Casual Relations among Service Quality, Perceived Value and Satisfaction - 2009 Job Fair in C University - (취업박람회의 서비스 품질이 지각된 가치, 만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 2009 C대학교 취업박람회를 대상으로 -)

  • 취업박람회에서 참관객에게 제공되고 있는 박람회의 서비스품질, 가치, 그리고 만족 등의 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 인과관계를 나타내는 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 개최 도시의 지각된 품질 요인은 정보의 확신성, 인적서비스, 접근성, 물리적 환경 그리고 관광매력성의 총 5개의 요인으로 총 16개의 항목을 Likert 5점 척도로 측정하였으며, 변수들의 집중 타당도와 판별 타당도를 확보하였다. 분석결과 관광매력성, 물리적환경, 인적서비스, 정보의 확신성 순으로 취업박람회 참가자의 지각된 가치에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 박람회 주최자가 사용자 관점에서 좀 더 효율적으로 행사를 준비함과 동시에 참가 업체의 보다 나은 서비스 지원으로 기업의 가치인식 제고에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

  • 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 환경이 가져다 줄 핑크빛 미래가 화두가 되고 있는데 반해 서비스 이용 주체인 사용자에 대한 사회과학적 연구는 부족한 형편이며, 언제 어디서나 네트워크에 접속되는 환경이 초래할 프라이버시 및 보안 위협에 대한 우려 또한 증대되고 있어 대책 마련을 위한 분석과 이행이 시급한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 정보기술 수용 및 인간행위에 관한 다양한 선행연구 고찰을 통해 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 서비스를 이용하는데 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하고 이들간의 관계를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 특히, 지각된 위험이라는 변수를 통해 보안과 프라이버시 문제 등에 대한 우려를 측정하여 지각된 위험이 서비스 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of visual properties on the human movement behavior experimentally and empirically using spatial analysis technique based on ecological perception theory. For the survey of choosing behaviors of heading direction in built environments, the experiment was conducted in which the subjects were made to choose moving directions in some spaces using the virtual environment simulation tool, and then comparative analysis was conducted on the interrelation between the experiment results and various visual properties in existing spatial analysis techniques based on ecological perception theory. As a result, the occlusivity of the isovist theory was found to be the most significant index in the human choice of heading direction, and the longest radial also showed somewhat significant effect on it.

The Roles of Information Load and Information Quality in Online Apparel Shopping (온라인 의류쇼핑에서 정보부하와 정보품질의 역할)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect for information load on perceived information quality and website quality, and the relationships among perceived information quality, website quality and behavioral intentions in online apparel shopping contexts. The information load theory provided the theoretical framework for this study. The research strategy employed an online experimentation using an apparel mock website. The total of 647 responses were used for data analyses. The model of the study was tested by MANOVA and SEM. The results of MANOVA revealed the effect of information load on perceived information quality and website quality. The medium level of information load was perceived as having more positive information quality and website quality as compared to the low or high level of information load. The findings of SEM revealed the positive effect of information quality on website quailty, the positive effect of website quality on WOM and willingness to pay more, and the negative effect of website quailty on willingness to switch. Online apparel retailers and website designers need to manage information quantity and quality by understanding the importance of information load.

A Literature Study on the Elderly's Visual- Perception : Focusing on the Domestic Research Papers (고령자의 시지각에 관한 문헌연구 : 국내학술지를 중심으로)

  • The research purposes at obtaining fundamental data needed for making a living environment appropriate to the visual perception of the oldest by analyzing researches related with the visual perception of the oldest among papers of domestic journals. This research examined a total of 1,240 papers including s::n papers of DBPIA dealt with the research of the oldest, 40 papers concerning the research of visual perception, and 663 papers published in the journal of the Korean Gerontological Society, analyzing contents related with the visual perception of the oldest (the aged, the oldest, color, illumination, sight, visual perception). The result of the research shows that while research related with the oldest has increased, research concerning the visual perception of the oldest has lacked in its contents. Thus, the research suggests the necessity of various researches to grasp characteristics of the visual perception of the oldest. Also, it proposes to develop tools that can help the oldest independently live, along with the necessity of designs appropriate to their living environment.

Crustal Deformation Velocities Estimated from GPS and Comparison of Plate Motion Models (GPS로 추정한 지각변동 속도 및 판 거동 모델과의 비교)

  • GPS is an essential tool for applications that be required high positioning precision, for the velocity field estimation of tectonic plates. The three years data of eight GPS permanent station were analyzed to estimate crustal deformation velocities using Gipsy-oasis II software. The velocity vectors of GPS stations are estimated by linear regression method in daily solution time series. The velocities have a standard deviation of less than 0.1mm/yr and the magnitude of velocities given by the Korean GPS permanent stations were very small, ranging from 25.1 to 31.1 mm/yr. The comparison between the final solution and other sources, such as IGS velocity result calculated from SOPAC was accomplished and the results generally show good agreement for magnitude and direction in crustal motion. To evaluate the accuracy of our results, the velocities obtained from six plate motion model was compared with the final solution based on GPS observation.

  • This study focuses on drivers' risk perception & construct in risk scene. The measures used were the scores of hazard perception, namely the subjects' evaluation of the degree of risk through the 'Q-sorting' with 30 drivers. The subjects were divided into 3 groups according to their evaluating score, Z-score, road users' hazard(type 1), environmental hazard(type 2), situational hazard(type 3). And ten constructs derived from Q-sorting were compared through 'consensus item analysis'. It suggest that there are different in constructs for risk perception. Then those results are discussed in terms of theoretical and practical implication of traffic safety including accidents analysis and drivers' education.

  • In this paper, we propose a cognition-based navigational algorithm for mobile robots in dynamic environments. The proposed algorithm consists of two main stages: (i) the fuzzy logic-based perception stage that constructs knowledge from the sensory data for subsequent usage in reasoning, and (ii) the planning stage that identifies the path between a starting and a goal position within its environment on the basis of the knowledge base on the environment and information from the perception stage. A mobile robot reasons places and moves to goal using ambiguous information and ambiguous knowledge through ‘perception’ and ‘planning’. We provide computer simulation results for a mobile robot in order to show the validity of the proposed algorithm.

  • In this paper, we propose a novel hearing aid algorithm for sensorinural hearing loss restoration with multi-channel(band) dynamic range compression and psychoacoustics. In this way, we can present a normal perception condition to the impaired listener. The proposed algorithm make loudness scaling function achieve proper loudness level, and analysis masking property for the signal will be perceived to impaired listener, and then, restore normal spectral contrast using SMR(signal-to-masking ratio) defined by distance between the level of each frequency and masking threshold.
