Freibergite from the Yeonhwa 1 Mine (제 1 연화광산에서 산출되는 프라이버자이트)

  • 연화 광산 동점 및 묘봉 광체에서 산출되는 프라이버자이트는 후기 광화 시기에 방연석, 피라지라이트, 황철석, 자철석, 알라반다이트, 함망간, 자철석, 섬아연석, 황선석, 석영 등과 밀접하게 공존하고 있다. 화학조성을 보면 Ag가 최고 40.5 wt%까지 높은 함량을 보이고, Zn은 극소량 또는 microprobe의 측정 한계 이하이다. 어떤 입자들에서 Pb가 최고 1.70 wt% 함유되어 있다. 연화 프라이브자이트의 화학 조성상의 다소 고유한 특성은 Me12Sb4S13을 기준으로 할 때 S가 부족하고 Sb가 많이 포함되는 점이다.

A Study on the Adapting for Interrupting Capacity Augmentation of Circuit Breaker (차단기의 차단합성성대기적에 관한 연구)

  • This paper proposes the adapter for interrupting capacity augmentation of circuit breaker which can be applied in case of shortage in a existing circuit breaker's interrupting capacity due to utility system extension. The adapter utilizes two winding type of reactor instead of single winding type of reactor and the control of 2ry circuit is excuted by a triac interlocked with the system protective relays actuation so as to cut out the reactor by short circuit of the 2ry winding in normal situation and to cut in the reactor by open circuit of the 2ry winding in abnomal situation such as short circuit accident. As a result of the theoritical analysis and experiment, it is proved that the adaptor can reduce the voltage crop and iron loss due to the reactor signigicantly in normal system condition and do a role of reactor upon the power system accident.

  • This paper presents the experimental study to confirm the basic properties extract the operating problems of SMES. A new fast control system including u-computer and 12pulse power converter are designed and fabricated. The experiment of 25KJ SMES discharge and charge is carried out by I-C (Inductor-Converter) unit using a new proposed control system. The proposed control algorithm is proved by the simulations and control properties tests. It is also confirmed experimetally that SMES connected I-C unit controlled by this control scheme has an effects on compansating freguency fluctuation by independent active power control.

  • SiO thin films are deposited by evaporator the refractive index of wave length, photon energy and the absorptive rate of these films are measured by spectroscopic ellipsometer. It is derived the absorptive rate and permitivity of SiO thin films from the equations that calculating the refractive index. And the result show good agreement with the calculated values and experimental values. As a result, the wave length of light is increased in the condition that the angle of incidence is fixed on SiO thin film, the basic absorption and the absorption impurities are found in the low wave length (below 450 nm in this study) and the reflective absorption and conductive absorption is increased by the form of exponential function over the low wavelength. The absorptive rate is increased by increased the angle of incidence and thickness of SiO film for the insulating layer. As the thickness of SiO film is increased, the value of complex permitivity is decreasing and as wave length of incidence is increased., the value of dielectric is linearly increasing.

  • This paper proposed an application of artificial neural networks to security assessment(SA) in power system. The SA is a important factor in power system operation, but conventional techniques have not achieved the desired speed and accuracy. Since the SA problem involves classification, pattern recognition, prediction, and fast solution, it is well suited for Kohonen neural network application. Self organizing feature map(SOFM) algorithm in this paper provides two dimensional multi maps. The evaluation of this map reveals the significant security features in power system. Multi maps of multi prototype states are proposed for enhancing the versatility of SOFM neural network to various operating state.

  • In this paper, Computer Aided Optimum Design Technique for Three-Phase Induction Motors is proposed. In the technique, reference magnetic flux, specific electric loading factor, specific magnetic loading factor(magnetic flux density) and current density are adopted as design parameters, and minimum total cost including material cost and loss power cost is adopted as a objective function which has to satisfy output condition too. As a result of application to the existing motor, it is proved that this technique is very effective in view of gradually increasing energy costs.

  • In this study, we may be presented the carrier oscillation properties for the low-voltage varistor fabricated by a new method of three composition seed grain, in order to analyze the behavior of carriers at the its equivalent circuit model. The oscillation phenomena of carriers appeared from current-voltage characteristics under knee voltage is shown by the transient flow of nontrapped carriers group in the trap level of intergranular layer, surface state and/or depletion layer. In particularly, current oscillation phenomena is hardly shown in the high electric field. It is that the injected carriers from both electrodes are directly from the conduction band of forward biased ZnO grain through the intergranular layer into the reverse biased ZnO grain, because the trap level in the electric field above the knee voltage is mostly filled.

  • 본 논문에서는 8비트 마이크로 컨트롤러를 이용한 제어기를 여러 개를 다중 접속하여 구성한 분산형 방재 시스템을 제시하였다. 방재 시스템은 워크스테이션 또는 PC등의 호스트 시스템에 의하여 제어되며 호스트 시스템에 다수의 소형 제어기가 공통 통신 선에 의하여 연결된다. 각 제어기는 서로 다른 주소를 가지며 호스트 컴퓨터는 명령어 패킷에 특정 제어기의 주소를 첫 바이트로 실어 공통 통신 선으로 전송한다. 명령어 패킷의 주소에 해당하는 제어기는 명령어 패킷을 수신하여 입력상태를 호스트로 전송하고나 명령어에 따라 필요한 구동 출력을 발생하고 호스트로 자신의 주소를 포함한 응답 패킷을 전송한다. 서로 다른 주소를 이용하여 열 개의 제어기를 공통 통신 선으로 다중 접속함으로 분산형 방재 시스템을 구현하였다. 현재 방재 시스템의 동향은 분산형 방식으로 옮겨가는 추세이며 선로의 절약, 설치, 중설의 간편함과 함께 빌딩 자동화 시스템과 쉽게 연동하여 운영될 수 있다.

Deping characteristics of the Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O ceramics (Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O 세라믹의 도우핑 특성)

  • We investigated the effects of doping elements on the Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O ceramics. The doping elements can be classified into four groups depending on their supeconducting characteristics in the Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O structure. The first group of doping elements(Co, Fe, Ni and Zn) substitute into the copper site and can reduce the critical temperatures of the 2223 and 2212 phases. The second group of doping elements(Y and La) substitute into the Ca site and cause the disappearance of the 2223 phase and increase the critical temperatures in the 2212 phase. The third group of doping elements(P and K) have a tendency to decompose the superconducting phase and reduce the optimal sintering temperature. The fourth group of doping elements(B, Si, Sn and Ba) almost unaffected the superconductivity of the 2223 and 2212 phase.

  • This paper examines the electrical properties according to a curing time and a corona degradation in epoxy composites which are used for transformers. To consider these phenomena, the electrets were formed by appling high voltages to five kinds of specimens designed according to a constant mixing rate and then TSC(Thermally Stimulated Current) values at the temperature range of -160-200[>$^{\circ}C$] were measured from a series of experiments. The behaviour of carrier and its possible origins in epoxy composites were studied. Various effects of curing time and electric field on epoxy composites were also investigated.
