공유 모빌리티 시장의 발전으로 인해 공유 전동킥보드 사용자의 수가 증가하고 있다. 하지만 무분별한 공유 전동킥보드 주차와 방치 문제가 있어 안전한 도시 환경에 위협이 되고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 연구는 블록체인 기반의 시민 참여형 공유 전동킥보드 관리 모델을 제안한다. 공유 전동 킥보드 회사들은 스마트 컨트랙트를 통해 사용자의 공유 전동킥보드 반납 내역을 기반으로 신뢰 점수를 관리하고 공유한다. 사용한 공유 전동킥보드를 올바르게 주차 및 반납을 하여 높은 신뢰 점수를 갖는 사용자에게 인센티브를 지급하여 사용자가 스스로 전동킥보드를 잘 주차하도록 유도한다.

Growing serious on the required conditions for the On-the-Job Education Training at the firm field, a large number of firm make a plan for implementation and pushing ahead of the On-the-Job Education Training. Further, A lot of firms effort to attract multi-professional person at an firm level recently. However, there were little information about the what for the reason to choose the OJET, come what may on the OJET and how to thinking on the outcome for the latent employee. On the basis of these issues, this study discovered the motivations from the employee point, finding out the factors on the effect of the choice as the OJET type and the integration point of view. The study results found out significant variables of the OJET type factor, the business for which one is responsible factor, OJET participation reason factor, business environment factor and individual background factor on the OJET decision plan. On the basis of the results, this article further discusses what we need to do for the intensity of participation invigoration at a firm level.

지금까지의 국제환경규제 중 가장 강력한 환경규제로 평가되는 유럽연합(EU)의 REACH(신 화학물질 관리제도)가 다음달인 6월 발효된다. 이 제도에 제대로 대응하지 못할 경우 유럽 수출길이 막히게 돼 국내 기업들의 대책 마련이 시급하다. REACH가 가장 강력한 환경규제로 꼽히는 이유는 규제 대상의 광범위성 때문이다. 화학제품은 물론 전자, 자동차, 생활용품 등 완제품에 함유된 화학물질도 모두 등록 대상으로 총 3만종이 넘는다는 게 EU 화학물질관리청의 추정이다. 그러나 문제는 REACH가 EU 수출에 있어 거대한 무역 장벽으로 등장하고 있지만 국내 산업계의 대응은 아직 크게 미흡하다는 것이다. 특히 중소기업의 경우 REACH의 개념조차 제대로 모르고 있는 실정이다. 환경부가 지난해 말 EU에 수출하고 있는 3200여개 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 한 결과, 응답률은 127개(회수율 4%)밖에 안됐으며 설문에 참여한 117개 중소기업 중 제도에 대해 전혀 모르고 있다는 답변이 36%나 됐다. 본 고에서는 일본기업 REACH 대응 설문조사 결과 내용을 통해 국내 인지도와 비교해 봄과 동시에 REACH 제도에 대응하기 위해 나아갈 방향을 조명해 본다.

문제해결력 및 의사결정능력 향상이라는 교육 목표를 달성하기 위한 대표적인 방법 중 협동학습은 큰 효과를 보인다. 이러한 협동학습은 학습 환경이 변화함에 따라 오프라인 협동학습에서 웹기반 협동학습으로 발전되었고 요즘은 웹2.0 기반의 협동학습까지 등장하고 있다. 그러나 웹2.0의 '참여, 공유, 개방' 개념의 교육적 활용을 높이기 위해서는 무선네트워크 환경이 필수적이다. 따라서 본 연구는 무선네트워크 환경의 웹2.0 기반의 협동학습 전략을 구안하고 적용함으로서 교육적 요구에 맞는 타당성과 효과성을 검증하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 제안하는 학습전략에서 웹2.0을 통한 온라인 학습지원시스템(WCLS) 활용 방안을 제시하고 이를 통해 협동학습의 효과를 높이기 위한 교사의 역할 모형을 제안한다.

본 고에서는 UR, TR 등 국제기술환경변화에 대응한 정보통신분야에서의 기술정책방향에 대해 살펴보았다. 국제기술환경의 변화를 지적재산권 보호의 강화, 지역주의의 확산, 전략적 제휴의 확대, 정부차원의 연구개발지원에 대한 규제 등을 중심으로 분석하였으며, 이러한 기술환경 변화에 대한 국내 정보통신 기술개발전략상의 문제점을 국제화에 대한 전략적 대비의 미흡, 신국제 기술규범에 대한 대비 미흡, 집단적 이기주의의 문제 등을 통해 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 정보통신 기술정책의 추진방향으로 국제 전략적 제휴에의 참여 지원, 신기술 국제규범에 대비한 연구개발 관리체제 개편, 특화기술의 집중개발, 북방국가와의 기술협력 촉진 등을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to estimate convergence level of digital device and service and analyze group difference of consumption behavior and problem according to digital convergence level. The research method was survey with digital business expert and 343 samples. ANOVA research method was applied. The results of research are as follows. First, the study suggests that with a self-directed consuming attitude associated with both online and offline, there are the possibility to spread social problem which has unclear boundary, the possibility of intrusion into privacy through the network flow, and the matter of the credibility of information in convergence media. Second, since digital devices are important to connect consumers to the network, consumers have anxious dependence on the devices, which causes the fatigue of information to increase rapidly.

In Web Based Instruction, as evaluation of learning process means individual student's learning activity, it demands data on learning time, pattern, participation, environment in a specific learning contents. The purpose of this paper is to reflect analysis results of individual student's learning status in achievement evaluation using the most suitable web log mining to settle evaluation problem of learning process, an issue in web based instruction. The contents and results of this study are as following. First, conformity item for learning status analysis is determined and web log data preprocessing is executed. Second, on the basis of web log data, I construct student's database and analyze learning status using data mining techniques.

무선 Ad-Hoc 네트워크는 노드의 참여와 이탈이 자유롭고 토폴로지의 변화가 많아 악의적인 노드에 의해 데이터의 무결성 및 기밀성 문제와 같은 보안 위협에 노출되어 있다. 또한 악의적인 노드의 참여로 잘못된 라우팅 정보의 삽입을 통해 네트워크 분할이나 잘못된 정보전달 제공으로 노드의 통신장애를 유발할 수 있다. 그러나 현재 이와 같은 무선 Ad-Hoc 네트워크에서의 악의적인 노드를 발견하고 대응할 수 있는 연구가 부족하며, 기존의 악의적인 노드 탐지 기술들[11][12][13][14]은 정상적인 노드임에도 불구하고 거짓으로 신고했을 경우 인증절차 없이 경로를 재탐색하여 최적의 경로를 변경시킴으로서 정상적인 전송환경을 구축하지 못하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 다중경로 기반의 보안경로 탐색기술[8]을 이용해 보안경로에 존재하는 중간노드들 사이에서 악의적인 노드를 발견한고, 검증된 최단경로를 통해 데이터전송을 하는 기법을 제안하고자 한다. 제안한 기법을 적용함으로써 노드에 대한 신고가 있을 때 확인과정을 거쳐 불필요하게 경로를 재탐색하는 과정을 줄일 수 있다.

Recent days, the global warming problem due to excessive use of fossil fuels has been the world wide issue so that Korea government and developed countries make an alternative plan for eco-friendly and transportations by utilizing bicycles for health promotion. Existing Public Bicycle Rental Service Systems provide simple service such as bicycle rental management and tracking the location. However there is no user-side service for the information of the measure of carbon reduction, or use of bicycles. The proposed system in this paper provides users' health information, environmental information, personal information, counseling services and the measures of carbon reduction. The new system has been developed to carry out reducing carbon and growing green in terms of using bicycles by adopting Web 2.0 technology.

A blockchain-based decentralized service can offer reliable services without the centralized server by operating the system based on the consensus among byzantine participants. Participants can interact with the blockchain network through a digital signature mechanism but the private key management issue remains unresolved. NIST SP800-57 provides a key-management guidance but this guidance is not appropriate for blockchain-based services because it does not consider a decentralized environment. In this paper, we define the core functions of the blockchain wallet application for private key management and present security protections according to NIST SP800-57, as well as related techniques to satisfy them. Finally, we propose the private key management guideline for secure blockchain-based decentralized services.
