전문가 시스템의 지식베이스 구축에 필요한 규칙추출에 관련되는 지식공학자의 인력 부족자 전문분야에 적합한 지식공학자 확보에 따른 비용 증가, 지식공학자 수행 프로세스의 비 정형화로 인하여 특정한 전문가 시스템의 개발 때마다 관련된 지식획득 과정의 어려움 발생, 전문가 시스템의 지식베이스 특성이 고려되지 않은 개발 과정 수행에 따른 비현실적인 지식베이스 구축 등의 현존 문제점은 효율적인 전문가 시스템 개발의 장애 요인이 되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 전문가 시스템 개발에 있어서 체계적인 규칙추출을 위하여 지식베이스 구축에 관한 분석단계까지를 5개 단계로 세분화하여 지식획득과정을 강화하였고, 각 단계별로 지식공학자가 수행해야 하는 프로세스와 각 프로세스별로 지식공학자가 실질적인 작업을 통해 결과를 산출하는 태스크를 정형화하였다. 규칙추출 프로세스/태스크를 체계적으로 정형화하는 것은 성공적인 전문가 시스템의 개발에 도움을 줄 것이며, 개발자가 지식공학자의 역할을 대행할 수 있으므로 지식공학자의 확보 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 또한, 전문가 시스템의 적용 분야에 대한 확대 효과가 기대된다.

최근, 소프트웨어 업체들의 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선(SPI) 관련 인증 여부는 기업 경쟁력의 핵심적인 요인으로 그 중요성이 날로 강조되고 있다. 일반적으로, CMM 인증 획득을 위한 심사 과정에는 많은 시간과 경비가 .소요되므로, 보다 높은 수준의 인증을 효과적으로 획득하기 위해서는 사전에 인증 심사에 대비한 전략적 노력이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 CMM인증 획득 준비를 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 목적으로, EAM(Enabler-Based Assessment Methodology)을 제시하고, 기업에 적용한 사례를 소개한다.

This work describes capabilities based acquisition process in the SoS(System of Systems) environment. It is written as qualitative paper based on a cognitive paradigm. Future battle space is formed with grids of the various sensors and the shooters. It has been also transformed into a SoS concept which accomplishes missions and their functions through network based battle management systems in a single theater. The SoS is a set or arrangement of systems that results when independent and useful systems are integrated into a larger system that delivers unique capabilities. Therefore the acquisition process is changing over from single system requirements to capabilities based acquisition of the SoS. In this point of view, this paper analyzes functionally JCIDS, DAS and CEP which are critical elements of the acquisition process. From results of this comprehensive analysis, perspectives on the application of capabilities based acquisition suitable for Korean acquisition environment are presented.

As a new paradigm called modeling and simulation(M&S) or simulation based acquisition(SBA) has arisen, necessity of applying it to Korea has been increased. Not only rational construction of SBA but development of model which can evaluate driving results and improve relating processes to SBA is needed. Therefore we suggests the framework of capability maturity model for M&S development and SBA. The ultimate purpose of our model is improving processes relating to M&S development and SBA. The last section include detailed model which has practices for improving some SBA processes.

This study is to comparate on impact factors and moderator of incentives of knowledge transfer between Nonprofit and Profit organization. In nonprofit organization, the results founded that individual information capability, quality of knowledge, and quality of construct were statistically significant in knowledge acquisition, informal communication and quality of construct were statistically significant knowledge sharing, and individual information capability, informal communication, quality of knowledge and quality of construct were statistically significant knowledge use. Also interactive effect of knowledge sharing and Psychological Physical incentive was statistically significant knowledge use. In profit organization, the results founded that individual information capability, informal communication, quality of knowledge, and quality of construct were statistically significant in knowledge acquisition, quality of knowledge and quality of construct were statistically significant knowledge sharing, and individual information capability, informal communication, and formal communication were statistically significant knowledge use. Also interactive effect of knowledge acquisition and Psychological Physical incentive was statistically significant knowledge use.

무기체계 개발에 있어서 내장형 소프트웨어의 비중과 그 중요도가 점점 증가하고 있고, 고객 또한 무기체계 소프트웨어 개발 및 관리지침을 제정하여 소프트웨어 신뢰성 시험수준에 대한 놓은 요구사항을 제시하고 있다. 이렇게 대내외 환경이 변화하고 있음에 따라 당사는 고품질의 소프트웨어를 고객에게 납품하기 위해서 내장형 소프트웨어 신뢰성 향상활동을 수년간 수행해오고 있다. 업체주관 개발사업 증가와 무기체계 외주개발 비중 증가에 따라 고품질의 협력개발 소프트웨어의 획득이 중요해지고 있다. 하지만, 납품 받은 소프트웨어를 체계 통합하는 시기에 소프트웨어 결함이 많이 내재되어 있어 문제점이 많이 발생되고 있으며, 납품 이후에도 많은 결함수정과 재 작업이 발생하여 추가비용이 많이 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 협력개발 소프트웨어 제품의 신뢰성 향상을 위해 TMMi 시험 프로세스를 적용하여 협력회사의 소프트웨어 시험 역량을 강화하고 고품질의 소프트웨어를 획득할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

Software in defense domain requires high quality since defense specific characteristics. To assure high quality products, development and testing activities based on well defined process must be performed. If those activities cannot support software acquisition process, the quality of acquired software product is low and combat power decreases. In this paper, we propose MND-TMM(Ministry of National Defense-Testing Maturity Model), which can help enhance software quality through testing process improvements. This paper also introduces the contents of MND-TMM architecture. MND-TMM is constituted to reflect the characteristics of defense software, development process, and testing process so as to solve the problems associated with software testing. MND-TMM is comprised of 5 maturity levels and 4 categories which have number of related TPA(Testing Process Area)s. It is expected that MND-TMM can help assess testing maturity of defense software organizations and provides guidelines to improve software testing process.

CASE 도구의 활용과 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 수준과의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 국내 57개 기업이 91개의 정보시스템 프로젝트를 대상으로 한 실증적 연구를 수행하였다. 기업의 일반적인 특징과 CASE 도구의 활용정도, 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 수준에 관한 자료를 획득하기 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였고, 연구 초점은 CASE 도구의 활용에 있어서 중요한 요인을 찾는데 있다. CASE 도구의 도입 형태와 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스가, 개발 생산성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 4가지 가설을 검정하였다. 검정결과 두 독립변수가 모두 개발 생산성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 CASE 활용과 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스간의 교호작용이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 또한 CASE 도구의 활용과 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 수준사이의 전략적 관계 격자를 제시하였다. 전략적 관계 격자는 CASE도구 도입 형태와 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 수준이 정도에 따른 4가지 셀로 구성되어 있는데 개별 셀마다 각 기업의 정보시스템 환경을 고려한 효과적인 전략을 제시한다. 마지막으로 CASE도구의 활용을 위한 추후 연구방향이 제시된다.

It has been recognized that in keeping the national defense capability on a leading edge, not only the continued production of weapon systems but also the associated maintenance and upgrades are becoming the subjects of great importance. Based on systems engineering process, the domestic acquisition programs for weapons systems led by DAPA have made some advancement where both new systems development and systems upgrade have attracted attention. On the other hand, as a useful type of domestic acquisition the foreign purchase program has been conceived as a process of simply buying needed weapons from abroad. Therefore, if some degree of development is necessary in system upgrades by foreign purchase, many problems turned out to exist. To study a remedy is the objective of this paper. The issues are analyzed first and then a relevant process is proposed based on a systems engineering method. Also included in the improved process is on how to generate a requirement document and the corresponding template to meet the goals of the upgrades by development. By applying the proposed process and template in the foreign purchase upgrade programs, derivation of more appropriate requirements can be expected, thereby offering effective management of programs and target goals.
