대학과 기업 간의 상호협력은 기술 혁신이라는 대명제 하에 여러 가지 형태로 이루어지고 있으며, 이의 필요성 또한 여러 보고서에서 언급되었다[1,2,3,4]. 가장 보편화 되어 있는 산학협력으로는 대학이 기업의 프로젝트를 수주하여 수행하는 형태로써, 이를 기반으로 대학은 기업이 갖고 있는 상업화 감각을 배우고, 기업은 대학이 갖고 있는 최신 기술 동향을 얻을 수 있다.

IS 아웃소싱(Outsourcing)이 일반인들에게 관심을 끌기 시작한 것은 1989년 코닥(Kodak)사의 CIO(Chief Information Officer)였던 캐더린 허드슨이 연간 예산 4,000억 원인 자신의 정보시스템 부서의 업무를 IBM, DEC 그리고 Business Land에 아웃소싱하면서부터 이다(Applegate, 1991).

우리나라는 1957년 창설 회원국으로 IAEA에 가입한 이래 우리나라 원자력 산업의 발전에 따라 보장조치와 관련한 협력이 증대하고 있다. 이러한 협력으로는 우리나라 원자력 시설에 대한 IAEA 사찰, 한-IAEA 보장조치 검토회의, SAGSI 활동 등이 있으며, IAEA는 우리나라의 원자력 산업 규모와 기술 능력을 고려하여 우리나라와의 협력을 강화하고자 하고 있다. 우리나라로서는 국내 통제체제의 확립과 우리나라 원자력 활동에 대한 국제적 투명성 및 신뢰도 증진을 위하여 IAEA와의 긴밀한 협력이 필요하다. 향후 우리나라는 보장조치 의무사항의 이행 뿐 아니라, IAEA Technical Office 설치, 사찰장비의 공유, 사찰의 공동 수행, 공동연구 등을 포함한 IAEA 지원 프로그램의 추진과 같은 진보된 형태의 협력을 추진토록 하여야 할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 디지털콘텐츠산업에서 영상콘텐츠와 기술의 두 분야 모두에서 유저중심의 R&D 기능을 강화해 나가야 한다는 점에서 지금까지의 현장밀착적 인력양성 교육위주 방식에서 탈피하여, 첨단 디지털영상산업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 새로운 산학협력의 모델을 마련하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2009년부터 진행되었던 정책과제와 지원사업과 산학협력사례 분석을 통해 그 문제점을 찾아보고, 교육과 산학협력이 성공적으로 이루어진 해외 대학의 사례를 검토해 보고자 한다. 이를 통해 국내의 대학에서 전공교육과 산학협력의 활성화가 상호 유기적으로 이루어질 수 있는 새로운 형태의 산학협력 방안을 모색하게 될 것이다.

e-Learning has been expected as a new educational method and paradigm in knowledge information society. However e-Learning industry has not been in tremendous development on the contrary to people's expectations. Up to present time, collaborative learning is one of the learning approaches that promote active participation and engagement in learning. Learners can set up common goal, accomplish collaborative activity to solve the problem, and achieve individual and group goals while group work. In this paper, we present collaborative e-Learning environment to improve interactions among learners and identify the roles of collaborative learning agent to promote learner's learning activity.

We analyse the impact of R&D cooperation on Industrial R&D programs of Government (Ministry of Trade, Industry & Energy, MOTIE), specially performance differentiating between type of R&D partners, type of R&D project leader organizations. And considering five performance measures: paper, patent, technology transfer, commercialization, new employment. Using data on a large sample of post-performance survey of MOTIE in Korea (2013), we examine the impact of R&D cooperation in 2008-2012. The method of analysis is binary logistic regression models operated by SPSS. The results of this study are follows; the performance is statistically significantly different between type of R&D partners, type of R&D project leader organizations on R&D cooperation. Specially, when a private enterprise cooperate with non-profit institutions, performance has a greater success of paper, patent, new employment. On the other hand, when a private enterprise cooperate with a private enterprise cooperate, performance decrease success of paper, technology transfer. Lastly, when non-profit institutions cooperate with a private enterprise, performance has a greater success of patent, technology transfer.

인터넷의 보급과 발전으로 그 동안 지리적인 한계로 인해 불가능했던 협력작업이 인터넷 가상공간에서 가능하게 되었다. 그 동안 이메일, 전자게시판, FTP와 같은 정적인 형태의 협력작업에 관한 연구에서 웹을 이용한 동적인 협력작업에 관한 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 최근에는 웹을 이용한 다양한 협력 기능이 요구되면서 공동 브라우징 (Co-browsing)과 같은 단순한 웹 협력이상의 다양한 협력작업을 만족시킬 수 있는 실시간 웹 협력 (Synchronous Web-Collaboration) 시스템 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 웹 협력 시스템 구축에 필요한 시스템 구성요소와 설계 방법을 소개하고 비즈니스 특성을 고려한 실시간 웹 협력 시스템 구축 모델을 제시한다.

This study intends to develop a model of nation-wide library cooperative system for Korea. It analyzes and investigates the definitions, types and models of library cooperation; and current status and problems in operations of major cooperative systems in Korea and other nations. There are some cooperative systems such as cooperative system for public libraries operated by the National Library of Korea and other systems based on their regions or library types in Korea. New model of nationwide cooperative system can improve library functions through many cooperative plans.

In this study, we attempt to identify factors that influence the performances of Korean firms regarding global R&D cooperation, and to derive policy implications for performance improvement. The hypothetic influential factors include firms' general characteristics, purposes and types of cooperation, technology, partners and their countries, and government support. We categorize the performances of global R&D cooperation into technological, economic, and strategic performance, and analyze the effects of those factors on each of the performances as well as the overall performance. We use a standard tobit model for the overall performance, while using a multivariate tobit model for the other performances to reflect the possible correlations among them. The survey data was collected from 162 Korean firms that had previously conducted or were currently conducting global R&D cooperation.

The cooperation between archives and libraries is necessary for the management of limited operational space and the improvement of work efficiency. "Larchive" is one of the model of cooperation between libraries and archives, so it can be an alternative plan for institutions that face difficulties in collaborating through "Larchiveum" - growing model of cooperation between libraries, archives, and museums. This study presents the recognition of Larchive to university archivists and librarians, and suggests a practical operation plan for cooperation between the archive and library. As a result, "Larchive" was relatively less aware of archivists and librarians, but in the practical point of view, respondents were fully aware of the need for cooperation between archives and libraries. In particular, Larchive was presented as a rational alternative model for both of the groups. And the need for material cooperation can be confirmed through the recognition survey, and the improvement plan for business cooperation can be confirmed through the FGI. Some prerequisites are proposed such as securing a collaborative workplace, assignment of budget and manpower. Through the results, this study presented practical operational plans for organizational cooperation in the form of Larchive, focusing on the perspectives of "teaching and learning support", "research support services", "curation services", "collection and management of school history data", "cooperation for evaluation", and drew discussion points.
