최근 환경보존에 대한 관심이 깊어지면서 실사출력 방비분야에서는 친환경적이며 응용분야가 다양한 uv경화 잉크 프린터기에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본지에서는 실사출력 디지털 프린팅 장비현황 두 번째 순서로 UV 경화잉크 프린터기의 국내시장 현황 및 장비 동향에 대해 살펴본다.

일본은 최근 들어 무수 평판인쇄에 대한 관심이 더욱 더 높아지고 있다. 기술적인 면에서의 개량은 개발 당시부터 계속 진행돼 오고 있었으며 현재 주목받고 있는 것은 환경 부하를 경감한다는데 초점이 맞춰져 있기 때문에 더욱 더 관심이 높아지고 있는 것이다. 본지에서는 무수 평판인쇄의 기술적인 변천과 최근의 일본 무수인쇄 동향에 대해 알아본다.

Purchasing behavior for upcycled fashion products was examined along with analysis on environment consciousness, clothing recycling behavior, interest in fashion and awareness of upcycling. Students from middle schools, general high schools and design high schools participated in this research from August to September in 2013. 732 questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS WIN. Firstly the levels of environmental consciousness, clothing recycling behavior and interest in fashion of students were high, low and mediate respectively. Female students showed higher environmental consciousness compared to male ones and clothing recycling behavior were found to be higher in students of design high schools than those of general ones. The level of interest in fashion was found to be higher in students of general high school than those of middle school, and this was higher in design high school students than those of general ones. Secondly, more than half of students were unaware of upcycling. Female students and students of design high schools were highly aware of upcycling. Students who were aware of upcycling showed high level of environmental consciousness, clothing recycling behaviour and interest in fashion. Thirdly, students had low experiences in purchasing upcycled fashion products and the reason was lack of awareness of upcycling. The reason that students purchased upcycled fashion products was the uniqueness and design. Students who purchased upcycled fashion products showed high environmental consciousness, clothing recycling behaviour, and interest in fashion.

The purpose of this study was to investigated of the pre service teacher's information availability and concern and perception of coding education for young children. The subjects were 230 pre service teacher attending a A college micro politan city Questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis with SPSS Program. The results were as follows: First, the pre service teacher's information availability was smart phone usage levels that the most of all and the next was computer usage levels. Concern of coding education for young children that consequence concern was the highest and the next that collaboration concern, personal concern, information concern, refocusing concern, management concern. The other side unconcerned was most of least. Perception of coding education for young children that necessity perception, content perception, environmental perception was the over of mean. But operational perception was the low. Second, The information awareness, smart phone usage levels as each domain of information ability, usefulness of use was positively associated with Personal concern. But the information ability were negatively correlated with management concern. The information awareness was associated with necessity of coding education. The useful and ease of use of education were positively associated with content coding education.

최근 들어 광우병 소고기, 멜라민분유, 식품첨가물 등과 관련한 여러 사건들이 발생하여 대중들에게 식품선택에 있어서 공포와 혼란을 가져왔다. 대기, 수질, 토양, 주거, 식품 등의 환경 영역은 21세기를 살고 있는 우리들에게는 과거 어느 때보다도 더욱 큰 관심을 유발할 뿐만 아니라 실제 인류의 생존에도 중요한 문제가 되고 있다. 올 한해 발생한 여러 환경문제 중 식품환경만큼 대중들의 관심을 촉발한 때는 없었을 정도로 많은 사건들의 연속이었다. 예를 들면, 위의 식품관련 사건 외에도 태안반도의 허베이스피릿호 기름유출사건, 지하철 역사 내의 석면문제, 포장용기 등에서 방출되는 환경호르몬, 휴대폰의 전자파 문제 등과 같은 문제들은 이 땅에 살고 있는 어느 누구도 자유로울 수가 없다. 그러나 사건이 발생할 때마다 정부당국, 기업, 시민단체, 학자 등의 이해당사자들의 의견은 다양한 정보를 넘어 상반되는 입장으로 대중들을 더욱 혼란케 하였다. 본 기고에서는 환경문제를 중심으로 하여 대중들에게 혼란을 유발하는 여러 위해(risk)를 접하면서 대중과 소통하기 위한 원칙들을 제시하고자 한다.

물은 이 지구상의 생명의 원천으로써 우리 몸의 구성요소가 80~90%가 물로 구성되어 있다. 상업의 고도화와 생활의 질적 향상으로 환경오염에 대한 중요성과 우리 주변환경에 관한 관심이 매우 커져가고 있다. 우리 스스로 주변 환경을 지키고자하는 의식을 가지기 위해서는 우리 주변 수질환경에 대한 정확한 이해와 정보가 필요하다. 이를 위해서 이반적인 수질오염에 대한 초등교육부터 일반적인 환경 지키기 기본교육을 체계적으로 가르치는 시스템이 구축되어야 한다. 그리고 에너지절약 등급표시제도나 CO2 배출절약운동같이 대중참여 캠패인을 통해 대중이 참여하는 제도가 있어야 한다. 우리 주변에 수질등급을 에너지절약표시처럼 시각화하여 쉽게 인지하고 정보를 알기 쉽게 알려주는 표시체계를 만든다면 우리지역을 지키지 위한 주민 관심과 실천으로 다양한 환경오염의 피해는 점점 줄어들 수 있다.

환경보건정책의 영역은 대기, 수질 등 환경매체에 배출된 오염물질이 수용체인 인간에 도달하여 건강피해를 야기하는 일련의 과정을 규명하여 예방 관리하는 폭넓은 범위를 차지하고 있다. 환경보건정책은 다른 매체별 환경정책에 비해 뒤늦게 출발하였지만 깨끗하고 안전한 환경을 보전하여 국민의 건강을 보호하기 위해서는 앞으로도 환경보건정책에 대한 지속적인 관심과 투자가 필요하다.

지금 세계는 기후변화, 물부족, 사막화 식량위기 등 환경과 자원 위기를 겪고 있다. 따라서 환경에 대한 모두의 관심과 위기의식은 그 어느 때보다 높아져 가고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 가장 근본적이고 효과적인 방법은 환경교육이라고 생각한다. 그간 해외 선진 환경 교육 사례를 통해 발견한 해외 특화 환경교육아이템으 소개하여 우리나라 환경교육 장기 발전 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 실시간으로 획득된 영상을 분석하여 움직이는 다수 물체를 검출하고, 카메라를 자동 제어하여 관심 보행자만을 추적하는 시스템을 제안한다. 다수 물체 영역 검출은 차영상과 이전변환 밀도값을 이용한다. 검출된 다수 물체 영역에서 사람의 구조적 정보와 형태 정보를 이용하여 나무들의 흔들림으로 인한 영역이나 차량의 움직임 영역은 제거되고, 관심 보행자 영역만을 검출하였다. 관심 보행자 추적은 무게중심 차를 이용한 움직임 정보와 k-means 알고리즘으로 구한 세 점의 평균 색상 정보를 이용한다. 원거리 관심 보행자는 인식률을 높이기 위해 줌을 실행하여 확대하고, 관심 보행자의 화면상 위치에 따라 카메라 방향을 자동으로 조정하여 관심 보행자반을 연속적으로 추적한다. 실험 결과, 제안한 시스템은 실시간으로 움직이는 다수 물체를 검출하고, 사람의 구조적 특정과 형태 정보로 관심 보행자만을 검출할 수 있었고, 움직임 정보와 색상정보로 관심 보행자를 연속적으로 추적할 수 있었다.
