최근 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경의 실현 가능성이 높아지면서 동적으로 변화하는 외부 환경에서의 소프트웨어 역할이 중요해지고 있다. 유비쿼터스 환경에서는 소프트웨어가 외부환경의 변화를 감지하고 이에 대응하는 적절한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 지속적으로 외부환경에 대한 정보를 이용하게 된다. 이러한 외부환경에 대한 정보, 즉 상황정보를 이용하는 상황인식 애플리케이션을 개발하기 위해서는 소프트웨어의 기능을 분석하고 설계하는 것뿐만 아니라 소프트웨어가 동작하는 외부환경의 변화를 분석하고 설계하는 것이 병행되어야 한다. 기존의 소프트웨어 설계 방법들은 소프트웨어가 동작하는 외부환경의 변화를 분석하고 이를 상황정보로서 획득하기 위한 방법에 대한 고려가 부족하였다. 본 논문에서는 상황인식 애플리케이션을 위해 획득되어야 하는 상황정보를 분석하고 모델링하는 방법을 제시한다. 또한 이를 이용하여 상황인식 애플리케이션이 수행해야 하는 상황규칙을 정의하는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 방법을 적용한 상황인식 강의실 관리시스템에 대한 개발 사례연구를 소개한다.

최근 E-러닝 발전과 함께 U-러닝에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있으며 이와 관련된 다양한 관련 표준들이 채택되고 있다. 기존의 E-러닝 관련 기술들이 웹에 기반한 학습을 지향하였다면 U-러닝에서는 다양한 환경에서 학습자가 학습의 맥락을 이어가며 학습을 하는 것으로서 언제, 어디서나, 누구나 학습을 진행하여 생활의 학습화를 지원할 기술을 필요로 한다. 즉, U-러닝에서는 다양한 사용 환경에서 학습이 이루어지므로 사용 환경에 적합한 학습이 이루어져야 하고, 이를 위해 사용 환경 맞춤형 콘텐츠 적응화 기술이 필요하다. 크게 사용 환경 맞춤형 콘텐츠 적응화 기술은 다양한 단말기 정보를 포함한 사용 환경 정보를 표현할 수 있는 기술과 사용자의 사용 환경 정보를 분석하는 기술, 사용 환경에 적합한 콘텐츠를 구성하는 기술로 구성된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지식서비스 USN 산업원천 기술개발 과제의 세부과제인 'U-러닝 환경 표준 및 표준 명세 개발 및 검증' 과제에서 콘텐츠 적응화를 위해 연구 개발된 사용 환경 정보를 표현하는 U-러닝 프로파일에 대하여 소개한다.

이 연구는 디지털 정보환경에서의 기업체 정보서비스 방법을 모색하는 것이다. 기업체 정보서비스의 이론과 실제를 알아보기 위하여 최근 국내에서 수행된 기업체 정보서비스에 관한 문헌을 조사 분석하고, 기업체에서 채택하고 있는 지식관리시스템을 고찰한다. 인터넷을 비롯한 정보테크놀러지의 이용이 많아지고 있는 정보환경에서 산업기술정보원, 산업지원기관들의 기업체에 대한 정보서비스 방식이 어떻게 변하고 있는지를 알아본다. 메일링리스트에 올라온 개별 기업체의 정보요구를 조사하고 기업체를 위한 정보서비스 방향을 제시한다.

Development projects and related environmental impacts take place in space. Therefore, it is important to use spatial information in the environmental impact assessment process. This study proposes to construct spatial information produced by various organizations as an inventory and suggests it to be utilized in environmental impact assessment process. For this purpose, investigate the use of spatial information in the environmental impact assessment process and list of environmental space information provided by public information systems. and applied the methodology derived from previous studies to build an inventory of spatial information using environmental impact assessment. The spatial information utilized in the environmental impact assessment work was 64 items. Based on the data availability, linkage and renewability, the spatial information of the Environment that can be used for the environmental impact assessment was 45 items. Finally 49 items, including 19 new items were presented as an inventory, contributing to the performance of environmental impact assessment based on spatial information.

무선 인터넷 환경이 기존의 유선 인터넷 환경과 비슷한 수준으로 정보 서비스가 가능해지면서, 언제 어디서나 필요한 정보를 손쉽게 찾을 수 있는 무선 인터넷 환경에서의 정보 서비스 소요가 급증하고 있다. 이러한 정보 서비스의 환경 변화로 인하여 기존의 유선 인터넷 정보 제공자들은 무선 인터넷을 통한 정보 서비스를 제공하려고 하고 있다. 그러나 무선 인터넷을 이용한 정보 서비스가 상대적으로 고가의 비용을 지불해야 하기 때문에 많은 사용자를 확보하고 유지하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 따라서 무선 인터넷 환경에서 정보 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 고객이 원하는 정보를 보다 쉽고 빠르게 기원하기 위한 방법이 마련되어야 하며, 이를 위한 전략적 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 필요성에 따라 무선 인터넷 가입자를 대상으로 고객의 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 정보 서비스를 지원하는 모바일 응용 시스템, MoSA-CRM(Mobile Service Application based on CRM)를 개발하였다. 개발된 MoSA-CRM 시스템은 고객에게 특화된 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하고, 이를 통해 보다 체계적이고 신속한 정보 제공을 가능하도록 하였다.

In 2006, the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Korea, completed the construction on national environmental geographic informations including National Environmental Assessment Map, Ecological Map, Land Cover Map and so on. At this point of time, it is necessary to establish the advance strategy on national environmental geographic information, considering the complicated characteristics. Therefore, this study suggests the advance strategy on national environmental geographic information, reflecting results of analyzing the given condition and the trend of informatization. National environmental geographic information has spacial quality to be managed dispersedly in a department unit or an operations unit. According to this quality, requirements for users who need the policy based on national environmental geographic information and complex information are not satisfactory. And, the information system centering the process of administrative affairs should be converted to one putting decision supporting first in importance. Therefore, this study sets up "the realization of the sustainable land management system by advancing national environmental geographic information" as the vision of the advancing strategy. In order to accomplish the vision, this study established the purpose as follow; constructing strategic and geographic information based on knowledge, arranging the foundation to open information to the public transparently, building expanded and integrated national environmental geographic information, embodying the environmental administration based on national environmental geographic information, enhancing the efficiency of national environmental geographic information, and supporting efficiently the process of administrative affairs. And this study suggests executive plans to achieve the vision and the purpose as next; developing the quality control program to verify the information confidence, building the system to integrate and to provide environmental information, collecting information, readjusting laws and regimes in parts of the construction, the application and the management of the system, and operating the task process, human power, organization and information technology. This study puts the emphasis on providing the turning opportunity politically which is possible to make sure of the information confidence in quality, advancing from the expansion of one in quantity. However, this improvement strategy doesn't reflect all national environmental geographic information and current status of environmental administrations. Therefore, for applying the result of this study to the actual environmental administration, it is necessary to discuss regularly the systematic categorization of national environmental geographic information, to interview with the contracting parties and so on hereafter.

정보의 홍수 속에서 살고 있는 사용자들은 좀 더 편리하게 정확한 서비스를 추천 받기를 원하고 있으며, 이러한 욕구들에 부응하여 추천시스템은 꾸준히 발전하고 있다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 사용자 환경과 사용자 자신의 컨텍스트 정보를 이용하여 추론하며, 그 결과를 사용자에게 서비스하고 있다. 그러나 실시간으로 획득된 컨텍스트 정보가 사용자에게 양질의 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 부족하거나 켄텍스트 정보를 모델링하는 방법에 문제가 있을 때에는 서비스의 질이 낮아질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 모바일 환경에서 실시간으로 센서를 통하여 획들될 수 있는 컨텍스트 정보를 수집하고, 수집된 컨텍스트 정보는 하위수준의 정보를 상위수준의 정보로 모델링한다. 모델링된 컨텍스트 정보는 다시 정량화 단계 후, 웹 환경의 사용자 평가 정보와 결합하여 서비스를 추천한다. 이를 통하여 시스템은 유비쿼터스 환경에서 추천을 위한 양질의 컨텍스트 정보 부족 문제를 해결하였으며, 사용자에게 적합한 서비스를 제공할 수 있었다.

기존의 컴퓨팅환경에서 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅환경으로의 전환이 이루어지면서 사용자는 언제 어디서나 네트워크에 연결될 수 있다. 이는 역으로 말하면 언제 어디서나 사용자의 정보가 네트워크에 유출될 수도 있다는 것을 의미한다. 컴퓨팅 환경에서 개인정보의 보호와 편리성의 추구는 서로 상반되는 문제이다. 이 논문에서는 오토노믹 컴퓨팅(Autonomic Computing)의 개념을 이용, 정해진 개인정보 보호정책(Privacy Policy)에 기반 하여 개인정보를 보호하고 서비스 사용자의 환경 변화에 대한 상황인지(Situation-Aware)를 통해 유연한 개인정보 보호정책을 적용 할 수 있는 아키텍쳐를 제안함으로서 유비쿼터스 환경이 주는 편리성과 개인 정보 보호를 극대화 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

3차원 가상환경을 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서 사용자는 환경 내부의 방문할만한 장소들의 위치를 파악하고 그곳까지 도달하기 위한 탐색항해 기술에 익숙해 있어야 한다. 지금까지는 환경 구조의 중요 지점만을 정리한 형태의 정보를 제공하는 방법이 주로 연구되고 있다. 그러나 사용자는 환경에 대해서 공간적 정보만으로 이해하지 않는다. 그보다는 환경 위에서 다루어지는 여러 주제들을 통해 환경을 이해하고 또한 타인과 정보를 교환한다. 본 논문에서는 의미기반의 탐색항해 기법인 Topic Map을 이용하여 공간지식과 개념지식을 포괄하는 정보를 활용하여 가상환경에 위치한 목적지를 찾아가는 탐색항해 도구를 제안한다. 이를 통해서 환경구조에 익숙하지 않은 사용자라도 효과적인 탐색항해를 수행할 수 있으며, 환경을 구성하는 객체들의 위치가 자주 변하더라도 사용자에게 동일한 탐색항해 환경을 제공할 수 있으리라 기대한다.
