Predictive System for Unconfined Compressive Strength of Lightweight Treated Soil(LTS) using Deep Learning (딥러닝을 이용한 경량혼합토의 일축압축강도 예측 시스템)

  • The unconfined compressive strength of lightweight treated soils strongly depends on mixing ratio. To characterize the relation between various LTS components and the unconfined compressive strength of LTS, extensive studies have been conducted, proposing normalized factor using regression models based on their experimental results. However, these results obtained from laboratory experiments do not expect consistent prediction accuracy due to complicated relation between materials and mix proportions. In this study, deep neural network model(Deep-LTS), which was based on experimental test results performed on various mixing conditions, was applied to predict the unconfined compressive strength. It was found that the unconfined compressive strength LTS at a given mixing ratio could be resonable estimated using proposed Deep-LTS.

  • 본 연구에서는 격자패널을 통한 소음전달을 감소시키기 위하여 외부 구조적 가진으로부터 유발된 경량 패널의 진동을 능동 제어하는 기법을 기술한다. 최적 되먹임제어기와 적응 앞먹임제어기가 결합된 혼합형 제어기가 진동제어기로 사용된다. 되먹임제어기는 주파수 영역의 모델규명법에 의해 추출된 다중 입/출력 패널진동계 모델에 대하여 LQG 최적기법을 이용하여 감쇠능을 향상시키도록 설계된다. 앞먹임제어기는 되먹임 궤환의 결합효과를 자동적으로 보정할 수 있는 제안된 학습법칙에 기초하여 패널의 잔류진동이 최소가 되도록 적응된다. 45.7${\times}$45.7${\times}$2.54 ${cm^3}$ 벌집형상의 고강도 패널, 4개의 관성형 구동기 및 이산신호처리장치에 의해 구현된 패널 진동계에 대한 능동제어 실험을 수행해 본 결과 600Hz 주파수대역에 대한 12dB 진동저감이 이루어 질 수 있었다.

  • The importance of tidal flats lost due to industrialization has recently received attention, and attention is being paid to the creation of artificial tidal flats and maintenance of natural tidal flats. However, there is still a lack of understanding about the behavioral characteristics of mud, mud, and sand that form tidal flats. Although research on the movement characteristics of mixed soils such as tidal flats has been conducted through field investigations and hydraulic experiments, interest in developing a numerical model based on these results has not yet reached. In this paper, the purpose of this paper is to establish a mixed soil model that can efficiently manage the low quality of the tidal flats. In constructing a model for reproducing the surface movement of mixed soil, the numerical stability of the reproduction and movement of sand and mud constituting the mixed soil in the numerical model should be considered first, so first, the volume of sand and mud constituting the mixed soil A mixed soil model representing the relationship was proposed based on a topographical diagram representing the geometric structure of the mixed soil. In order to consider the dry bulk density of the mixed soil, it was possible to consider the dry bulk density of the mud by introducing the water content of the mud containing water. In addition, it was confirmed that the mud and sand movement calculation according to the slope collapse of the mixed soil was stably performed through the calculation of the slope collapse of the mixed soil through the numerical analysis model to which the proposed mixed soil model was applied.

  • 본 논문은 음성 및 음악을 위한 새로운 4kbps 다중 모드 하모닉 변환 여기 부호화 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 부호화방법은 음성/음악 분류기에 의해 분류된 신호를 각각 하모닉-잡음 여기모델과 MLT 여기모델로 부호화한다. 하모닉-잡음 여기모델에서는 전이구간과 유/무성음 혼합신호의 모델링오차 개선을 위해 MP(Matching Pursuit)방법과 혼합된 잡음스펙트럴을 표현하기 위한 캡스트럽 LPC 잡음 모델, 빠른 정현파 합성법을 제안한다. 음악에서는 비트할당 효율을 높이기위한 LP 적응 피크 분석을 적용한 MLT(Modulated Lapped Transform) 부호화 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법을 적용한 4kbps 음성부호화 방법은 전이구간에서의 향상된 모델링 구조를 보여주었으며, 주관적음질 평가 8kbps QCELP 보다 MOS 0.2 정도 향상된 결과를 얻었다.

A Reconfigurable Mixed-Model Assembly System of Cockpit Module using RFID/ZigBee Protocol (RFID/ZigBee 프로토콜을 활용한 가변구조 혼합형 모델 칵핏모듈 조립생산 시스템)

  • Mixed-model assembly line has been widely used in automotive assembly industry to quickly respond the diverse product demands. But, this model can lead to part confusion, which is a source for assembly errors when parts are physically interchangeable in a mixed-model assembly line. With the recent application of new technologies such as radio frequency identification (RFID) and ZigBee wireless sensor network (WSN) to the assembly process, real-time information has become available in this manufacturing systems through IT infrastructures. At first, this paper presents an RFID application for assembly processes, specifically, for a mixed-model assembly line. Thus, to ensure that parts be picked accurately, each cockpit module on the assembly line is attached with a RFID tag and the tag is scanned using a RFID reader and recognizes the vehicle, and each part of the cockpit module is attached with a barcode and the barcode is scanned by a barcode reader and each part is identified correctly for the vehicle. Second, this paper presents a ZigBee wireless sensor network (WSN) protocol-based application for a reconfigurable mixed-model assembly line of cockpit module to reduce the assembly errors and the cost of the change/reconfiguration on the assembly lines due to the various orders and new models from the motor company, avoiding the wiring efforts and inconvenience by wiring between the several RFID devices and the IT server system. Finally, we presents the operation results for several years using this RFID/ZigBee wireless sensor network (WSN) protocol-based cockpit module assembly line.

An Experimental Study on the Mixing Flow Structure of Turbulent Cross Flow with Respect to the Ratio of Mass Flow Rate (난류충돌유동의 질량유량비에 따른 혼합유동구조에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the flow structure and mixing process of a cross mixing flow formed by two round jets with respect to the ratio of mass flow rate. This flow configuration is of great practical relevance in a variety of combustion systems, and the flow behaviour of a cross jet defends critically on the ratio of mass flow rate and the cross angle. The mass flow rate ratios of two different jets were controlled as 1.0, 0.8, 0.6, and 0.4, and the crossing angle of two round jets was fixed at 45 degree. The velocities issuing from jet nozzle with an exit diameter of 20mm were adjusted to 40m/s, 32m/s, 24m/s, and 16m/s, and the measurements have been conducted in the streamwise range of $1.1X_0$to $2.5X_0$ by an on-line measurement system consisted of a constant temperature type two channel hot-wire anemometry connected to a computer analyzing system. The original air flow was generated by a subsonic wind tunnel with reliable stabilities and uniform flows in the test section. For the analysis of the cross mixing flow structure in the downstream region after the cross point, the mean velocity profiles, the resultant velocity contours, and the three-dimensional profiles depending upon the mass flow rate ratio have been concentrately studied.

  • A hybrid knowledge model which amalgamates an object-oriented modeling approach and logic programming implementation is presented for structural health monitoring and diagnosis of instrumented structures. Domain knowledge in structural monitoring and diagnosis is formalized and represented in a logic-based object-oriented modeling environment. The model and environment have been implemented and illustrated in the context of a laboratory case study of damage detection in a successively damaged steel structure.

  • 하구에서의 흐름은 하천의 담수와 바다에서부터 유입되는 염수, 조석, 파랑 등으로 인해 복잡한 흐름구조와 혼합 양상을 보인다. 특히 만 내에 하천이 있을 경우 만의 해류특성은 하구에서의 혼합과 이송에 지배적인 영향을 미치며, 하천에서부터 방류되는 입자들은 만의 해류특성 따라 만에서의 체류시간과 이송이 결정된다. 잔차류 특성에 의한 순 물질 플럭스의 방향과 조석비대칭에 따른 하구에서의 퇴적 형태들이 결정되며, 이로 인해 하구에서의 퇴적물 퇴적 및 물질의 집적 위치, 하구 인근과 만에서의 환경변화에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 따라서 만 내에서의 혼합과 입자의 이송확산, 하천 담수의 영향역 등과 같은 만과 하천의 흐름 특성을 이해하는 것은 연안 및 하구의 환경 및 관리에 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 영일만과 형산강을 대상으로 계절변화에 따른 영일만 내 흐름과 형산강 하구에서의 퇴적양상에 대해 수치모의를 통해 수행하였다. 수치모델로는 천수방정식으로 준 3차원 유동해석을 하는 Delft-3D Flow와 파랑모형인 SWAN 모델을 결합하여 형산강하구와 영일만의 유동을 해석하였다. 상류개방경계는 형산강하구 9 km, 하류개방경계는 영일만 외해 50 km로 설정하였고, 경계조건은 대상지역의 관측소 자료와 전지구 모형자료를 결합하여 구성하였다. 또한, 라그랑쥬 입자추적모델을 통해 형산강 상류에서 유입한 입자들의 영일만 내 체류시간과 집적 위치를 평가하였다.

유도결합 플라즈마 화학 기상 증착법을 이용한 cubic boron nitride 박막 증착에 관한 연구

  • cubic boron nitride(cubic BN)는 기계적, 전기적, 광학적, 열적으로 우수한 특성 때문에 다양한 분야에 응용 가능한 재료로, 수 십년 동안 연구되어 오고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 막내 cubic BN이 차지하는 함량과 접착력의 저조 때문에 실제로 응용되기에는 무리가 있다. 많은 이들이 이 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 노력하고 있다. Cubic BN의 생성 매카니즘에 관해서는 여러 모델들이 제시되고 있으나 아직까지 정론화된 것은 없다. 대표적인 모델들로는 스퍼터 모델, 스트레스 모델, 서브플렌테이션 모델 등이 있다. 그러나 BN 막내의 구조가 hexagal BN과 cubic BN이 혼합되어 있는 구조라는 것과 cubic BN이 형성되기 위해서는 이온 충돌 에너지가 필요하다는 점은 모든 모델들에서 일반적으로 취하고 있다. 본 연구에서는, 유도 결합 플라즈마 화학 기상 증착법을 이용해 cubic BN 박막을 증착하였다. 소스 가스로는 BCl$_3$, $N_2$, H$_2$, Ar를 사용하였다. 기판에 가해지는 R.F. 바이어스가 박막내 cubic BN의 함량에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 연구하였다. cubic BN 상의 확인은 FT-IR 장비로 분석하였고, 막내 조성은 AES로, 박막의 두께는 FE-SEM으로 확인하였다.

A Study on Estimation Model of Strength Development of Concrete Using Fly Ash and Ground Granulated Blast-Furnace Slag (플라이애시 및 고로슬래그 미분말을 사용한 콘크리트의 강도 발현 예측 모델식 연구)

  • Recently, the amount of the mineral admixture including fly ash and ground granulated blast-furnace slag was increased for the purpose of $CO_2$ gas emission reduction in the concrete industry. However, in the case of korea, estimation model of strength development in concrete structural design code was prescribed a constant value according to cement type and curing method about the portland cement. therefore, the properties of strength development according to time of concrete using fly ash and ground granulated blast-furnace slag does not reflected estimation model of strength development. Accordingly, this paper was evaluated strength according to time on the concrete strength range using fly ash and ground granulated blast-furnace Slag and the strength development constant ${\beta}_{sc}$ of concrete according to the kind of the mineral admixture and mixing ratio was proposed.
