Sejong City Library information services and programs proposed in this study are proposed by combining cases of local representative libraries and overseas libraries. As a feature of the proposal, first, various information services that can be provided by the Sejong City Library are proposed by area, by user, by data type, by media, by partner institution, etc. Second, by reinforcing user programs for each life cycle, various reading programs by age and interest, such as reading discussion, reading experience, and reading events, are provided. Reinforce user-based programs that reflect the characteristics of Sejong City's population, such as adult, child, and family programs. Third, secure and utilize maker space space. Fourth, the reading program developed by the Sejong City Library is promoted and shared in cooperation with local libraries. Fifth, induce participation of local residents in Sejong City, volunteer activities and talent donation. Sixth, propose library information services using library websites and social media, and develop channels for mutual cooperation with users.

The dance area is less demanding than the supply, so it is not able to properly utilize talented people. If the university based dance research center is activated in this field, it can be an alternative by actively interacting with the residents of the community. Therefore this study was surveyed by specialists on invigorating dance institutes by applying new industrial development. Since then, workers were requested to evaluate importance and urgency of 23 questionnaires collected. As a result, the most important item was program development, and the most urgent was financial support. The first ranked sub-item of program development was organization of R&D cost(importance) and recruitment of professionals(urgency). Regarding financial support, it was budget increase and eligibility expansion of staff cost(importance) and subdivision and extended support for labor cost.

Nowadays Korea, where the elderly comprise 11.7 percent of the population had approached to an aging society. In these situations, the purpose of this study is to investigate a employment policy directives of a senior for the employment activation. For this study. we divided the employment policy with a law aspect, a programmatic aspect and a social aspect. And researched about the employment policy case of advanced countries. In the law aspect, this study suggested that they should extend age-limited, strengthen the law and unify the policy actors. In the programmatic aspect, this study suggested that they should change the program goal, make diversification of programs and expand the education students. In the social aspect, this study suggested that they should promote the cognizance change and private participation about senior policy. This study was conducted for the employment activation of a senior.

This research develops an evaluation framework of social network analysis, overlooked in traditional program evaluation, and applies to university funding research program. By setting degree increase, an indicator of level of research collaboration, as a goal from the viewpoint of network, we can conclude that researchers funded by university in a form of competition show statistically significant changes in degree increase via one-way ANOVA and permutation-based simulation. This research provides a tool for measuring and managing the degree of contribution of university funding to promoting research collaboration.

막전압 고정 기법은 세포막 이온통로의 활성화 게이트, 비활성화 게이트의 물리적 성질 등을 밝힐 수 있다. 즉, 여러 다양한 펄스 프로토콜을 이용하여 활성화 게이트와 비활성화 게이트의 막전압 의존성을 구할 수 있다. 본 연구는 L-type $Ca^{2+}$ 통로의 모델을 막전압 고정 기법 시뮬레이션에 적용하여 최적의 펄스 프로토콜을 얻기 위한 방법을 제시하고자 하였다. 비활성화 게이트의 막전압 의존성을 구하는 경우, 테스트 전압에서 +10 mV의 전압으로 가기 전에 0 ms, 5 ms, 20 ms의 gap을 주었는데 이 중 5 ms의 gap을 주었을 때 모델과 가장 가까운 관계를 얻을 수 있었다. 다음으로 활성화 게이트의 막전압 의존성을 구하는 경우, 일반적인 방법으로는 실제 관계와 크게 다른 결과를 얻었으나, 0 mV 이하의 막전압에 대해서만 막전압 의존성을 구하는 방법을 사용하여 실제 관계와 근접한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 따라서, 본 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 적절히 이용한다면 실제 세포실험에서 정확한 수치를 얻기 위한 펄스 프로토콜을 얻는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 본다.

This study conducted an overall recognition analysis and demand survey of parent education programs in order to explore ways to promote parent education. Based on previous research, the questionnaire was developed including five factors and 23 items : (1) operating a center to support parent education, (2) perception on parent education programs, (3) developing a parent education program, (4) utilizing space, and (5) program operation and evaluation. A survey was administered on the parents of second and fourth graders at A elementary school in Chungju. The result showed that parents are positive about the operation of the center, which can provide professional support for parent education programs. There was also a great demand to strengthen the educational content of parents' roles. This study is meaningful in providing basic data for developing parent education programs based on the perception and demand analysis of existing parent education. Furthermore, the need for performance analysis and feedback was presented in future research directions after the actual development and operation of parent education programs that reflected the demand of parents.

This study was performed to prevent deforestation and forest degradation and vitalize REDD+ program through suitable site analysis at the 16 districts of South Korea. For this, we worked out profit potential, opportunity cost, carbon credits through making it use of conception of the Forest Carbon Index. As a results, Gyeonggi-do, Incheon Metropolitan City, Seoul Metropolitan Government, Daegu Metropolitan City, Gwangwon-do included in the top 5 among the 16 districts of South Korea. In case of Gyeonggi-do as best suitable site, reduction of carbon emission was best high due to reduction area of deforestation. And profit potential was also high in accordance with practice of REDD+ program. Furthermore, we proposed four plans to activate REDD+ program in South Korea on the basis of the results.

This study was conducted with the purpose of identifying the effects of behavioral psychosomatic symptoms, cognitive functions, ability to perform daily life, and depression among the elderly with dementia. The sample for this study comprised 40 people in the experimental group and 20 in the contrastive group from the Dementia Supporting Center, located in NoWon-Gu of Seoul city. Data were collected from November 1, 2016 until March 31, 2017. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0, and descriptive statistics, chi-square test, independent t-test two-way repeated measures ANOVA, and ANCOVA were calculated. An 8-week brain activation intervention program including lectures was administered to elderly people with dementia. The results show improved cognitive function and reduced depressed feelings. Based on the results of this study, brain activation intervention programs can be applied to elderly people with dementia at the community level to help improve their cognitive function and relieve them from depression.

현재 국민의 여가활동 패턴변화와 주5일 근무제 도입 등으로 전통문화, 자연체험 기회제공의 장으로서 농촌이 재인식되고 있으며, 농촌전통테마마을사업(농촌진흥청) 등 농촌지역 부존자원의 잠재서비스 개발ㆍ연출 및 농촌마을만이 가진 다양한 가치 발굴, 이를 자원으로 활용한 마을 활성화 관련 정책 및 프로그램이 추진되고 있다. 이때 농촌마을 부존자원의 다양한 부가가치 개발을 통해 지역경제 활성화의 수단이자 공동체 활성화 수단으로서의 가치를 새롭게 인식하는 것이 중요하다. (중략)
