다양한 분야에서 무선 인터넷 서비스의 가능성이 거론되고 있는 요즘, 무선 인터넷을 통한 의료 정보 서비스 또한 관심을 모으고 있다. 모바일 기기를 이용한 의료정보 시스템은 기존 Desktop PC가 가지는 이동성의 제한이라는 단점을 극복하여 이동이 빈번한 의료 정보 사용자에게 정보 이용의 편의성과 신속성을 제공할 것으로 기대된다. 그러나 무선인터넷을 기반으로 하는 모바일 기기는 지속적인 하드웨어의 발전에도 불구하고 정보 처리의 효율성, 무선 네트워크의 불안전성, 보안등의 문제가 지적되고 있다. 의료 정보는 환자의 지극히 개인적인 정보를 취급하는 것으로 환자, 관계 의료진 이외의 사람에게 노출되는 것은 위험스러운 일이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 의료 정보가 진료의 편의성과 신속성, 업무의 효율성을 위하여 모바일 시스템으로 진화하는 경우, 무선 인터넷의 특성에 의한 보안 위협에 노출되게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 모바일 원격 의료 정보 시스템을 구현하는 경우 발생할 수 있는 보안 위협에 대처할 수 있는 모바일 인증 시스템을 제안하고 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템은 모바일 원격 의료 정보 시스템의 환자 정보 보호를 위한 적절한 대안이 될 것으로 기대된다.

최근 생명 연장과 삶의 질에 관한 많은 관심에 따라서 의료 부문에 있어서도 Ubiquitous 환경을 도입하는 노력이 시도되고 있다. 그 중 Ubiquitous Hospital은 여러 가지 병원 서비스 부분의 편의성을 제공하고자 분야로써 이것을 이용하여 시간과 장소의 제약 없이 각종 의료서비스와 건강관리를 제공 받을 수 있는 Ubiquitous Healthcare 서비스에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 Ubiquitous Healthcare 서비스 제공 system 구현을 위한 framework을 제안한다. 이 framework에서는 사용자가 되는 의사와 환자에 적합한 인터페이스를 제공하고 환자에 대한 추적 관찰과 증상의 판단 및 환자 진료시의 지원 서비스를 제공한다. 또한 보험회사나 병원과 같은 외부시스템과 연계하여 필요한 데이터의 공유가 가능하도록 한다. 그리고 제안된 framework를 이용하여 전립선 환자를 위한 BPH 환자관리 시스템을 구현한다.

This study compares the rapidity and subjective convenience of T-AED and SC-AED for health care providers and the general public. Subjects were randomly allocated to T-AED (n=77) and SC-AED (n=79) groups. Each group conducted defibrillation, with subsequent measurement of the rapidity of defibrillation in peri-shock pause, pre-shock pause, hesitation pause, and post-shock pause. Defibrillation and chest compression delay times for both equipment were analyzed by t-test. On conclusion of the experiment, subjects answered a questionnaire on the subjective convenience of defibrillation, as measured for confidence, convenience, and clear decision. Comparisons of subjective convenience analyzed by t-test revealed significantly shortened peri-shock pause (11.22s), pre-shock pause (11.04s), and hesitation pause (2.15s) in the SC-AED group, as compared to the T-AED group (p<0.001). However, no significant differences were observed for post-shock pause values. Comparing subjective convenience, confidence (T-AED: 7.62±1.25VAS vs. SC-AED: 7.80±0.98VAS, p=0.358) was not significant, whereas convenience (T-AED: 7.05±1.36VAS vs. SC-AED: 8.95±0.89VAS, p<0.001) and clear decision (T-AED: 6.58±1.73VAS vs. SC-AED: 9.08±0.98VAS, p=0.001) showed statistically significant differences. Our results indicate that compared to T-AED, SC-AED has significantly shortened pauses. Moreover, it is more convenient for the user, and significantly aids in clear decisions.

Incontinence is the urination disorder as the leakage of urine without her own volition and the woman's representative disease which reduce the life quality. The electromagnetic therapy has high possibility of development cause it has no needs of operant exercise, no arousing of shame and impossibility of infection. But, it has improvement points such as uniformity of the treatment protocol, patient dependance and absent of patient monitoring system. With these demands, the system which stimulate the pelvic flaw muscle with electromagnetic and monitoring the patient status during the therapy is proposed, in this study. And individually adapted electromagnetic therapy system for incontinence patient is also suggested. The proposed system consisted of electromagnetic generation device, cooling device, treating chair, patient monitoring device with pulsation and control software. The simulation for high power system and evaluation confirm was performed. With the development of control software, the convenience of using and maintenance are ensured and the patient adapted therapy protocol is applied. The developed patient adapted electromagnetic therapy system with monitoring device is regarded as the patient affinitive treating method by reducing the riskiness, improving the efficiency with patterned protocol and pre/post therapy. These results, in this study, can bring the safe and organized treatment method to incontinence patients and can lead the variable study for electromagnetic therapy in incontinence.

Recently the demand for hospital care increased competition and a variety of new and expansion is a real situation that faced with a situation. These factors, in reality, the importance of the physical environment of the hospital soon for the hospital's survival and development, as well as the native functionality of the hospital to gain the core a competitive edge is being evaluated as a core competence. therefore this study aims to examine the effect of the physical environment of medical institutions on visits in patients satisfaction, worth of mouth and revisit intention. Some useful strategic materials derived from this study could be considerably useful to the managers of medical institutions. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the key elements which can decide the quality of the physical environment of medical institutions are accessibility, cleanness and convenience. Second, the perceived physical environment makes a positive influence on visits in patients satisfaction. Third, the more satisfaction the customers can perceive, the higher rises the worth of mouth. Fourth, the more satisfaction the customers can perceive, the higher rises the revisit intention.

본 논문은 의료 영상 검색 시스템에서 뇌 MRI 이미지 데이터베이스에서 사용자의 질의를 만족하는 질의 결과 집합에 대한 시각화 방안을 제안한다. 한 환자의 뇌 MRI 이미지를 검색 결과로 제시할 경우 종류별, 방향별로 다양하고 여러 환자의 경우에는 그 양이 더욱 방대해진다. 이러한 뇌 MRI 이미지를 공간 제약적인 화면에 표현하는데는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 질의 결과를 제시할 대 유사도가 높은 순서로 나열하고, 사용자 요구에 따른 관련 이미지를 종류와 방향별로 제시하여 이미지 조작을 가능하게 한다. 도한, 제시된 뇌 MRI 이미지를 효율적으로 브라우징할 수 있도록 3차원 블록 메타포어를 이용한 시각화 인터페이스를 통하여 공간 활용도의 향상과 사용자 인터페이스의 편의성 및 인지도를 증진한다.

문제: 환자가 수술장 내에서 수술을 기다리면서 느끼는 불안감을 최소화할 수 있도록 해야 하지만 수술실의 효율성 및 의료진 편의성 위주로 운영되고 있어 수술실 내 대기시간이 연장되고 있다. 목적: 수술장 내 대기시간을 단축시키기 위해 수술환자의 이동경로에 따른 지연요인과 문제점을 파악하고 개선하여 환자가 수술을 기다리면서 느끼는 불안감을 최소화하고자 한다. 의료기관: 부산시에 소재한 481병상의 종합병원 수술실 질 향상 활동: 수술환자의 대기시간 지연요인과 문제점을 파악하고 개선을 통해 질 향상을 도모하였다. 개선효과: 대기시간 수행율에서 수술장 도착까지의 수행율이 개선전 95%에서 개선후98%로, 수술방 입실까지의 수행율이 개선전 88%에서 개선후 94%로, 마취시작까지의 수행율이 개선전 93%에서 개선후 96%로 수행율이 높아졌다.

과거에는 생각지 못했던 치료방법이 속속 등장하고 환자들이 좀더 양질의 치료를 요구함에 따라 의과에서뿐만 아니라 치과에서도 다양한 특수클리닉이 개설돼 있다. 치과에서의 특수클리닉은 구취 클리닉, 임프란트 클리닉, 장애자 클리닉, 레이저 클리닉, 구순구개열클리닉 등이 있으며 이러한 특수클리닉은 의료의 질 향상과 환자의 편의를 도모하면서 점차 확대양상을 보이고 있다. 11개 치대병원을 중심으로 하여 특수클리닉의 현황과 장단점, 앞으로의 전망에 대해 살펴본다.

정보시스템 산업의 발전은 다양한 서비스 분야에서 많은 편의성을 증가시키고 있다. 또한, IT 산업이 IoT 환경으로 집중됨에 따라 다양한 서비스가 개발 되고 있으며, 다양한 IoT 제품들은 의료기기를 포함한다, 의료 환경에서는 네트워크에 연결되는 의료기기를 통해 환자를 위한 다양한 건강관리 서비스, 생명유지 서비스 등을 제공할 수 있다. 그러나 의료기기에 대한 보안 위협이 부각되면서, 인명 피해로 확산되는 것을 막기 위한 보안 관리 체계가 필요한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 의료기기에 대한 보안 현황을 조사하기 위해 의료기기 관련 보안 위협 사례를 분석하고, 미국, 유럽, 일본의 의료기기 정보보호 대책 및 국제 표준화 현황을 분석한다.
