Design and Performance Evaluation of Digital Twin Prototype Based on Biomass Plant (바이오매스 플랜트기반 디지털트윈 프로토타입 설계 및 성능 평가)

  • Digital-twin technology is emerging as an innovative solution for all industries, including manufacturing and production lines. Therefore, this paper optimizes all the energy used in a biomass plant based on unused resources. We will then implement a digital-twin prototype for biomass plants and evaluate its performance in order to improve the efficiency of plant operations. The proposed digital-twin prototype applies a standard communication platform between the framework and the gateway and is implemented to enable real-time collaboration. and, define the message sequence between the client server and the gateway. Therefore, an interface is implemented to enable communication with the host server. In order to verify the performance of the proposed prototype, we set up a virtual environment to collect data from the server and perform a data collection evaluation. As a result, it was confirmed that the proposed framework can contribute to energy optimization and improvement of operational efficiency when applied to biomass plants.

Modified a'trous Algorithm based Wavelet Pan-sharpening Method Using IKONOS Image (IKONOS 영상을 이용한 수정된 a'trous 알고리즘 기반 웨이블릿 영상융합 기법)

  • The object of image fusion is to integrate information from multiple images as the same scene. In the satellite image fusion, many image fusion methods have been proposed for combining a high resolution panchromatic(PAN) image with low resolution multispectral(MS) images and it is very important to preserve both the spatial detail and the spectral information of fusion result. The image fusion method using wavelet transform shows good result compared with other fusion methods in preserving spectral information. This study proposes a modified a'trous algorithm based wavelet image fusion method using IKONOS image. Based on the result of experiment using IKONOS image, we confirmed that proposed method was more effective in preserving spatial detail and spectral information than existing fusion methods using a'trous algorithm.

  • The information of the IT convergence has extended through the whole business ares with supplying intelligence terminal such as smart phone and the technology of sensors and wireless networks. And also, the existed industry became to high technology and extended various parts. The industry of the elevator became the center of the life offering the diversification of the user environment access and high building control. In this paper, we suggest the elevator control system integrated wire and wireless based on Information technology. We suggest the service model of user friendly connected by internet. For this, we make the relation model of the elevator system and IT environments and then design the service model for wire service and wireless service using smart phone. It can make to supply efficient information with wire and wireless environments and also make improvement in accessability for the disabled peoples.

  • 근래 들어 기계-IT 융합의 중요성이 부각되면서 오픈 소스 소프트웨어에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이 글에서는 전통적 기계 분야 중 하나인 산업자동화 분야에서의 오픈소스 개발 사례를 소개한다. 상용 제품 수준의 사용자 편의성과 성능을 제공하면서도 소스 코드가 공개되어 있으므로 연구자에게는 연구 및 교육을 위한 실제적인 실험환경이 되며, 기업에게는 핵심 소프트웨어 기술을 확보하고 IT 융합적 시도를 신속히 실현하기 위한 기반이 될 수 있다.

  • 국내 농식품 산업은 FTA 체결 등 대외 환경의 급격한 변화, 농가인구의 감소와 고령화로 인한 인력난, 사료, 원부자재비 및 에너지 비용의 증가로 인한 생산비 증가, 선진사회 진입에 따른 고품질의 농수산물에 대한 수요 증대 및 안전성 문제 등으로 인하여 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 농식품 산업을 고부가 가치 산업으로 발전시킬 수 있는 농식품 IT 융합기술 연구와 개발이 필수적이다. 본 고에서는 농식품 IT 융합기술의 연구 동향 및 표준화 동향을 살펴보고, 농식품 IT 융합기술 개발 사례와 지원 전략 및 방향 등의 이슈를 알아봄으로써 국내 농식품 IT 융합기술의 발전 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

  • 본고에서는 건설기술과 IT기술이 융합된 건설IT융합기술에서 스마트 빌딩과 관련하여 안전, 건강, 편의, 에너지를 위한 기술들로 분류하여 사례와 함께 서술한다. 고층 빌딩의 안전성을 위한 건축 구조물 건전도 모니터링 기술, 빌딩 실내 또는 지하 주차장에서 쾌적한 공기 환경을 유지하기 위한 스마트 환기제어 시스템 기술, 빌딩 정보의 체계적인 데이터 관리를 위한 빌딩정보모델링 기반의 센서와 영상 인터페이스, 스마트 빌딩 네트워크 관리 시스템에 관하여 소개한다. 또한, 에너지 절감을 위한 빌딩 에너지 관리 시스템에 관하여 냉난방, 조명, 환기설비, 전력모니터링 관련 기술에 대하여 설명한다. 이러한 기술들을 적용한 스마트 빌딩은 유무선통신, 스마트디바이스와 같은 IT기술을 건축공학 및 빌딩자동제어, 설비 기술에 적용하여 빌딩 사용자에게는 안전 및 최적 환경을 제공하고 빌딩 소유주나 관리자에게는 관리비용 절감, 관리 편의, 빌딩가치 상승 등을 제공할 수 있다.

Application of activated carbon induced ballasted flocculation for improving activated sludge settleability (활성슬러지 침전성 향상을 위한 활성탄 가중응집제 적용 연구)

  • The effects of activated carbon originated Ballasted Flocculant (BF) on the settleability of activated sludge and the recovery of BF by Hydro-cyclone (HC) were analyzed experimentally. Two kinds of BF (M-I: 125-250 ㎛, M-II: 250-425 ㎛ in dia.) and three kinds of activated sludges with different SS concentration (2,300-7,100 mg/L) were applied for this study. With the dosage variation of BF from 0.14 to 1.3 g-BF/g-SS, we could obtain 24-31% improvement in SV30 (Sludge Volume after 30min sedimentation) for the lowest SS concentration sludge (2,300 mg/L). Whereas the SV30 improvement was much higher as 44-48% for the highest SS concentration sludge (7,100 mg/L). The settling characteristics of the sludge with BF followed Vesilind model the best among three models (Vesilind, Takacs and Cho model). HC could effectively separate BF with the separation efficiency of 70-90% and over 95% separation efficiency could be obtained when the HC was applied twice.

  • 인구 감소에 따른 입학자원의 감소로 인해 대부분의 대학이 어려움을 겪고 있는 교육 환경 속에서 대학이 생존과 양질의 교육을 위해 모색하고 있는 것 중의 하나는 융합교육이다. 본 연구에서는 수요자 모두가 만족할 수 있는 융합교육을 실시하기 위하여 교수자와 학습자의 융합교육에 대한 인식과 희망 융합 학문 분야 등을 조사 분석하여 전문대학의 융합교육에 필요한 학문 분야별 요소들을 도출하고자 하였다. 특히, IT 분야에 대한 교수자와 학습자들의 융합 희망 분야에 대한 인식 비교를 통해 향후, IT 분야 융합교육의 운영에 대한 방안을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다.

Energy Demand/Supply Prediction and Simulator UI Design for Energy Efficiency in the Industrial Complex (산업단지 에너지 효율화를 위한 에너지 수요/공급 예측 및 시뮬레이터 UI 설계)

  • As of the end of March 2022, the total area of domestic industrial complexes is 606 km2, which is only about 0.6% of the total land area. However, as of 2018, the annual energy consumption of domestic industrial complexes is 110,866.1 thousand TOE, accounting for 53.5% of the country's total energy consumption and 83.1% of the entire industrial sector energy consumption. In addition, industrial complexes have a significant impact on the environment, accounting for 45.1% of the country's total greenhouse gas emissions and 76.8% of industrial sector greenhouse gas emissions. Under this background, in this study, in order to contribute to the energy efficiency of industrial complexes, a prediction study on energy demand and supply for an industrial complex in Korea using machine learning was conducted. In addition, a simulator UI screen was designed to more efficiently convey information on energy demand/supply prediction results and energy consumption status. Among the machine learning algorithms, Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) was used, and Bayesian Optimization was applied as an optimization technique for the prediction model. The energy prediction model for the industrial complex built in this study showed a prediction accuracy of 87.90% for compressed air demand and 99.54% for the flow rate available for the public air compressor.

  • In this paper, to promote the production of agricultural products, it is goal to design and implement the growth environmental management monitoring system. Based on the IT convergence technology, it consists of four components such as sensor nodes to sense environmental factors, sink nodes to communicate with sensors, gateway to link sinknodes to monitoring system, and monitoring software. With monitoring process for temperature and humidity, we can obtain the bast growth environment to be maintained deviation value 10% for temperature and humidity.
