  • This paper propose a new mathematical modelling method about optimum operational schedule for cogeneration systems. Proposed algorithm solving the energy product cost function in this paper is very similar to the real model that is, proposed algorithm solve nonlinear type of real model using mixed integer programming based on the piecewise linear function while the conventional algorithms used before could not solve that kind of problems. The effectiveness of the proposed method is ascertained by the simulation results with varius case studies which are similar to real operation circumstances.

  • This paper measured the characteristic of the thermal expansion, dielectric and conductivity to use $Sb_2O_3$ Filler in epoxy resin.The results are summarized as follow : 1 ) In the [$155^{\circ}C$] 1, The coefficient of thermal expansion increasing temperature obtained 8.19 in the case of pure epoxy resin and $4.5{\times}10^{-5}$ in the case of the mixing 7[%].2) The peak point of $\varepsilon\iota, \varepsilon\rho$ increasing $Sb_2O_3$ mixing ratio moved on the part of the high temperature. 3) The conductivity value increasing temperature shows the corner on the part of the Tg and it's Value became low the sample material with mixing I[%] than in case of pure epoxy resin.

파일럿 시스템 규모의 환경기체조성용 가스 혼합기 개발

  • 신선농산물의 환경기체조절 저장 연구 및 호흡속도 측정연구에 필요한 설비중의 하나가 기체 발생기, 기체 실린더 및 이를 제어할 수 있는 가스분석기 이다. 현재는 질소, 산소, 이산화탄소 실린더를 이용하여 기체를 공급하고 기체분석기에서 저장고내의 농도를 측정하여 소정의 기체조성으로 유지하는 방법을 많이 사용하고 있으나 고가의 기체분석기를 구비하고 있어야 하는 점과 각 기체 실린더의 유지비용이 발생하며 자동으로 제어하기 위해서는 고가의 설비가 필요한 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 가격이 저렴하면서 혼합기체를 안정적으로 공급할 수 있어 파일럿 시스템의 환경기체조절 저장연구에 사용될 수 있는 장치를 개발하였다. 환경기체조성을 위한 가스 혼합장치의 조작은 시판되는 $N_2$, $O_2$, $CO_2$압축 실린더 또는 질소 발생기 및 공기압축기와 연계하여 사용할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 개발된 혼합기의 작동원리는 압력 조절기를 통해서 일정압력 유지시킨 후 정밀 압력 조절기 (IR 2010, SMC Co., Japan)에서 정압을 유지하고 metering valve(SS-SS2, Swagelok Co., U.S.A)를 이용하여 각 기체의 유량을 소정의 비율로 제어할 수 있도록 하였다. 각각의 기체는 metering valve에서 조절된 유량의 비로 기체 혼합셀에서 섞이게되고 일정 농도의 혼합기체를 얻을 수 있게 된다. 가스혼합기의 성능실험을 위하여 압력을 조절하여 혼합가스의 유량을 조절하는 실험과 이에 따른 농도 재현성을 측정하였다. 정밀 압력 조절기의 설정압력을 0.04~0.16MPa까지 0.02MPa단위로 압력을 변화 시켜본 결과 발생되는 혼합기체의 유량은 35~175$m\ell$/min의 범위까지 유량을 자유롭게 조절 할 수 있었으며 발생기체의 농도는 압력에 따라 0.1~0.3%의 편차를 나타내었고 동일압력에서 시간 경과에 따른 재현성 측정 결과는 0.1% 수준으로 나타나 본 장치를 환경기체조절 저장챔버 또는 신선 농산물의 호흡속도 측정에 사용 할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다.

  • The ultimate purpose of the present study is to secure a effective method for foam liquid discharge when the mixing ratio deviates from the permissible range due to a decrease in the bypass flow rate resulting from a decrease in the cross sectional area of the foam liquid piping ranging from the branching header of one foam proportioner to the branching headers of multiple branching foam fire-extinguishing systems in the region for fire extinguishing and then to the standpipe at the lower part of the storage tank when a fire occurred in a combustible tank. To this end, the cause of mixing ratio variations following changes in the flow rates of existing foam fire extinguishing systems was analyzed, methods for compensation for constant mixing ratios were investigated, and it was proved that metering orifice replacements that could expand the cross sectional area of the stock solution inhaling piping was the most effective way for the improvement of form fire extinguishing systems' mixing ratios through foam proportioner venturi, foam chamber orifice, and metering orifice replacement experiments.

V-t Characteristics and 50% Flash-over Voltage of $SF_{6}-N_{2}$ Mixtures for Lightening Impulse Voltage ($SF_{6}-N_{2}$ 혼합가스에서 뇌충격전압에 의한 50[50%] Flash over 전압 및 V-t 특성)

  • In this paper, we studied the 50% flashover voltage of lightening impulse which affect the most serious damages on the insulation of the electric power network system. Also its V -t characteristics and corona process phenomena of pure $SF_6, N_2, SF_6-N_2$mixtures under the circumstances of nonuniform field gap are researched. Comparing the characteristics of pure $SF_6$ with that of $SF_6, N_2$mixtures, we discussed that breakdown processes and $SF_6, N_2$ mixture's application to economics.As a results, 50% flashover voltage of $SF_6$ 50% - $N_2$ 50% for impulse voltage is higher then that of 80% of pure SF6, measured data and calculated data by equal area law are almost equal from the points of view of V-t characteristics. Therefore, it has been known that $SF_6$ 50% - $N_2$ 50% mixtures can be used as an economic constitution gas of pure $SF_6$, it is verified that corona processes from Lichtenberg figure.

  • A study of temperature profiles in mixing zone of AHU (air handling unit) can contribute greatly to enhance performance of AHU system, so the study on the temperature distribution between RA (return air) and OA (outdoor air) is important to analyze the mixing characteristics in a mixing zone of AHU. Accordingly, the temperature profiles during RA (return air) and OA (outdoor air) supply process into mixing zone of AHU with an air mixer are studied experimentally. The effect of air mixer, OA temperature and RA/OA flow rate are studied in detail. In this study, the results show that the mixing efficiency is all high for installed the air mixer. The more OA temperature increase and OA flow rate decrease, the more mixing efficiency is high.

  • Nash equilibrium is usually used to investigate a generator's strategic bidding in electricity markets. Some literatures show that the transmission constraints may induce no pure strategy equilibrium and make it hard to find the equilibrium. Using an analytical approach to find a mixed strategy Nash equilibrium in electricity market with transmission constraints, we analyze the influence of transmission capacity on the mixed strategy Nash equilibrium. Finally, a simple numerical example is provided to support the claims of this paper.

Condensation Heat Transfer Coefficients of Binary Refrigerant Mixtures on a Horizontal Smooth Tube (수평관에서 이원 혼합냉매의 응축 열전달계수)

  • In this study, condensation heat transfer coefficients(HTCs) of 2 nonazeotropic refrigerant mixtures of HFC32/HFC134a and HFC134a/HCFC123 at various compositions were measured on a horizontal smooth tube. All data were taken at the vapor temperature of 39$^{\circ}C$ with a wall subcooling of 3~8K. Test results showed that HTCs of tested mixtures were 11.0~85.0% lower than the ideal values calculated by the mass fraction weighting of the pure components HTCs. Thermal resistance due to the diffusion vapor film was partly responsible for the significant reduction of HTCs with these nonazeotropic mixtures. The measured data were compared against the predicted ones by Colburn and Drew\`s film model and a good agreement was observed.
