Objective : This research was carried out to compare the effect of Gorynju and a Soju extract Psoraleae fructus on melanin synthesis of B16 melanoma cells. Methods : To investigate melanin synthesis of B16 melanoma cells, this research was measured cell survival, tyrosinase activity, melanin synthesis, western blot. Results : Both Gorynju and Soju extract Psoraleae fructus, cell toxicity depended on the density. Tyrosinase activity depended on the density of Gorynju extract Psoraleae fructus and statistic was showed significant(0.5, 1, 2, 3 ${\mu}g/ml$), in a Soju extract Psoraleae fructus, 1 ${\mu}g/ml$ were showed significant. Melanin synthesis was showed significant in a Soju extract Psoraleae fructus(3, 4 ${\mu}g/ml$). Western blot was showed to depend on the density of Gorynju and a Soju extract Psoraleae fructus. Conclusions : In a tyrosinase activity and a melanin synthesis, the intermediate alcohol of Gorynju and a Soju may be suitable to use.

통합통신서비스는 차세대 정보서비스산업에서 중요한 위치를 차지할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 전화, 이메일, 인스턴트 메시징, 팩스, 음성사서함과 같은 여러 종류의 통신매체를 통합한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 각매체를 연결하는 통일된 통신 프로토콜이 필요한데, 현재 가장 각광받고 있는 통신프로토콜은 인터넷 기술에 기반한 SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)이고, 이를 활용하기위한 프로그래밍 인터페이스로는 기존 웹프로그래머에게 익숙한 Servlet 형식을 갖고 있는 SIP Servlet 이 제공되고 있다. 그러나 프로그래머 인터페이스의 유사성과는 별개로 시스템의 처리용량이 증가할 때 발생하는 성능상의 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 SIP 응용프로그램의 특성을 고려하여 진단을 수행하고 운영파라미터를 조정하여야 한다. 또한 응용프로그램설계에 있어서도 전통적인 웹응용프로그램에서는 무시되었던 부분이 중요한 성능방해요소로 작용하기 때문에 주의가 필요하다. 이 논문은 공개된 인터넷망에서의 서비스를 목적으로 개발된 통합통신서비스를 개발하는 과정을 중심으로 성능문제의 진단과 개선 사례를 소개하고 응용프로그램 설계에서의 고려사항에 대해서 논의한다.

새로운 세기의 수학 교육은 직관과 조작 활동에 바탕을 둔 경험에서 수학적 형식, 관계, 개념, 원리 및 법칙 등을 이해하도록 지도되어야 한다. 즉 학생들의 내면 세계에서 적절한 경험을 통하여 시각적 ${\cdot}$ 직관적으로 수학적 개념을 재구성할 수 있도록 상황과 대상을 제공해야 한다. 이를 위하여 컴퓨터 응용 프로그램을 활용한 자기주도적 수학 개념 형성에 적합한 교수 ${\cdot}$ 학습 모델을 구안하여 보았다. 이는 수학의 필요성과 실용성 인식 및 자기주도적 문제해결력 향상을 위한 상호작용적 매체의 활용이 요구된다. 본 연구는 구성주의적 수학 교수 ${\cdot}$ 학습 이론을 근간으로 대수 ${\cdot}$ 해석 ${\cdot}$ 기하 및 스프레트시트의 상호 연계를 통하여 수학 지식을 재구성할 수 있도록 학습수행지를 제작하여 교사와 학생의 다원적 상호 학습 기회를 제공하는 데 주안점을 두고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 네트워크의 구성 정보를 바탕으로 상위 수준에서 하위 수준으로 정책을 변환할 때 나타나는 기존 정책과의 충돌을 탐지하고 순응시키는 메커니즘을 소개한다. 대규모 네트워크는 라우터, 스위치, 방화벽 침임 탐지 시스템, 일반 호스트 등과 같은 다양한 종류의 장비로 구성되어 있으며. 이러한 것들은 각기 다른 접근 일 제어 형식을 가지고 있다. 따라서 트래픽에 대한 일괄적인 통제가 어렵고, 외부의 공격에 대한 신속하고 효과적인 대응이 불가능하다. 또한 대규모 네트워크를 구성하고 있는 장비들을 제어하기 위해서는 그러한 장비들이 포함되어 있는 서브 네트워크의 세부 점보와 각 장비의 고유한 설정 규칙을 필요로 한다. 이러한 점은 대규모 네트워크를 상위 수준의 계층에서 관리를 어렵게 한다. 때문에 하부 계층의 구조나 정보와는 독립적으로 추상화된 고수주의 보안 정책 설정을 위한 도구가 요구된다 이것은 상위 수준의 보안 정책 표현 기법, 하위 수준의 보안 정책 기법, 상위 수준의 보안 정책과 네트워크 구성 정보를 바탕으로 하위 수준의 보안 정책을 도출하는 기법 하위 수준의 보안 정책을 실제 네트워크 구성 요소에 적용하는 기법 등의 네 가지 연구로 구분된다. 본 논문에서는 이 네 가지의 연구와 기법을 바탕으로 관리 네트워크에 새로운 정책이 전달될 때 기존의 단순한 정책 선택을 벗어난 서로의 정책을 변환한 ACL을 최대한 순응시키는 메커니즘을 제안한다

Comics and cartoons of superheroes in the West have adopted various semiotic systems and other art-forms, including their politico-socio-economic condition, and made parody of other popular texts, as well. Based on the idea of the development of superhero genre, this article focuses on how East Asian popular texts appropriate and reconstruct the genre, which was once considered the realization of American idea, by analyzing a series of TV animation (Japan, Sunrise,2011). Through the feature of parody with intertextuality, provides East Asian value and sensibility of characters as corporation-centered modern humans in capitalist society. This animation has similarity and difference, compared to that of Western superhero cartoons. It satires Western capitalist society and emphasizes Eastern family-oriented value. The performances of superheroes on TV represent the satire on Western style individualism and estimation through each one's achievement. It metaphorically criticizes the situation in which modern human falls into dependency on capital and media, and the capitalistic system in which public good is used for the method of private profit. emphasizes East Asian value of human and society, the cooperative relation for the success and maintenance of community by combining members of state and society through familial sensibility. Tiger functions as a spiritual leader in the group of superheroes who have been obsessed with competition for their own private purpose rather than public cause, Bunny and other colleagues are gradually influenced by Tiger's familial communicative style. emphasizes community-centered view and self-sacrificing sensibility as an international citizen to solve social pathology of modern world.

The objective for this research is to analyze the origin of the outbreak of a policy dilemma in the government's pursuance of policy aimed at tackling internet addiction among teenagers, as well as analyzing responsive strategy. Therefore, within this research and as the model of the dilemma being the analytical frame, the aspect of the dilemma has been analyzed through the transformation of contexts, conditions, policy values, alternatives, policy actors and policy decision makers. The major research results are as follows. First, each and every dilemma of 'transformation of context and condition', 'policy value and alternatives', 'policy actors' and 'policy decision makers' in processes of policy in preventing and resolving adolescent internet addiction, it acted as a decisive cause in forming the general dilemma of the policy. Second, the government's strategy in policy response within the policy dilemma conditions turned out to be a duplication of policy, occurrence of contradictions, typical response strategy and cyclical choices. Given these factors, the following characteristics have shown up as a result. First, as the problems in duplication of policy and contradictions occurred within a single policy, the government responded to this dilemma in a typical way, which brought about an even more serious dilemma. Second, the government put in effort to re-regulate two values (protection of adolescents and promotion of the video game industry), which are included in the response policy of adolescent Internet addiction. As a result, the policy dilemma has weakened with respect to the past. However, it has not solved the fundamental problems. This research, taking the results as a background, strives to provide implications for establishing a self-consistent groundwork, which combines policy values and vision for the government to pursue effective responsive policy on adolescent internet addiction, which is becoming more and more severe in the information society in which we live.

The purpose of this study is to confirm the effects of the learner-centered instruction based on constructivism on learners' reasoning ability and their achievements which is closely related to reflective abstracting ability. To do it, learner-centered instructions for division was implemented, recall test, generation test, content reasoning test I and II were carried out. The following conclusions were drawn from the data we got. Experimental group(EG) improved their reasoning ability, while comparison group(CG) did not. EG showed statistically significant difference in the achievements of the contents learned in comparing with CG, and the difference in the achievements of the contents unlearned in the treatment in comparing with CG was higher than the one. In addition, the comparisons of the subgroups(high, middle, and low) between EG and CG showed that the treatment had a positive influence on the achievement to all subgroups in EG. That is, the treatment was effective for unable learners. Finally, EG showed statistically significant difference in the sub-domain of simple calculation which might be considered as the benefits of the treatment of the CG as well as in the sub-domain of concept and principle.

This article studies criticism leveled at Yulgok scholarship by the Toegye School in the northern Gyungbuk region. The Toegye School (Yulgok School) was formed both by theoretical contention and constructive criticism with its counterparts. Accordingly, the main intellectual traits of the Toegye School may not be fully appreciated by inquiring into its theoretical structure and context only; rather, this study proposes that a sound understanding of the Toegye School must be accompanied simultaneously with an analysis on aspects of the altercation with the Yulgok School of the time. In this regard, this article primarily aims to shed light on the Toegye School's theoretical context through surveying the criticism leveled by the Toegye School in the northern Gyungbuk region, which hold steadfast adherents to the discipline among other regions, against the Yulgok scholarship. Embracing the Confucian ethic, the philosophical principles of the Toegye School based on autonomy of 'Li'(理), i.e. ethical objectivism, basically aimed at reaching the state of self-manifestation. Namely, the main objective of the Toegye School was to anchor the way how the school understood existential form and cause of the universe to an ethical foundation in a crystal clear way and, accordingly, this belief in which the Toegye School gave a priority to 'Li' rather than 'Gi'(氣) must have given an advantageous position in terms of theoretical clarity over its counterparts. Furthermore, the crux of the Confucian ethical world view in the Toegye School's modes of inquiry could berevealed by the Toegye's 'Libal(理發)-theory'. From this point of view, the fundamental criticism that could be waged by the Toegye School was against Yulgok scholarship's gross misconception of perceiving 'Gi' as 'Li.' Scholars and commentators in the Toegye School severely disapproved of the possibility of ethical objectivism of Yulgok scholarship.

We were already thrown into the modern by the Japanese before reflecting the relevance of modernization and acceptance, and the value of the modern was postponed. The late period of Chosun, people sank into a state of torpor and traditional culture and ideology has caused people to have a negative perception of modern times.Modern times, however, are defined in the relative concept of tradition and modernity in the history of modern times. In order to understand the modern era and its origin, it is necessary to look squarely at the face of modernity. Failure of modern times is a failure of traditional succession.So, if we analyze the causes of the failure of the traditional heritage, why can't we see some of the reasons why we perceive it as a failure? In this thesis, it seeks to understand the diverse views of the traditional elites of the journal and the newspaper, which are published in the traditional education of the journal, and are looking at a variety of views. Moreover, we should seek to explore the traditional elements of the new tradition by discussing the aspects of the educational problems caused by the cause of the accidental break and the educational problems caused by its results.
