This research analyzed domestic newspapers' agenda setting trend and meaning construction process on the issue of marine environment by year. The research conducted a language network analysis and used R program and Netminer program to analyze four major daily newspapers' news coverages (Dong-A, Joongang, Hanhyoreh, and Kyunghyang) for the last ten years (2005-2014). The results show that the issue of marine environment in Korean media reports are signified in the economic context. For the last ten years, news reports are mainly focused on the 'development' issue of marine environment, without distinction of year. The core key words of the networks are "development", "plan", and "project." However, diverse strategies for 'preservation' are not covered in media reports as a major issue. The importance of effective preservation and reasonable development should be considered in a balanced way. Korean media coverages mainly concentrate on the development issue, and it has a strong influence on considering the marine environment area as an object of development. Future direction and implication of the press reports related to marine environment are discussed.

This study derived big issues in overseas construction through big data analysis. To derive big issues in overseas construction, candidate groups of big issues were identified through big data analysis targeting 53,759 issues including 39,436 issues from major portal sites, 10,387 issues from daily newspapers, and 336 issues in construction magazines from Oct. 1, 2016 to Sep. 30, 2017. The main results are as follows: First, the main issues of overseas construction for the past one year showed that markets were concentrated in Middle East Asia and most of them were low-price order plant projects, which revealed the limitations. Although orders of overseas construction were slightly upward in the first half of 2017 compared to previous year, overseas construction orders are still unstable due to uncertainties in the international affairs and drops in oil prices. Second, the interest topics based on the 8th core keywords of overseas construction among the overseas construction issues for the past one year showed that region (29.9%), corporation environment (22.0%), profitability (17.0%), organizations (15.1%), projects (5.2%), market environment (3.6%), policy and system (3.6%), and education (3.5%) in the order of interest. Third, 10 core issues that have expandability and persistence of discourse were extracted out of 30 issue candidates with regard to eight keywords. Based on the extracted issues, detailed analysis on each of the core issues in overseas construction and correlation analysis between 10 core issues were conducted.

최근 들어 근로자의 이동시간 단축을 통한 에너지 절감뿐만 아니라 저출산 고령화에 따른 노인 인구의 경제활동 유도, 출산여성에 대한 경력단축 방지, 장애인에 대한 근로활동 제공 등을 위한 근로 환경의 변화가 요구되고 있다. 이러한 근로환경을 제공하기 위한 스마트워크는 기존 사무실에서 근무하는 환경을 탈피하여 댁내, 스마트워크 센터, 또는 이동 중에도 마치 직장에서 근무하는 것처럼 업무를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다. 스마트워크는 현재 사용중인 여러 가지의 기술들을 근로환경에 맞게 채택하여 구현할 수 있으며, 특히 근로자의 업무 생산성을 높이기 위한 협업기능이 제공될 필요가 있다. 영상협업 기능은 영상, 음성 및 콘텐츠 공유를 통해 원격지 간에 효과적인 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 제공하는 기능이다. 본 논문은 스마트워크에서 영상협업을 제공하기 위하여 요구되는 상호연동 기능확장을 위한 표준화 이슈에 대하여 기술한다.

사물 간의 인터넷 연결 확산으로 IoT 시대가 도래하면서, 사람이 접근하기 어렵거나 위험한 환경에서 활용 가능한 지상 이동형 IoT 디바이스에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행 중이다. 특히 Amazon과 같은 사이트에서 전 세계적으로 유통되는 Sphero Ball 이 각광받고 있다. 그러나, Sphero Ball 애플리케이션을 개발하기 위해서는 디바이스의 특성이나 주변 환경으로 인해 생길 수 있는 기술적 이슈에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 Sphero Ball 애플리케이션 개발 및 실행의 기술적 이슈에 대해 나열한다. 이를 통해 Sphero Ball 애플리케이션 개발 이슈에 대한 이해를 돕고, 효율적인 개발과 운용 시 발생할 수 있는 오류의 예방이 가능하다.
