실온 대기 중에서 탄소강배관(STS370)의 피로시험을 행하였다. 배관에는 외부결함을 인공적으로 상정하여, 피로균열진전 및 관통의 거동, 균열형상, 누설 및 파단수명, 균열개구변위를 실험과 이론의 양면으로부터 비교·검토하였다. 특히, 배관의 벽두께 관통후에 있어서의 응력확대계수를 평가하기 위하여 새로운 식을 제안하였다. 피로균열이 관벽을 관통하기 전에 있어서는 판모델에 의한 Newman-Raju의 응력확대계수 평가식을 이용하므로서 aspect비와 누설수명 등 관통전의 피로균열성장거동을 평가할 수 있음을 나타내었다. 또한, 피로균열이 관벽을 관통한 후에 있어서는 본 논문에서 제안한 배관모델에 의한 응력확대계수의 평가식을 이용하여 관통후의 균열형상, 파단수명 및 균열개구변위 등 관통후의 피로균열성장거동을 평가하였다.

본 시스템은 1997년부터 추진된 지역정보화 사업의 추진 과제인 $\boxDr$과학기술정보시스템$\boxUl$ 과 $\boxDr$중소기업지원 정보시스템$\boxUl$ 을 확대 발전시키고 시스템 운영의 효율화를 도모하고자 DB를 통합하여 확대 재 구축함으로써 서비스 수준을 한 단계 높이고 고객 중심의 정보 이용 활성화 차원에서 추진되었다. 기 구축되었던 $\boxDr$과학기술정보시스템$\boxUl$ 과 $\boxDr$중소기업지원정보시스템$\boxUl$ 은 정보화를 통한 지역경제 발전에 일익을 담당하고자 관. 산. 학. 연이 참여한 지역정보화 사업이다. 이번에 확대 개발된 $\boxDr$과학산업종합정보시스템$\boxUl$ 은 연구개발정보센터로부터 자금 지원을 받아 구축한 시스템으로 크게 과학기술정보, 무역지원정보, 기업정보, 기업지원정보, 인력정보, 도서관정보, 시민광장 등을 중심으로 구성하였다. 특히 지역 기업체의 해외 마케팅 강화를 위한 무역지원정보는 상품전시관, 무역/거래알선, 무역통상정보 등 지역기업활동 지원 및 수출진흥을 도모하고 지역경제 활성화에 기여토록 하고자 한다.

The reattachment lengths of the Non-Newtonian fluid are investigated in the sudden expansion pipes whose ratios are 2.316 and 3.368, and the range of the Reynolds numbers is 100-30000. The reattachment lengths for the viscoelastic fluid in the laminar flow region are found to be much shorter than those of the Newtonian fluid, and decrease significantly with the increase of the concentration of viscoelastic fluid is two or three times longer than those of water, and gradually increases with the increase of the concentration of viscoelastic fluid.

An experimental study is made on turbulent diffusion flames stabilized by a circular cylinder in a divergence flow. In this paper, stabilization characteristics and flame structure are examined by varying the divergence angle of duct and position of a circular cylinder. The fuel used is a commercial grade gaseous propane injected by two slit of rod. It is found that the positive pressure gradient greatly influences the eddy structure behind the rod. and that two different kinds of combustion patterns exist at the blowoff limit depending on the divergent angle of duct. They are distinguished by their wake structures: one associated with Karman vortex shedding, the other without it. Also, the blowoff velocity in the former is found to be higher than in the later.

본 시스템은 1995년에 추진된 지역정보화 사업의 추진과제인 $\boxDr$공단중심의 지역정보시스템$\boxUl$을 확대 발전시키고 시스템 운영의 효율화를 도모하고자 DB를 통합하여 확대 재 구축함으로써 서비스 수준을 한 단계 높이고 인터넷을 통한 웹 정보 이용 활성화 차원에서 추진되었다. 기 구축되었던 $\boxDr$공단중심의 지역정보시스템$\boxUl$은 정보화를 통한 지역경제 발전에 일익을 담당하고자 관. 산. 연이 참여한 지역정보화 사업이다. 이번에 확대 개발된 $\boxDr$과학산업정보서비스시스템$\boxUl$은 연구개발정보센터와 광주광역시, (주)광주광역정보센터가 매칭펀드에 의한 대응자금으로 구축한 시스템으로 크게 10개 산업단지 기본정보, 입주기업체정보, 기업지원정보, 전문인력정보, S/W패키지정보, 장비/설비정보, 기술개발결과정보, 지역소장 도서정보 등을 중심으로 구성하였다. 특히 650여개 지역 기업체 홈페이지를 각각 개별적으로 특성 있게 구축하여 지역기업활동 지원 및 수출진흥을 도모하고 지역경제 활성화에 기여토록 하고자 한다.

In this study, the facilities, educational program, and exhibition for students with disabilities in science museums were investigated. To do this, 19 science museums in Korea were surveyed by reviewing information and visiting investigation including interview. Facilities for access in consideration of the disabled were measured and found to averaged at 84.3 points well within the legal standard of 100 points. There were 11 moving science classes in which students with difficulties in accessing the museum can participate, but educational programs for the disabled were executed in 2 science museums. Exhibition in most science museum focused on basic science and dynamic operation, however there were little consideration for the disabled except for guides in braille and voice. In general, the facilities and educational program in science museum for students with disabilities were insufficient, but there are some possibilities to supplement by modifying the guide for the disabled or enlarging the educational program to include the disabled.
