Today, we live in the generation of the information and internet. For progressing the life quality of peoples and the competition of nation. we need new policy for constructing the health and welfare information system. In order to minimize occupational accidents at worksites, the government is proposing and operating various safety and health policies. The safety and health management capabilities of domestic workplaces vary greatly depending on the size of the workplace, and in particular, safety management is difficult in workplaces with fewer than 50 employees, resulting in a relatively high accident rate. Therefore, the government is operating the safety and health technical support project for small business sites to establish safety and health in small business. In this regard, this study provided a plan for substantiating the safety and health technical support project. through the condition survey of the workplace.

The need and rationale for public participation in science and technology is widely acknowledged in academic communities and policy circles. In addition to institutionalized forms of participation, some STS researchers have paid attention to spontaneous forms of public participation, particularly with regard to social movement. This paper aims to explore a new form of public participation, which had been relatively neglected in STS studies. For this purpose, in this paper we examine environmental health issues and cumulative trauma disorders (CTDs) debates as examples of doing "undone science" in Korea. Our focus will be specifically on how environmental organizations and trade unions have both succeeded in making those issues as research and policy agenda for both scientific community and policy makers. In a concluding section, a couple of suggestions for further research are proposed.

본 연구는 대구 경북지역에 근무하는 치과위생사 238명을 대상으로 병원유형에 따른 물질안전보건자료(MSDS)의 인식정도를 조사하였다. 연구결과 병원급과 의원급에 대한 의식이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 전체적으로도 MSDS인식정도가 높지 않았다. 치과근로자들의 근로환경 질의 향상을 위하여 소규모 치과의원에 대한 더욱 적극적인 홍보 및 교육이 필요하며, 구체적인 정책 및 제도가 마련되어야 할 것이라 사료되어 진다.

u-Healthcare 활성화의 필요성이 꾸준히 제시되어 왔으나, 아직까지 이해자들의 공감대를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 개념정립 및 분류체계가 미비한 실정이다. 새로운 서비스 영역인 u-Healthcare 분야 산업 발전을 위해서는 정책적 전략과 제도적 정비 등의 기반조성이 필요하며, 이에 앞서 명확한 개념 정의와 영역 범주화의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ubiquitous computing 속성에 대한 이해를 통해 u-Health 환경과 u-Healthcare를 정의하며, 보건의료적 접근에 의한 분류를 통해 보건의료서비스에의 적용가능 분야를 제시하고자 한다.

21세기 세계시장의 도전에 즈음하여 표준개발에 대한 글로벌 기반구조(Infrastructure)가 변화의 계기를 맞고 있다. 하나는 WTO/TBT 협정의 발효로 세계를 대상으로 제품과 시스템을 생산 및 판매하기 위한 표준 및 시방서의 필요성이 커지고 있다는 측면이고 다른 하나는 지구촌 시민이 사용하는 관련제품과 시스템에 대한 보건, 안전 및 환경을 지킬 필요성이다. 모든 표준이 시발점부터 세계를 대상으로 하는 표준시스템으로 개발이 되었다면 문제가 없었을 것이나 대부분의 국가가 자기 나라 차원에서 표준을 개발하였으므로 국제레벨에서 표준문제를 해결하는 일은 아주 복잡하고 어렵다. 이 글은 미국 국립표준기술원(NIST)이 미국의 표준을 세계화하기위한 기반구조 구축의 정책 방향에 관한 내용을 요약한 것이다. 미국은 세계 유일의 초강대국으로 세계시장에 대한 도전, 제작자와 공급자 사이의 상호 연계성, 지구촌 어느 소비자에게 공급된 제품에 대하여도 보건, 안전 및 환경을 지킬 필요성 등을 목표로, 현재의 미국 제도를 21세기 세계표준으로 정착시키겠다는 전략이다.
