유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 서비스를 제공함에 있어 지능적인 수행 능력은 사용자의 만족도를 높여주는 핵심 요소이다. 시스템의 지능을 부여하기 위해서는 지식을 관리, 처리, 활용하는 기능이 필요한데, 이들 기능은 그 지식이 어떻게 표현되어 있는지에 큰 영향을 받는다. 일차 술어 논리 기반 지식 표현 방법은 폭넓은 표현 범위와 유연한 지식 정의, 추론 방법으로 선호되고 있지만, 복잡한 계산 비용을 갖고 있기 때문에, 전문적인 지식 처리 시스템이 아닌 경우, 불필요한 계산 비용이 소요된다. Description Logic은 Frame기반 지식 표현 방식으로 일차 술어 논리를 사용하는 것보다 지식을 표현할 수 있는 범위는 제한적이지만, 빠른 추론 결과를 보장해 준다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서는 분산된 다양한 오브젝트들이 협력과정을 통해 사용자에게 지능적인 서비스를 제공하게 되고, 이들 개별적인 오브젝트들은 저사양의 계산능력을 갖고 있다고 가정된다. 그러므로, 저사양의 컴퓨팅 오브젝트들을 조합하여 지능적인 서비스를 성공적으로 제공하기 위해서, 각각의 오브젝트들은 제한된 지식을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 방법이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 Frame 기반의 Description Logic을 기반으로 SUNHI의 표현 범위를 가진 인식론적 온톨로지 표현 언어를 제안하고, SUNHI의 표현 범위의 효율성을 증명하고자 한다.

The previous studies have investigated the effect of social capital on innovation performance. However, the previous studies investigating the relationship between social capital and innovation performance have assumed a black box in the linkage. According to the knowledge based view, firms with inter-dependent relationship can make innovation through sharing processes of knowledge. In other words, social capital as intangible resource results in knowledge management activities which can increase innovation performance. And increasing innovation can make relationship satisfaction promoting relationship investment gradually. Therefore, research hypotheses are made from social capital to relationship investment. From the empirical results, except for the effect of knowledge sharing on both product innovation and relationship satisfaction, almost all hypotheses are reported to be significant. And product innovation performance positively affects relationship satisfaction, and relationship investment is positively affected by relationship satisfaction. From this study, we can know the importance of knowledge management activities in strategic management view.

Knowledge ecosystem means a dynamic knowledge circulation, including knowledge creation, exchange and sharing and utilization. It is also the field of knowledge practice, which creates interactions in knowledge exchange between people and groups. The key premises of knowledge ecosystem, based on the nature of general ecosystems, can be characterized as follows: first, it primarily focuses on social networks between people and organizations participating in the process of knowledge circulation; secondly, knowledge ecosystem thrives on diversity of knowledge; and thirdly, it is significant for selection of valuable knowledge and adoption of appropriate knowledge. This review attempts to make a systematic examination of a wide range of existing studies on knowledge ecosystem. In so doing, it is expected to provide a basis for further inquiry into more critical and complicated issues. Although the scarcity of existing research-at least those in Korea-may limit the implications of findings, this review offers a set of suggestions for future research.

국내 폐지 관리시스템 선진화 방안 마련을 위한 제지관련정책간담회가 지난 6월 9일 포스코센터 컨퍼런스룸에서 지식경제부 조석 성장동력실장(차관보)주재로 골판지포장조합 오진수 이사장을 비롯해 제지연합회 이상문 회장, 제지조합 권혁홍 이사장, 아세아제지 이재홍 사장, 신문협회 이상연 부장 등 30여명이 참석한 가운데 개최되었다. 이날 간담회는 국내 폐지자원의 효율적 관리와 품질향상을 위한 관리시스템의 구축을 위해 정부와 업계가 원활한 협력과 소통이 필요하다는 점을 인식하고 만난 자리였다.

그리드에서 추구하는 자원의 공유와 협력은 그리드 네트워크를 통해서 이루어진다. 그리드 네트워크는 그리드의 기반 구조를 형성하는 것으로 그리드 프로젝트를 위한 전달 기능을 수행한다. 그리드 네트워크 기능을 수행하는 현존 네트워크로는 미국의 Abilene, vBNS, NREN 등과 유럽의 TEN-155, 그리고 일본의 SINET/IMNET 등이 있다.

본 논문에서는 사이버무역의 활성화를 위한 산학협력 방안을 제시하기 위하여 무역업무의 새로운 패러다임인 무역자동화, 인터넷의 등장, 무역업무의 사이버화를 다루며, 사이버무역의 현황 및 전망에서는 사이버무역이 실제 무역업무에서 어느 정도 사용되고 있으며 사이버무역의 전망을 살펴보고 사이버무역의 발전가능성을 타진하여 사이버무역의 활성화를 위한 산학협력방안을 제시한다. 특히 산학 협력을 위한 방안중의 하나로 대학과 업체의 중계회사를 두어 대학에서 이를 운영하고 관리하여 업체에서 필요한 지식과 기술을 교과과정에 적용하고 이러한 교과과정을 통한 교육을 실시하여 업체에서 필요한 인력을 제공할 수 있도록 한다. 아울러 산업자원부 및 무역협회의 사이버무역인력 양성 프로그램과 호흡을 맞춰 산학협력을 위한 무역회사를 운영하고 이를 통한 이론과 실무를 함께 교육할 수 있는 기반을 마련하여 21세기 사이버무역의 기반을 제공 하고자 한다. 본 연구의 모델인 S사는 2000년 4월 설립된 회사이므로 부족한 점들이 많이 있어 이를 기반으로 산학협력을 위한 한 모델링(modeling)을 제시한다는 것이 다소 무리가 있지만, S사를 운영하면서 이를 통한 무역업체에서 요구하는 인력 및 교과과정의 조율을 통하여 미비하지만 사이버무역의 활성화에 일조하고자 하는 바램이다.

This study aims to answer whether social tagging through user collaboration could be utilized for the creation of digital knowledge of the web, and whether we could verify the quality and efficacy of social tagging to obtain benefits from it. In particular, this paper examines the inter-indexer consistency of social tagging in comparison to professional indexing. It employs two different similarity measures, both of which are based on the Vector Space Model to deal with numerous indexers. It contributes to the utilization of social tagging in the organization of the web, and encourages to adopt social knowledge in developing suitable vocabularies for resources newly generated in the digital library environment. Furthermore, the comparative analysis with two different measures produced more credible results by illustrating a similar pattern of indexing tendency in both measures.

This study aims at examining the relationship among entrepreneurial orientation, absorption capability, alliance capability and cooperation performance in technological cooperation between SMEs and government-funded R&D Institutes. For empirical analysis, the study conducted a survey on total 2,895 SMEs participating in the technological cooperation programs operated by government-funded R&D Institutes, and collected 332 survey responses. Data were analysed using a structural equation model. Empirical results show that entrepreneurial orientation, absorption capability, and alliance capability influenced the performance of technological cooperation. In addition, alliance capability has a significant effect on absorptive capacity. In order for the technology cooperation between SMEs and government-funded research institutes being successful, efforts are needed to secure companies' entrepreneurial orientation, absorption capability and alliance capability that has the capabilities that SMEs needs for technological cooperation.

이질적이고 분산된 환경에서의 컴퓨팅 요소들은 변화하는 사용자의 요구와 상황을 인지하여 주위 환경에 적응할 필요가 있으며 이렇게 자동화된 요소, 즉 적응된 에이전트들은 동적으로 설정된 목표를 해결하기 위해 서로 협력해야 한다. 이렇게 적응된 에이전트를 구현하기 위해서는 이들이 인지된 상황을 추론할 수 있는 지식베이스의 구축이 필수적이며 이러한 지식을 표현할 수 있는 모델이 필요하다. 본고에서는 다중 에이전트 시스템에서 지적 활동의 중심적 자료구조가 될 온톨로지와 온톨로지를 효과적으로 관리하는 온톨로지 저장소를 활용하여 다양한 지식원과 에이전트간의 의미적 상호작용을 증대시키기 위한 Knowledge Description Model을 제시한다.

The latest several studies show that Wiki is a very efficient tools for collaborative learning in the distributed environments. Even though Wiki supports efficient knowledge sharing between group members, there are still some problems to be solved for collaborative learning. Since the structure of group contents becomes more complex and the links between pages are dynamically changed, each member of group has difficulties to perceive the changed contents and links on group pages. We designed the adaptive navigation system to guide individual browsing paths of each member through the calculating of friendship and the state of pages. At first we developed the relation model between member and each pages by the historical log that stored the change of pages and the activity of members, and then we implemented the adaptive navigation system using the model. Experimental results show that this adaptive system is very effective to share the group knowledge and to promote collaborative learning activities.
