The integration of environmental and innovation policies is perceived to be essential in order to deal efficiently with environmental and innovation problems. This study analyzed environmental policy integration in Finnish technology policies in view of system transitions and policy integration. Finnish environment-innovation policy integration is assessed empirically by focusing on the policy strategies, implementation, and evaluation processes. Furthermore, this study compared Korea's environment-innovation policy integration with that of the Finnish experience, and drew up policy implications from the comparative study in order to come up with Korean contexts. Moreover, since green growth and eco-innovation are core issues in Korea today, it is important to ensure that system transitions and policy implementations take into account the various forms of policymaking, as well as political, organizational, and procedural activities.

In general, Innovation Systems consists of actors, institution and network. And mutual learning through the innovation capacity is to be increased, which ultimately evolved through innovation that explains the system itself. In this study, Senior Friendly Industry in Korea for 'Innovation systems formation and evolution of the process' a dynamic perspective. The purpose of this paper is to provide suggestions that innovation policy implications for technological innovation in this sector or similar industry like a health industry, environment industry and etc. Study, a new type of formation and the evolution of the innovative system was confirmed. As the Senior Friendly Industry is a new case for innovation studies, our study may provide new research opportunities to the academia.

국토해양부가 주최하고 우리협회가 주관하는 "제5회 자연친화적 하천관리 연찬회"가 전국의 하천관리 공무원 등 총 1,150명이 참가한 가운데 2009. 4. 27(월)$\sim$4. 30(목)까지 2차에 걸쳐 대전컨벤션센터(대전광역시 유성구 도룡동 소재)에서 성황리에 개최되었다. 올해로 다섯 번째를 맞이한 연찬회 행사는 그간 우리의 생명줄인 하천을 친환경적인 모습으로 바꾸는 데 일조해 왔으며, 쾌적한 환경과 삶의 질 향상에 대한 국민의 요구를 반영하여 참여적이고 혁신적인 정책방향을 선도하였다.

As the spacetime restriction free business becomes possible in compliance with the wide spread of social media through rapid propagation of smart phones and remote working etc., the positive activity for successful smart work implementation by major countries and many enterprises are being deployed. Korea which falled behind other advanced countries for adoption of smartwork needs to make double efforts in the forthcoming smartwork business area to be a continuous leading country as it used to be in the past IT area. Compare with traditional smartwork 1.0, future smartwork 2.0 is more creative, innovative and human/nature friendly. Smartwork 2.0 is the way of working to maximize the creativity by involving outside cooperators' capability and conforming to human sensitivity and emotion. This study suggests the management models proper to the future smartwork environment. This study will review the existing enterprises, government operation and rethink about the efficient management models in the rapidly changing smart work environment.

This research examines how IoT makes a significant contribution to the innovation of media firms. The media firms will be able to find new reveue sources and strengthen firms' competence through innovating product, process and business model. While IoT increases the experience of interactivity and immersion for consumption, it improves the way ads are exposed and its impact is measured, leading to revenue increase. For these benefits fulfilled, innovation friendly media eco-system must be established. It is the most critical that media firms should change skeptical attitude toward IoT's potential and actively invest it to employ IoT. The government should create regulatory framework to best utilize the innovative advantages of IoT.

The Moon administration has proposed three major directions for startup growth: the creation of a new environment, active investment, and the creation of a virtuous cycle in venture investment. The policy is progressive but not sufficient to create a startup innovation boom in the current Korean economic environment. ICT Startup support policies must pay more attention to the product release stage. For growth of startups and small businesses it is important to establish a close value chain to secure competitiveness in the global market. It is necessary to secure a bridgehead to advance into the global market, including technical cooperation with large companies and joint advancement overseas. The final goal of the startup policy should be the continuous growth of the national economy and the expansion of employment. The establishment of fair trade and the strengthening of the startup ecosystem are important to foster a startup-friendly environment. Funding programs requires a shift from general support to enhanced choice and focus.

화석연료의 대체 에너지원 발굴 전 세계적으로 환경에 관한 경각심이 고조 그리고 개발도상국에서의 인구 증가에 따른 에너지 수요의 증대는 장기적으로 환경친화적이고 에너지원이 무한정한 태양광발전에 관심을 불러일으키고 있다. 최근 5년간 전 세계 태양광 생산은 매년 평균 40%씩 증가하였고 여기에는 태양전지 재료 및 공정기술의 발전과 함께 각국의 시장 활성화 정책이 큰 기여를 하였다. 이러한 추세에 따라 태양전지 효율 향상을 위한 새로운 개념의 도입 및 개발은 물론 태양전지 재료의 사용과 소비에 대한 새로운 기술개발과 태양전지의 설계 및 생산기술에 혁신적인 발전이 요구되고 있다. 현재 결정질 실리콘을 주 소재로 한 태양전지 생산은 매년 40%씩 증가하고 있고, 그 성장속도는 지속적으로 빨라지고 있다. 에너지 산업에서 새로운 에너지원이 시장을 장악하는 큰 변화가 있을 때 소요되는 기간을 감안할 때 태양광발전이 기존에너지 시장의 상당부분을 대체하기까지에는 앞으로도 20-30년 지속적으로, 나아가서는 보다 공격적인 성장속도가 필요할 것이다. 이러한 성장 속도는 새로운 기술의 도입이 지속적으로 이루어질 때 달성이 가능하고 또한, 새로운 기술의 도입은 튼튼한 기초 연구가 그 바탕을 이루고 있을 때 가능할 것이다.
