair and maintain dam and embankment, and it is important to evaluate the effect of grouting for dam safety. The non-destructive method based on determination of wave velocity in the dam or embankment is effectively used to evaluate grouting effect because wave velocity is identical with stiffness and grouting increases local stiffness in a dam. In this paper, HWAW (Harmonic wavelet analysis of waves) method was applied to evaluate the grouting effect. HWAW method can determine two-dimensional shear wave velocity map with good spatial resolution and the shear velocity profile by the proposed method is sensitive to a variation of stiffness of target system. Through numerical simulation and field tests, the applicability of HWAW method in determining grouting effect is shown.

목 적 : 한약 또는 한약제제의 아토피성 피부염에 대한 치료효과를 조사하고 향후 연구방향을 제시하기 위하여 고찰연구를 시행하였다. 방 법 : PubMed에 한약과 아토피성 피부염과 관련된 검색어의 조합을 넣어 포함기준에 맞는 무작위배정 대조군 임상연구만 포함하였다. 연구설계, 치료방법, 대조군, 평가지표, 결과, 부작용 관련 정보를 미리 정해놓은 자료 추출 형식에 맞추어 추출하고 방법론적 질 평가는 옥스포드 질 평가 척도와 그룹 할당 은닉(allocation concealment) 여부를 평가하였다. 연구들이 임상적 및 통계적으로 상이하여 메타분석은 이루어지지 않고 기술적 고찰만 실시하였다. 결 과 : 모두 8편의 연구가 고찰기준을 만족시켰다. 다양한 복합한약제제와 한약이 포함된 외용제가 평가되었는데 8편 가운데 5편에서 아토피성 피부염의 증상을 호전시키는 것으로 나타났다. 방법론적 질은 대체로 양호한 것으로 나타났으며 일부 효과적인 것으로 나타난 한약복합제제에서 간손상 등의 부작용도 보고되었다. 결 론 : 한약 또는 한약제제를 이용한 치료는 아토피성 피부염의 증상개선에 도움이 되는 것으로 보이나 현재 근거는 부족하다. 우리나라에서 많이 쓰이는 한약제제들 역시 엄정한 임상연구를 거쳐 그 효과를 평가하고 근거를 구축해야 할 것이다.

This research empirically investigated halo effect in evaluating culture and art performance program. We diagnosed halo effect by using correlation analysis, factor analysis, and regression model on results and scores of fifteen evaluation indicators within three categories for the 107 Local Representative Performance Art Festivals in 2014 and 2015. The results indicates strong possibility of halo effect in culture and art performance evaluation. The correlation coefficients between evaluation indicators is higher than 0.5 and factor structure does not match with evaluation categories in both years. Scores in categories and standard deviations also are also significantly correlated with each other. The results implies that more sophisticated standard, diversification of evaluator, education, and meta-anlysis are need to control halo effect.

The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has been developing the digital textbooks from 2007. But the evaluation criteria on the digital textbooks is not prepared, so it is difficult to develop excellent digital textbooks and to select superior ones. In this study, we researched into the concept, attributes and functions of the digital textbook in order to select the evaluation indicators, based on the literature reviews of digital textbooks, core evaluation measures and criteria were identified. And three methods were employed: a Delphi study, expert forums, and simulation tests. The results of these studies led the development of an evaluation criteria which consisted of four evaluation areas and 74 questions. The four evaluation areas consisted of content area, instrument design area, platform area and user area.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status and problems of the social service delivery system for women in Korea, and to suggest ways to improve its function. The current social service delivery system in the public sector contains a network of services connected with the Division of Women's Welfare in the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare. This study focused on evaluating the function of the public service delivery system from the perspective of the service providers. A survey of 167 civil officers in charge of women's welfare services in the city.county.district administrations, and 202 women's welfare counselors around the country was conducted in order to evaluate their current duties, effectiveness of services, and problems of the current system Six criteria including integration, continuity, accessibility, adequacy, efforts and professionalism were used for evaluating the effectiveness of the social service delivery system for women. According to the survey, the civil officers and women's counselors gave relatively favorable ratings for their job effectiveness and job satisfaction. However, their duties involving guidance and counseling of prostitute women and operation of women's welfare councils received least favorable evaluation. Moreover, in terms for job satisfaction, these service providers were less satisfied with their working conditions than their relationships with clients or colleagues. In addition, budget and personnel shortages were the most serious problems facing the delivery system Further analysis showed that professionalism and accessibility of the service delivery system had positive impact on job effectiveness while efforts, integration, accessibility and adequacy had positive impact on job satisfaction of the service providers. These findings have potential implications for designing more effective social service delivery system for women.

In this article, it is that have highlighted the importance of the creative communication, convergence and identity of airport operations. This research verifies to influence in the airport performance by the diversity, mediator effect of creativity, and moderator effect of the public enterprise management evaluation performed degree in the operation of the airport. This study design how participants were selected as study the employees from two airports on the enterprise of the Incheon International Airport, Gimpo International Airport in Korea using the simple random sampling method. The findings indicate that the positively internal diversity, mediated creativity, and moderated public enterprise management evaluation performed degree affects performance of airports. This research provides a few implications and insights in the operation of airport.

과거 관측된 수문자료는 분석을 통해 다양한 수문모형의 평가 및 예측과 수자원 정책결정에서 활용된다. 하지만 관측장비의 오작동 및 관측범위의 한계에 의해 수집된 자료에는 결측이 존재한다. 단순히 결측이 존재하는 벡터를 제외하거나, 결측이 존재하는 자료 구간에 선형성이 존재한다는 가정 하에 평균을 활용하기도 했으나, 이로 인하여 자료의 통계특성에 왜곡이 야기될 수 있다. 본 연구는 결측의 보정으로 자료가 보유하는 정보의 손실 및 왜곡을 최소화 할 수 있는 방안을 연구하고자 한다. 자료의 결측은 크게 완벽한 무작위 결측(missing completely at random, MCAR), 무작위 결측(missing at random, MAR), 무작위성이 없는 결측(nonrandom missingness)으로 분류되며, 수문자료는 결측을 포함한 기간이 그 외 기간의 자료와 통계적으로 동일하지는 않지만 결측자료의 추정이 가능한 MAR에 속하는 것이 일반적이므로 이를 가정으로 결측을 보정하였다. Local Lest Squares Imputation(LLSimput)을 결측의 추정을 위해 사용하였으며, 기존에 쉽게 사용되던 선형보간법과 비교하였다. 적용성 평가를 위해 소양강댐 일 유입량 자료에 1 - 5 %의 결측자료를 임의로 생성하였다. 동일한 양의 결측자료에 대해 100개의 셋을 사용하여 보정의 불확실성 범위를 적용된 방법에 대해 비교..평가하였으며, 결측 증가에 따른 보정효과의 변화를 검토하였다. Normalized Root Mean Squared Error(NRMSE)를 사용하여 적용된 두 방법을 평가한 결과, (1) 결측자료의 비가 낮을수록 간단한 선형보간법을 사용한 보정이 효과적이었다. (2) 하지만 결측의 비가 증가할수록 선형보간법의 보정효과는 점차 큰 불확실성과 낮은 보정효과를 보인 반면, (3) LLSimpute는 결측의 증가에 관계없이 일정한 보정효과 및 불확실성 범위를 나타내는 것으로 드러났다.

목적 : 노년층의 대부분이 가지고 있는 골관절염이라고도 알려진 퇴행성 관절 질환은 척추에 영향을 끼친다. 그리고 이 질환은 통증과 일상생활에서의 활동 제한을 초래한다. 본 연구는 퇴행성 관절질환 환자의 물리치료 빈도에 따른 효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 방법 : 퇴행성 관절 질환을 가진 30명의 환자가 이 연구에 참여하였고 이들에 취해진 물리치료의 빈도에 따른 효과를 평가하여 그 결과를 물리치료 임상 지침서와 비교분석하였다. 본 연구에 참여한 환자들은 시각적 사상척도(Visual Analog Scale, VAS), 멕길 통증 설문지, 일반적인 설문지에 응했으며 물리치료 전과 후를 물리치료 빈도에 중점을 두어 평가받았다. 결과 : 본 연구에 참여한 환자들은 제시된 치료 빈도와 평가에 근거하여 볼 때 놀랄만한 호전을 보였다. 치료 초기와 물리치료를 시작하기 전의 평가 자료를 비교하여 보았을 때 설문지로 평가된 점수에서 큰 향상을 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구는 물리치료가 퇴행성 관절 질환 환자들에게 효과가 있음을 보여주었다. 또한 물리치료 임상지침서는 따라야 할 좋은 자료가 될 수 있지만 물리치료 처방에는 정해진 기준은 없다는 것을 보여주었다.
