This study investigated whether applying the Project-Based Learning in LIS education affects students' self-efficacy for group work in a positive direction and if the authenticity of the project has any relationship with their self-efficacy for group work. 26 students were surveyed before and after they took the "Evaluating Digital Library Systems" course with the same set of questions asking about their perceptions on the individuals' capabilities to successfully perform group tasks and their perceptions about the project's authenticity. The paired sample t-test showed statistically significant differences between the results of the pre- and post-test, in terms of their capabilities as a leader as well as exchanging, evaluating, and integrating ideas when performing group activities. In addition, the authenticity of the project's task shows some correlation with subfactors of students' self-efficacy for group work.

The purpose of this study is to provide academic and practical implications through empirical analysis on the moderating role of SHRM that is relatively lacking in the relationship between CLMRC and performance. In order to achieve the research purpose, data were collected from 123 CEOs of Korean companies. The reliability and validity of the collected data were examined and the hypothesis was verified by hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this study show that CLMRC has a meaningful positive(+) effect on both net profit and sales per person, and SHRM has shown to have a moderating effects between CLMRC and sales per person, CLMRC and net profit. Through this analyzes, CLMRC can enhance the management performance, and in this process, the more strategic the human resource management(HRM) is, the more the impact on the management performance is strengthened. Implications for CLMRC and SHRM, limitations of the study and suggestions for future researches are discussed.

This study examines the teachers' perception of the school library's role and the teacher-librarian expertise that enables collaborative reading education in elementary schools. Furthermore, it develops strategies that the school library and teacher-librarians should undertake for collaborative reading education. The questionnaire was developed to survey 176 teachers in 9 elementary schools in Gyeonggi-do. As a result, the teacher's perception of the school library's role and event role perception would positively impact the expected effects of collaborative reading education intention. This study is meaningful in that suggestions are offered for collaborative reading education and where teacher-librarian expertise is placed.

This research aimed at the investigation of the effectiveness of bibliotherapy for depressed older adults 65 years of age and older, The efficacy between interactive bibliotherapy and reading bibliotherapy was also compared and analysed. For implementing the research, 22 subjects, aged 65 or over. were recruited from the community on a volunteer basis to Participate in a bibliotherapy program. Initial screening of potential participants was conducted by testing the measurement of depression. Experiment results were analyzed via t-ananlysis(SD, P, T) and $2\times3(Group{\times}Time)$ between and within ANOVA calculated by SPSS program. The results of the analyses supported hypotheses 1, 2, and 3, focusing the efficacy of interactive bibliotherapy as well as reading bibliotherapy. The analysis of hypothesis 4 was revealed that the effectiveness of interactive bibliotherapy was superior to that of reading bibliotherapy in the score of BDI and HRSD, while there was no statistical significance in the score of DAS.

The relationship between suppliers and customers is treated importantly not only in the traditional business-to-business (BtoB) commerce but also in today's Internet environments. On the one hand, most of Internet-based BtoB commerce services like customer-centric e-procurement, supplier-centric e-sales or intermediary-centric e-marketplace focus mainly on the selection of partners according to bidding, auction, etc. This point may result in the problem of overlooking the relationships between suppliers and customers. To overcome this problem in this paper, an intelligent agents-based supply chain operation architecture is proposed and appraised considering the relationship and its adaptation.

In this study, based on the results that cooperation increases innovation or increases innovation performance in the same region, the result is that the effects of cooperation in the same region will be more effective, thus starting with the assumption that the innovation performance will be higher. The analysis results showed that the collaborative experience in the same region greatly increases the results of innovation, indicating that the location of cooperative targets in cooperation could be an important decision factor. The implications of this result are that it could have a significant impact on a company's innovation performance. This means that the country's industrial policy should be established in the direction of cluster formation.

In France, there are many forms of organizations based on the intercommunal solidarity for city development and management. The purpose of the collaboration among Communes is to achieve high quality and well-equipped service-delivery system through co-operation of public services needed grand finances : water supply and sewage system and waste disposal system etc. The cooperation among French Communes and its effects, even though these were owing to the existing French local administration system, continued throughout regional co-management and social co-development process. This study suggested some characteristics and implications of the collaborative-style French new-town development and management organizations focused on the EPA, SAN and CA. First, the role of developmental corporation like EPA and its collaborative structure of decision-making are meaningful, because in these ways many related Communes could share a goal of new town development. Second, the way of new town corporation (SAN) is important in the sense of enabling the Communes to collaborate with each others while maintaining autonomy, so those are not simply state-directed objects, which was very difficult in the former French local administration system. Finally, transforming to CA (Communautes d'agglomeration:city community), EPA as an intercommunal corporation is possible to extend its purpose to the domain of regional planning including new town and periphery areas and change its position to a subject which can practice Commune's sustainable development according to stages of city's development and maturity. The most important implication of this study on urban development in Korea is that administrative consultative council or association among local governments and related authorities need to be established and effectively operate because multi-stakeholders could share a goal of urban development and management through that.

This single-blinded, nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest study was undertaken to evaluate the effectiveness of simulation education on clinical judgement, collaboration, communication skills, and perceived education practices and simulation design characteristics among student nurses in Korea. Participants were 47 students (19 in the experimental group and 28 in the control group) recruited by convenience sampling. The simulation based clinical reasoning education consisted of seven weekly, 120-minute high fidelity simulations. All participants completed the pretest and 7-week post measurements of a clinical judgment, collaboration, and communication skills with 4-week post measurement of collaboration, and participants in the experimental group provided a measurements of perceived education practices and simulation design characteristics. Data were analyzed using repeated measured ANOVA, and mixed linear model with SAS 9.2. Significant improvements were found in the experimental group for clinical judgment, collaboration, communication skill, and perceived education practices and simulation design characteristics. The study results show the impact of the perceived education practices and simulation design characteristics on facilitating the effectiveness of simulation education. The findings suggest a feasible and sound teaching method for student nurses and the need for further studies with a larger sample.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of the civil servant superior's coaching leadership on the innovation behavior and cooperative behavior of organizational members of public institutions. And it examines the mediating roles of subordinates' cognitive flexibility and belief of the colleague's potential growth in the relationship between coaching leadership and subordinates' innovative and cooperative behaviors. As a result of the study, first, it was confirmed that the coaching leadership of civil servant superior had a significant positive effect on the innovative and cooperative behaviors of subordinates. Second, it was verified that the superior's coaching leadership had a positive effect on the cognitive flexibility of subordinates and the belief of the colleague's potential growth. Third, it was confirmed that cognitive flexibility mediates between the superior's coaching leadership and innovative behavior. Fourth, it was not significant that the belief of the colleague's growth potential mediates between the superior's coaching leadership and cooperative behavior.

In Korea, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play an pivotal role in the national economy, accounting for 99.9% of all enterprises, 87.9% of total employment, and 48.3% of production. In spite of their crucial role in the national development, most of SMEs suffer from a lack of R&D related resources. Public R&D organizations such as government-funded research institutes can provide SMEs with valuable supplementary technological knowledge and help them build technological capacity. In this regard, this study estimated the effect of internal R&D investment and private-public R&D cooperation on technological innovation of ICT SMEs based on 2016 ETRI Survey. Building on previous literatures, the study established and tested a research model using binary logistic regression analysis. First, internal R&D investment and preferences for open innovation demonstrated the strengthening of R&D collaboration. Second, internal R&D investment and R&D cooperation showed a positive effect on both product and process innovation. Therefore, internal R&D capability and taking advantage of R&D collaboration are needed to achieve technological innovation for SMEs in ICT sector. This study also discuss implications for encouraging private-public R&D cooperation.
