식자재 이커머스 플랫폼 비지니스의 서비스품질 영향요인이 재구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 충성도의 매개효과를 고려하여

  • IT기술의 발전과 스마트기기의 대중화로 인한 정보통신기술의 눈부신 발전으로 온라인 플랫폼을 통한 식품구매 비중이 급격히 증가하여 온·오프라인의 경계를 없어지고 있다. 더군다나 COVID-19 팬데믹은 반조리식품, 밀키트 등 홈쿡(Home-cook) 온라인시장을 급격히 확산시키며 소비자 구매추세를 오프라인에서 온라인으로 완전히 바꿔놓는 전환점이 되었다. 이런 트랜드를 반영하듯 다양한 온라인 식자재 이커머스 플랫폼의 출현하면서 브랜드마다 각각의 차별점을 내세우고 있으나 경쟁은 치열해지고 차별화는 더욱 어려운 게 현실이다. 이는 기업이 소비자에게 일방향으로 정보 또는 상품 및 서비스를 제공 하는 수직적 관계가 아닌, 수평적 쌍방향 관계로의 발전으로 이어져 브랜드가 가지고 있는 가치에 대해 보다 정직하게 보여주어야 소비자의 신뢰를 얻을 수 있게 되었다(Kotler, 2017). 또한, 과거에 소비자들의 만족도가 높았던 서비스도 현재 환경에서는 소비자의 니즈를 충족시키지 못하는 경우가 증가하고 있다(조윤오, 2018). 이는 서비스에 대한 소비자의 기대와 니즈가 지속적으로 변화하고 있다는 것을 의미하며, 이에 따라 기업은 소비자들의 새로운 요구를 만족시키기 위하여 다양한 서비스를 개발 및 제공하는 것이 중요하다고 사료된다(김광재 등, 2011). 이미 높은 인지도를 가진 플랫폼일지라도 지속가능한 우위를 선점하기 어려운 상황에서 온라인 플랫폼에 대한 소비자의 긍정적인 태도와 재구매를 유도하기 위해 제품 본질 뿐 아니라 서비스 차별화를 꾀하고 있고 차별화된 포지션을 차지하기 위해 온라인 플랫폼에 대한 소비자 인식과 서비스 품질 요인을 측정하여 고객이 중시하는 요인에 집중하는 것이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 식자재를 구매하는 소비자의 꾸준한 방문과 구매를 유인하기 위해 어떤 변수의 영향력을 높여야 소비자 재구매의도를 증가시킬 수 있는지 방법을 모색하고 온라인 플랫폼 기업 및 스타트업의 경영전략 마련에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 식자재 구매 플랫폼 품질속성, 서비스품질 정도,, 충성도의 전반적인 영향관계를 파악하는 연구 과제를 설정하고, 식자재 이커머스 온라인 플랫폼 이용 전반에 대한 평가를 실시할 예정이다. 이러한 과정을 통해 도출된 결과는 식자재 이커머스 플랫폼 운영 전략을 세우는데 유용한 자료가 될 것이라 기대하며, 기존의 온라인 식품구매 플랫폼의 서비스품질 요인과 소비자 행동 간의 관계를 설명하는 것과는 다른 새로운 시사점을 제공할 수 있다는 측면에서 의미 있는 연구가 될 것이다. 또한, 다양한 산업에서의 플랫폼 비지니스 모델 적용을 위한 전략 수립을 하는 데에 필요한 기초자료를 마련하고자 한다.

A study on the adoption of smart work for ICT companies : Focusing on the innovation resistance model (ICT 기업을 대상으로 한 스마트워크 도입에 관한 연구: 혁신저항모델을 중심으로)

  • Smart work, which utilizes ICT technology to work without time and space constraints, has been difficult to introduce and spread despite a lot of research and investment based on the 'smart work vitalization strategy' that began in 2010. Although the environment of COVID-19 in 2019 was an opportunity to promote the adoption of smart work. After that, many companies ended or reduced the adoption of smart work again. This study was initiated to examine the factors that resist the introduction of smart work based on the innovation resistance model and to suggest alternatives. As a result of this study, relative advantage showed a strong effect on both introduction resistance and introduction intention. However, it was confirmed that perceived risk and complexity did not directly negatively affect introduction intentions, but had a negative effect on introduction intentions through mediating resistance to introduction. Through the results of this study, it was confirmed that if the practical benefits of smart work were emphasized and negative attitudes were reduced, the resistance to introduction would be lowered and the intention to introduce it would be positively affected.

  • This study tries to explore that the relationship between social media company's coercive and involuntary marketing stimuli and the negative consequences that have not been intensively discussed in measuring the performance of social media companies. To reflect the influence of the socio-cultural environment of country, a comparative study was conducted on major social media market in Korea and China. As result of the verification, it was found that coercive marketing stimuli had influence on social media firm's negative consequences. And there are significant differences by country in the effect of company's coercive marketing stimulus on user attitudes and negative performance. The results of this study are expected to provide practical implications for the operation of social media firms and individuals who want to do business using social media.

  • This study analysed the articles dealing with traffic behavior published since 1990 in Korea. The following information was coded for each articles; year of publication, source, authors, main topic and subtopic. The annual numbers of publication before 1996 was below 10 articles and over 10 articles after 1997. The driver was main topic of 60.8% of articles and traffic enviroment was 26.4%. Personality & Attitude, Cognition & Perception and Alcohol were the main interest subtopics dealing with main topic driver. And the dominant publications were Journal of traffic safety research, Journal of Korean society of transportation and Korean journal of psychological and social issues with 60% of all articles.

Development of Active Problem Solving Model(SPPE) and Middle School Students' Recognition in Problem Solving Activities (활동적인 문제해결 모형(SPPE) 개발 및 중학생들의 문제해결 활동에 대한 인식)

  • The purpose of the study is to investigate the effects of problem solving models and middle school students' recognition inproblem solving activities and to get implications of problem solving activities in science education. We took the position of problem solving as consisting of four sequential stages: search of problems, performance of the plan, presentation of results, and evaluation of the presentation. Taking into account thechosen activity factors for each stage of problem solving, we developed detailed activity tools that are supposed to guide the stage. Recognition of problem solving activities in 7th grade middle school students were positive. Students felt that problem solvingactivities made them engage more and interested in science classes, and that they were helpful in solving problems in everyday life. Even though they found real problems in everyday life, they preferred problem solving activities to deal with real problems rather than simple minded ones.

  • Recently, the health-pleasure trend, which means enjoying health care through exercise or diet and certifying it on SNS is spreading to the MZ generation. This study examined the effect of personality traits on SNS upload behavior and subjective well-being related to health care. As a result, 1) parallel comparison and narcissism had a positive effect on the SNS upload attitude and intention, and the downward comparison had a negative effect on both SNS upload variable. Self-esteem had a positive effect only on the attitude of uploading SNS. Next, 2) self-esteem had a positive effect on both subjective well-being, while narcissism had a negative effect on stress, and parallel comparisons had a positive effect on life satisfaction. In other words, it was confirmed that comparisons with similar people had a positive effect on SNS upload behavior and their subjective well-being, while health care for self-show or recognition of others had a negative effect on their subjective well-being. The results of this study should be actively reflected not only for the marketing market but also for a media and cultural environment in which the MZ generation can lead a healthy life.

A study on consumer perception types regarding regulations on the use of disposable products (1회용품 사용규제에 대한 소비자의 인식 유형 연구)

  • This study categorized and analyzed consumers' perceptions of regulations on the use of disposable products. As a result of the study, the first type, 'active participation type', expressed the view that in order to consume in line with social values, one must be willing to endure inconveniences. The second type, 'participation conflict type', expressed the view that although they think they should participate, they are not active in participating in actual consumption and feel conflicted. And the third type, 'participation indifference type', showed an attitude that there was little interest and intention to participate in the regulation on the use of disposable products. These findings suggest that consumer awareness needs to be reflected in the preparation of regulatory measures, and are expected to contribute to the preparation of consumer education and action plans.

Importance-Performance Analysis of Service Quality of In Campus Specialty Coffee Shop (대학내 커피전문점 서비스품질에 대한 중요도-수행도 분석)

  • The purposes of this study were to identify the consumer behavior using in campus specialty coffee shop and to establish the marketing strategies through Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) of service quality. Questionnaires were distributed to 725 students at K University located in Masan, from April 23 to May 3, 2007. Finally, 621 questionnaires were included in the final analysis (response rate: 85.7%). For statistical analysis, SPSS (12.0) was used to conduct the descriptive analysis, t-test, factor analysis and reliability test. The results of this study were as follows. The average cost of using specialty coffee shop in campus was \ 2,096, the average staying time was 25.92 min and the average number of visits per month was 2.17 times. The importance level of 'employee's attitude', 'physical environment', 'sensory quality of coffee', 'beverage features', 'representativeness' were 3.88, 3.79, 3.73, 3.67, 3.28 points, respectively. Also, the performance level of 'sensory quality of coffee', 'beverage features', 'employee's attitude', 'physical environment', 'representativeness' were 3.13, 3.06, 3.05, 2.77, 2.61, respectively. The importance and performance levels of service quality of specialty coffee shop in campus were significantly different (p<.001). Establishment of marketing strategies for in campus speciality coffee shop was possible through the IPA of service quality. Strategies for improving customer satisfaction were to secure enough chairs/ tables, to procure comfortable chairs for customer and to ensure the quality of coffee bean and service of employee.

Development and Evaluation of Consumer Educational Contents on Hazard Chemicals in Food for Female College Students in Seoul (식품 중 유해물질에 대한 소비자 교육 콘텐츠 개발 및 교육효과 조사 -서울에 거주하는 여대생을 중심으로-)

  • Domestic and overseas information with regard to harmful substances are analyzed. From the results, environmental-derived hazard chemicals, which show relatively low recognition, and hazard chemicals that occur unavoidably in food manufacturing process are selected as target harmful substances. Thus, educational leaflet contents were developed based on these substances. To find the effects of education with the above contents, this study surveyed 120 female college students living in Seoul. The purpose of the survey is to analyze the change in recognition, attitude and behavior on hazard chemicals in foods. The survey found that the recognition on harmful substance in foods increased; from 31.5~78.0% before education to 98.8% after education. It also indicates that vague anxiety in which the harmful substances may damage their health decreased by approx. 25.0%; from 77.8% before education to 52.8% after education. For the question of what they would do when government promotes to reduce harmful substances in foods, 12.3% of respondents said that they would actively follow the suggestions and 73.5% of them said that they would do their best before an education. However, 56.1% of them said that they would actively follow the suggestions after the education. It indicates that the ability to recognize harmful substances changed after the education. With regard to consumer behavior, when they knew about the harmful substances in foods, 49.6% of them said that they would select foods after investigating relevant information before the education, while 77.4% of them said that after the education; which is an increase of 27.8%. Further, 45.4% of them said that they would not purchase relevant foods before the education, while 20.9% of them said that after the education; which is a decrease of 24.5%. Therefore, it is considered that vague anxiety of consumers can be eliminated by providing persuasive information on harmful substances. To expand on the communication channel with consumers for food safety, contents development and educational promotion should be enhanced for providing food safety related information.

Examining the Formation of Entrepreneurial Activities through Cognitive Approach (기업가적 활동 형성에 미치는 영향요인: 인지론적 접근)

  • There have been questions how entrepreneurs think, act and why individuals become entrepreneurs. The trait-based explanation of entrepreneurial activities has been main stream. However, the trait-based theory has been criticized because it assumes that entrepreneurial traits are inherited, stable and enduring over time. This research accepts the cognitive theory to see how entrepreneurs learn or accept others' values, how entrepreneurial perceptions of opportunity impact entrepreneurial actions and how individuals acquire the social legitimation of the formation of entrepreneurial activities. In order to capture the attitudes, activities and motivations of people who are involved in entrepreneurial activities, the author uses the GEM Korea 2016 data. The data from the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor(GEM) has been well known for the data to capture individuals early-stage entrepreneurial activities. This paper used the sample from the APS(Adult Population Survey) of the GEM which was completed by a representative sample of two thousand adults in Korea by the qualified survey vendor, with strict procedures and oversight by the GEM central data team. The hypotheses are tested with logit regression analysis to estimate the probability of the influence of perceptual variables such as individual perception in social learning, the opportunity recognition in the environment, and social legitimation in the entrepreneurial activities. Based on the results, individuals tend to have high entrepreneurial activities if individuals have high self-efficacy. Also, the existence of role models around the entrepreneurs encourages the individuals involve in entrepreneurial activities more however the perception of opportunity in the environment is not strongly associated with entrepreneurial activities. The media exposure of successful entrepreneurs is more important than others' perception of entrepreneurs on the desirable career option or respect from communities. This paper can contribute to the cognitive processes, particular perception about oneself, as well as perception which is impacted by a community or a society.
