This study examines how disability pride of people having acquired visual impairment can be constructed. The theme is explored with the Japanese TV drama "Challenged". The paradigms regarding construction of disability pride and acceptance of disability are fundamentally different. In this context it can be said that a criticism of disability acceptance theory has something with a criticism of medical model of disability. It is main character Hanawa and chairman of teachers, and principal who were noticeable specifically at the point of forming disability pride, and these characters show a common feature that social idealism is embodied in their awareness. Other characters of the drama show a change of their consciousness to social idealism. As a conclusion this study suggests importances of humanistic and social scientific analysis as well as of educational effects achieved by means of drama.

A massive mycetoma was observed in the abdominal cavity of a 3-year-old spayed female Labrador Retriever dog originated from France. The mycetoma lesion involved adhesion with one-half of the spleen, several portions of the small and large intestine, and the diaphragem. Histologically the distinct hypertrophy of the intestinal muscle layer, wide-spread deposition of the hemosiderin through the affected abdominal organs and thrombosis of splenic arterioles with atheromatous change were recognized as persistant, debilitating changes of the affected organs. From the histological appearance of the fungal colonies it was presumed that the causative fungus to be identified as Allescheria boydii.

To clarify whether nizatidine, a $H_2$ receptor antagonist, has the cholinergic activity, the effects of nizatidine on the guinea pig ileum and on the acetylcholinesterase in human serum were studied. And, the mechanism of excitatory effect of nizatidine on the cholinergic system in ileum was also studied. Nizatidine caused a concentration-dependent contractile response by the guinea pig ileum. The $EC_{50}\;was\;53\;{\mu}M$ and the maximum response was at $300\;{\mu}M$. Ranitidine also caused a contractile response by the guinea pig ileum, but cimetidine and famotidine did not. The pretreatment with $H_1$ receptor antagonist did not affect the actions of nizatidine on the guinea pig ileum, but the pretreatment with atropine completely blocked them. Nizatidine significantly enhanced the acetylcholine-induced response of the guinea pig ileum, but not the pilocarpine-induced response. Nizatidine did not affect the histamine-induced response of the guinea pig ileum. Nizatidine still exerted the small excitatory effect on the guinea pig ileum pretreated with the high concentration of physostigmine. Nizatidine significantly inhibited the acetylcholinesterase in human serum. These results suggest that nizatidine exerts an excitatory effect on guinea pig ileum which seems to be associated with the cholinergic system, probably through an indirect mechanism, inhibition of acetylcholinesterase and/or increased release of acetylcholine.

지난 2015년 4월, 젊은 천문학자 모임(Young Astronomers Meeting, YAM)은 봄 정기총회를 가졌고 2015-16 시즌을 위한 임원진으로 회장 현민희, 부회장 안성호, 총무 박진태가 선출되었다. 이 외에도 각 학교별 운영위원으로 경북대학교 신지혜, 경희대학교 윤형식, 서울대학교 정하은, 세종대학교 허정은, 연세대학교 홍승수, 충남대학교 유현주, 과학기술연합대학원대학교 이혜란 회원이 활동 중이다. 현 임원진은 이번 임기 내 목표로 지금까지의 YAM 역사를 정리하고, 이를 공유할 수 있는 홈페이지를 구축하고자 하였다. YAM 역사 정리 부분에서는, 1991년 서울대학교에서 개최된 한국천문학회에서의 YAM 창단 이후의 모든 활동과 역대 임원진에 대한 서류 자료를 정리하고 홈페이지에 게시하였다. YAM 홈페이지 구축 부분에서는 지난 2015년 8월, 한국천문학회에 YAM 홈페이지 구축을 위한 제안서를 제출, 2016년 초에 학회의 승인을 받아 한국천문학회 홈페이지 서버에 YAM 홈페이지를 개설하였다. 이와 더불어 2016년 2월에 개최된 "2016 YAM & We Love Galaxies 공동 워크샵"을 통해 국내 대학원생들을 위한 워크샵을 개최하고 추후 지속적으로 진행할 수 있도록 노력하였다. 이번 포스터 발표를 통해 2015-16 시즌 동안의 활동 결과 보고와 2016-17 시즌 활동 계획을 논의할 것이다.

Small bowel malignancy consists 1~2 % of overall gastrointestinal tract cancer and leiomyosarcomas of small intestine are 10~20% of small bowel malignancy. Small bowel leiomyosarcomas are rare in incidence and have no specific symptoms, signs or definite radiologic findings, so it is not easy to diagnose at early stage of disease. They are found occasionally by unknown origined gastrointestinal bleeding, abdominal pain, intestinal obstruction, perforation and palpable mass, and diagnosed mostly by operation. Recently annual case reports are increasing trend in Korea. We experienced two cases of small bowel leiomyosarcoma which was diagnosed finally by pathologic findings, so we report them With literatural review.

The fourth industrial revolution is the first topic thrown by Klaus Schwab at the Davos World Economic Forum in January 2016, meaning the next industrial revolution led by the Internet of Things (IOT), artificial intelligence (AI), robot technology and life sciences. In addition, in our lives, humans, computers and machines are connected organically, and organic relationships are evolving and developing at a furious rate in all areas of life. Since the 1953 armistice agreement, South Korea has remained in a state of confrontation with North Korea, and there have been continued fighting by the North, including naval skirmishes in the West Sea, artillery attacks on Yeonpyeong Island, the sinking of the Cheonan warship, and unmanned aerial vehicles and ankle mines. To prepare for such a local initiative, our military is constantly preparing and will have to strengthen its combat capabilities by developing and introducing advanced military equipment. After all, the military drone industry linked to the Fourth Industrial Revolution following the development of new war should continue its research on military drones in line with accurate diagnosis and the rapid development of future science and technology and IT technologies.

The effect of ethanol on the contraction of intestinal smooth muscle in Na-free solution was studied using cat ileal longitudinal muscle strips. Ethanol $(0.5{\pm}4%)$ inhibited both the spontaneous mechanical activity and base-line tension in normal physiological salt solution. However, in Na-free solution it induced a reversible contraction. The excitatory effect by ethanol in Na-free solution was increased with increasing the concentrations of ethanol and the time incubated in Na-free solution. The excitatory response by ethanol was reduced by increasing the concentrations of Na in incubated medium . Ethanol-induced contractile response was not affected by $Ca^{2+}$ removal in bathing medium. In Na-free solution, the contraction by ethanol was inhibited by Las. but was not affected by verapamil. The contraction induced by Na removal in solution was inhibited by the pretreatment of ethanol. These results suggest that ethanol may induce the contraction by increasing the release of superficially membrane-bound $Ca^{2+}$ and/or intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ in Na-free physiological salt solution.

The influences of the acute hemorrhage on the intestinal functions were studied in the rabbits subjected to acute bleeding, amounting 1.5-2% of the body weight. The motility and the absorptive capacity of the ileum were compared before and after the bleeding. Transfusion of shed blood was also performed in order to see whether the deteriorations were reversible or not. The tension developed in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the ileum was recorded through an appropriate transducer, and the frequency of the rhythmic contraction was counted throughout the procedure. Test solution, 10ml in amount, was placed in the loop of the ileum, and the samples were drawn at zero time and at 20 minutes. Triplicated procedures were repeated on the same loop;namely, before and after bleeding and after transfusion. The test solution was composed of 200 mg% urea, 218 mEq/l of NaCl and 150 mg% of polyethylene glycol (PEG) No. 4,000 in distilled water. The latter substance was used as a marker substance for the volume change of the loop. The results obtained were as follows; 1. The motility of the ileum suffered little effects by acute hemorrhage. However, minor fluctuations were seen in the frequency of the rhythm, showing a slight tendency of decreasing rhythmicity, and it was reversed by transfusion. 2. Diminution of absorptive capacity of urea was noticed in acute hemorrhage and it was interpreted as the consequence of the secondary effect of the retardation of the active transport mechanism governing the sodium transport 3. Absorption rate of the sodium ion was dropped in the hemorrhage, suggesting the indispensable need of the blood supply. 4. Osmolarity of the luminal fluid remained higher in the case of acute hemorrhage. 5. There was a tendency of retaining more fluid in the intestinal lumen in acute hemorrhage, comparing with that observed prior to the bleeding. 6. The deteriorations in the absorptive capacity were restored by transfusion of shed blood.

'하도급 거래 공정화에 관한 법률' 법률이 일부 개정되어 지난 5월 28일 공포되었다. 이 법령은 오는 11월 29일부터 본격 시행된다. 개정된 주요 내용은 ${\Delta}$계약체결일로부터 30일 이내에 원사업자는 수급사업자에게 공사대금지급 보증 ${\Delta}$공사대금 지급수단이 어음인 경우 만기일까지, 어음대체 결재수단인 경우 하도급대금 상환기일까지 대금지급 보증 ${\Delta}$공사이행 중 원사업자가 공사대금 지급보증 사유 소멸 시 소멸일로부터 30일 이내에 공사대금 지급보증(다만, 일정한 경우 보증 제외) ${\Delta}$원사업자가 수급사업자에게 공사대금 지급보증을 하지 않은 경우 수급사업자가 한 계약이행 보증을 청구할 수 없도록 했다. 이로써 그동안 어음 수령으로 보호받지 못했던 대금지급 보증을 받을 수 있게 되었고 원사업자의 대금지급보증 면제사유(신용등급 A 이상, 발주자 대금직접지급, 한 건의 공사금액이 천만원 이하)가 소멸된 경우에도 30일 이내에 대금지급 보증을 해주는 등 대금지급 보증 범위가 넓어져 보증금을 원활히 받을 수 있게 됐다. 또한 원사업자가 대금이행 보증을 하지 않을 경우 하수급인의 계약 불이행을 사유로 계약이행 보증을 청구할 수 없는 조항이 신설되어 앞으로 대금지급보증 교부율이 높아짐은 물론 하수급인에 대한 보증을 주로 하는 대한설비건설공제조합의 보증 리스크 감소 효과가 기대된다. 대한설비건설협회(회장 이상일)와 대한설비건설공제조합(이사장 김기석)은 그동안 대부분의 하도급업체인 회원 및 조합원사의 권리보호와 원도급자의 불법 불공정 하도급 거래행위를 개선하기 위해 국회, 국토교통부, 공정거래위원회 등 관련부처에 지속적으로 건의하며 제도개선을 추진해 왔다. 이같은 협회와 조합의 공동노력에 의해 이번에 공정거래위원회에서 일부 개정한 것이다. 개정된 하도급거래 공정화에 관한 법률은 다음과 같다.

The location of actin and myosin of the several stages of Cwptosporinium parvum was observed. The tissue antigen of C. pcruum was prepared through immunosuppression of IgG mice with Depomedrol . The thin sectioned specimens, which were incubated with the IgG fraction of the rabbit polyclonal antibodies raised against chicken back muscle actin and bovine uterus myosin, were treated with 10 nm gold-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG, Electrodense particles were located mainly on the pellicles of all observed developmental stages of the parasites. The number of actin gold particles in the cytoplasm increased when the parasite was dividing actively as in case of meronts. Especially in macrogametocytes, a lot of actin and myosin particles were synthesized and storaged as amilopectin-like bodies. There were many actin gold particles along the microspikes of cytoplasmic membranes in various developmental stages. The actin and myosin observed in this study may play important roles to control the shape of the parasites and movement of cytoplasmic membranes as cvtoskeletal proteins.
