마케팅효과성 측정에 관한 연구

  • 기업이 직면하고 있는 환경은 과거 어느 때보다 더 불확실하다. 생존을 위한 노력의 일환으로 강력한 예산통제를 실시하고 있는 기업의 최고경영자는 가장 우선적으로 마케팅활동부문을 고려대상으로 여긴다. 이러한 성향은 기업내에서 마케팅활동의 결과인 마케팅성과를 명확하게 파악하기 어렵기 때문에 나타난다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 마케팅성과의 지표인 마케팅효과성을 측정하기 위한 하나의 방법을 제안하고, 이 방법이 전략적 마케팅계획수립을 위한 다양한 도구중 하나로 사용가능한지를 실증조사를 통해 살펴보았다. 먼저 마케팅효과성의 지표로 사용 가능한 10개의 기준변수를 찾고, 발견된 지표들의 총가치를 계산함으로써 마케팅효과성의 수준을 나타내는 수치를 도출하였다. 식음료, 섬유/의류, 제약, 화학, 전기/전자, 기타 소비재 제조업체로부터 얻은 53개 설문자료를 통해 마케팅효과성을 측정하기 위한 4개의 방정식(마케팅믹스성과, 마케팅비용과 투자성과, 판매성과, 이익성과)을 도출할 수 있었다. 그러나 예비적 성격을 띄고 있는 본 연구는 표본기업의 수가 적고, 한정된 업종에 제한과 횡단적 분석 등으로 인해 일반화에 한계를 지니고 있다. 향후 효과성지표에 대한 정교한 목록개발과 종단적 연구를 통한 질적, 양적 지표의 성과간 비교와 가중치 변화추이에 따른 효과성측정 등의 추가적 연구가 수반되어야 한다.

청소년 기업가정신교육 프로그램의 효과성 측정: 2개의 실험연구를 중심으로

  • 기업가정신이 기업의 혁신 및 국가 경제발전에 중요한 역할을 한다는 인식이 높아지면서 기업가정신교육도 전 세계적으로 확산되고 있는 추세이다(Katz, 2003; Kurako, 2005). 한국 정부는 '창의인재양성'이라는 교육정책 목표로 기업가정신교육 예산이 증가시키고 있으며, 교육 대상자도 대학생 및 성인 대상을 중심에서 중 고등학생으로까지 확장하고 있는 실정이다. 기업가정신교육은 창업가적 스킬을 발전시키고 진로선택에 있어서 도움을 주는 것을 목적으로 하고 있으나(Linan, 2004), 다수의 기관에서는 저마다의 기업가정신에 대한 정의 및 운영방식을 적용되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 일반적으로 대학수준의 프로그램에서는 교육의 효과성을 창업의도(Entrepreneurial Intention)로 측정하고 있지만, 사회에 진출하기에 이른 시기인 청소년에게 그 지표를 그대로 적용하는 것은 적절하지 않다는 비판이 제기되고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 한국에서 운영되고 있는 대표적인 2개의 청소년 기업가정신교육기관의 커리큘럼을 분석하여 청소년에게 적합한 효과성 지표를 제시하고, 두 프로그램의 효과성 결과를 비교분석하여 향후 청소년 기업가정신교육의 발전방안에 대해 제시하였다.

Dose Comparison Using Deformed Image Registration Method on Breast Cancer Radiotherapy (유방암 방사선치료에서 변형영상정합기법을 이용한 선량비교)

  • The purpose of this study is to reconstruct the treatment plan by applying CBCT and DIR to dose changes according to the change of the patient's motion and breast shape in the large breast cancer patients and to compare the doses using TWF, FIF and IMRT. CT and CBCT were performed with MIM6 to create DIRCT and each treatment plan was made. The patient underwent computed tomography simulation in both prone and supine position. The homogeneity index (HI), conformity index (CI), coverage index (CVI) to the left breast as planning target volume (PTV) were determined and the doses to the lung, heart, and right breast as organ at risk (OAR) were compared by using dose-volume histogram and the unique property of each organ. The value of HI of the PTV breast increased in all treatment planning methods using DIRCT, and CVI and CI were decreased in the treatment planning methods using DIRCT.

Retention of Benzoic Acids in RPLC (역상액체크로마토그래피에서 벤조산류의 머무름)

  • Chromatographic retention mechanism of seven benzoic acids in RPLC were investigated. Inorganic salt is pertinent for the measurement of dead time in benzoic acid. Logarthims of capacity factor (log k') and Hildebrand solubility parameter (${\delta}$) showed proportional relationship which imply the hydrophobic effect of the retention mechanism in RPLC. Enthalpies of solute transfer showed inverse proportion to temperature and organic modifier ratio of the mobile phase. It was found that the S value showed positive slope in plot of log k' vs. volume fraction of water in mobile phase. Free energy change increases with increasing organic volume fraction. The hydrophobicity index, ${\varphi}_0$(organic volume fraction) is inversely proportional to column temperature.

  • In this paper, an efficient method for the ultimate longitudinal strength analysis of the double skin hull girder is presented by using idealized structural unit method. Idealized plate element subjected to biaxial load is developed taking account of initial deflection and welding residual stress. Interaction effect between local and global buckling in the whole structure is also taken into consideration. The reserve strength factor and reliability index for the example 40K double skin product oil carrier are evacuated against the ultimate longitudinal strength. It is concluded that the prudent method seems to be useful in the sense that the computing time required is very short while giving the reasonable solution.

  • Laser aided Direct Metal Tooling(DMT) process is a kind of Additive Manufacturing processes (or 3D-Printing processes), which is developed for using various commercial steel powders such as P20, P21, SUS420, H13, D2 and other non-ferrous metal powders, aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, copper alloys and so on. The DMT process is a versatile process which can be applied to various fields like the mold industry, the medical industry, and the defense industry. Among of them, the application of DMT process to the mold industry is one of the most attractive and practical applications since the conformal cooling channel core of injection molds can be fabricated at the slightly expensive cost by using the hybrid fabrication method of DMT technology compared to the part fabricated with the machining technology. The main objectives of this study are to provide various characteristics of the parts made by DMT process compared to the same parts machined from bulk materials and prove the performance of the injection mold equipped with the conformal cooling channel core which is fabricated by the hybrid method of DMT process.

Protective Effects of Angelica keiskei Extracts Against D-Galactosamine (GalN)-induced Hepatotoxicity in Rats

  • Although the vegetable Angelica keiskei (AK) has widely been utilized for the purpose of general health improvement among Korean population, its functionalities are not very well defined. In this study, we examined the effects of methanol extract of AK in rats on the biochemical changes induced by two hepatotoxins, D-galactosamine (GalN) and carbon tetrachloride ($CCl_4$). AK was orally administered once daily for 7 days to male rats at 200 and 500 mg/kg, before hepatotoxins. Effects of AK were assessed 24 hr later. AK pretreatments at 200 and 500 mg/kg significantly blunted GalN-induced elevation in liver lipid peroxidation, plasma aspartate-transaminase (AST) and alanine-transaminase (ALT) activities. AK also prevented, after 500 mg/kg but not after 200 mg/kg, the GalN-induced elevation in triglyceride, total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol levels. Differently from against GalN-induced toxicity, AK did further elevate the $CCl_4$-induced rise in AST, ALT and lipid peroxidation. These results suggest that AK, when pre-administered prior to GalN, exerted protective effects against GalN-induced hepatotoxicity, in contrast however, AK exacerbated that induced by $CCl_4$. To explore possible mechanism for the toxicity-potentiating effects of AK on $CCl_4$, the activity of hepatic drug metabolism after AK treatment was assessed. It was observed that AK increased the activity of aniline hydroxaylase, a cytochrome P450 isoenzyme responsible for metabolic activation of $CCl_4$. This finding suggests that hepatoprotective effects of AK are not equally expected depending on hepatotoxins employed.

Anti-inflammatory Activities of Taxifolin from Opuntia humifusa in Lipopolysaccharide Stimulated RAW 264.7 Murine Macrophages (천년초의 Taxifolin이 마우스대식세포(RAW 264.7 cell)에 미치는 항염증활성)

  • This study was performed to investigate the antiinflammatory activities of taxifolin from Opuntia humifusa. A potent anti-oxidant activity was shown from the leaf extract at $IC_{50}$ value of $38.33{\pm}1.07{\mu}g/mL$ and fruit extract at $IC_{50}$ value of $40.23{\pm}2.21{\mu}g/mL$ by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl assay. Fraction of taxifolin from leaf extract identified using high performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The results of cell viability indicated that taxifolin did not show cytotoxicity on RAW 264.7 cells at $500{\mu}M$ of concentration. The result showed that taxifolin inhibited lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced production of Nitrite oxide. In addition, taxifolin inhibited LPS-induced tumor necrosis factor-${\alpha}$ and interleukin-6 production by cytokine assay and cyclooxygenase-2 expression by western blot analysis, meaning taxifolin has a significant anti-inflammatory effect. Our results suggested that taxifolin from Opuntia humifusa showed anti-inflammatory activities.

  • A placebo-controlled double-blind ingestion study of a beauty supplement containing rice-derived ceramide was performed. Thirty three subjects who always tended to have rough skin due to dryness participated in the study. Dermatological diagnosis by physicians showed that the supplement significantly improved dryness and itching of the skin. On measurement of water content in the skin, the supplement was shown to significantly increase water content in the skin. On microscopic three-dimensional analysis of the epidermis, the supplement was shown to improve smoothness, exfoliation, and short-term ingestion of the supplement containing rice derived ceramide, which is very effective as skin beautifying food.

The Effects of Advertising Expense on Brand Loyalty, Profitability, and Firm Value (광고비가 마케팅 및 재무적 성과에미치는 영향: 브랜드 애호도, 수익성, 기업가치를 중심으로)

  • Managers of firms often wonder whether advertising expenditure is a mere expense or an investment with foreseeable future returns. When top management makes a decision on the level of advertising expense, it must consider whether an increase in advertising spending will positively affect brand loyalty and the increased brand loyalty will positively affect profitability and firm value. We investigate the industry-specific effects of advertising spending on marketing and the effect of loyalty on financial performances using top companies in Korea, specifically, 184 firms' data from year 1998 to 2014. The empirical results of a fixed effect model indicate that the effects of advertising on customer satisfaction index and loyalty on the firms' financial performance are positive. In service industry, unlike manufacturing industry, advertising has a significantly positive effect Brand Loyalty. In addition, Brand Loyalty had positive impacts on ROA and ROE as profitability index, and Tobin's q, a market-value index. The research results suggest that advertising in service industry should be considered as customer satisfaction investment and the increased Brand Loyalty as a profit for present and a business investment for the future respectively.
