This study was to analyze web contents of major cultural tourism festival. And suggest to contents development. Study method is contents analysis and comparative study by suggest data. According to the results, need for independent domain, provide to foreign language information, maintenance membership administration through membership e-mail service, provide to segmentation board, provide to dynamic information should be consideration to visitror's movement line.

인터넷의 대중화로 인해, 정보 제공업체는 사용자에게 정보를 제공하고, 사용자는 많은 정보를 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 환경이 조성되었다. 정보제공 업체들은, 사용자에 대한 고유의 아이디등록 양식을 통해 고객을 확보한다. 이러한 방법들은 회원등록을 할 때마다 매번 등록절차를 거쳐야 하므로 그로 인해 번거로움과 불편이 생기고 또한 정보제공 업체는 고객확보상의 어려움을 수반하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 회원등록시 단 한번의 아이디등록과 로그인과정의 일괄대행 등록에이전트 시스템처리, 그리고 제휴를 통하여 각 정보제공 사이트에서 제공되는 다양한 포맷의 정보들을 취합하여 관리하는 에이전트 역할수행과 함께 플랫폼의 성능을 강화시켜줌으로써 효율적인 허브사이트 구축 방안을 제시한다.

This paper presents the content regarding electronic medical examination chart and data processing for efficient medical examination and fast treatment by realizing remote medical examination system of mutual conversation type among 3 parties(patient, doctor, pharmacist) on internet base, and establishment of database enabled system integration for efficient data processing in both on-line and off-line mode by interconnecting ASP and SQL on IIS 4.0 web server, consultation between patient and doctor, medical examination on off-line mode, transmission of prescription sheet to the pharmacist designated by patient, preparation of medicine, semieternal storage of medical examination data owing to storage and check of medical examination data, more accurate medical examination and prescription using this medical examination data by patient and doctor, and so on. And, data processing between doctor and pharmacist is differently performed based on class such as general member and charge member, and service access right pursuant to this is endowed, so that certification of each member must follow by all means.

전력거래용 전력량계는 매 5분 단위로 발전기의 출력값에 대응하는 펄스값을 생성하여 저장 및 외부로 연계하는 기능을 수행한다. 현재 국내 전력시장에 도입된 전력량계는 5개종 900여대이며, 각 전력량계와 관련된 문서를 전력거래소에서 관리하고 있다. 이처럼 문서형태로 보관되는 자료를 데이터베이스로 구축하는 사업을 추진 중이며, 구축된 데이터베이스를 관리, 운영하기 위한 프로그램을 개발하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 회원사 계량설비와 관련된 자료를 데이터베이스화하고 이를 관리하기 위한 프로그램 개발에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

본 연구는 학교에서 얻어지는 교사들의 경험을 바탕으로 인터넷을 통한 학생상단의 효율성 증대를 위한 상담 사례 검색 시스템을 구축하는데 있다. 이 시스템은 관리자 모듈과 사용자 모듈로 구성되어 있다. 사용자 모듈은 상담사례 검색 및 입력, 게시판, 자료실 등을 이용할 수 있게 되어 있으며, 관리자 모듈은 자료 관리와 회원 관리 기능을 제공 한다. 본 상담사례 검색 시스템은 학생 상담의 성공 확률을 증대시킬 수 있다. 교사가 인터넷을 이용하여 그들의 상담사례를 원격지에서도 쉽게 공유할 수 있기 때문이다.

일반적으로 사용자 ID는 인터넷의 여러 사이트에 분산, 중복 저장되어 있으며, 사용자 ID의 증가와 관리의 불편함, 개인정보 유출로 인한 프라이버시 문제가 발생하고 있다. 최근 개인정보보호를 위한 기술로 ID관리시스템 개발이 진행되고 있다. ID관리시스템은 웹 사이트에 한번 회원 등록 후, 하나의 ID로 한번의 로그인을 통해 모든 사이트의 서비스들을 이용할 수 있도록 해주는 역할이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 ID관리시스템의 개념과 기술 동향에 관하여 살펴본다.

This research is implement of a life counselling system for improving the effectiveness of student-counselling through public counselling cases with teachers experience which is obtained in school. This system is consisted of manager module and user module, and object from student-counselling effective through public counselling cases of relationship teachers. User module can use of every teachers student-counselling search and input, free debate room, reference data etc., and manager module offers manage function for a data and the membership.

설악산국립공원은 1965년에 천연보호구역, 1970년에 국립공원 제 5호, 1982년 유네스코에 의해 생물권보존지역으로 지정된 지역이다. 우리 나라 국립공원에서는 물론 다른 자연보존지역에서도 찾아볼 수 없는 중요성이 강조된 지역이나 연간 400만명의 이용객이 집중되기도 하는 지역이다. 우리 나라 국립공원은 본래 관광개발을 위해 지정된 동기를 갖고 있어 자연생태계 및 자연경관도 중요하지만 현실적으로는 합리적인 이용도 중요하다. 그러나 지금까지 국립공원은 자연보존에 대한 관리는 도외시 한 채 이용객 집중에 의해 발생되는 도로, 시설물, 건축물, 각종 오염에 대한 대책마련도 제대로 하지 못하여 국립공원하면 국민은 '등산이나 하고 값싼 음식점과 여인숙 수준의 숙박시설이 있는 관광지'정도로 인식하고 있다. 지난 30년간 압축고도성장을 해 온 우리 나라는 국토의 자연환경이 수없이 훼손되고 또한 옥외 레크레이션활동의 증가로 환경오염이 계속 증가되었다. 설악산국립공원도 예외는 아니어서 저앗ㅇ부와 등산로 주변생태계, 계곡생태계 등이 오염되어 식물, 포유동물, 물고기, 곤충 등에 영향이 나타나고 있지만 대피소, 휴게소, 숙박시설을 중심으로 한 오염행위는 계속 늘어만 가고 있다. 이제 설악산국립공원은 거의 위기상황에 도달된 느낌이다. 이런 시기에 환경생태학회 국립공원분과위원회 회원들은 `96년 외설악 지역, `97년 내설악지역을 2년 동안 각 분야에 걸쳐 조사를 수행하였다. 지난 12년간 외부의 지원도 없이 연구비를 자체 조달하여 힘들게 국립공원 연구를 진행하여 온 일환으로 설악산국립공원 조사를 2년 동안 수행한 것이다. 이번 조사는 `96년 가을 북한공비침투로 많은 지역에 대한 출입이 통제되어 외설악연구의 일부가 누락되었음을 첨언한다. 본 글에서는 2년 동안 본 회원들이 조사한 내용에 의해 설악산 국립공원의 현황을 분석하고 관리개선 방향을 제시하였다.
