  • In general, EMI(electromagnetic interference) from EHV(extra high voltage) power lines above 50kV cause interference to AM radio and low VHF television reception. This paper describes the results of long-term measurement of RI and TV1 in 765kV, double circule of $6\times29.59mm$(1.65k inches) diammer $480mm^{2}$(Rail) ACSR conductors in suitable for 766kV transmission lines to provide acceptable EMI at 15m fro the beneath of outmost phase.

  • 전력의 안정적 공급, 공급 신뢰도 향상 및 도심지 인구밀집 지역의 전력공급 및 미화 등의 축면에서 송전분야에서의 지중화는 필수적이며 지속적으로 증가추세에 있다. 그러나 제한적인 지중공간을 활용함에 따른 여러 문제가 발생하고 있다. 지중선로 고장상황으로 1선 지락, 2선지락, 선간단락, 3상단락 등의 사고가 있으며 이러한 고장상황에서 발생하는 고장전류에 의한 열거동은 지중선로에 악영향을 준다. 그러므로 각 고장상황에 따른 지중선로의 영향에 대한 세부적인 검토가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 각 고장상황에 따른 검토조건으로 1회선과 2회 선일 경우와 상배열이 정삼각배열, 수평/수직배열, 직각배열일 경우를 선정하여 지중선로에 미치는 영향을 EMTP, IDEARS, MARC를 활용하여 분석하였다.

  • It has been issued that the necessity of Live line work for 765kV vertical double circuit six bundle conductors transmission line when the characteristics of transmission line, the composition of T/L and near the T/L circumstances etc. Others are considered. The Barehand method of UHV T/L is extremely dangerous work and especially it is directly related with lineman life so it is very dangerous. It should be performed several technology developments for live-line work on the UHV T/L, that should be considered such as the electrical influence on workers near the T/L, development of live-line facilities, guarantee of safety, the technical rules of live-line work, the safe method of live-line work and etc. In order to maintain the 765kV transmission lines safely by barehand work, first of all, we should know the analysis of electrical safety level test in live-line work at 765kV vertical double circuit six bundle conductors on the suspension string tower type.

  • 우리나라는 1960년대 이후 계속적인 경제성장에 따라 전력에너지의 수요도 끊임없이 증가하였고, 이후 꾸준한 전력계통의 설비 및 용량의 증가로 인해 현재에는 선진국 수준의 송전망을 구축하고 있으며, 765kV급 초고압 송전선로를 자체기술로 건설하여 운영하고 있는 상황이다. 향후 대용량 송전을 위한 초고압 송전계통 구성설비 증대가 계속 될 전망이다. 따라서, 전력의 신뢰도와 안전성 확보가 가능한 유지보수 방안이 필요 할 것이다. 특히 765kV 송전선로 고장시 전력계통에 미치는 영향은 막대할 것으로 사료되며 유지보수를 위해 휴전시 1일 수 억원의 발전제약비용이 발생 될 것으로 예상된다. 이에 765kV 송전선로의 휴전 없는 활선공법 활용의 필요성이 대두되고 있던 바, 산업자원부 전력산업연구개발사업으로 추진된 "초고압 송전선로 활선공법 및 관련장비 개발"(한국전기공사협회, 2006)과제가 성공적으로 개발되었고, 활선작업에서 중요한 직접활선작업원에 대한 전기적 안전성을 충분히 검토 분석되었다. (참고문헌 [1], [2], [3] 분석). 따라서 본 연구에서는 초고압 직접활선 기능을 보유할 수 있는 현장인력 양성을 위한 보다 효율적이고 안전한 교육 프로그램 개발 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • As Multimedia industry has evolved, it has become possible to display resolutions in various formats. Therefore, the performance of a scaler algorithm that converts resolutions while maintaining high quality and its hardware implementation are important. Considering the hardware design of an image up/down scaler, this paper proposes a combinatorial scaler algorithm that uses modified bilinear interpolation in the vertical direction and bicubic interpolation in the horizontal direction to reduce the line memory burden. Through quantitative and qualitative evaluations, this paper compared the performance of the proposed algorithm with three other well-known algorithms, and also compared the hardware burden of its hardware implementation. This paper used a sinusoidal signal and eight typical images for performance evaluation.

Trochlear Nerve Palsy Caused by Quadrigeminal Cistern Lipoma (사구수조지방종에 의한 도르래신경마비 1예)

  • Purpose: To report a case of trochlear nerve palsy caused by quadrigeminal cistern lipoma located in the dorsal midbrain. Case summary: A 65-year-old male visited our clinic for intermittent vertical diplopia over 2-year period. Symptoms of diplopia had worsened over the past two weeks. He had no previous medical history except having had diabetes for 1 month. The best-corrected visual acuity was 20/25 in the right eye and 20/20 in the left eye. Pupillary examination was not remarkable. Extraocular examination showed 4 prism diopters (PD) left hypertropia at distant gaze and 4 PD exotropia at near gaze, with adduction elevation of the left eye. The Bielschowsky head tilt test revealed 6 PD left hypertropia on the left gaze and orthotropia on the right tilt. Fundus examination showed excyclotorsion of the right eye and incyclotorsion of the left eye. Brain magnetic resonance imaging revealed quadrigeminal cistern lipoma. Prism glasses were prescribed to alleviate diplopia, and we followed up the lesions without further treatment. Conclusions: Trochlear nerve palsy can be caused by quadrigeminal cistern lipoma; however, it is uncommon for this condition to be caused by a compressive lesion. Prompt neuroimaging can be helpful to rule out the causes of this condition in patients with atypical symptoms.
