최근 정보화 사업을 추진중인 공공기관의 정보시스템 공익 프로젝트와 관련, 프로젝트 관리 분야에 국한하여 기존의 감리 기준에 의한 감리 현황을 조사하고 유형을 분석, 감리인과 피 감리인이 향후 감리 업무를 수행함에 있어 고려되어야 할 프로젝트 관리 감리 영역과 세부 감리 점검대상에 대해 개선방안을 제시한다.

Many large-scale enterprises have developed software systems to build management information system for their business. However, it is hard to maintain share ability of data, compatibility of operation methedology, and interoperability among subsystems when the development project progresses since each distributed team prepares a development plan for its subsystem and must have poor communication problem among those teams. We must apply software configuration management to the whole life cycle of the software system in order to solve those Problems. We need a model and a repository in order to execute configuration management on configuration products like document, data, and source code which are generated through the life cycle of software development. In this paper, we suggest a model for configuration change control where cross- referencing among life cycle Phases and data-sharing are highlighted, and define ER model to use IRDS(Information Resource Dictionary system) and IRD schemas.

인터넷, 특히 웹의 확산으로 네트워크 기반의 분산 환경은 응용의 표준 아키텍쳐로 인식 되고 있다. 따라서 네트워크의 효율성과 최상의 서비스 제어, 공유를 위해 복잡한 네트워크 구성 자원들을 관리하는 네트워크 관리 시스템은 응용의 표준 하부 지원 시스템으로서 뿐 아니라 독립적인 상업용 응용으로서 수요와 기대가 점차 증가하고 있다. 또한 소프트웨어 개발 방법 측면에서는 패턴과 컴퍼넌트에 의한 조립, 확장을 중심으로 하는 소프트웨어 재사용이 소프트웨어 생산의 기대치를 현실화할 수 있는 최상의 접근 방법으로 인정된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 망관리 시스템 구축을 위한 컴포넌트 개발을 위해 선행 작업으로 해당 도메인에서 재사용 가능한 컴포넌트들을 식별, 분류하는 컴포넌트 아키텍처를 정의하고 범주화한다. 또한 재사용 컴포넌트의 개발과 유통, 사용을 위한 컴포넌트 관리를 적절하게 제공하기 위해 메타 정보를 기반으로 한 컴포넌트 형상관리 요소들을 제시한다. 망관리를 위한 컴포넌트의 식별, 설계와 형상관리 기법들은 이들 컴포넌트들을 CBD 프로세스에 의해 망관리 시스템에 실질적으로 적용함으로써 응용의 개발과 운용에 있어서 생산성 및 품질 향상으로 기대될 것이다.

시설물 관리 시스템 또는 GIS의 구축에 있어서 도형 정보는 주로 대상물의 2차원 평면 형상과 위치 정보로 구성되어 있다. 따라서 대상물의 실제 형상적 특성과 주변 환경과의 관계를 입체적으로 규명하기 위해서는 3차원 정보가 필요하다. 3차원 정보는 점, 선, 면으로 구성되는 기존 공간 데이터의 경직성을 탈피하고 현실적 세계를 표현할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 특히 기존의 측정 개념으로 접근 할 수 없는 영역에 대한 정보를 획득할 수 있으며, 복잡하고 다양한 형태의 대상물에 대한 정보의 획득이 용이하다. 본 연구에서는 실험적으로 3D 레이저 스캐닝 시스템을 적용하여 공간 데이터를 획득하고 데이터의 특성을 분석하였으며, point cloud 데이터의 처리 및 관리 시스템과의 연계 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

미 국방성에서 병참 지원업무의 전산화로 시작한 CALS에 대한 관심은 현재 산업계에서도 널리 확산되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 CALS의 시작이라고도 말할 수 있는 형상관리(CM)에 관한 관련 표준들을 분석함으로서 '정보의 공유'라는 측면에서 CALS에 대한 접근을 시도하고자 한다. 형상관리는 병참지원시스템의 설계, 제조, 유지보수에 이르기까지 생명주기에 대한 모든 관리를 지원하는 방법이다. 이러한 형상관리를 위한 표준관련 문서에는 MIL-STD-2549, EIA/IS-649, MIL/HDBK-61등이 있다. 여기에서는 이런 표준관련 문서를 바탕으로 형상관리를 위한 하부 인프라 구조에는 어떠한 준비들이 필요하고 또 형상관리시스템을 실제로 구현하는 기업입장에서는 어떻게 바라보고 있는지, 실제 구현시에 고려해야 할 사항들은 어떠한 것들이 있는지에 대하여 논의해보고자 한다.

CM(Configuration Management) is a field of management that focuses on establishing and maintaining consistency of a product's performance and its functional and physical attributes with its requirements, design, and operational information throughout its life. Recently upcoming concept of CM, regardless of various definitions, consists of the organization and the process for value creation through project change management, value preservation by Risk, Project Management implementation by Change management. The CM provide a basis for, and a record of, the project's performance in meeting the scope, time, cost. Overseas international companies have already adopted the CM system and enjoyed the benefits arising from such systems. And the CM provides perspectives and insights applicable to all types of projects. This study presents the review on the current systems now in use at jobsites and known to be efficient, and the introduction and application of configuration systems now at big issue. Hereby indicates the connective system consisted of work process, change control and knowledge referring to the methods and actual cases as an effective promotion of CM.

A web-based information management system to share engineering data of truss bridge is developed through construction of standardized database of truss bridge. 3D shape information is stored in database according to AP 203 of STEP, and 3D visualization on the web is implemented by using the web 3D technology that helps users to understand geometrical shape of structures, directly. AP209 is used to store structural analysis information such as finite elements, material properties, and analysis result into relational database. Based on the developed database, a prototype of integrated information management system for truss bridge is developed, and it provides additional information such as specifications and inspection information related with shape object to end users.

Software development process evolves by component based development(CBD) process and introduction to configuration management system is risen recently. In this paper, we explained component configuration management system evolved out of CBD methodology and focused on the specification management in component configuration management. The component specification is being based on XML that is a normalization document. Also, component version management and dependency management are achieved by a component name. And component dependency information is just the integration information using a component specification name used in the composition when component specification is composed. Thus we confirmed possibility of version management and dependency management using the specification.

국내 가동원전에서는 내화방벽 관통부의 성능이 적절하게 유지되도록 주기점검절차, 데이터베이스 등 발전소 상황에 적합한 관리방안을 수립하여 운영하고 있다. 이 중에서 내화방벽 관통부 유지관리용으로 구축된 데이터베이스는 관통부 유지관리에 필요한 필수정보가 수록되어 있으나 관통부 담당자의 개인 관리도구로 활용되고 있으므로 실효성 향상이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 점을 보완하기 위하여 발전소 구조물, 관통부 등의 3차원 형상정보(3-dimensional Plant Model)를 활용하여 시각적인 관리 편의를 향상시키고, 웹 기반(Web-based)의 관통부 정보 구축을 통하여 발전소 수준(Plant-level)에서 관리가 가능한 관통부 관리시스템 개발 사례를 기술하였다.
