The purpose of this study was to examine early childhood teachers' importance and performance of technology leadership. A survey was conducted on 205 early childhood teachers. Borich's needs model was used to calculate their needs. In the area of director leadership and vision, the early childhood teachers felt the most need for opportunities to participate in conferences or training programs related to the educational utilization of technology. In the area of teaching-learning methods, they called the most for better ways to take advantage of technology considering the characteristics of the activity areas and activity types. In the area of teaching professionalism, the items they asked for the most were building confidence over the educational utilization of technology and case studies of superior teaching and learning. In the area of institutional support, they felt the most need for assistant human resources who could assist in solving possible problems using technology. In the area of evaluation, they called the most for the development of a variety of evaluation tools and methods. Finally, the item they called for the most in the area of social, ethical, and legal support from the institutions to which they belonged was the preparation of guidelines on how to be in good health in times of using technology.

MPEG에서는 빠르게 급변하는 시장의 요구를 충족시키기 위해, 기존의 긴 시간이 요구되는 표준화 방식과 달리, 서로 다른 기존 규격들을 특정 응용 서비스의 목적에 맞도록 조합해 하나의 표준으로 규격화하여 'MPEG-A(MPEG-Applications: ISO/IEC 23000) 멀티미디어 응용 표준'이라는 명칭으로 표준화 활동을 활발히 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 2007년 10월 중국 신천에서 개최된 제 82차 MPEG회의에서 작업 표준안(Working Draft)으로 채택되어, 2008년 10월 부산에서 개최된 86차 MPEG회의에서 최종 국제표준 초안 (final draft international standard) 으로 승인된 스테레오스코픽 비디오 응용 포맷(Stereoscopic Video Application Format) 기술을 소개하고자 한다. 스테레오스코픽 비디오 응용 포맷은 현재 시장에 등장하여 점차 수요가 증가하고 있는 스테레오스코픽 카메라, 디스플레이, 모바일 단말 등의 장치를 이용한 스테레오스코픽 영상의 획득과 출력 서비스를 위한 요구사항 및 저장규격을 정의한다. 이러한 기술을 활용하여 기존의 특정 장치에서만 획득 및 출력이 가능했던 폐쇄적 서비스에서 벗어나, 스테레오스코픽 콘텐츠의 저장 및 사용자간 교환, 방송, 리치미디어 서비스에서의 활용 등과 같이 3차원 입체영상 콘텐츠의 활용도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

인터넷의 등장으로 기업의 전통적 비즈니스 방식이 변화하고 있다. 인터넷 비즈니스는 인터넷 기술을 기업 내부 및 기업 간 비즈니스 프로세스에 활용하여 정보 제품 및 서비스를 거래한다. 인터넷 비즈니스 환경에서는 인터넷웹 사이트가 비즈니스의 출발점이 된다. 변화하는 고객 요구 사항 분석과 이를 반영한 웹 사이트 개선 활동은 인터넷 비즈니스 경쟁력 유지의 핵심이다. 현재까지 제안된 방법론들은 신규 인터넷 비즈니스 구축을 주목적으로 하며, 고객요구에 대한 분석이 제시되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 고객 우선 인터넷 비즈니스 구축 방법론을 제안한다. 본 방법론은 고객 분석, 가치 분석, 웹 설계, 구현 설계, 구축 단계로 구성된다. 각 단계의 세부 절차를 I 사이트 사례를 통하여 제시하였다. 본 연구는 기존 방법론과 달리 고객 분석 단계와 시나리오 기반의 요구 분석이 특징이며, 다음과 같은 의의를 가진다. 첫째, 본 방법론은 고객 중심의 인터넷 비즈니스 운영 및 개선에 효과적으로 활용 가능하다. 둘째, 시나리오의 활용으로 인터넷 비즈니스 시스템의 핵심인 네비게이션 설계를 사용자 중심적으로 향상 가능하다.

최근 정보통신서비스 시장은 다양한 요인에 의해 서비스 사업자간의 경쟁심화와 고객요구수준의 향상 등의 추세가 강화되고 있으며, 경쟁양상 측면과 고객이 사업자에게 요구하는 서비스 제공특성 등의 측면에서 많은 변화가 일어나고 있다. 특히, 정보통신서비스에 대한 서비스 제공 품질수준과 관련하여 SLA (서비스수준협약)의 중요도는 점차 증대하고 있으나, 대부분 해외의 선진사레나 고객의 요구내용 (VOC)을 여과 없이 반영해서 제공하는 추세여서, 사업자의 입장에서는 SLA를 제공하는 과정에서 다양한 유형의 문제점을 안고 있으며, 실질적인 효과를 거두고 있는 사례를 찾아보기 힘든 상황이다. 이와 같은 배경에서, 본 논문에서는 최근 다양한 분야에서 폭 넓게 활용되고 있는 6 시그마 방법론에서 제시하고 있는 다양한 도구들을 활용하여, 사업자가 SLA 제공체계를 수립하는 과정에서 필요한 서비스품질 보증항목의 도출 및 보증수준의 설정, 측정과 관련된 다양한 요소에 대한 설정 및 관리방법, 보상수준의 설정 등에 대한 체계적인 제공방법에 대해서 제시하고자 한다.

데이터 분석도구 R은 대용량 데이터의 고급 분석과 통계 계산을 위한 스크립트 언어로 데이터의 자료 분석에 다양하게 활용되고 있다. 최근 평균수명의 연장과 더불어 새로운 직업들의 등장으로 인하여 사회 구성원들의 전직이나 이직에 대비하기 위한 다양한 직업교육 요구가 제시되고 있다. 또한 사회 구성원들의 교육수준이 전반적으로 높아짐에 따라 직업교육에 대한 요구 역시 보다 세분화되고 있으며 보다 높은 수준의 학습기회에 대한 요구도 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 직업능력 교육의 기능과 역할을 재정립하고 직업능력 교육의 개발 방향을 제시하기 위하여 지역사회의 수요조사를 기반으로 데이터 분석도구 R을 활용하여 선호도 분석을 실시하였다.

새로운 미디어와 창의적인 발상으로 유비쿼터스 기반 상거래에 대한 요구는 날로 증가하고 있다. 사용자 참여형 U-commerce 비즈니스 시나리오를 구성하고, 이에 따라 디지털 아이템 상거래에 필요한 요구사항을 정의한다. 이를 위하여, 각 단계 별로 수익모델을 중심으로 서비스 흐름을 고찰하고, IPTV를 비롯한 휴대폰, 텔레매틱 단말, PDA 등 각종 U-Commerce 서비스가 가능한 단말에서의 양방향 서비스를 고찰하며, 설계된 분류체계를 SOA 기반 U-commerce의 실질적인 운영에 이를 활용가능하게 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히, 본 논문에서는 UCC와 같은 P2P를 중심으로 하여 SOiVA(Service Oriented interactive Video Application)를 활용한 U-commerce 운영 서비스 요구사항을 연구하였다.

In software development, the elicitation and analysis of requirements is a crucial phase, and it involves considerable time and effort due to the involvement of various stakeholders. ChatGPT, having been trained on a diverse array of documents, is a large language model that possesses not only the ability to generate code and perform debugging but also the capability to be utilized in the domain of software analysis and design. This paper proposes a method of requirements engineering that leverages ChatGPT's capabilities for eliciting software requirements, analyzing them to align with system goals, and documenting them in the form of use cases. In software requirements engineering, it suggests that stakeholders, analysts, and ChatGPT should engage in a collaborative model. The process should involve using the outputs of ChatGPT as initial requirements, which are then reviewed and augmented by analysts and stakeholders. As ChatGPT's capability improves, it is anticipated that the accuracy of requirements elicitation and analysis will increase, leading to time and cost savings in the field of software requirements engineering.

With rapid increasing the development and use of IoT Devices, requirements for safe IoT devices and services such as reliability, security are also increasing. In Security engineering, SDLC (Secure Development Life Cycle) is applied to make the trustworthy system. Secure Development Life Cycle has 4 big steps, Security requirements, Design, Implementation and Operation and each step has own goals and activities. Deriving security requirements, the first step of SDLC, must be accurate and objective because it affect the rest of the SDLC. For accurate and objective security requirements, Threat modeling is used. And the results of the threat modeling can satisfy the completeness of scope of analysis and the traceability of threats. In many countries, academic and IT company, a lot of researches about drawing security requirements systematically are being done. But in domestic, awareness and researches about deriving security requirements systematically are lacking. So in this paper, I described about method and process to drawing security requirements systematically by using threat modeling including DFD, STRIDE, Attack Library and Attack Tree. And also security requirements are described via Common Criteria for delivering objective meaning and broad use of them.

법치주의 사회에서는 개인적으로 혹은 단체의 입장에서 모두 법률정보를 필요로 하지만, 특히 법률전문직에 종사하는 사람들은 그들의 사회적 임무와 역할이 법률과 관련되어 있으므로 더욱 강하게 법률정보를 필요로 한다. 이들에게 보다 효율적으로 법률정보를 제공하기 위하여는 정보시스템을 구축하는 것이 필요하고, 이 시스템은 이용자의 정보요구와 이용행태에 적합하도록 즉 이용자의 요구를 충분히 반영할 수 있는 내용을 수록하며, 이용자의 연구습관 및 연구행태 등을 고려하여 마련하여야 하므로, 법률전문직 종사자의 정보요구와 이용행태에 관한 조사는 적절한 시스템의 구축을 위한 선결조건이다. 따라서 본고에서는 법률전문직을 두 집단 즉 실무가 (판사, 검사, 변호사)와 학자(법학교수)로 나누어, 각 집단의 법률정보에 대한 태도, 정보요구와 이용행태의 패턴 및 법률정보원에 대한 태도에 관하여 조사한후, 두 집단의 정보에 관한 특성을 비교하였다. 그 조사결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 실무가와 학자 모두 그들의 연구를 위하여 주로 사용하는 것은 인쇄 자료로서의 판례집과 법령집이다. 그러나 이들 자료중에서 주로 이용되는 자료는 두 집단간에 차이를 보이고 있다. 2) 실무가와 학자 모두 일차자료들의 수록범위, 수록내용, 검색방법 등에 관하여 만족을 못하지만, 특히 검색방법에 대한 불만이 가장 크게 나타나고 있다. 이용자는 일반적으로 특정 주제어에 의하여 필요한 법률정보에 접근하기를 원하지만 이러한 요구를 충족시켜 주지 못한다. 3) 두 집단은 그들의 역할이 각기 다르므로 따라서 선호되는 법률정보의 종류에 대한 순서에 있어서 차이가 있다. 4) 도서관에 대한 태도에 있어서 두 집단은 상이한 입장을 보이고 있다. 학자들의 과반수는 중요 정보원으로서 자신의 개인장서를 활용하며, 도서관의 장서 및 그 조직방법에 대해서도 별로 만족하지를 못하고 있다. 반면에, 실무가들은 도서관에 대하여 비교적 만족하며 따라서 도서관에 대한 이용도도 높다. 5) 두 집단 모두 보조인을 적극적으로 활용하지 않으며 사서의 도움을 받는 경우도 극소수에 불과하다. 이러한 조사결과를 기초로 하여 볼 때 법률전문직을 둘러싼 정보환경을 개선하기 위하여는, 인쇄된 일차적 정보자료의 검색방법등을 개선하고, 나아가서는 법령과 판례정보를 위한 효율적인 시스템을 구축하며, 뿐만 아니라 이용자의 요구에 충분히 대처할 수 잇는 도서관으로 변화되는 것이다. 이와 함께 가장 중요한 것은 법과대학과 사법연수원에서 법학 연구방법에 관한 강좌를 개설하여 각종 법률정보원의 활용 내지 도서관 이용방법에 관하여 교육하는 것이다.

This study explored the user's information needs and information behavior for the development of academic library services. The content analysis of qualitative data showed that the in-depth interview participants have six types of information needs such as 'suitability, up-to-dateness, uniqueness, reliability, practicality, and convenience' while going through societal, educational, and research-related changes. Interview participants solved their information needs by acquiring the resources necessary for each individual's task through information behaviors using information media, human resources and the places. Each participant tried to solve his/her information problem through individual efforts based on their different media and information utilization capabilities. Based on the analysis, this study presented four directions in the development of academic library services. They are an personalized information literacy service, a space to meet the characteristics of information needs, an infrastructure platform for exchanging human resources, and an accessible support service for utilizing information media.
