LiDAR 센서를 이용한 비규격 화물의 논스톱 자동 계측 통합 시스템

  • 화물 선박의 전복사고가 매해 발생하고 있음에도 화물을 측정하지 않고 서류에 의존하는 방식으로 화물을 선적하고 있습니다. 우리는 사고의 원인을 사전에 차단할 수 있는 자동 계측 시스템을 연구하였습니다. 본 논문의 시스템은 LiDAR 센서를 이용하여 비규격 화물이 멈추지 않고 자동 계측되어 인력과 시간의 소요를 줄이고 산출된 체적과 3D 모델을 제공합니다. 게다가 화물 차량에 실린 화물을 내리지 않고도 화물의 체적을 산출할 수 있어 항만의 효율성을 향상할 수 있을 것으로 기대합니다.

비소 오염 토양, 하천 퇴적물 및 광미의 복원을 위한 토양 세척 공정 개발에 대한 연구

  • 비소로 오염된 토양, 하천 퇴적물 및 광미의 복원할 때, 토양 세척 공정에서 중요한 인자인 비소의 화학적 결합형태와 세척제에 따른 용출특성과 고효율 세척 및 세척액의 재활용도를 높이기 위한 공정을 바탕으로 토양세척장비를 설계하였다. 화학적 결합형태에 있어서 토양은 잔류 결합형태가 주되고, 퇴적물의 경우는 철산화물과의 결합형태가 강하며, 광미는 황화물과의 결합에 따른 잔류형태와 철산화물과의 결합형태가 상당부분을 차지한다. 세척제에 따른 용출특성으로부터, 철산화물과 황화물과 결합하고 있는 비소의 화학적 결합형태를 파괴하면서 비소를 추출할 수 있는 용제로 HCl, Oxalate, EDTA, M$_2$O$_2$를 사용하였다. 추출 결과, 비소가 철산화물과 결합한 형태가 비중이 높을수록 EDTA 나 Oxalate가 효율이 높으며, 황화물에 대해서는 HCl과 $H_2O$$_2$이 상대적으로 높은 추출 효율을 보였다. 구성된 세척조는 밀폐실린더형과 스크류이송형 세척조로 구성되어 각각 혼합교반에 의한 세척과 토양입자 분급에 따른 세척이 가능하다. 세척 공정중 최적 산도 조절이 중요한 인자가 되며, 세척액의 재활용도를 높일때, 세척수에 용해되어 있는 비소 및 중금속과 미립자의 동시 제거를 위한 응집 침전조에서 응집제에 의해서 미립자와 함께 제거하는 응집, 침전 및 분리공정을 배치하였다.

The Study on Empirical Propagation Path Loss in the Airport Cargo Terminal Environment (공항 화물터미널 환경에서 실험적인 패스 로스에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, The path loss model of Air Traffic Control(ATC) telecommunication radio channel has been studied at the Incheon International Airport(IIA) Cargo Terminal. We measured one frequency among VHF channel bands. The transmitting site was located at different locations with different heights. The transmitting site radiated the Continuous Wave(CW). The propagation measurement was taken using the moving vehicle equipped with receiver and antenna. The transmitting power, frequency and antenna height are the same as the current operating condition. The path loss exponent and intercept parameters were extracted by the basic path loss model and hata model. The path loss exponent at IIA Cargo terminal area were 3.67 and 3.39 respectively in first and second transmitting sites. The deviation of prediction error is 14.42 and 10.38. The new path loss equation at the IIA Cargo terminal area was also developed using the derived path loss parameters. The new path loss was compared with other models. This result will be helpful for the ATC site selection and service quality evaluation.

화물연대를 통해 본 특수고용노조운동의 동학

  • 조직적 침체를 겪고 있는 특수고용노조들과 관련하여 초기조직화 후 노조활동경험에 대해서는 연구가 이루어지지 않은 상황에서 이 글은 특수고용노조운동으로서 가장 두드러진 활동을 전개해온 화물연대의 노조활동경험을 사례분석하여 특수고용노조 나아가 비정규노조의 활동에 있어서 고려해야 할 '노조운동의 동학'은 무엇인가를 탐색하였다. 연구자료로서 노조의 문서자료와 관련 연구결과자료 등을 이용하였다. 먼저 화물연대의 동학의 배경을 이루는 화물연대 5년의 전개과정을 환경, 전략, 요구, 조직, 투쟁, 교섭의 측면에서 그리고 성과와 한계를 개괄적으로 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 화물연대의 전개과정에서 볼 수 있는 특수고용노조운동의 특수한 동학을 특수고용노조운동에 함의를 갖고 있다고 보이는 것에 초점을 맞추어 재정리하는 방식으로 추출하였다. 특수고용노조운동의 동학으로서 노동자성 불인정의 악영향, 노동자집단의식 형성의 어려움, 조직확대의 어려움, 조직의 동맥경화 가능성, 간부의 취약성, 대상, 공간 및 수준의 복잡성으로 인한 어려움, 높은 내외이질성으로 인한 어려움을 볼 수 있었다. 이러한 동학을 고려하여 초기조직화 이후 특수고용노조들이 집중해야 할 활동방향을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 연구의 한계와 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

Properties of Porphyran and Hemicellulose extracted with Different extract Solutions and Enzymatic Pretreatments from Porphyra (추출 용매 및 효소 전처리 방법에 따른 포피란과 헤미셀루로오즈의 특성)

  • Laver, Porphyra, is distinctive for its high content of proteins and polysaccharides such as porphyran and hemicellulose. The chemical properties of the polysaccharides extracted with different extraction methods such as hot water, dilute acid(pH 4.0) or alkali solution(2N NaOH) were examined to investigate the suitable extraction conditions for porphyran and hemicellulose from laver. For porphyran extraction, dilute acid solution was more preferable to hot water and alkali solution because of its higher 3,6-anhydrogalactose content and lower protein content. However, alkali solution was more suitable to extract the hemicellulose because of higher mannose content indicating the extraction of mannan. To decrease contamination of the polysaccharides with protein, the dried lavers were pretreated with enzymes (Protamex, Flavourzyme, Alcalase, Viscozyme) before hot water extraction. All enzyme pretreatments increased the yield of polysaccharides by compared with control (enzyme unpretreated) and Flavourzyme pretreatment was most effective to decrease protein contamination in the polysaccharide. All viscosities of porphyran solutions pretreated by enzymes were lower compared to the control porphyran solution and showed pseudoplastic behavior with yield stress. In case of alkali extraction of residues obtained after enzyme hydrolysis and hot water extraction, protease pretreatment increased the mannose contents in the polysaccharide while the xylose content was increased by Viscozyme pretreatment.

The Value of Time in Intercity Freight Transportation (지역간 화물운송의 시간가치 추정)

  • The value of time in freight transportation describes the importance of goods during transport and shows the direction of efficient logistic management having inventory cost in transporting The value of time differs from class to class in freight transportation. It is due to the differences of shipper's willingness to Pay for time saving. In this research the value of time in intercity freight transportation of manufacturers in Korea was estimated as follows: first, the Perception factors which were the important criteria of shippers for choosing truck were sampled. second, the shippers were classified into three homogeneous classes. third, the value of time of each class was estimated by using multinominal logit model. The results of this research showed that the value of time in freight transportation was different from every class, that the shipper had to Pay 1,680 won for saving one hour Per each shipment, and that the inventory cost in transporting occupied 9.54% in the mean freight Price.

  • 본 연구는 화물수송수단 선택 모형이론과 그 적용측면을 개괄적으로 살펴봄으로써 관련 현황수준(state of the art)에 대한 이해를 높이고, 발전방향을 모색함에 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 관점에서 먼저, 모형구성 정황(context)과 집단화(aggregation)를 포함한 화물수송수요 모형화의 몇가지 기본과제를 고찰한다. 이어서 집단모형과 비연속선택 개별모형으로 대별되는 모형이론과 그 세부적 구조(specification)를 설명하고 각 모형들의 중요성(significance)에 관하여 언급하며, 비연속선택모형의 추정과 관련된 기존의 투입자료형태 및 표본추출방법들에 대하여 문헌조사를 통하여 고찰함으로써 그 장단점과 중요성을 검증한다. 마지막으로 이러한 논의 및 검토결과를 토대로 화물수송수요예측을 위한 앞으로의 연구방향을 제시하여 본다.

  • For the analytical method of PCDD/Fs in blood, which have been issued recently, SRM 1589a of NIST(National Institute of Standards and Technology) was used and a practical analytical method of PCDD/Fs in blood was presented through comparison of methods of Canada and Japan. The proposed method used alkali-digestion extraction for removal of the lipid effectively using two capillary columns. The limit of quantification of TeCDD/DF and PeCDD/DF was 1 pg/g-lipid, HxCDD/DF and HpCDD/DF was 2 pg/g-lipid, OCDD/DF was 4 pg/g-lipid. With consideration the range of detected concentration, calibration standards were presented as $CS_L$(0.1~1), $CS_1/2$(0.25~2.5), $CS_1$(0.5~5.0), $CS_2$(2~20), $CS_3$(10~100).

Effects of Oil Unsaponifiables and Plant Extracts on the Thermal Oxidation of Oils at $180^{\circ}C$ (유지 불검화물과 식물체 추출물이 식용유의 $180^{\circ}C$ 가열 산화에 미치는 효과)

  • The effects of oil unsaponifiables (8 species) and methanolic plant extracts (53 species) on the thermal oxidation of oils during 14 or 16 hour heating at $180^{\circ}C$ were studied by analyzing the fatty acid composition of soybean oil or cottonseed oil. All the unsaponifiables tested did not show any antioxidative activities on the thermal oxidation of soybean oil. However, among the 53 species of methanolic plant extracts, some species (Rheum undulatum L., Chelidonium majus L. var. asiaticum and Eugennia caryopyllata T.) showed very strong antioxidative activities on the thermal oxidation of cottonseed oil. The antioxidative activities of methanolic extracts of these 3 species on thermal oxidation of cottonseed oil during an extended heating period were also studied by heating cottonseed oils for 7 hours a day for 8 days at $180^{\circ}C$. The methanolic extracts of Chelidonium majus L. v. asiaticum and Eugennia caryopyllata T. greatly reduced both polymer formation and linoleic acid decomposition after the 8 day heating at $180^{\circ}C$. However, the methanolic extracts of Rheum undulatum L. was effective for the reduction of polymer formation, but not for the reduction of linoleic acid decomposition.

A Study on the Visiting Areas Classification of Cargo Vehicles Using Dynamic Clustering Method (화물차량의 방문시설 공간설정 방법론 연구)

  • This study aims to improve understanding of freight movement, crucial for logistics facility investment and policy making. It addresses the limitations of traditional freight truck traffic data, aggregated only at city and county levels, by developing a new methodology. This method uses trip chain data for more detailed, facility-level analysis of freight truck movements. It employs DTG (Digital Tachograph) data to identify individual truck visit locations and creates H3 system-based polygons to represent these visits spatially. The study also involves an algorithm to dynamically determine the optimal spatial resolution of these polygons. Tested nationally, the approach resulted in polygons with 81.26% spatial fit and 14.8% error rate, offering insights into freight characteristics and enabling clustering based on traffic chain characteristics of freight trucks and visited facility types.
