One result of the trend towards globalization is an increased number of projects that focus on natural language processing. Automatic speech recognition (ASR) technologies, for example, hold great promise in facilitating global communications and collaborations. Unfortunately, to date, most research projects focus on single widely spoken languages. Therefore, the cost to adapt a particular ASR tool for use with other languages is often prohibitive. This work takes a more general approach. We propose an International Phoneticizing Engine (IPE) that interprets input files supplied in our Phonetic Language Identity (PLI) format to build a dictionary. IPE is language independent and rule based. It operates by decomposing the dictionary creation process into a set of well-defined steps. These steps reduce rule conflicts, allow for rule creation by people without linguistics training, and optimize run-time efficiency. Dictionaries created by the IPE can be used with the speech recognition system. IPE defines an easy-to-use systematic approach that can obtained 92.55% for the recognition rate of Korean speech and 89.93% for English.

This study aims to planned Elementary Multicultural Education Program for Promoting Self Esteem. To this end, consider the application force of education and teaching system designed to reorganize the ADDIE Model study was carried out in accordance with the analysis, design, development, process evaluation. To this end, analyzing the between self-esteem and group theory related to them and the social identity theory and key concepts to consider in the context of multicultural education programs for elementary self-esteem enhancement identity, prejudice, cooperation and was composed of equality. Four key concepts are sub-elements of self-esteem individuals, homes, schools, set up a detailed learning objectives in accordance with the social and selecting the learning content and organization, which was composed of a total of 16 class periods. Considering the characteristics and interests of the target students, the teaching-learning method was designed to utilize various methods, including games, quizzes, and discussions, and each class was designed to be developed by organizing them into subjects-learning goals-activities(recognition-exploration-clearing). Since in the three-member expert review, modify the content on the basis of opinions and presented the final program. The program planned by this study, further research is required to verify the effectiveness and utilization in the educational field and expects effective multicultural education.
In accordance with the global age, countries in the world try to dedicate to collaboration among them through ODA (Official Development Assistance), in order to solve the-rich-get-richer and the poor-get-poorer problems among countries, to develop the developing countries' economies, and to improve their level of social welfare. Also, Korea is so active in ODA as a member of OECD, even if it is in the initial process. Nowadays, in Korea, the importance of ODA in the field of port has been brought into relief. Accordingly, the paper intends to analyze the dilemma structure of port ODA from the perspectives both of new institutionalism and Samaritan's dilemma game, and it tries to seek the improvements of ODA institutions to create effective outcomes based on the analysis. Through the analysis, dilemma structure was identified regarding the institutions of port ODA. And the results of the analysis suggested the improvements of port ODA institutions including strengthening of on-the-spot aid system, establishment of payoffs system for inducing recipient countries' efforts, and institutionalization of reliable threat. It would contribute to develop the theoretical model of ODA analysis and create effective outcomes of ODA in the field of ports.

Based on revised 2015 curriculum, diversified SW education methods for elementary school students are researched, developed and applied. However, as most of SW education is based on English text, its coding process may be difficult for low graders of elementary school who are not familiar with English and Math. Under this situation, Kodu game lab based 'icon card board' by which coding could be learnt with ease through game and icon was developed and story activity, coding activity and collaboration activity (SCC) strategy based 17th session SW curriculum was applied and verified. As a result of research, in terms of satisfaction of students for SW class, students more than 86% recognized such class positively and a significant effect was obtained from students' interest level and learning model for coding.
The importance regarding the notion of immediate medical treatment and nursing for the victims of sexual crimes is not widely recognized yet in Korea. Throughout this research is focused on the nursing systems and the system of foreign countries in reference to sexual crime victims, and the conclusion is as follows. In Korea, there are currently no educational or medical institutes for the medical handling for the victims of sexual crimes, and the role of nurses in the medical institutes is insufficient. In addition, the basis for the standard of operation regarding the initial response, evidence collection, pursuit of systematical evidence and data is not established even in the sexual assault counseling/advocacy center. Therefore, it is necessary to foster the sexual assault nurse examiner for the sexual crime victims, and to develop adequate training programs based on the present situation in Korea. Though the cooperation among government, medical institutes, and social movement groups, it is essential to initiate effective and publicly-trusted specialized training programs for forensic nurses who will be fully charged with the treatment of sexual crime victims. By introducing the sexual assault nurse examiner system, it can be possible to develop advanced treatment for the child or adolescent victims of sex crimes.
While in the early stages of space activities only a few states engaged in the use of outer space, as is well known, commercial space activities have grown dramatically in recent years. Both states, state institutions, and international governmental organizations as well as many private enterprises are engaged in such commercial use of outer space by now. This development is not reflected in the present state of space law. The existing international instruments of space law were developed and finalized before this development and thus only provide very few and sometimes unfitting provisions for the commercial use of outer space and particularly the use by private enterprises. Law formulated in an era when the word "privatization" had not even been coined cannot contain potential problems caused by the increasing commercialization of outer space. For the promotion and further development of such commercial use of outer space it is necessary to clarify and establish the legal framework for such use, because participants will need this information for their future investments in this field. The purpose of this paper is to research and make an analysis of the contents and international regulation of international space commerce, which is rapidly proliferating and to review the process of improvement on national legislations relating to the commercialization of outer space in a few main space advanced countries to make the sustainable progress of commercial space activities project in international society. The legal implications of matters such as international commercial launch services, the liability aspects of such services, intellectual property rights, insurance, product liability insurance and materials processing could one day will be subject to regulated by international space law as well as domestic law. In fact, the question of commercialization is linked to the question of sharing benefits of space activities, and this currently is an agenda item in the Legal Subcommittee of UN COPUOS. Most of developed countries have enacted the national legislation for commercial space activities relating to the development of our space as follows : The National Aeronautic and Space Act of 1958 and the Commercial Space Act of 1998 in the United States, Outer Space Act of 1986 in England, Establishment Act of National Space Center of 1961 in France, Canadian Space Agency Act of 1990 in Canada, Space Basic Act of 2008 in Japan, and Law on Space Activity of 1993 in Russia. Becides there are currently three national legislations relating to space development and commercial space activities in Korea as follows : Aerospace Industry Development Promotion Act of 1987, Outer Space Development Promotion Act of 2005, Outer Space Damage Compensation Act of 2008. Commercial space great promise for the utilization and expansion of human outer space activities but aspring commercial actors must recognize that foreign policy, as well as obligations to the international community as a whole, ensure that commercial space activities will not operate in a legal and regulatory vacuum. As commercial space matures the law and accompanying regulation will most certainly evolve and choose to become participants in the inevitable evolution of law and regulation.
The purpose of this study was development of school health education curriculum in primary school based on analysis of the textbooks published in 1991. 1) The health education curriculum in primary school consisted of four major components such as health education aspects of the healthful school environments, health education aspects of school health services, health education course, and health instruction in related subjects. However, health instruction taught by physical education, biology, and other health related subjects was not systematic organization for health care. 2) A considerable amount of health knowledge and attitude, and some health practices was learned as the result of experiences in other courses, where there was little or no reference to health. It must be developed health edcation course separated from health related subjects. 3) Direct health insruction was represented by the health education course. The health education courses must be considered to be heart of the school health education curriculum. 4) The health education course developed by this study was consisted of eight health units and problems in the early elementary grade or health classes in the higher years. 5) The health education course developed by this study provided the opportunity for acquring new knowledge, attitude, and practice, for discarding the unhealtful attitude and strengthening the healthful attitude and practices of primary school students.
The Korean peninsula is located at the edge of the East Asian active margin. The seismic activity in the Korean Peninsula is relatively low compared with the neighboring countries China and Japan. According to the available Seismic information, the Korean Peninsula is not totally safe from the Earthquake disaster. Moreover, the area is surrounded by varies tectonic forces which is resulted from the relative movements of the surrounding tectonic plates "Pacific, Philippine Sea, Eurasian and South China". Nowadays South Korea has 65 GPS stations belong to 5 governmental organizations "each organization figure out its own GPS stations for different requirements" In order to minimize the seismic hazard in the Korean Peninsula a program for monitoring the recent crustal movement has been designed considering the uses of the available GPS station "some selected stations from the previously mentioned stations" and the tectonic settings in and around the Korean Peninsula. This program is composed of two main parts, the first part to monitor the crustal deformation around the Korean Peninsula with the collaboration of the surrounding countries "China and Japan" this part is composed of two phases "East Sea Phase and Yellow Sea Phase". These phases will be helpful in determining the deformation parameters in the East Sea and the Yellow Sea respectively While the Second part of this program, is designed to determine the deformation parameters id and around the main faults in the Korean Peninsula and the relative movement between the Korean Peninsula and the Cheju Island. Through out this study the needs of crustal movement center rose up to collect the data from the previously mentioned stations and Organizations in order to use such reliable data in different geodynamical application.
1. In order to elucidate the differences between varieties of Korean soybean, forty-nine subjects were examined for their chemical constituents. Their proportions varied considerably with the differences in variety. The moisture varied from 10.93% to 12.57%(aver. 11.95%), protein; 33.79% to 47.00%(aver. 39.8%) crude fat; from 16.32% to 24.79%(aver. 19.2%), crude fiber; from 3.03% to 5.57%(aver. 3.98%), ash; from 3.95% to 5.23%(aver. 4.6%) and nitrogen free-extracts (earbohydrates); from 16.58% to 26,81% (aver. 20.57%) Chemical composition of soybean was affected by the varieties as well as their localities of growth. 2. Of the total protein, 33.26% based on the soybean meal was soluble protein and 1.94% insoluble protein in average.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of dietary education carried out by dieticians or nutrition teachers at elementary, middle, and high schools in Gyeonggi province. We compared dietary education status not only among school level but also between dieticians and nutrition teachers. Methods: The survey using self-administered questionnaires was conducted by dieticians or nutrition teachers at 91 schools (43 elementary schools, 33 middle schools, and 15 high schools) in Gyeonggi province in December, 2015. The questionnaire consisted of questions regarding general characteristics of respondents, current status of dietary education, opinion about dietary education methods, and cooperation level of persons concerned. Results: The placement rate of nutrition teachers was 50.5% overall. Only 36 out of 91 schools conducted regular dietary education, and the percentage of schools conducting regular dietary education was significantly different according to school level with the lowest percentage in high schools, equivalent to 20% (p = 0.003). The average annual dietary education time was 12.4 hours, and it was very low in high schools (5.1 hours) and in schools without a nutrition teacher (1.6 hours). The levels of cooperation and support from principals, teachers, parents, and students were significantly lower in high schools than elementary and middle schools (all p < 0.001) and in schools without a nutrition teacher than schools with a nutrition teacher (all p < 0.05). Conclusion: The results show that the level of dietary education is not enough and needs to be improved, especially at middle and high schools and at schools without a nutrition teacher. Government support polices need to be implemented to encourage dietary educational activities.
